Today is 6/21/18 and I don't know who was on the grill this afternoon around 2pm, but kudos to them!!!! All I ordered was 2 cheeseburgers and I swear that was the best tasting hamburgers I've had from that pace in months!!!! Made me want to rethink the whole menu (I only go for my morning coffee)!!!!
Very pleasant experience. Young man acting like the McDonald’s Ship captain. Letting everyone know what needs to be up next with the crew saying ‘yes sir’! One employee came to the dining room asking patrons if they needed anything. I hardly see this exemplary service at the high dollar restaurants. I never thought I would have this type experience at a small town fast food joint but this one is the best!
Shout out to the gentleman at the drive thru! He was so patient with our family order, great customer service and fast hot food! Thank you young man, wish I would have asked your name to mention it.

This is a clean, freshly renovated McDonalds as of 12/24/25. The staff were patient and accommodating. They even went out of their way to make a DECAF iced coffee for my momma. Excellent experience for a road stop on a busy holiday! Thank you McDonalds Brownville!
Even though the manager was short staffed this morning because a lot of people did not show up to do their jobs. She was amazing. I think she needs A pay raise, she really did her job well especially under the circumstances thank you to the manager this morning who is Cute as She can be. And a very hard worker thank you so very much. You have a wonderful day.
Typically good service when I come through here. The employees are generally nicer and happier than other McDonald's locations I go to. Never had a complaint other than sometimes the service can be on the slower side.
The food is good today they were busy drive through &in side l got in line &there was about5 waiting for order &there was l ahead of me &fondly we got waited on & again had to wait l got wrong order but l took it any way l know they were busy but they need to be more careful l will still go there because they Have the. Clean restaurant and clean bathrooms. I didn't get sick from eating here, so it's safe to say ppl are washing their hands. Lol! There were 2 girls (one employee & one customer) in the bathroom just sitting there on their phones. So there was a long wait to potty.
I felt somewhat welcome. But I understand that not everyone is comfortable with service 🐕🦺 yet. It's not everyday you see an animal inside of a restaurant. But the law is the law. Read up and study it folks bcuz this pup is going international. 😂
FAMILY OASIS ROAD TRIP BREAK: Some booths have basic kid friendly computer games and the family tables had interactive game lights. Not a lot of seating, but we were grateful for the clean bathrooms & quick service. Also, the local people are really nice. One of the local grandma's with a generous heart ordered chicken nuggets for my kids!
Went through the drive thru, lady wasn't really pleasant to say the least. We travel to work and really needed a receipt to be reimbursed and all they could say was no we can't give you your receipt. Then when we get to the job sight we were missing food. Other than that the food was hot and good.
I went through the drive thru to order dinner for my family. Everything tasted normal for Mc Donald's. Had a bit of a long wait time to receive my food but it was hot and fresh. They forgot to put my bbq sauce in the bag again though.
BE CONSISTENT!!!! Wish they could be consistent, with everything because you don't know from one visit to another what you going to get. Drinks always taste different. Food never prepared the same. Please fix this its frustrating.

Stopped here on a road trip. Service was fast and the bathrooms were mostly clean. The beverage bar was sectioned off and an employee was manning it but I don't see how much good it does to have a table.full of 6 or more teenagers with no masks within two feet of the sectioned off area.
This is a new McDonald's, so the features in store are updated and nice. The service wasn't that great and the servers not that friendly. The food was okay, although our quarter pounder was cold. While the store is nice and new, it needed to be cleaned as there was stuff on the floor and on the tables. Overall could be a great experience with friendly service and cleanliness.
They usually dont have your order correct rather it be a special request or just making it in a normal fashion! And half the time the food isn't fresh unless you go in a rush hour and on top of that a little before 12am they no longer accept cards, all through till 5am or after.
Normally everybody is friendly, but if you order a caramel Machiato please be prepared to wait or go home without it, or get 4different things before you get what you ordered. This was the 4th time they let you order something they can't or won't make, and I am not happy as I always ask for honey mustard and never get it. Always get barbecue sauce. The only reason I still support them is because my daughter loves the frozen fantas. Imagine loosing almost $7 every time you order 2 drinks and have to wait forever or don't get it anyway. I think ill make her frozen fanta at home from now on.
