Love when I find small business like these, all the way from the service, the food and overall atmosphere. Tried the Calabasas bagel sandwich and a great coffee recommendation that was like pairing wine with a entrée. Highly recommend trying this place, looking forward to my next visit!

Okay, I'm hooked. I found this spot searching for a decent bagel in Simi Valley (the other places were a big "no" from me, by the way) and this blew away expectations. The bagels are fantastic but even more exciting are there wonderfully curated bagel sandwiches and delicious burritos. I tried the iced vanilla latte and it was yummy, too. What a great small business with great tasting and great quality food!

This is my favorite place to support in Simi valley. I love the fact that they always have very fresh food and healthy food. Their drinks are over the top. My chai tea is always made perfect to my liking, oat milk cinnamon and the little coffee Bean at the top. This little family-owned business does so much for our community. Check them out!

We had an excellent first time experience here. Everyone was friendly and helpful even though they were quite busy. The bagels and cream cheese were delicious, perfectly toasted and with generous portion of spread. My London Fog (earl grey with vanilla) was delicious and appeared to have real vanilla in the syrup. What a wonderful, small business!

Love this little spot! The melting pot of kids that work here grind! Super nice - solid sandwiches - The Big Sir add jalapeños lol Kappa Coffee or Honey Freeze (hot).

My daughter wanted a Bagel. We went to our favorite bagle place. The staff is always friendly. Great everyone who comes in and thanks you for every order. If you want a good bagel and coffee look no further than Get Hooked.

I stopped by this bagel shop in the morning because I was craving a bagel after being across the street dropping off a package. I found parking in the small lot this store is in and went inside. They have a drive thru here but there was already a lot of cars in line. I didn't see any blueberry bagel on display so I thought they sold out already but when the lady came to the register, she told me they have everything here. So I got two blueberry bagel and asked for cream cheese. The cream cheese price is almost the same price as the bagel. I also forgot that most bagel places will add a lot of cream cheese on the bagel if you don't ask for it on the side and that's what happen. They took a long time to get my order ready, I think they focus more on the drive thru and online orders first or they were already backed up with orders. The inside of this store is spacious and has a lot of seating, they even have seating outside too. I took the bagel back to the office and ate it there. The bagel was alright to me but I did not like the big amount of cream cheese they put and I could barely taste any blueberry on the bagel.

The bagels were flat, which suggests the baking process or recipe isn’t being followed properly. As a result, the sandwiches just didn’t taste good. I'm missing something. We spent more than a half hour in line this morning, got our 2 bagels and could not be more dissatisfied and disappointed. We got 2 everything bagels, toasted with cream cheese. We instead got 2 thin pieces of what looks to be a bagel, a bit rubbery and not even close to being toasted and cream cheese spread as though it was butter. Back to John's Bagel Works for us.

We have going to Get Hooked for awhile now and let's just say we are not hooked!! The coffee has been very inconsistent and our order is wrong 80% of the time. We picked up food today and it was wrong again. I feel if you are going to over price the food the order should atleast be right. The staff is always nice but have issues with the orders. I order two different sizes of the same coffee and its was completely to different colors. Its not that hard! Safe to say its time to move on and I suggest you do the same.

I order from them frequently and have tried different items to try and find something positive to say and my orders either arrive wrong or the food is AWFUL! My final straw was today that I ordered a coffee cake and instead received a banana muffin... Their sandwiches are horrible! 3 out of my last 4 orders have been done incorrectly. I also tried to switch it up today and ordered pancakes and they had no flavor at all and they were greasy! My husband truly enjoys their peanut butter cookies but considering how high the prices are here I expect my orders to be correct or at least of decent quality. Very disappointing...
