The food was amazing, the restaurant was very clean and the waitress was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely go back.
Always very friendly on the phone. We order from them a lot but decided to give Avacolis in Seneca Falls another shot but regretted that mistake. Since Avacolis was a disaster, I decided to order from Little Italy. They are amazing. Go to Little Italy and save your frustration with Avacolis. Little Italy has friendly people, great service and not to mention great food. Amazing desserts!! My go 2 Italian restaurant for the area. Thanks guys, your the best!
Excellent dinner including garden salads, garlic bread with mozzarella, meat disaster pizza, homemade chocolate chip cookies. Our server Patricia was very personable! Will be back soon!
One of the best strombolis I've had in quite some time. Big and stuffed with meat/cheese. Baked to perfection. Garlic sticks were also yummy. My wife loved the eggplant paremesean. The salad that accompanied it, however, was nothing special. I think that's the worst thing we can say about the visit. Decent prices for what you get and friendly service. Did I mention the stromboli?
My husband and I were on our way home from vacation, to celebrate our 20th wedding anniversary. We decided to stop to stretch our legs and poke around town. We decided to see if we find a resteraunt to have lunch. We happened to stumble upon Little Italy. We are so glad we did! While on vacation we ate at some super class resteraunts, hover they did not compare to this little gem! At Little Italy, the food was amazing and so was the service. We would recommend this place to Everyone! Well worth it! Wonderfull little place!! We will definatly go back!
Grabbed a couple of sandwiches for lunch and was surprised at the quality of the bread and freshness of the ingredients. I also noted that the local workmen also stopped in and they know where to go. We did not try the pizza but certainly a nice place to grab a lich and head down to the park for a picnic.
We were actually just visiting from out of state and happened to stop by for a slice. My boyfriend said it was one of the best slices we ever had! We wanted more but couldn't justify spending so much on a pizza. Luckily there was a special on Monday nights so we were able to experience it again before we left!
Staff was very personable- attentive while letting patrons know that we could take our time. The food was authentic. There's an unobstructed view of the canal making you feel as though you're waterside. Seneca Falls is (nicely) quiet in the off season while restaurant staff is very accommodating.
My good friends have their boat docked at Beacon Bay in Cayuga. We were starving getting back in and placed an order with Little Italy for delivery. First I couldn't believe they came that far to deliver. Second I ordered an Eggplant Parm on a toasted bun and onion rings. The food was not only phenomenal it was still piping hot and was delivered in like 50 min!! We were so impressed tipped the driver a $20!! Very impressed!!
I’m a hot wing fanatic, love spicy food. The hot wings here were absolutely on point. Super good flavor and the spice was that one were 3 tells ya it’s spicy, 5 smacks your lips. Not sure who cheffed them wings up but hats off to you
We order quite alot from them and I have no complaints. Food is always hot when we get it. Food is always good and cooked right. I suffer from Crohn's and its hard for me to find places i can eat at/order from. Little Italy you will always have my business. You delivery staff is always polite and on time.
My friends and I stopped here on our wine tasting adventures for dinner. The staff was hilarious and efficient. I ordered a special pizza that was amazing! We had a great time and the ambience was great.
A friend and I had lunch here today (2nd time in a month) around 12 Noon without reservations. --We were able to choose our table --Server and Service was excellent. --Server this time (Melyssa) and Tiffany the first time, were both very friendly, outgoing, attentive to our needs. They were very knowledgeable about the menu and about the history of the place. --Food was top notch in all respects. If you are looking for a clean place with an awesome atmosphere, casual decor and excellent food and service, Little Italy in Seneca Falls is the place to go. We will be back. Thanks to Melyssa and Tiffany for making both of our visits so enjoyable
Ordered for delivery. Food was hot and we must say this is the best pizza and wings we've had in the last couple years. Delivery person was very nice. Keep up the good work.
The food and atmosphere is very welcoming. Competent staff and value for the money. I had a great experience with my family and it's hard to find something equally suitable in the Seneca Falls area.