The manager was rude to her employee. In front of everyone at the counter. Told an employee to stop talking and get to work!! People work very hard for little pay in fast food. I'm a gulf war veteran and I know what it is to have respect for everyone no matter my bad days if that it may be. Anger and disrespect to one another is low morale in the workplace. No need.!! Life is hard as it is. So why be mean?
Food was somewhat fresh. Customer service is horrible especially when you ask for ketchup. Why they can't put ketchup and napkins in the bags when you go through the drive thru is something I will never understand!

They seem to mess up on my order every time!! I made sure i clearly said crispy chicken and still got beef. And when i said that i wanted chicken when i ordered the person takeing my order seemed very annoyed. So not a very nice employee!
Well I'll be, I had a problem ordering at Burger King, and their AI interface had more ability to understand customer service than the corporate headquarters, the manager or the McDonald's application. They gave me a $10 apology for ordering from the wrong store. Until I get this matter straightened out I will not be buying at McDonald's again but I will continue to report the dysfunctional and inappropriate behavior I have received after receiving food that made myself and my family sick. What a difference a week can make. McDonald's in Brownfield lost business despite them having a high quality product. Until the McDonald's corporate gets their app functional on complaints and refunds or until Artesia McDonald's, where I and my family had a gut-wrenching experience, gets their act together I'm going to keep driving by these McDonald's even once where I've had positive experiences. Done with it! Stopping at Burger King in the meantime.....
Constantly getting orders wrong, water lines going down, constantly having issues that shut parts of the restaurant down. Management doesn't care. I had an issue with my order several times in a row and asked to speak to Management, but Management didn't come out to address the issue, so I ended up leaving with no resolve.
Once again no diet coke. Finally have ice cream again. 2 sauces for 40 chicken nuggets and a twenty minute wait for online order. Absolutely disappointing. Been a patron of this location since childhood and seems to get worse every year.
Fries were half full as usual. The sweet tea wasn't sweet. Service also had an attitude when asked for ketchup. I got a eyeroll from her. I don't understand why, but at least the fries were hot.
Christopher was great. The rest of the team on this afternoon looked completely lost. Very confused. We got the wrong order and it took a long time. Most of the employees bagging and making the food had their masks on over their mouths but not their nose. They need some training all the way around.
The food was cold. French fies where soggy and chucken nuggets were cold. Cheeseburger was nasty. All the belongings were all over the paper. They forgot my child happy meal. When I went back in to get it, it was not how I ordered it. I asked for fresh French fies and chicken nuggets, and the lady rolled her eyes and gave me old food again. I won't be going back.
Waited over ten minutes (literally, not hyperbole) in the drive thru with only two cars ahead of me. When I finally got my food, my cheeseburgers were mangled to the point of not being worth the mess to eat. The drink was warm out of the fountain, but I didn't get ice so I'll take some of that responsibility. The window staff were good, but the quality of food preparation was lower than I'd expect of a McDonald's.
Drive through. Someone got out of the line and they tried to cancel the wrong order so by the time we got to the window there were about 4 vehicles ahead of us waiting for their food. We got our drinks and waited to get our food. Thought our straws were in the bag, but they weren't and my order was wrong.
Do not order curbside at this McDonald’s. Their managers and employees are incapable of handling a rush and taking care of curbside customers at the same time. A manager should be better at managing and making sure customers are taken care of. THEY WILL IGNORE YOU.
Not only did they lose our order and have to go back and make it, they claimed their soda machine was down just because they didn't want to go to the drink counter to get them. People before and after us both got drinks from the machine. Employees were too busy on their phones (including a manager) and cussing at each other very loudly. The family that came in after us left because they were so uncomfortable. We will NEVER stop here again.
Went and got breakfast Saturday morning and eggs were hard around edges where they been sitting for a while bisquit all dry and crumbly. Then today went and ordered 2 mc chicken and small fries well chicken was hard on one and fires were old.
