Súper nice staff and deliciosa food! They messed up our order but one of the staff members, Joey, solved everything right away and brought us the correct food super fast. Love this place
I loved the service , thank you for cutting my bread of cinnamon raisin bread to the young lady who did it and asking me if I would love that, also the manager at the time I went was 3pm he took my order and didn't ask are you ready now or you need more time he was very patient, and last Karina when I paid my loaf of bread a smile , polite, and we had a small conversation which made my day. Thanks for those 3 persons. Keep it up the good service.
They have some of the best soups(french onion), salads(asian sesame), and sandwiches(napa almond chicken salad), and not to mention they have baked goods that are too die for. So yummy in my tummy!
This was only my second trip to Panera bread. Little too much hype on the quality of food although it was very good and it was nice seeing a change of menu from the typical food place. The bathrooms are clean and you're greeted with a friendly smile when you step up to place your order. I do love the spacious seating arrangements. This visit deserves five stars!
I visited the place around lunch time and it was kinda full but could find a spot for us. The food we ordered was fresh and genereously plentiful. The server kindly offered a togo box when he saw the leftover even w/o my asking for it. I wll visit this cafe next time for sure.
Foods great, but God forbid you ask for extra dipping sauce for your sandwich!!! The lady was obnoxious to say the least! Everyone in the place could hear her rudely say no when I asked!!!
The service here is so great, and the girl who was working here was really helpful and friendly. I have the coffee pass, so I go to a lot of different Paneras, all over, and this place had some of the nicest employees. The food was good, per usual, and everything was pretty clean.

I came in in the evening. Super busy. Seemed understaffed. Nonetheless, Kayla was great! Managed customers kindly, helped prep, and instructed coworkers. Very impressed with her management and professionalism. Food was good, comparable to most Panera's.
They have a new manager and I noticed it is cleaner. Unfortunately they are short on help meaning they don't have time to clean the dishes off the tables.
I picked up some breakfast items for a friend. The in store svc was good. I had to wait about 12 minutes to receive my food. The bakery was not well stocked when I arrived at 11:15 a.m. I only was able to get 2 muffins. With the current situation I guess they're serving a very limited menu for pick up or take out.
The food was tasty. Employees were very nice, although the food took quite a while to make. One thing I did find quite annoying is they do not have any sugar free options for their coffees. My husband is diabetic and would have loved to get the vanilla cold brew but was unable. Since Panera is so "health conscious" I'm surprised there are no sugar free options.
Paola was so sweet to us when we were ordering ! The food came out accurately and she let me know about my upcoming rewards. Very helpful and such a kind attitude. ❤️
I have always had positive experiences here. However, if you ever order for an important business meeting I recommend calling ahead and making sure they have everything you ordered. For me, they were out of the cookies I added to the large order and the entire thing was canceled leaving me to run out of the meeting and to the restaurant to place a new order.

Just stay away from the flatbread pizzas because to my daughter and I the sauce tastes weird and a bit spicy and the pepperoni has a kick and weird flavor too. It was clean and organized, and the employees greeted me when I came in. No one was dining at the time I came in, but the employees vanished when I wanted to order. I would go back maybe during a busier time. Food is great with a variety of items to choose from that are wholesome and healthy.

I’m diabetic and count on the food I order to be filling. Profit matters to the company, however, that size does not work for an adult. 👩
As a regular customer at Panera Bread, I must say that I am disappointed to find out that they don't have a self-order screen. Every time I visit, I have to wait at least 5 minutes to place my order, and it's either due to the staff's inefficiency or, they are short staffed. As a customer, it's not only frustrating but also time-consuming. Hope the management will look into this matter and take appropriate action.
I am almost convinced that see me has the worst Panera store. Every time I order and arrange for my food to be brought to my car, I wait but it never gets brought to me. I always have to go in! This time my order was quite large. They could not have my order ready in the 45 minutes that I wanted in. Instead they gave me a time of 1 hour. I accepted that time and ran a few errands then arrived at Panera. I push the buttons saying I was there and waited for about 10 minutes. Finally I sent my husband in to check on the order. They had not even started it. We waited 45 minutes past the time we originally wanted it. Although they offered a delicious cookie for our trouble, that does not makeup for that time delay.