Group of 14 people. Quick fun service. All our food came same time. Lots on plate hot and tasty. Cheesecake. Wow want to try pizza next time, if it's as good as there bread sticks OMG BEtter than olive garden just saying yummy
GREAT food!!!! Great cocktails. We had the chance to attend the Saturday night concert with Joe Uticon. The atmosphere is warm, the staff really nice. All is clean. We strongly recommend the cheesecake (In addition, the walk in the centre of Seneca to the lake is very pleasant). We also ordered by delivery via the website. No surprises. Efficient, fast and delicious.
Let me tell you… I was a little skeptical going into this pizza place not knowing what to expect but the front girls/waitresses are so beyond nice so automatically they get my 5 stars and then the food of course was absolutely delicious! The waitress was super busy after just dealing with 2 busses with over 100 people so she accidentally put my order in wrong and I very kindly let her know it wasn’t what I ordered and asked if there was a price difference for the items and apologized but I was set on what I ordered and she immediately went and made my food herself and made sure it was perfect. Absolute 5 stars in my book!! I used to manage a pizza place and let me tell you, when someone freaks out about a mess up in food it’s hard to want to fix their order but when you’re kind they’ll go above and beyond to make sure it was perfect. She was so kind and got a good tip of course! 😊 good job little Italy! ( btw her name was melyssa)
Seneca Falls has one pizzeria, Little Italy. It has that little everything that makes pizza taste like real pizza. Love it.
We were a small group for a family birthday party. They were welcoming and fun. The chicken wings were some of the best I have ever have and the pizza was delicious too! Excellent service and a new "go to" place when we are over that way 😊
Just had a pizza from Little Italy. I have to say honestly that it might be the best pizza I’ve ever had. Thank you to whoever cooked it. We will be frequenting your restaurant much more often.
The pizza and Calzones are the best around from what I can tell. They understand the meaning of crispy wings, which is hard to find. Always look forward to their Pizza of the Month. Prices felt a little high for the Dinner Entrees, but the quality and portions totally make up for it. Also, the servers are very friendly and attentive. Really makes for a nice meal on a cold day.
Good old fashioned pizza shop with fresh homemade dull and fresh not canned toppings! I wish there were desserts were as fresh.
Decided to try this place after day 1 of the 2023 Finger Lakes Tire Rack SCCA National Tour Event. The fried ravioli was amazing and the I can't remember the exact name but I would say it's a meat lovers pizza was phenomenal!!! (And great cold the next morning)
We came here to try it out and the food was delicious! We were so happy with our food the first time, we went back again for take-out! It is a bit pricey, but what isn't now and days? At least here, you get quality for you money! If you're trying to decide where to eat tonight, I would definitely recommend going here!
There homemade soup is to die for! the best Italian wedding soup I have ever had
We were visiting Women’s Rights NHP and decided to stop here for lunch seeing as it was right by the Wesleyan Chapel. You buy the pizza by the slice and the slices are really big. It’s a really good deal. The employee was really nice and friendly as well. I got a slice of their monthly pizza and their Bang Bang pizza. The monthly pizza, The Mummy, was okay but nothing to write home about. However, the Bang Bang pizza is the best pizza I have ever had. It’s amazing. Definitely stop by here for their Bang Bang pizza.
We did take out - the day we traveled to Geneva NY from Philadelphia. Pizza was great and we have one Gluten Free family member. They were very good about handling the GF pizza. Would definitely get Little Italy pizza again!
Sicilian pizza was absolutely delicious! (Note - "Baby Sicilian" easily serves 2-4 people.) Service was good. Only disappointment was that there was no bartender working while we were there, so nothing could be ordered off the cocktail menu that was on the table.
This is my favorite pizza place in the area. It has a bar if you're just looking to have an appetizer and a couple drinks. I've never had bad service and if my order has a problem just call and they will fix it immediately. Good food goes hand in hand with good service. They have good food so if there's bad service it's probably the employee not the business. Good help is hard to find in this digital zombie era. My favorite dinner is baked ziti Sicilian. If I want pizza this is where I order it from.