I was traveling and decided to stop and get a vanilla cone. When I get to window 2 to get my cone I receive an upside down cone in a cup. If I wanted icecream in a cup I would've of asked. Well I won't be stopping there ever again if they can't get a simple order of an cone right. 🤦♀️
This was one of the worst McDonald's I've been into. The person taking the orders could not tell me the difference between a medium and large. It was an order for a combo meal and we kept asking what was medium and what was large and she did not know. We then decided to order the chicken tenders and found out they were out of the chicken tenders. Then went to the bathroom and found it very dirty. I would never step into this McDonald's again
Aditudes the moment I walked in. I'm from Houston, Tx and have never ran into such bad manners at the counter. Myra was very rude when I asked for cream and sugar inside my coffee. She smirked and directed me to the counter to do it myself. Very rude where is Management
I can't rate the store any lower, otherwise I would. The only reason I go to this McDonald's is because my Mother likes to get drinks on the way home from her therapy. They are very discriminatory. I'm a deaf person and the workers have helped in the past, but now the managers have strictly forbidden the workers to take my order. I have to use the Drive thru because I'm constantly on the go. Which is the reason fast food restaurants created the drive thru for people like me who are constantly in a rush. When I went in the store to talk with the managers about this issue, they didn't care, wouldn't look at me, and continued with getting other orders ready. The only reason I didn't call the store owner is because it was late and he was already home for the day. I have respect for him unlike his store. Its sad that the disabled community can't go anywhere without being discriminated against.
The service there was very slow, they were rude and didn't know how to service their own equipment. They had employees sitting around talking with their friends. The food was old and dry, and all the drinks were FLAT! We informed an employee about the drink situation, but they replied we don't know how to fix that. We will not return to this McDonald's again. Thank goodness there's a Burger King and Sonic next door.
The young cashier was charging and arguing that I owed a little over $3 after my app order and I had already paid $7.33 with credit card for the order placed through the app which included a free 6 piece chicken nugget, even after still showing the female the order on my cell phone paid for with details and pictures, still wanted to charge me ? Thanks to the manager, the issue was resolved promptly with no issues...
Usually somthing wrong with our order and you need to tell us the espresso machine is out before we order a iced mocha happens every time we have already paid them you let us know.. please make some changes to make this place better..
We just ate at this McDonald’s for lunch. The entire restaurant was a mess. Tables not cleaned, napkin dispensers empty, trash on the floor. The bathrooms were atrocious. It is clear this establishment has very weak management. The kids behind the counter all appeared to be doing their best. My guess is they are understaffed I haven’t eaten at a McDonald’s in the states in over 10 years and this experience cemented why I don’t eat at McDonald’s.
Their ice cream machine its always out of order we can't ever get any kind of ice cream. They have a really slow service specially in the morning for breakfast. If you go through the drive thru make sure you check your order they don't have enough people so usually they make it wrong.
I wish I could give them negative 5 stars. Service was terrible. Ordered a big Mac with no lettuce ( they even put the no lettuce sticker) but when I opened it up it was covered with lettuce to which my mom couldn't eat because she's allergic. ordered 12 cookies only got six and they looked as if they had been pulled from the garbage
Terrible service. Gave my order to someone in drive-in. Acted like no big deal. Girl taking orders didn't know what she was doing & could barely speak English. Extremely busy & were in chaos. Many unhappy customers whose orders were messed up. Waited 45 mins. Finally asked for manager. He said "sorry" & didn't do a thing. We'll NEVER stop there again.
Fries were cold. When you pay $3 for a large order fries they should at least be fresh and hot. Also quarter pounder meat tastes almost bad. Ordered unsweet tea but got sweet tea twice. Then they realize they had put sweet tea in the wrong container. But young man at window very nice
Refused to make any orders. Manager on duty decided to make her own hours by closing at 8pm when this McDonalds has always been open til 12 midnight since forever.
This McDonald's is really bad they can not ever get our order right. And when we tell them it's wrong, they still manage to get it wrong a second time. It's not that hard to read a screen and make a burger correctly. I don't know the manager's name that was working that day, but she was very rude. Save your time and money and go somewhere else.
Stopped here for breakfast while on our road trip home. Ran in to get it to go, the cashier was rude. She acted like she hated being there and the customers were a bother. Then she kept rolling her eyes and pounding on the cash register with her middle finger. Asked for a egg mcmuffin, pancake, and a sausage mcmuffin. Had to ask for ice for our drinks. Get our order and hit the road. Start unwrapping our food and the girl rang up one sausage egg mcmuffin and one sausage mcmuffin. Now I don't speak softly so I know she heard my order she just was in a bad mood and obviously didn't care what she was ringing up. And fast food workers want $15 an hour. Try getting the order right before demanding more money. Tried calling the McDonald's to complain and the phone just rang and rang. I knew we should have waited for a Whataburger. Would have given them no stars but that was not an option.
20 minutes to get an oatmeal is just ridiculous and to top it off it’s barely warm enough to eat!