I would give this place five stars if they would actually put some meat on their sandwiches. Also, be careful with their lemonade. It is charged full of caffeine and one person actually died from it, not from this location, however. Other than that, their broccoli cheddar soup and all of their bread is really delicious.

This location is understaffed. Long line around 12:30 on a weekday. Had to wait 30 minutes to get our Sandwich and Soup. The sandwich and Baguette were served cold. It was supposed to be hot sandwich. It was more of a bread and less of chicken and Avocado. Soups were served in paper cups. No salt or Pepper offered. I would not go to this place again.
This Panera is out of iced coffee and/or bagels every time I've been here. It's just chronically out of stock. I'd make it a regular coffee stop if they had iced coffee when I stop there.
The oatmeal was very dry and they no longer put the fruit, brown sugar and nuts on the side, but dump it all on top. The coffee has also gone down in flavor and feels watered down.
I ordered online and I have 3 negative things have to make known about ordering about this restaurant. arrived later time than what the proposed time of pick up- still my order was not ready. waited for 7 min. as I watched the girl threw the tear the bread into half, without wearing any gloves. would have been better if she would have placed it in a plastic bag instead of throwing it in the paper bag with the rest of the order. when i mentioned that my order included a drink she directed me to the other side where the cashier was and said it in a very unfriendly way. to sum it up even getting my drink took some time. but the guy that helped me was apologetic.
Things are getting really ridiculous, hence the review. Didn’t bother to write a review these past few months, no matter what the issues were as I understand everyone is short staffed. But today in the pickup order when they put an empty chips bag (our order has 3 chips bags, they placed 2 full bags & 1 opened & empty bag - really grossed us out), thought it was time to write the review. As usual, the food is so so (we don’t even have any expectations anymore, so am not even going to complain about that) & very minimal quantity of ingredients in the sandwiches. Yes, our bag had the proper seal/tape closure + there was no delay in picking up our order.
Went today 2 half sandwiches and a cup of soup and one bowl of soup and the bill was over $29. What a joke. There chicken salad is not chicken salad. It's bread with a lot of lettuce and tomato and a few pieces of chicken. This is not chicken salad. What a joke. They need to lower there prices. I will never go back to Panera.

This store is in a plaza with a lot of parking spots since there are other stores here as well. When we walked in, they had just about 3 other guest inside and my wife looked at their menu. She decided to get their chicken noodle soup to go. The soup itself was pretty pricey so she was hoping it would be decent. She was highly disappointed when she got home because they didn't fill up the soup to the top of the cup along with not getting a lot of noodles and you pay a high price for such so little food. She was not happy to the point that I think this is the last time she would ever want to try another Panera Beard store again. Inside of the place is okay, it's organized and cleaned but I just think it's outdated. Service: 5 star, no issues with the workers because they are nice. Atmosphere: 3.5 star, the place is okay buy just seem very outdated to me Food: 2 star, the value of the food and the price for it was just not worth it based on our experience. Parking: 5 star, you won't have any issues finding parking here.