Food was delicious but what really set them apart was their customer service. Unfortunately, I didn't get our waitresses name but we came in with my father who needed assistance and she was so kind and helped us locate the handicap accessible entrance. She was also very patient and confirmed ingredients for our allergies/dislikes. Couldn't have asked for a better experience.
I was been here since 1st time name ill-paciffio... Food always good for us..
We usually order delivery from here once in a while. Tonight, we purchased the "Godfather" and the chicken finger sub. Let me tell you...this was one of the BEST meals we have had in along time. The flavor of the godfather was absolutely amazing!!!!!
The food was amazing. We ordered their eggplant pizza and we loved it.
OMG I'm from Utica NY and went to my son's camp this weekend. He ordered pizza n wings (boneless ones were exceptional)from here...and I must say I wish I lived closer because Little Italy would definitely be my go to pizzeria... Great job guys... keep up the good work in serving delicious food 😋 😋
Always very good food here... A nice variety a nice menu selection and always cooked fresh..... Nice ladies behind the counter they are very friendly also a guy who walks around making sure everything is going well also very friendly...... A few tables for some instide sit down business but mostly a lot of takeout but they do encourage sit down relax have some food.....
The stuffed shells were delicious. Stuffed FULL with cheese, the red sauce was so good!!! The spaghetti and sausage was good too. The red sauce on the spaghetti was flavorful and garlicky. The sausage was cut into "rounds"which unfortunately left them dry.
Dinner was delicious! Special Hog Heaven pizza was unique with pulled pork and bbq sauce. Stromboli was stuffed with sausage and had a great crust. Side of sauce was well flavored. Would return to try some of the many other pizza and pasta options.
I love their crust - best in town, but I'm deducting 1 star because they WAY overdo it on the "specialty" pizza. If you're just going in for a slice or two, they have probably about a dozen different pizzas made up to choose from, but often if you want to stick to a "traditional" style, your choices are often plain cheese or pepperoni, all of the other selections are barbecue, broccoli or mashed potatoes (no kidding) - just a hunch, but I'd guess none of these would be a choice in "Big Italy".
Visited for my birthday, the service was great as usually but the food this visit was not. The appetizers were good, but the medium pizza we ordered as the main course took a while to come out and when it finally did it was dark on the bottom, almost to the point of being burned.
Very nice small family run restaurant, next to the. Women's Rights national park near the Wesleyan Chapel. The service staff is very attentive for in-house dining and they do a full menu delivery in the area. In general the food is good if not outstanding. The garlic knots are a regular accompaniment with all dishes and are delicious. The soups often seemed to be under-seasoned and I didn't care for the beans and greens.
I had a slice of the monthly special pizza -- five meats (including pulled pork) and barbecue sauce -- and it was phenomenal. Excellent crispy crust, friendly staff, great location. I do have to say you should be careful on the way in: The door slams behind you, and can give quite a fright.
"Outstanding Service and Average Food" I recently visited a charming Italian restaurant and was greeted by an outstanding waitress who made my experience truly delightful. The small pizza, glass of wine, and side of spaghetti were served promptly, and the waitress was attentive and friendly throughout. The food, however, fell short of the exceptional service. The pizza was a little undercooked, and while it was still edible, it didn't quite meet my expectations. The flavors were satisfactory, but I was hoping for a more well-done crust. Despite this, the overall experience was satisfying. The ambiance and the exceptional service from the waitress made up for the average quality of the food. I would highly recommend this place solely for the warmth and attentiveness of the staff.
Great pizza. Recommend the chicken parmesan pizza. Service was a bit off. Only one young man was working, but was doing his best with the tables.
Came in from out of town, looking for something authentic and good news, we found it! Two slices of spicy pepperoni hot honey pizza later, and life was very, very good.
Young staff with more questions than answers. Food is decent, air conditioner works great.
