The moment you walk in you will be enveloped in the wonderful aroma of chocolate. High quality artisan chocolate, the best in the US. Love this store and it's always a pitstop for me on the way to and back to Catskills. Wonderful staff.

We stopped by after a brief hike on the Rail Trail a few weeks ago. I just found my loyal chocolate customer card. Normally, I never can remember to fill these cards for a freebie. However, this card is extra adorable just like their chocolate -- classy but not snobby; unique and unforgettable. LOL, the card even states: "only one punch per day" ! I am definitely going back there as soon as I can, but it is 2 hours away. Perhaps I will dream of their chocolate tonight -- their texture is so unique -- dark chocolate yet light, light, light. I don't know how they do it! Plus unusual flavors like "Earl Grey" and "Passion Fruit." Just lovely. A true "don't miss it" stop when you are in the area near Shokan, NY.

So glad I got to visit the one and only Fruition. If you're not familiar with them, they are one of the best chocolatiers in the US. Seriously, try their chocolate. They have all the free samples you want. In addition to their bars, they have caramels, cocoa, covered nuts, milkshakes, ice cream sandwiches, ice cream, and espresso.

Just wonderful! We have gone to Fruition many times. This past time we grabbed chocolates as a gift for family coming in from out of town-- as a way to show off this incredible chocolate shop. The bars were fabulous, the cookies were insane, and the confections were so detailed. Happy everything is gluten free and no risk of cross contamination at all!

Went to see the kaleidoscope and there is not much cell reception and the space is mostly forests and fields, so to see a truly high-quality chocolate shop pop up as the result of an unassuming “CHOCOLATE” sign…I was flabbergasted (in the best way). I dont believe they are direct trade. May be fair trade? They do roast and process all beans on site (and there’s a glass in the shop to watch through). They have samples of nearly everything, coffee, tea, AND they use Del’s local ice cream and add their chocoalte to make a chocolate ice cream which you can try plain or as a sundae (one of which involves their flourless chocolate cake)! Everyone was so friendly and it was truly one of the best chocolate shops I’ve visited (I visit many). Fully accessible. Plenty of outdoor seating and parking.

While visiting the Saugerties Woodstock area, we stumbled upon this chocolate dream! Fruition takes chocolate to a very high level with the identification of the single origins of the chocolate. Handcrafted in small batches and wrapped in stunning packages. The smell immediately envelopes the visitor into a chocolate dream world!

Stopped in to check this out for several reasons. 1. the friends we were traveling with in the area had recently done a Fruition chocolate tasting at their job (flavor company) and 2. some of us had worked for a large chocolate company (Mars) for many years and we love chocolate. Cute little shop with super friendly staff including the proprietor. Of course we had to take some confections and chocolates home. Also enjoy watching the staff work behind the window. me and my family went to this shop to get nice chocolates for my mom as a present and we asked the staff there what the best stuff to get was and they said that this truffle was the “best seller” and when my mom tried the “best seller” she gagged after taking a tiny bite of it. its basically a piece of trash. I don’t know why anybody would ever want to get this. it’s a tiny chocolate layer on the outside and disgusting jelly on the inside. i heard there bars are good but i don’t know why they suggested this absolute nightmare of a piece of chocolate
