We liked everything, the vibe, the service and the food. We came in early for dinner so there was no wait time for the dinner and service was decent. The appetizers were fair but their star are the pasta dishes. My favorite was the Lobster spaghetti 😍

Five days in Italy and this is the only place we visited twice! The dining experience was worth a second visit. If you want the tourist Sirmione restaurant experience, go inside the castle area, if you want high quality dining at a reasonable price, go to La Foresta. I had the Calamareta di pasta freca and raved about it all evening long. It was el dente with the perfect about of zesty flavor. My strongest recommendations for dinner!

The food here was decent. Definitely one of the better options in Sirmione. We had Pizza. Nothing out of the ordinary but a decent, nice meal. Ambience was great. They have a terrace with lots of lights why gives a cozy vibe. Good for dinner!

It has a cool, romantic atmosphere. Food was good, I can’t say very good as we ordered fried seafood and it was too oily, it just dripped with fat, I do not recommend. We also ordered spaghetti with seafood and it was very tasty, I recommend it. The number of staff is too small in relation to the number of customers, you could see the exhaustion on their faces, I feel sorry for them very much.

The food was fantastic. Unfortunately the waiter we got was very impatient and while taking our order kept stopping to have conversations with other guests which was unprofessional considering he was trying to rush us to order. Would recommend the food, but not the staff based on our experience.

Food hear is amazing I have to say. The staff are ok depending on who you get serving you. We went hear twice as it was in a convenient location and food is really good. However some staff are rude and off hand. The owner to is arrogant and very rude. Would never eat hear again however the food is good

The service was terrible, the lasagne was very good and recommended. The seafood pasta was normal, it was missing salt and came with little sauce. The chocolate cake was delicious along with the profiteroles. The seafood pasta was 2/5, the lasagne was 5/5. If you’re a person who has a lot of patience and time to spare then come here.

We started with the beef tartare, which was tasty and well-seasoned. Unfortunately, everything went downhill from there. I ordered grilled fish, which was listed on the menu as fresh lake fish. Instead, I received three different fillets – one of them clearly salmon – along with two small sardines. The plate felt like a random mix of leftover fish rather than a thoughtfully prepared dish. None of the fillets were seasoned, and the overall flavor was bland. This was definitely not the lake fish that was promised in the menu. The dish came with no sides – no potatoes, no salad – and the waiter didn’t inform us about this in advance. I only found out after I asked and had to order a salad separately. That kind of information should be provided up front. We were seated right next to the register, and the waiter stood nearby for most of our meal. There was no real interaction or engagement – just the uncomfortable feeling of being watched the entire time. The grilled meat was also disappointing – undercooked and nearly raw in the middle, with a huge piece of cartilage that made it impossible to eat. No one asked us how the meal was, not even at the end. Overall, it felt like the only safe choice in this restaurant is pizza or pasta – which is what every other guest around us was eating. If you’re hoping for anything more – sadly, we can’t recommend it.