I'm a truck driver and just ordered dinner. Wayyyyy too expensive for the quality. Fettuccine sauce has no flavor at all. Portion size is ok. Also didn't receive utensils or napkins
Well I ordered chicken rigge's ( spicy) I think anyway I ended up and chicken rigge's with angel hair pasta anyways I don't think the (person), understood what chicken rigge's are... I thought she was telling me it's a side order that comes with a chicken rigge's? As she asked me what type of pasta.. idk Anyways... I can't wait to go back to sit down and eat Chicken Rigge's (spicy) I will follow up after an in person dining. & I am certain that two more stars 🤩 will be added
Meal was less than stellar. Lemon chicken main taste was salt. Eggplant roulette had way too much ricotta. Garlic twists were disappointing all in all it was way too expensive for the quality of the food. Wine was good. Waitress nice.
The food is a little expensive for what they offer and in my seafood pasta the shrimp still had tails, the scallops were tiny, etc. I still go here pretty often but I wouldn't exactly say it's super sanitary or the best place in Seneca Falls by any means whatsoever. Overall a pretty meh place
Went in and were told upon entering there was only one persion working, and she looked frazzled. Prices looked expensive $15 for a basic sub or hogie. Same sub at home wiuld be at the most $8-12. We left before ordering.
Not good-called order in an hour before I wanted it-got there-it was in the front computer-paid-cashier went out to kitchen-came back order "never got to them" had to wait 20 minutes for it. Have usually gone to Mark's, think that might be the best option-or Fat Boys. They did say I'm sorry-once-when it was done I just got a look and the box was placed on the counter. Very poor customer service!!!
I have been going to little Italy since I was a kid. I have been there numerous times and always loved it. Last night I went with my husband and friends and was severely disappointed. We were seated and brought our drinks. Ten minutes later, no one has taken our order. My husband asked the hostess if someone would be taking our irser soin, she said she would get our waitress. The woman then walks by us to another table saying she would take our order in a moment, then walks back the other way to take someone else's order? Then the hostess takes the order of someone who just walked in. Result? We walked out and no one ever took our order. On the way out the hostess finally said she would take our order but it was too late. Will not be going back anytime soon. Unfortunate that this long standing part of the community is going downhill
I don’t like giving negative reviews. I try to be open minded and understanding. This was one of the top 3 worst experiences I’ve had. We ordered at 4:06pm. It took 10 minutes to order baked ziti with gluten-free noodles. Eggplant parm with a side of fettuccine Alfredo, chicken cacciatore, greens and beans and Oreo cheesecake. We were told 25 minutes. We got there.... she told us she put the order in wrong. Instead of eggplant she put chicken.. I don’t eat meat. She says 20 more minutes. I say not to worry I’ll just have the Alfredo with a side of marinara. She informed us it was a few more minutes for our order. This was at 4:40. Finally got our food at 5:18. She gave us a bogus receipt. No marinara side and no sauce at all on the cacciatore! Food was not worth the price we paid especially with all the mess ups. Beans and greens and bread sticks were delicious. I’d be great to get sauce for the breadsticks though.
New location is much cleaner however they decided to computerize the ordering process..... hence them managing to lose my order twice. Pickup counter appears to be a converted restroom and after someone finally showed up to cash me out another employee stops me to make sure I wasn't stealing my pizza. Used to order from the old location a few times a week I will not be frequenting the new location until Pat and his staff get their act together.
We stopped here on our way to Hidden Marsh Distillery and Del Lago Casino. The experience was not horrible but it wasn’t very good either. Waitress was a pleasant young woman who had no idea how to prepare the drinks we first wanted. Those that she could make she couldn’t make because she didn’t have the ingredients to make them. The ones she did make—our third choices—tasted like weakly flavored water. The food—two wraps—was equally mediocre: portions were large but undercooked. I got potato chips and they were ok; but how can you ruin potato chips? My wife got fries and they tasted about three quarter thawed: more mediocrity. Total cost for this $60. Value of it: one tenth that. Next time through here we go where I originally wanted to go: Subway.