The restaurant smelled like a dirty diaper when you walked in. Every table was dirty and had to ask for them to clean one for me to be able to sit down. The trash was overflowing. After they wiped the tables down, it was done with a dirty dish rag. They definitely need improvement in hospitality and management of over seeing staff.
Trash, as always, just like every other restaurant in this town. Asked for food to be made fresh since last time it was stale and obviously past the time it should have been in the hot box, they said they were fresh, and they’re crusty. Garbage.
Ordered at counter breakfast to go. She got the order wrong. She had to get the manager to correct the order. The order took quite some time. When they finally did call the order, the coffee was missing. When I asked the counter person where our coffee was, she said just a minute and walked off. After several minutes the order taker finally brought the coffee. I witnessed several other instances of rudeness between the crew. The gentleman behind us in line to order left when we did and they never did take his order. All I can say is never again.
One of our burgers was served to us raw. When we returned it they remade it but the cook still messed up the order. We were given three extra drink cups we didn’t order and it just seemed like nobody knew what they were doing.
me and my boyfriend ordered a sandwich nuggets fries and two sprites. they gave us the wrong order with two sandwiches and the wrong size of fries. when we came back to get our order, the girl at the window with the purple jacket with white spiderwebs on it with black hair, gave us a horrible attitude. and while her coworkers were being friendly, she continued to be rude to them as well creating a very tense interaction. she took back a sandwich from our bag after reaching inside of it then handing it to someone else. after we drove to the second window, someone packed our corrected order twice which confused us and the other window attendees. when we explained we only needed one bag, the girl in the purple jacket came back and was extremely belittling to her coworkers. I never try and put blame on anyone because I assume she was having a bad day but hassling your coworkers who just needed clarity after you already confused them? ridiculous. we enjoy McDonald's and will keep coming back but jesus that girl was horrible.
On a recent trip between Texas and New Mexico, this McDonald’s offered horrible experiences to my family and me twice. In the morning, we stopped for breakfast, ordering McGriddles, a ham and cheese McMuffin, coffees and orange juices (this seemed to be a pretty simple order). The McGriddles came without cheese, and the McMuffin came without egg; one coffee was iced and seemed to be fine; one coffee was a hot mocha and came as black; we didn’t get straws. A few day later, we stopped at this same location to get an early dinner, and we ordered inside at the kiosk. We ordered a qbc without onion, without pickle, and with bacon, we ordered a current special, and we ordered 2 cheeseburgers plain and dry. Everything was slightly off, but the qbc came without bacon and with onions and pickles. I took the receipt and the sandwich to the counter, and I asked which item on the receipt this sandwich was. The server said that they messed up the order, and she took my sandwich and the receipt; I stood at the counter. A few minutes later, she came back and said that I should sit down, and that she would bring me the sandwich whenever they finished. Nearly 20 minutes later, everyone had finished eating, and I went to check on the sandwich. The same server (the only one wearing a red shirt) denied that she had taken anything from me and wanted to know what was wrong, which order had they messed up. I showed her the “order ticket,” and explained what had happened. They offered to remake the sandwich but said that they had not messed up my order. I asked for a refund on that portion, and I eventually got it. After a very positive experience at the McDonalds in Roswell, NM, I had forgotten that this McDonalds had given us a horrible breakfast. Also, after speaking to others in the Brownfield and in the Lubbock area, I learned that this McDonalds has a horrible reputation and that many people avoid it. The location in Brownfield is very convenient and has a lot of potential. I hope that someone addresses this location and helps it to be the store that it could be.
They will make you pull forward to the stop and wait every single time you go through the drive through. The car in front of me handed their sack back because it was wrong. Mine said no onion but still had onions. The cookies were hard. The fries were hot but had no salt.
The ghetto girl taking our order was rude and unprofessional. She was rude taking our order and after each item we ordered she'd say "Is that it" My husband had to repeat everything and she was annoyed but it was her not paying attention to us. She got our girl's happy meals wrong. The girl taking payment was nice but the one taking orders was horrible. Management needs to teach her how to take orders properly.