This cafe used to be my go to place for relaxation and good food. After my visit yesterday sadly I will not return. The place is filthy. Food and used napkins on floor and tables not cleaned. Complained to staff member with no response. I can always go to the Thousand Oaks cafe where they at least take pride in their establishment. I noted on Yelp that people have this same complaint as me. Makes you wonder just how clean is the food preparation? Guess management could care less.
Orders for take out are typically missing or wrong and the only way to check is to unwrap and to individually check each item against phone order ( which is paid upfront by phone). Worse, the manager George fails to return initial call requiring a follow up. Since it's a francht good luck with their regional representative to get back to you- it's been over a month. When the orders are right love the food.
This place was A HOT MESS!! I am sure they want to do better and probably do not have enough team members...but they have to find a way! It was dirty! The food was "eeh". The cheese on my grilled cheese was NOT melted and the temperature of my tomato soup was...slightly warm.
Place has really gone downhill over the years. This past week i have ordered for pickup a few times since its close by and found that half the menu was out of stock when trying to order. And then when i have been able to order there has always been something wrong. Soup container was leaking before I even picked it up off the shelf and the bag was torn. A different time the Mac and Cheese was ice cold with with actual ice crystals in it. And usually my sides are missing and Utensils where missing. The receipt on the bag has a check list but I guess nobody checks to make sure everything is right.
Horrible online ordering experience! After you select your food, it gives the option to add a drink but it doesn't let you choose. The only option given to me was Dr. Pepper and even though it wouldn't have been my first choice, I was ok with it. Then it turns out it wasn't available! There was no way to edit or change it. Panera heavily pitches $1 delivery but then it adds another $2 supplement delivery fee so $3 total. Ok I get it, introductory rate to get you in the door but the nickel and dime fee that really made me mad was the convenience fee that paid for tech upkeep and innovation. For this trash online experience where you can't even order a drink or use your Sip Club option? Maybe it's time for me to cancel my subscription. After all, I went hungry at lunch today hoping to order from Panera.
This store screws up my online delivery orders all the time. Just don’t why I even order there. The idea of dealing with the mistake and sending the correct order out is against their policy. So not sure why the offer delivery?
Lazy entitled staff ruins everything. All locations have went downhill and lost connection with their customers. Examples of how this has gone down hill: Chocolate croissants no longer have chocolate inside them, now they just drizzle it on top, breakfast foods are often sold out by 8-9am and staff does not care, breakfast sandwiches are now trash compared to 5 years ago, sufflets are always sold out early, etc.. are they even baking their own bread anymore? - the crumb is so fine it looks ultra-processed frozen factory bread instead of hand needed.
I rarely ever write reviews and I only try to write nice ones but I am writing this one in hope that this location gets some help. I get Panera almost everyday and it saddens me how things have went downhill. I understand they are understaffed but every time I visit I have a issue. Either not listening to your special order requests forgetting something ect. Even the managers did not care to come over to hear my concern. Don’t even try to order curbside you will be waiting even though they are not busy. They finally have breakfast again after not having it forever. I usually drive out of the way to another location bc I know my happy mood will become sad once I visit. Corporate pls help or train the staff better.

I waited 20 minutes for my online order, and only after I asked where it was did they tell me they were out of berries. They canceled my breakfast without notifying me, and instead of the $6 parfait I paid for, they offered me a $2 pastry — which the app always offers as a cheap add-on anyway. No apology, no compensation, no customer service. I was also given a cup of hot water in an open coffee cup instead of a sealed hot spot or proper tea option. Completely unacceptable. No breakfast, no hot tea — just 20 minutes of waiting and frustration. This is not the first bad experience here, but it will definitely be my last. Avoid this location.
Has a bad habit of giving the wrong food items and cold food, not sure how you mistake broccoli for a tomato multiple times. Not sure if its all panera locations with this bad habit but I sure wouldnt recommend this one.
This place is disgusting. I just spent $45 on two meals just for both of them to taste like expired milk. The mayonnaise was 100% spoiled and the meat was severely undercooked. The soups were cold like they were microwaved for a few seconds and the sandwiches were sour with no reason to be sour. Waste of money

Every single time I order delivery and include a drink, the drink is missing. Not once, not twice. Every time. What’s even worse is when I report it, they refuse to issue a refund and only offer store credit. If I pay for something and don’t receive it, I expect my money back. That’s basic customer service. This has happened one too many times. It’s incredibly frustrating to constantly receive incomplete orders and then be told I can’t be refunded for items I never received. At this point it’s clear the problem isn’t being addressed. I won’t be ordering from here again. When delivery orders are consistently missing items, it completely destroys trust in the service.