Stopped here at 8:59 on Friday night. Facebook and website says they are open until 10pm. Called from outside with no answer and the person walking around inside disappeared. Frustrating.
Honestly, disappointing experience. We ordered two small pizzas and 10 wings, (51 total) and ordered Buffalo wings which we specified over the phone and was never corrected. The woman at the front counter was not very welcoming and took forever to find our order despite giving her our name and number. We got home and realized we had bbq rings and ranch? We weren’t going to eat it so I called back and asked for. A refund. She stated they don’t even sell Buffalo sauce? I said why didn’t you say that over th e phone and she says I assume everyone knows, my apologies. I then asked for a manager or owner and she stated that there were none. Again, I said there’s no one at the store that can help me with the refund? She says no one is ever there . Please go spend your money somewhere elss
Been here a few other times and never had an issue however tonight was different. The guy at the counter had a hard time listening to our order we had to repeat it numerous times we then had to go to the bar to place our own drink order and when we walked back into the room where we ordered our food he was like oh what did you guys get almost like he never saw us before. While we were there they had DJ trivia which was really weird and awkward and nobody wants to listen to that while they're eating dinner. Also the wings we got had like no sauce on them at all and I forgot my ranch dressing. Very disappointed.
The girl at the counter grabs slices with her bare hands after handing money at the register and talking on the phone. So I ordered a sub… hope they used gloves. Sub was good but forgot banana peppers that I ordered. Came with a side of sweet potato fries that didn’t taste right.
We came in for dinner , looking forward to some delicious italain dishes. Our waitress was pleasant , we ordered spagetti and meatballs 18 bucks and a meat ball sub 16 bucks We were told the meatball sub was very good. When the food arrived the meatball sub had enough space for another meatball, and these were the worst meatballs I've had ever, let alone from an Italian restaurant called little italy. Bland sauce . The spagetti and meatballs were a similar situation bland and over priced for the size of the serving or quality , which ever way you slice it. The fries with my sub were the best part of the meal. We will not be returning. I was going to order a dessert to go and the state of our food detered me.
Guess they deleted my review. Go somewhere else for food! Got an Italian hoagie and chicken wrap and it was $30. The Italian hoagie had no more than 2 pieces of meat and cheese. No lettuce, tomato, dressing. Also waited 20 minutes for that. I am all for understanding of short staff but this was not right!
Our bread sticks where over cooked hard as a rock. I got the Buffalo blue sub and my roll was burnt the chicken riggies we got were salty as hell . I'm not normally one to complain but I'm also a cook and know there is no reason to send food out like that if you see stuff is over cooked make a new one whoever you have cooking for you doesn't care what you're food comes out which is bad for business ...
This was a terrible experience. The employees aren't properly trained. I called ahead for my order and 15 minutes later I got there just to find out they didn't even put the pizza in the oven yet. Another guy came in after me and placed an order, and he got his and left 10 minutes before I got mine. The pizza came burnt, and the manager avoided any responsibility when confronted. The pizza was disgusting and the service was possibly the worst I've ever had. This place went wayyy downhill
Ordered thru doordash. Ordered a chicken Philly sub, got a steak Philly. Bun and onion rings burnt. Stuffed shells were good, but they forgot the salad, and the garlic sticks were rubber. Mozzy sticks were typical food service. Not worth the cost overall.
WARNING!!! DO NOT DO IT!!! They will also curse you out if you go to them with a problem!!! My friends and I called for a delivery order and we're told 30 to 45 minutes. Well, over two hours, yes that was hours, later we got cold food. We called twice while waiting for it and we're told first that it was on its way. NOPE! LIE! Almost an hour later we call back and the guy Stephan was HORRIFICALLY RUDE!!! He was just brushing us off!!! I have been in the restaurant and in retail industry for almost 14 years. If you tell someone that it will be 30 to 45 minutes and you notice that it is getting close, inform the customer! We ended up going to the food court to get food while we were waiting! I honestly thought that Stephan called and had the driver turn back! So if you like rude service, slow delivery, and cold food, sure go ahead. If you don't, then DON'T DO IT! DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!