This is my third time here in 1-1/2 week and they always say that there frappe machines are broken and I was here for a 30 minute and one 2 car got there food very very slow I think that they are just saying that the machine is broken I don’t think it true 1 star because there is not -1 but that what mine would be
We hire here at 6:30 and we're wanting a Mcflurry the girl taking my order smiles and says we don't have ice cream, I sad oh no why? She said they are cleaning the machine. 😞 I'm pretty bummed and wondering why they would choose to do that at one of the busiest meal times. They were kind and have us 2 extra happy meal toys. 🎈
Ok, first of all it is shown as open 24 hours. There is no lights on, only reason I actually made it into the parking lot because I had Google maps on. I even had to look it up if they were open and since it said 24 hour I just drove up to the drive thru. Second the person taking my order didn’t even know how to ring up the orders according to her it had been a while since she taken an order! They didn’t have no burritos….. I was asked to pull up because they didn’t have any chicken for the chicken biscuits, was told I would have a 4-5 minute wait! I ordered at 6:07 am I didn’t get my food until 6:30! I drove away and my children started going through the food, well we didn’t get a combo, which I had ordered so I called the store. The first time they answered the phone they just hung up! I told the young lady I was missing a combo and she responded with I didn’t pay for it. Which is fine I told her I would pay for it but wanted to know if my food would be ready because I had already waited 30 minutes for my messed up order. She told me that it would be ready. I went to the store another 5 minutes and at the window they tell me that the food isn’t ready! This has been the worst McDonald’s I have ever been to!! I have been to lots of different stores and I have never made a review until now. I wouldn’t recommend this McDonald’s to my worst enemy! I feel sorry for the locals having to deal with incompetent employees. Seems like they even don’t want to deal with their jobs by not turning on their lights!
The worker by the window was rude when she took our order but other than that the ice cream that we got was good
Several problems over time. Today did not provide butter, syrup, or utensils for hotcakes ordered through drive through. Called throughout the day several times and the phone gets picked up and then hung up.
No response at the drive-thru. Workers don’t care about the business and would rather see money spent elsewhere. I hope all of the fast food chains in Brownfield get shut down, because this amount of attention to customers is consistent through all of them.
I was traveling through and ordered breakfast from the drive through. There was an extremely long line. I had ordered a breakfast meal thinking that a coffee came with it, When we got our order there was not a coffee included. It seems that the woman who took my order thought that one of the smoothies I ordered in addition to the meal was substitute for the coffee. This was an understandable mistake, When I indicated that we needed the coffee she finally asked me if I wanted to purchase another coffee. I said that would be fine. Her response was “you will have to go through the line again”.
I had to wait 30 minutes for a breakfast burrito through the drive through. Then I go inside and ask for help and they look at me and say “I’m gonna ignore her, Its too early for this”. Need new employees and someone that actually wants to do there job correctly
Yesterday (4/11/25) I will not come to this store to eat let alone bring my children here to eat. I thought McDonald's had a kid friendly environment. I thought wrong.. How is the manager going to engage in a argument amongst employees with abrasive content, while the maintenance guy who happened to just walk up puts a stop to it ? Whoever is hiring the manager definitely need to reevaluate the people hes hiring. While I sit down to eat my food which was cold and old and not worth the money, I listen to the manager cussing at here employees & throw things at them because she in a rush she can not handle.. I would definitely recommend reevaluate before stepping into this store to eat let alone even use the restroom. Customer service was overall trash. Food was overall trash.Only thing I rate a 5 star is the cleanliness of the lobby

Just went by to get a milkshake and fries and guess what. After months of new construction, new people you still did't hire anyone to clean the milkshake machine or they are just as lazy as the last crew. It's ashame after all that expense this is the type of reviews you looking for. I will not be back.
I really don’t know where to start. Very clean, almost sterile. Don’t expect to see any humans except customers. They try to force you to order and pay at the kiosk but will take an order at the tiny counter if y force it and I did. I ordered a small coffee. I waited for the coffee and I didn’t come so I went to the restroom and washed my hands. I returned to the tiny counter and still no coffee and no humans. I finally peered behind the tiny counter and a human noticed and came out to investigate. I asked how long it takes them to pour a cup of coffee. The human disappeared and came back with coffee. They completely forgot this store is in Brownfield Texas and not LA. It was terrible.

