Very cool bar in Woodstock, came in yesterday ( on a Tuesday) early in the evening with my toddler and elderly mom. Everyone made us feels right at home. The bartender, the regulars- just good vibes all around. Delicious grilled cheeses and snacks! Very cool chill friendly space- great local beers. Will definitely be back!

The most unique, welcoming, eclectic place I’ve been in a long time...and I travel A LOT! The space, the staff, the customers are all cool AF. Do stop by and ask Lily or Ben for their recommendation on anything you’re thinking will wet your whistle! Enjoy!

One can tell that a lot of love went into establishing this place. It has very cozy, warm and welcoming vibe. Staff was great and it's a gathering place for an interesting crowd.

Either very cool or very uncomfortable depending on what you are looking for. With a group it could be a cool eclectic experience as an out of towner (who I assume read these reviews). Don’t go as a single female. Even at happy hour it was uncomfortable experience start to finish. Agree with other reviews describing local vibes and drug culture. To each their own therefore 4 stars as it’s a unique space if I was with a group - but truly 1 star for me.

Service was great, however I cannot agree more that a level of caution is needed as a woman especially if you're going alone. Went here with my sister (both women in our 20s) and proceeded to get harassed when playing a game of jenga. A man clearly high on coke not only interrupted our conversation to ask us if " we knew who his dad was" but he proceeded to get extremely aggressive telling us to shut up when speaking, and then ultimately being extremely sexist making comments that were utterly disgusting. When trying to leave other men at the bar asked if we were okay, when we said we were concerned for our safety they all ended up knowing said man and defended him. ( being that he is clearly some niche micro-celebrity in the area) We decided to leave and had this man follow us, he tried to push us and got extremely threatening. A bouncer stepped in when it started to escalate. Be super aware of your surroundings in this place.

Update to original review: on our most recent visit Dec 2025, our leashed dog was attacked by two huge German shepherd type dogs that were off leash and freely wandering throughout the bar. Despite there being signs outside the venue instructing to keep all dogs on leash. Unfortunately it looks like this is not enforced and creates an unsafe environment for dogs. An eclectic bar that is obviously a local hang out. Noisy pool games and weed smokers. On our visit there was one bar man serving on a Friday night. Long queue and blunt service. Cash only!

I went there yesterday with my sister and her husband and we went later in the evening around 10pm , they service was very slow I went downstairs towards pool table and a woman was snorting white powder off of a book . It made me feel very uncomfortable to see someone openly doing drugs. I wouldn't suggest going there. Bartender was very rude.

Bartender needs to learn how to read a state issued NJ ID instead of assuming a 26 year old has a fake. I’m out of town with my girlfriend who found this place, seemed nice from the outside had good reviews. Unfortunately though it felt like we were met with an underlying rude attitude and didn’t belong there the second we sat down at the bar. Ruined the ambiance to say the least and he was visibly frustrated when I paid for her drink ?? What a tool lol . The parking lot should’ve been the first tell tale sign something was off. Awful experience to sum it up , wasn’t there for longer than 8 minutes and was also asked to donate money for a band I had no idea was playing. Politely said I have no cash but that seemed like an issue as well :( One drink and gone ASAP ! Honestly wish I never entered. Ended Woodstock on a bad vibe after a nice day of exploring the town what a shame