I love driving past two pizza places to try this place just to have to finish cooking the pizza when I get home
Really Sad to see a place we used to Live to Order from Every Friday turn into a place that doesn’t care what they serve, how employees respond to customer complaints, will not be going back. Three times back to back of Failed Food and Orders is not worth it. We figured we would give it one more try after our order of sheet Pizza and Wings that tasted absolutely awful and as if it were cooked at lunch time and served for late night dinner, do not even bother to call and say anything because you get attitude, and no where. I do not know who owns this Little Italy here in Seneca Falls but they should care about their business as it serves the customers from our own community.
I can't give a zero rating. I wish I could. When the restaurant first opened at the downtown locations it was wonderful. Good food, great service but no more. Ordered food today while watching the game. It was horrible. The sub was two thin slices of lunchmeat, two very thin slices of tomato and a small amount of lettuce. The roll was stale. It was really unedable. This was not the first poor food I received but definitely will be the last. Don't waste your money, stay away.
This is the last time I go to this place. Very disappointed in not only the food but the service as well. When the appetizers came out the fried ravioli, and pizza logs were burnt and tasted like the haven't changed the fryer in weeks. When the main course came out the chicken marsalla was a complete disappointment. The sauce was like watered down broth with no flavor at all.. you couldn't tell it was chicken marsalla, the pasta was bland and way under cooked. the chicken was tough and the breading was soggy. The server was very short and rude. Seems like they have all young kids working that have no idea what they are doing. The management is non existent. Honestly ill never come back to this place.
We ordered a garden salad and a calzone. They were delivered and the calzone was cooked too long, the salad was slimmy and brown and threw most of it away, ordered a large salad but we're delivered and billed for a small. Had to throw out the tomatoes and cucumbers. Tried to call back and were put on hold for 8 minutes and hung up. Called back again and no answer after 10 rings. We were frequent customers until this bad experience.
The sign at the door read wait to be seated, so for several minutes we waited on crutches for someone to seat us .. eventually someone appeared and said: sit anywhere. Ordered a panini from the menu. (machine is broken) Ordered a half-sub from the menu (won't make a half sub. Ordered soup. Soup arrived and we reminded the waitress that the menu reads that it comes with garlic bread. She came back about 10 minutes later with fresh garlic bread.. burned on the bottom and raw in the middle. Very disappointing.
They need a new person to take orders on the phone if u can't hear me my guess your gonna mess up my order
Stopped to eat dinner before a show at the Del Lago casino. Waitress was slow, the food took forever to come out. The table next to us came in after us and had food before us. We had to take home in to go boxes. After eating wasn’t worth taking home. Find another place to eat.
To start with a positive note: Delivery guy was very nice. The food was a completely different story. My daughter got a half sub that wad loaded with turkey and very sloppily thrown together. I got the buffalo chicken salad and normally a salad comes with other things besides the chicken and lettuce. Mine came with those two and tomatoes that were very much expired. The cheesecake tasted very gamey and rubbery and the flavor wasjust awful which was disappointing. And on top of that the bill was $50. Usually when you spend that much its at least a little bit worth it. Next time I'll save myself 40 bucks and just get dominos. Even being one of the worst tasting places it'll be better than this place.
I called to place an order, girl answered and asked to please hold, sure no problem. After 19min or hearing her talk about her personal life to a co worker I decided to drive down to there, stayed on the line, walked in and asked her to please pick up the phone as I show her my cell. Then gave her my order and she ran in the back and came back out and told me the cook doesn't know how to make that dish. Yes the dish that's on the menu. And asked me if there was anything else I wanted. I left!! The owner just doesn't care anymore. And it shows. He's never there, and let's little young people run it that have absolutely no clue. Never again. All done! (Btw) this isn't thr first time somthing absolutely dumb has happened.
