The portions are astounding and the employees are always helpful and friendly. The Japanese Chicken and Potato chicken are my favorites! I highly recommend this place to get a lot of bang for your buck. A staple and gem of Simi Valley for sure!

This is one of my go-to places if you're hungry! The food is always good and definitely the best bang for your buck! You get a ton of food on a combo plate. Good and fast!

The service right when i walked in was amazing! I was so happy and it was my first time so they helped me out and explained the menu. The food was amazing and i’ve never had chow mein this good in my entire life. The food was very good quality and cooked well with good savory flavors in perfect harmony. Definitely will be coming back rather then going to panda express this was insanely good.

I didn't come here in a long time.. And can say they did improve in a lot of things.. The customer service was great! Also was a problem all the time a come here because the way to pay cash or using your credit card was a pain.. Today for example I use my Samsung pay and it works!! I will come back with my family next time to have a nice lunch..👍

The usually have about 3-4 Vegetable and Meat dishes. The rest are the classics we all know and love. The price point is great! Also the portion size is really good, so come hungry.

My bbq pork was cold and hard but the lady up front was happy to help! I found out that the poor people serving the food DO NOT get the tips from the tip jar. When I asked if she got tips from there she looked sad shook her head…

Still left with a bad taste in my mouth while writing this. Rice was sticky mushy, almost gluey paste like. Veggies and protein tasted like they were about to expire. The Only thing decent was the chow mein and the sliver of chicken on the orange chicken. I remember at one point they where good. Don't know what happened.

It used to be Great Food and reasonable prices. However after Covid on 5-8-22 I went back but now the noodles are different and taste bland. The rice is dry and the Chicken and pork have several pieces of fat. Also the prices have increased by 20%. I won't go back,.........

This place is awful, go anywhere else but here. The lady that took my order was dressed very unprofessional and she was constantly on her phone ignoring me. She was serving my food with dirty utensils and I asked her to use a clean one to serve my food and she insisted it was clean. IT WAS NOT! I wanted to buy an Arizona and she said it cost $4 when they are actually $1. So they just tripled the price there. Also, this place is incredibly dirty, tables were all dirty with old food and dust. If you don't belive me check it out for yourselves.

I was presented with the most unappetizing, soggy looking meat I have seen since I went to bootcamp. I just walked away. How this place has over 3 stars will never know. The beef substituting two sides for a combo is really dumb. I want the combo because it comes with sides… owner, you are very lucky I don’t post pictures of the meat you had out today.

I open my bowl to only count 5 pieces of teriyaki chicken. Young lady with freckles NEEDS to be trained on how to serve proper portions, almost seemed like she counted one by one as she was placing the chicken.
