You can get beef fajitas just about anywhere in texas, but I keep coming back for theirs. Never fatty, and seasoned just perfect. Prices are reasonable and feels more upscale than what you pay for. Service was awesome, got Eileen this last time and will ask for her next time! Don't skip it!

10/10 Amazing Experience! I had a wonderful time at Pappasito’s, My server Celoi gave exceptional service! She was friendly, attentive and made sure everything was perfect the entire visit. The food was delicious. I ordered the ribs and beef fajitas and both were full of flavor and cooked just right. The environment was also really comfortable, and welcoming. Definitely a spot I’d return to. Highly recommend!

This was my first time at a Pappasitos and it did NOT disappoint. I was a private chef and owned my own catering business for many years in the northern US. The food here is remarkable. Nothing lacks in flavor- from the mesquite fired tomatoes in the salsa, the richness of the beans and rice, the perfect balance of cinnamon to spices in the birria, to the full bodied tomatillo sauce over the flautas- every element could stand on its own in quality and flavor. We arrived at 5:30p on a Monday and were seated immediately. Our waiter, Sam, never let our drinks, chips, or salsa reach bottom. He’s a long time Pappasitos lover and will not lead you astray in suggestions etc. Venus, the manager, was kind to guests, attentive to her staff, and honestly a confident and bright leader. I expect her to go far in any career. We had the beef queso, snapper tacos, fajita tacos, flautas, cheese enchiladas, rice and beans, birria enchiladas, and sopapillas. EVERYTHING was 10/10. It’s worth every dollar spent in more than just food. This is food and service I’d want at a nice wedding or corporate event. We will definitely be back.

This mixed grill platter was absolutely delicious! The presentation came out sizzling hot, loaded with a generous variety of meats and seafood. The shrimp were perfectly seasoned and juicy, the lamb tender with just the right char, and the ribs flavorful and smoky. The grilled veggies added a nice balance and freshness to the rich flavors. Definitely one restaurant ill keep coming back the drinks amazing as well

I’ve been coming to Pappasito’s since I was a kid, and it’s always been one of my favorite places. The food never disappoints, and the atmosphere still feels just as welcoming as I remember. What really stood out on this visit, though, was our waiter, Chris. He was outstanding — polite, attentive, and incredibly professional. It’s rare to see someone his age show that much care and attention to detail. He made sure everything was perfect from start to finish and really elevated our dining experience. Pappasito’s has always been known for great food and great people, and Chris is a perfect example of why I keep coming back after all these years. Thank you Chris!

AMAZIIIIIINNNNNGGGGGG!!!!! Party of 15! We were sat at our table at our scheduled time. Manager was great (short lady with slick bun)! All staff were amazing and friendly! The food was TOP TIER! We had 2 tables. ALIAH was one of our servers, her service was spectacular along with the other servers! The atmosphere was friendly and lively! The door greeters were warm and inviting. It was a young lady (name starts with an R)Thank you!!!!!!! We will be back!

Great place for Tex-Mex / seafood. The atmosphere is lively. Love that the tortillas are made on site. Large bar with counter to eat at. Plenty of parking. The outdoor patio is beautiful. I noticed the staff singing Happy Birthday to several customers. Very festive place to to have a celebration.

Edit: turns out I’ve just been unlucky a few times I’ve gone. They run out of bottled still water quick (which I understand why. Their tap water tastes so funky… so so funky). But they have still water in bottles so at least you can order that if you need water!! I love the food here! My one complaint is their tap water is so so gross and they have no bottled water (please fix this). The food never disappoints. I love ordering their green salsa and getting their chicken and steak fajitas!! We come here so often and enjoy sitting at the bar. The bar service is always excellent!! They get your order in quick and the food always comes out so fast!! I will say you can never go wrong with the chicken fajitas but if your steak fajitas aren’t all great one day, give them a second chance. Sometimes they taste a little off but when they are good they are freaking amazing

I love pappasitos cantina we go everytime we are in the Magnolia/Houston area. To be honest all of the papa restaurants are good especially the seafood. The place is huge inside and there is often a wait on the weekends of an hour or more. There is bar seating where you can order food if your a party of 1-2 is best. I would not say authentic Mexican food more of cali/tex/Mexican vibe with some food being more authentic than others. Their ceviche app is really good and fresh. I love their basket of chips and the salsa is one of the better ones - roasted and still a little texture not smooth. We usually get the family fajitas with chicken which is always juicy- I actually like the chicken more than the steak and thats not the norm for me. So order extra housemade tortillas. Drinks are always strong -I like the margarita flight. Beware during the weekend (not aure about weekdays) they have live band roaming around and then peoole talk very loud - it gets soo loud you can barely hear anything. When the weather is nice the outdoor patio is perfect.

First time eating at Pappasito’s Cantina. The food was really good. We got the chicken fajitas for 2. The only reason I am giving it 4 stars is because we ordered both flour and corn tortillas. The corn tortillas did not come out with the food and I had to wait almost 8 minutes to get them. Other than that the atmosphere, the music, and the food was great! Also, other than the tortillas, the service was great as well.

The food was adequate, though not particularly remarkable. However, the service exceeded expectations — the waitress was highly attentive and provided excellent hospitality. Overall, it was a pleasant and enjoyable dining experience.

Everything was great, its just really slow to get drinks and food because they're so busy. It's not really a big deal, I just want to let people know that if you're in a hurry, you shouldn't go here. This experience would be better enjoyed when you have time to sit down and enjoy your meal. The service is good, the people are friendly, it's just slow going! It's really not a big deal. I guess they don't care anymore. The service was awful. We had to wait too long for drinks and refills. Our assigned server took our order, got us a second basket of chips, got us to-go boxes, and the check. Other servers did everything else: The first basket of chips, initial drinks, and brought out our food. My wife went to the bar to get refills on our drinks because our server was nowhere to be found. The appetizers came out only a couple of minutes before our main course because the server let them die in the window. Because of that, the Shrimp Diablo were chewy. But they were also extremely underseasoned. No spice whatsoever. The chicken fajitas and potato taquitos were good. They need to get their standards of service back to what they used to be. I would have liked to speak to a manager, but there wasn't one around anywhere.

Let me start off by saying that I am the last person to ever take the time to write a review but for this I had to. My girlfriend and I decided to come to this location last night, and let’s just say that our experience did not match the $145 before tip that we were charged for Fajitas and 2 margs. First her drink came out incorrectly which was fine it wasn’t a big deal and we didn’t even send it back. Then the queso came out cold and again out of just not being “extra” we didn’t send it back. Then, our server who you could obviously tell it was his first day on the floor recommends us this fajita special they have and we okay’d it as long as they could do all beef with no up charge to which he said yes. The fajitas come out, barely any beef at all and it’s cooked rare and was very chewy. The shrimp tasted very fishy and overall was just not very good. At this point we were annoyed but it is what it is, you win some you lose some so we requested the check. To our dismay, the server brought out the check with an up-charge for the beef even though he confirmed it would not be an up-charge. We tell him to go talk to his manager, and then she comes over (short Caucasian lady with brown hair) obviously under the influence of some type of stimulant drug (literally acting cracked out) and keeps repeating “IF YOU COME BACK AGAIN WERE GONNA HAVE TO CHARGE YOU THE FULL PRICE” yea okay then tell your server not to lie… needless to say, we will never go against our better judgement again and continue to give Lupe our business. The food and service there is much better! Not sure how this place has so many good reviews lol they must be fake.