Ordered a wrap, no sauce. Came with onions when it wasn't supposed to. Called them the next morning to ask for them to fix it since they were closed when I saw it had onions. Someone named Tiffany laughed at me and said she wouldn't do anything to fix it. And let's not forget that every single time I have got delivery, its been wrong. I will never eat here again.
I have two ratings to give: Eat-in: great dinner for a large group. The food came quickly and was plentiful, hot, and tasty. Very gluten free friendly with GF pizza, very good, and GF pasta available. All were very happy. Next day, I was so impressed, I ordered a delivery lunch for 15 people. Ordered 1.5 hours in advance. Delivery sight: half a block away. First, though directions were clear, they went to the wrong place. Delivered half an hour late (we were under time constraints!) No apologies. And, despite specific request, did not bring plates, silverware, cups, etc. I walked down to get it myself and had to go back for napkins, which they forgot again. No apologies and a resentful attitude from the manager. Too bad daytime staff can't meet the standard set by the dinner staff! Won't make the same mistake twice.
I've called in the past and the person that answers the phone has no clue what's even on their menu I asked for a chicken parm sandwich (what Italian restaurant doesn't do that) and I was told they don't have them, lost a sale there. Stop in to get a slice of pizza and a slice of cheese pizza is $4.65 if you pay cash. I won't be back I can go get a meal for $5 at a lot of other restaurants in town not just a slice.
It was terrible. We had to wait for our food one waitress. No, ketchup on the table. No sugar on the table didn't ask if you wanted more coffee got served one at a time and had to wait. It was a very bad experience have no plans on going back there ever again. Gave you a hamburger, but no ketchup. They ran out of onion rings. So you had to take fries. Was not happy at all.
I look forward to the mummy pizza every October. I love it when it’s made right. I finally got my husband to try it tonight and it was terrible. There were a few spots with the potato on it and it was over cooked. I asked for the onions on half and they put regular onions on it. Very disappointed. It looked like younger people working and they were messing around when I picked my pizza up. This is probably why it was burnt and had the onions on it. I’m in no hurry to order again😟😡
They used to have excellent food. However the last couple times have been very disappointing. I never should of given a second chance. After the food and service tonight we will never be back. Clearly a management issue with ordering stock for the restaurant and no quality control with the food served. Our drinks were never refilled. Honestly save your hard earned money and just go to domino's they have much better pasta and pizza. Plus domino's actually treats you like they want/care about your business
I just experienced an intro to an episode of Kitchen Nightmares. I ordered a small pizza to-go, and went to pick it up. I arrived and paid over 16 dollars, walked out and was going to enjoy a slice. To my surprise, the pizza was smaller than one and a half slices would have been. Had I bought two slices for less than 7 dollars, I would have had more pizza than I received for 16 dollars. Now, I don't normally complain about food, but I felt like I was robbed of 10 dollars, so I walked back in and quietly approached the counter and apologized preemptively for my complaint. I voiced half of my concern to a friendly woman at the counter before another woman, we'll call her Woman B, came up to me and angrily asked what the problem was. I told her, and she told me that that was what I ordered. We'll, I obviously knew that. So I told her that my complaint wasn't that my food was wrong, but that it was way too expensive. I mean, I could see the giant 3 dollar slices behind her. She got even more rude and asked what it was I wanted done about it. I said that I wanted my money refunded. She snorted and giggled at me and said there was absolutely no way. I can't be alone in thinking that this was a TERRBLE experience, especially when you consider that I didn't even get any food for my money/troubles since I dumped my child sized pie on their counter. This place doesn't deserve support until they begin treating their customers like customers.
We just moved to the area and decided to stop here for dinner. Don’t be fooled: Little Italy is NOT an Italian restaurant - it is a pizza joint that also happens to serve Italian food (and it’s not very good Italian food at all). They charge you NYC prices for their food (at least 25% more than other restaurants in the vicinity). Our server, Faith, was really sweet but it took a long time to get our meal, which was mediocre at best. We both ordered the cheeseburger “garbage” plates. If you’re looking for the famous, traditional garbage plate, this is definitely not it. We are pretty sure that the burger was just a couple of meatballs cut up with cheese on it. Macaroni salad was tasteless and their “meat sauce” was tomato-based and tasted like canned Manwich sauce. We won’t ever dine here again. Do yourself a favor and find a better restaurant as there are many in the area.
