Typical subway with outstanding Employees. Always clean and helpful. Some items are out of stock lately due to demand and economy, but overall Great experience everytime I go.

Tori is the best ever shes always on point best worker they have at this store here in Seminole Texas.... I dont know who needs to hear this but she needs a raise and a paid vacation on subway so get it done

Everytime I come here it's great service!! I travel through there often. Tonight there were some kids running that place tonight and they were great!! Best subway in west Texas 🤷🏽‍♀️

When we got to the restaurant there were a bunch of kids running around being loud, the people working were very unprofessional with everything. There were only children there. There was no adult supervision what so ever.

Nobody EVER answers the phone, also from my understanding, curbside meant they bring it to your car. I had to go inside.

Their sandwiches were made sloppy.. My kids pizzas were burnt. I felt rushed and they seemed to have needed more people helping do orders and online orders. Used to love this subway but guess it has just let itself go.

So I had a coupon, the same one I always use. One of the women working their claimed one of the sandwiches I ordered was excluded from being discounted, and that's why I got charged for it. I always order it for 1 and 2. The sandwich in question, The Boss, is not even excluded or named on the coupon as a sandwich that I can't get. If you don't know you don't, don't lie to me just to up charge me money. Then she tried to offer me cookies to make up for her lie. So now it's going to be an issue once I go back and tell her to show me where on the coupon it says that.

Walked in to a empty place but they wouldn't serve me because they had a big online order to get done, didnt feel like watching her make a bunch of sandwiches for someone who wasnt there when all I needed was 1 sandwich, you would think they would have someone there to take the walk in orders to.

Absolutely the worst service ever at a subway. I've had subways around the world and this was dirty and the ladies were rude and lazy!

Earlier they refused to serve us because we weren’t wearing a mask even thought we have a medical exemption.

Worse experience! I placed a mobile order and my location updated to a different one. I kept calling yesterday to cancel order and get a refund since I couldn’t travel to Seminole and no one ever picked up the phone. I never went for the food and someone marked it on the app that it was picked up. I called again today and the same thing, no one answers the phone.

Walked in and not a customer there. Two employees working with masks below their chin. I started to order 6 ft away from bar and was asked to put on a mask. They refused me service. Employees don’t have to wear a mask but I do? Businesses may can reserve right to refuse service but I reserve my right to do business at places like this!

Some skinny young mexican lady around 18 with glasses working behind the counter wearing shorts treated me very rudely. Her tone of voice and her throwing food back into the bins made for a very uncomfortable visit there. I don't see her lasting long in any customer service job......she needs to lose the attitude or be fired. Customers are what pays her check. The manager needs to talk with her about customer service and respect. Not that it matters but she read my hat. US Army Retired.......23yrs Honorable Service ....4 time combat veteran....2 Afghanistan 2 Iraq ....plus US Military Instructor.....if I was boss I'd definitely fire that kid before she cost you customers and money. Check your camera at 11am and see how she's throwing stuff back in the bins. Definitely needs to be fired.
