Ordered to go on a Friday night, excellent spaghetti and pizza... definitely will go again but this time would like to sit down and enjoy the atmosphere 😁

I don't care for thin crust pizza (not my thing ). Anyway, I ordered a couple slices and they gave me thin crust. They were,... ok. They didn't taste nearly as good as when Jack used to own it. Well, I went back there yesterday and ordered a couple slices again. This time they redeemed themselves and gave me normal crust. The pizza was great. I guess it was just a fluke thing because I had never had any problems with Palermo before. It wasn't really a problem, it was just thin crust I don't care for.

The new owners of Palermo Pizza has done an outstanding job with this restaurant. The pizza is amazing! The crust is so fresh. I had a sausage mushroom pepperoni olive pizza with drinks. Price was very reasonable. I'm here to say this pizza is the best in Simi Valley. The service is very pleasant and enjoyable.

I don't understand the negative reviews because this pizza is fantastic. Very fresh ingredients.But I do like the dough, so the puffy crust is my favorite. Spaghetti is reeaaally good because ... the sauce! We love it here, and just started going. Yaaa it's old, but it reminds me of days gone by, old school.

What’s your favorite? Lasagna baked ziti fabulous salad pizza any kind you can imagine. This place has it all the ambience is awesome. Beer and wine. Great choices. Fabulous service to Barrett. I just can’t eat constantly. Thank you very much for the great experience. We will see you soon.

I stopped in at Palermo Pizzeria for the lunch special and wow—what a surprise. The pizza slices were big, so big I grabbed two and couldn’t even finish the second one. From the very first bite to the last, the pizza tasted great all the way through. I’ve driven past this place for many, many years and can’t believe I waited this long to try it. Safe to say it’s now one of my favorite pizza spots in Simi Valley. The staff was very kind, the place was clean inside, and the whole experience was solid. Definitely coming back. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a great slice and good value. 🍕👏

Stuffed shells were wonderful mixed review at the table.. so 7.5 /10. I have been craving it since we left! New favorite in Simi. Looking forward to the next visit!

They communicated promptly, arrived on time and the Food was YUMMY start to finish! Just as good as I remembered…. Spaghetti with meat sauce and my sister got ravioli with meat sauce. Both tastes great . The sauce was perfect. We also ordered a pepperoni pizza. The crust was perfect and covered with abundance of pepperoni. Server was very friendly. Would recommend.

This was my first time visiting here. I ordered a takeout pepperoni pizza. A medium pizza is $19.55 plus each toping is $2.50. But the medium pizza felt like a large pizza when I opened it. Still, when I ate two slices of pizza, it tasted great. So far, this is the best tasting pizza I've had. The front counter person was polite to me. I'll come back in the future and try more of their food.

I love Palermos. Their red wine is really yummy! The new owner is great--friendly and welcoming. I love the herbs they have planted out front. Their spagetti and meatballs is our favorite!

Incredibly nice people now own this legendary place. They are actively involved in trying to restore it to the way it was before a previous owner disrupted its repute! Quality virtually the same. Ask for the old-timer to toss your crust if you are interested in receiving the traditional pie that you can relate to -- and those in the know will understand what I mean!

They do offer a a gluten free crust but I was not impressed, I’ll give it another try but I appreciate the fact that they offer a gluten free option! Service was amazing & ambiance is good!

I used to love Paul's Italian Villa and was very sad when it closed. I'm glad I found this place! It is not the same but the food is very good! It has a very small restaurant feel which is nice. The service leaves a little to be desired, but I feel the food makes up for it. I love the spaghetti and the calzones here! The garlic bread is pretty good also!

When you look at the place, it kinda looks dumpy, old and out-dated, but don't judge the book by its cover. We've been going here for many years and the pasta and bread is really great and reasonably priced too! The salads are not as good as they used to be, just so, so lettus with some cherry tomatoes and maybe some onions. I think it wouldn't hurt to take a lesson from Chi Chi's salads and give a little more bang for the buck. (my 2 cents) The servers are all very nice, but usually so busy that they are not very attentive. I've had to get up and get my own napkins and settings on many occasions. That being said, we still love the place and will keep coming back.

I love this restaurant soooo much, the service is great and the pizza is amazing! I just find myself trying to get pizza a lot then realizing they are closed because from 2-4:30 every afternoon they close and I hate it because then I have to wait. Besides that inconvenience, I absolutely love the place and everything about it!