I was traveling between El Paso, Tx and Oklahoma City on a SUNDAY!!!! This is important because apparently they are NOT open for dining in nor do you have access to the bathrooms! An employee was able to help me at the delivery window, but was not allowed to let anyone in...even for the bathroom. Apparently, they only have drive- thru on Sundays!!! That is great if you are from that area, but not for the traveler. As I was walking back to my car another couple was at the other door trying to get in. How many people were inconvenienced that day? I will not stop again. Burger King will get my business from now on. Also, I looked at hours ot service and nowhere does it say drive- hru only on Sunday so that is very misleading.
we just did a drive threw order and our entire meal. our burger modifications were wrong on all of them, we got none of the sauces we ordered, and had a wrong drink. new building and apparently new workers cause damn.
Terrible service super super slow I could go to a steak house and it’s faster then this 100% do not recommend they hired people that don’t even know what the word work means
Ive given this mcdonalds the last chance I can. Everytime I order sonething is wrong with the order, food is cold or the wait time is ridiculous with harldy anyone there. Just order breakfast through the app. Asked for condiments through the app, manager that brought my food out said no condiments. Sorry, we out. I'd just avoid this 1 if I was everyone reading this unless ya just starving to death. Told the manager this was the worst mcdonalds I'd ever been to and she just shrugged her shoulders and said have a nice day. TERRIBLE!
Me and my family went there just right now and I had asked for a dr pepper and they gave me a coco cola and my dad had order a sweet tea but they gave him unsweetened tea they need new workers that can get my family order right like the McDonald's in lbk on university street you can choose your drink and you can pour it by yourself and they make my food really hot and warm in lubbock they need A BETTER PLACE AND BETTER SERVICE I would never GO THERE EVER AGAIN IN MY LIFE UNTIL THEY CAN DO THEYRE JOB RIGHT
There is no menu. There is no drink station anymore. Very disappointed in the remodeling of this McDonald's. The employees are very nice though!
Before the new McDonald's was built, this place was filthy with poor service. I was excited to try the new location since it has a nice building and yard with potential. However, the service was very slow. The guy handling our order had a dirty uniform, and the manager was too busy chatting with employees to care about service. Our order was messed up. We realized we had no straws after driving a few blocks away. My hot coffee had the lid just sitting on top, and my "black" coffee was cold with creamer and sugar. The fries tasted nasty, likely due to old oil. Brownfield doesn't have great options, so we hoped this new place would be better. Unfortunately, we'll have to grab food in Lubbock or Seminole instead.
They are rude to their customers. They bring you cold food. At 7:00 pm they don’t let you in the lobby. Worst McDonald’s I have ever had
Dirty floors, dirty tables, cold food, old cold fries, dining area smelled, and out of a lot of items. Worker's kids in the kitchen. I just left the food there. I couldn't even eat it. Horrible; if I could give 0 stars I would. Management needs to do better.
We stopped to eat here on our way back to Odessa. The place was filthy!! We ordered a milkshake in place of a soft drink for our grandson, 2.20 upcharge, ok fine. Food comes and no shake, asked about it and the girl said they have no ice cream (go figure)so i asked for the money back i paid, she refused and so did the manager. Fries were cold, and meat patties on the burgers were dry as hell. Figured we would use the restroom before we got back on the road, filthy did not use the facilities we had to stop down the road for a cleaner restroom.
They have the worst customer service i have ever seen . biscuits were hard u could no even use the fork to eat them . I specifically asked them to make sure the biscuits were not hard. This ha happen several time . Hire someone that cares how there product taste an looks gravy was so thick it would not come out of cup. terrible service
I went about Midnight and got a #2 quater pounder meal and when i sat down to take a bite i saw that it was still RAW..... i was not able to go back to get it fixed so called to notify the Manager and they said they will put my name down and will remake it when i am able to go back. It is pretty gross that they don't know how to properly cook a meat patty..... if i had not noticed it i would have gotten really sick!!!!! They need to stop being in so much of a hurry that they will serve someone a RAW burger just to get their order out quick..... i know it is Fast Food but that is just ridiculous!!!!!!
Was so,dirty.. Worst I have ever been to. I asked for a wash cloth and wipes down,the soda machines and cleaned up all the ketchup on the counters.. The ladies bathrooms were horrible. Toilet paper all on the floors, trash over flowing, soap,all,over the sinks. I really felt bad for the manager she was pregnant and such a sweetheart. She apologized. The kid that was dumping the trash outside didn't pick,up,what was dropped out of the trash cans it was all around the trash cans. They never picked it up. They just took advantage of the boss cause she was so nice. I,would have been in there butts . Take,phones away. If you have time to,lean you have time to clean.