Ordered out last night after a hard days work. Spent 100$ Including the 15$ tip I gave the driver. First time, food is 100% incorrect and everything was backwards after reading my order to me over the phone multiple times. I call back complain and get the 2/3 things remade and brought back out which still wasn’t right. They would not remake the ham and Swiss sub that had bred that looked like it had floated down a river before they made the sub. Overall a very bad experience and I would not recommend to anyone. No reimbursement, food was incorrect, and would not fix order. Very unsatisfied.
Ripped us off. Watch your receipt! I went in with 2 friends. They didn't give any of us our receipts. When I asked for mine, I saw that she'd charged me higher for each item I ordered. When I told the worker she overcharged me, she argued with me in front of the line of people, even though I pointed to the store's very clear price signs on a giant chalk board, and right in front of the pizza. The worker then said she didn't have time to figure out the price difference and rudely thrust some change at me. My friends then added up the cost of their meals and discovered they were also overcharged. I think it was intentional. Also, the pizza slices were dry and disappointing.
I wish I took a picture of the food before I posted this, but the small dish that it came in will have to do. I paid $18 for the lasagna and what I got was a slice of luke warm disappointment. The garbage plate gives you WAY more food for the same price that you have to finish in 2 sittings because it's actually worth your money. The driver was nice though.
I live 20 mins away. I like their pizza BUT every time I come they always make a mistake. The first 2 times it was they forgot to add toppings to my pizza, by the way they don’t refund you for their mistake either. Then I came tonight ordered 2 pizza’s and both were wrong. I gave them 3 chances due to I know people have those days. But it has been three times now. This will be the last time I ever come back.
Worst service ever! Waited in the lobby for 20 mins! I yelled hello, nothing! Even our child was being loud. No one came! The waiter even walked by and didn’t bother to acknowledge us. They were not busy an all!
2 large pizza, 50 dollars with nothing on it one had was a susage that might had been a 1/8 of a cup on really fine ground up susage on it, the other one was cheese the cheese one look like a small size, this place SUCKS
Not worth the price. For only two customers while we were there the wait time too long. Food came out all together not asked for refills on our drinks or even ask how the food was. The food was either undercooked or over cooked.
Ordered in. Food took an hour to come out to us. We were the only ones there. Food was cold when it came out. My wife's food was made wrong and had to be sent back to be remade. My good was cold and not made correctly. I attempted to eat it despite the poor quality, but I could not. So I went to the counter and just grabbed a couple of there already made slices of pizza. My requested that the cold, not made correctly dish be taken off the bill. Upon getting the check, the dish was not taken off so I had asked yet again. And was told, because I had taken a bite of it, that they would not take it off despite all the issues with it. The food was poor quality as well as the service. We will not be dining in here or doing take out here.
I ordered two "Grandfather" sandwiches off of the menu using online ordering. They were made very sloppy, the tomatoes were falling out the side. They weren't cut as you can see in the pictures and video. I asked for extra mayo and had to add my own. I asked for no onions and got onions. The top of it was falling apart, you could see right into the sandwich and you couldn't hold it. I called and had to repeat all of this several times to different people. I had already drove home and didn't want to go back for new ones and they wouldn't credit me for next time. 🫤 worst 45 dollars I've spent. 👎
Ordered a large Buffalo Chicken Wing pizza at 6pm - arrived at 6:30- waited until 6:50. The pizza had NO cheese within 3 inches of the crust around the entire pizza. It looked like they dropped a pile of cheese in the center and called it good. It had so little sauce that the cheese that was on the pizza fused to the dried out burned base. One of the slices had a bone in it. This thing was inedible. They just don't care. Update 4 months later. Tried again, same order. Our fault as we should have known better. Pizza burned.