My wife and I hadn’t eaten here in a while. We noticed that they have NFL football on the patio Sunday afternoons with special prices on beer and appetizers. The food was great. We had the meatballs, ravioli, and garlic bread. Our waitress was Felicia, and she was great. They have the NFL Ticket, so they had all the games available. We will definitely be going back.

The server wasn't good. She needs to find a job she enjoys.Food was though.

Food is Great - Place is a dump! So, you mean to tell me the owner can't hire a painter to freshen up this TIRED looking restaurant, with the wood beams peeling paint? The pizza is great, but I kept looking around thinking how badly I wanted to clean this place up! Come on Owner, buy some paint & a bucket w/ Lysol! Yuck!

Good Pizzeria fast friendly service. But they got a 3-star from me the pizza just didn't have the flavor for me in the sauce. The crest was done very well toppings were great the price to quantity was great. It was just that taste for me in the sauce it was just not there.

Good service and good food. The chicken marsala was very good and about the right price. My wife got pasta marinara, which was good, but was $18 - for a plate of regular pasta with regular marinara sauce.

Recommend the Lasagna, Clam Chowder and Garlic Bread. Parmesan Chicken was over cooked. Pizza was okay. Prices very reasonable, came to $90 after $10 off coupon, included a bottle of wine 🍷 and 2 Cannolis for dessert. Our server Shena was great, and provided us with an enjoyable experience.

I have been coming here for 26 years. Two nights ago will be my last. If you scan the reviews, you will find that there is a common undeniable denominator of old timers' reports on how the quality of their pizzas has changed. They are all true. I expressed my concerns and they remain indignant and steadfast in promulgating that the pizza is still 5he same. Not so. I haven't anything personal against the new third owners of this establishment, but it is insulting that they insist things are the same when clearly they are not.

Absolutely horrible. We've been going to this place over 50 years. The new owner is an absolute wreak. The food is way different. The pizza now is way to greasy and they use smart and final products. All first street ingredients. The new owner was rude and just overall a bad place. Never going back.

Palermo’s has gone down hill since the new ownership. Their pizza use to be the best in town and now it’s way to greasy the dough is not the same and the sausage looks and tastes fake. Unfortunately we will not be going there anymore, we did give them several tries but it just gets worse.

I was very disappointed! I have went to this place for 20 years. I ordered the fried ravioli and it was terrible. I could not even cut the pieces. I came home and I’m now sick. I didn’t get much attention since I was a single dinner. Not what I’m used to other places. My 2nd review after trying again. 5/5/24 Told the lasagna was really good by waitress. Well it came didn’t look like lasagna. Had no taste and no sauce. Plus It was burned around the edges. It was the worst tasteless lasagna I’ve ever had. I bagged it up and after leaving just tossed it in a trash. Didn’t even want to take it home. I’ve tried going here lately and just not even close to years ago when it was great! Dishes come out cold. I miss the last owner. Things were good then. I’ve tried at least 3 times with new owner and either cold food (microwaved) or just not up to par for the price. I have decided after trying 3 times with new owner this is not the place I remember abs really enjoyed! After getting sick.. Will not go back again!

Too much cheese and not crispy on bottom due to flour. The wings are a soggy disaster and frankly poor quality. Cappellini was cooked correctly but the sauce left much to be desired it was bland. We had too modify it with our own Italian spices. how the heck does this justify 86 dollars?! Amici's Pizza Papa John's East Coast Pizza company especially East Coast Pizza company are all leagues ahead of this place do not waste your money here. I purchased this meal September 13th 2022 Simi valley

The chicken was very hard to chew and rubbery like it was frozen grilled chicken tenders from Costco and thrown into the pasta the Alfredo sauce was extremely watery and then it taste like Alfredo sauce Alfredo sauce should be thick, not watery. I should've taken pictures of my feet, but I was so disgusting on the way it looked. I didn't the meat lasagna was nothing but oily on top and disgusting the buffalo wings came. They were just fried wings with no salt, pepper, buffalo sauce no flavoring at all the buffalo sauce was given on the side, so we threw it on top of our wings and mixed it ourselves, but no flavor at all. The ranch was given on the side and for some reason the ranch was bubbling like it had been boiling hot before I didn't even wanna touch it or try it afraid that I would get sick and that's exactly what happened to me. I'm just sick to my stomach. Oh yeah, and the garlic bread came to us after we were almost done with our meal, which was very undercooked, and the branches bent downwards when we picked it up.
