I would have given all 5 stars but we have to multiple times explain the orders as we made all vegetarian but the person who made did not even look what modification we have made. Food quality was good as it was fresh , restaurant is clean . Restrooms are clean too. Lots of parking .

The burrito supreme was regular. The chalupa had just a tiny bit of meat. The diet mtn dew was great. Only one time visit.

Taco Bell in general has seemed to go down in quality and up in price somehow. Half of the time what should be salty Naco chips taste like cinnamon twists. They have gotten rid of a few of my favorite items and you can't replace that stupid 5 layer burrito in the $5 boxes which are the only good deals left. But I'd really love to just have a soft taco or any cheap item than that burrito I hate.

Asked for a Cantina Chicken Bowl & they gave me a bowl that was mostly rice. It had about 5 pieces of lettuce & 1 table spoon worth of burnt dried beans.

Had to wait for my order to be taken. The bathrooms are locked and need a code to open…okay. Except when the door closed the handle was missing..I had a hard time getting out, good luck if you’re a kid, woman or hand weak hands.

Idk what's with this place..... but EVERY time I've come here it's like a roll of the dice..... which will go wrong today.... I maybe a lil picky but I usually just ask for the tortillas a lil bit cooked cause 1) I ain't white 2) warm tortillas is nasty it should be grilled longer 3) tortillas charred a lil is bomb... On the crunch wrap..... dear lord every time I pull one it's like fighting for it's life to stay intact and alot of the food wants to run away before I can eat it.... like c'mon this isn't sausage party..... Burritos 🌯 mid Tacos 🌮 above average mid Soft tacos.... make me wanna cry And speaking of soft tacos, any soft tacos, it's like when they load up on them they're afraid that everything is spilled out so the tortilla-to-food ratio is WAYYYYYY off and I always end up just rolling into a flauta and eat it.... I noticed with this taco bell 🔔 it's a fact that whoever owns/runs it is a SUUUUUPER cheapskate, why I say that cause in order to save on cost and profit more just put in less portions than it should cause I know i used to work in the food industry. Workers are awesome 👌 Place is niche Food is.... don't expect too much cause even if it's taco bell and for taco bell standards is wayyy subpar

Its been more than a couple of time this tacobell as given me my orders wrong i understand that when they are busy s..happens but they were not busy at all and i still got my order wrong got less than what i paid for..sadly

Only 2 people working cashier was new waited 15 minutes before she said anything just did drive threw food was good dining area dirty and this was at 9am

Taco bell never has anything complete on the menu! They go thru so many employees. And they all have bad attitudes. I understand it's not there fault for not have food items. But there whole way of saying it and acting is really bad!!

Everytime I go here, EVERY DAMN TIME they forget something off my order. And if you could see the pathetic item they call a Mexican pizza... For those prices it should be loaded. Compared to how they used to look this was a completely different item.

At 9am I drove threw the drive through to get breakfast I asked if they had the breakfast tacos they said no I tried to order a breakfast burrito with sausage they said they were out of sausage so I ordered a breakfast burrito with bacon because that’s all they had to offer for breakfast it was small and mostly tortilla but had good flavor I asked for breakfast salsa they were out of that too they just gave me regular hot sauce. What a disappointment

2 stars due to it has a touchpad that not only can you place your order on, but can also pay at... 2 stars due to with lack of a customers (5) they were extremely slow, had the 5 dollar chalupa box, what made it great was the diablo sauce I added to it...

It's a 50/50 with this taco bell and there's this one chubby girl that's lousy and when getting the lid for the drinks she puts it on the counter,obviously the counter is dirty not so clean and I got to use that to cover my drink...she puts my change in the counter and receipt too,she got a bad attitude and last time I was here the manager or owner got her in trouble along with a couple of other workers for staying in during closed hours,they were vaping and I heard so many more things and one of the guys threatened two female workers there , THEY REALLY NEED TO REHIRE NEW PEOPLE,LET ME WORK HERE AND ILL SHOW YOU HOW ITS DONE RIGHT,PLUS WHEN I COME IN THE TABLES ARE ALWAYS DIRTY NOT EVER CLEANED and I even got the pictures to prove it's dirty all the time. PLUS I CAME IN YESTERDAY MORNING WITH MY DAUGHTER FOR BREAKFAST AND FOUND SOME HAIR IN MY CRUNCHWRAP 😡,ALSO THAT SAME CHUBBY GIRL LIED ON THE DAY THEY GOT NEW SHIPMENT AND SAID THEY DIDNT HAVE ANYMORE OF THE MANGO FIESTA SYRUP FOR THE FOUNTAIN DRINKS

I came this morning and got two of the nacho fries boxes and two separate burritos all they gave me was 4 packs of sauce for all the food and my drinks had no ice in them and then the nacho cheese for the fries was way less then even half way of the container who ever working around 11 today was not doing the job right this is very disappointing I don’t recommend this Taco Bell customer service was good beside them skimping out on my food

Waited for 30 minutes after asking them where my order was for 1 freeze, 2 tacos, and 1 nacho fry. UNACCEPTABLE.

My “sausage crunch wrap” is wrapped horrible for one and everything inside taste burnt. They lady at the window was rude to me and my boyfriend , horrible customer service.

Horrible service, nails sticking out of the seats and they ripped my pants, and every time we go there, the same worker comes up to us to say there is something wrong with our order. If there was 0 stars, I would give you guys 0 star review.

I like Taco Bell but their cashiers are so dumb. I went today again and she gave me the wrong cash. I told her that and she was like, yeah you gave me the wrong cash. No, I didn’t!! Of course I wasn’t going to have a fight over a few cents but they need to train better them before putting them to take orders.

They take FOREVER to take your order even though they are always empty. Went today and they seemed like they didn't want to be there. Ordered several orders of nacho fries, they tried to jip us by not giving us very many. They took FOREVER to give us our drinks and freezes (to the point where we had to remind them after 5 minutes of waiting) The burritos were Flat. I got food poisoning from them now. If you don't want to work there, quit. Don't take it out on the customers. (This was around 2:30pm today)

Ordered 2 $5 chalupa boxes, chalupas were so stale that the food was given to the dog. Why have a phone number listed and not answer calls? I know you guys are not busy because drive thru and parking lots are always dead.

The worst experience I ever had. Went in and spent 57.00 and didn’t get 6 tacos I orders and the tacos I did get I ordered supreme and they were plain. There was about 5 people working and they were just concentrating on drive thru waited 30 minutes and still couldn’t get it right!!! Never will I be going back there!! Wish I could of given it no stars.

We had to go through the drive-thru on three separate occasions because the guy working the window was too busy talking to the girls in the back and the girls on the headset that he wasn't paying attention to our order and he screwed up our order on multiple occasions. Covered in hickies looks disgusting 🤢 very unprofessional

Food service was very slow. Front counter lady was very inattentive and let us wait for a whole till she took our order. Ultimately, we decided to use their kiosk. Mind you one kiosk doesn't even function properly so everybody had to wait to use one. Tables weren't clean. Had food leftovers all over. Tables were also un balanced . Had you wobbling whenever you tried to eat. Overall the experience was bad and don't recommend it ! Stay away

In a nutshell my drive thru order was wrong. Upon walking up to the counter I found that Francisco and his motley fools have no customer service skills when it comes to greeting and providing solutions to an error. Took him and his crew over 10 minutes to acknowledge me and fix the order but even then they didn't get it right. I will never patronize this joint ever again.
