Hands down, the best sushi restaurant I've ever had! The food is incredibly fresh and delicious, a true culinary experience. The service is impeccable, with extremely friendly and welcoming waiters, who make the evening even more enjoyable. The restaurant is large and spacious, with plenty of seating, and despite the crowds, the service is always prompt. * Only note: the parking lot is often crowded and finding a spot can be a challenge, but the quality of the sushi more than makes up for it. Highly recommended!

The venue is completely new and boasts an architectural design that I would describe as truly beautiful and modern. The attention to detail is evident, particularly in the interior, where the semicircular sofas stand out: they are not only extremely comfortable, but also aesthetically appealing, contributing to an elegant and welcoming atmosphere. Another great strength is the generous space between tables, a rare luxury that ensures tranquility and private conversations. The outdoor area, closed in the winter, offers additional tables and still maintains an excellent standard. Service and Digitalization: Fast and Efficient The restaurant has fully embraced digitalization, making the ordering process very quick and efficient. Both table reservations and menu consultations are done entirely online, via a highly efficient and user-friendly app. The system works well and shortens the wait. The wait staff is another positive: the waiters are always quick and smiling, ensuring that the dishes arrive at the table without excessive waits, even on peak nights. Food Quality and Prices The €28.90 All You Can Eat evening menu is an excellent value considering the upscale atmosphere and the location. We tried many dishes, and our assessment of the cuisine was mixed: some were truly excellent, demonstrating freshness and care in preparation; others, inevitably, were less so. It's crucial to consider that we went on a Saturday night and the restaurant was busy, a factor that can slightly impact the consistency of the quality. Overall, the average level is still high for an AYCE restaurant. Practical Notes and Additional Details * Drinks: The price of drinks is fair, with a lager beer costing €5.50. * Freebies: The restaurant always treats its customers by offering a complimentary amaro and the classic fortune cookie at the end of the meal. * Parking: Ample outdoor parking is available. The only small flaw is the space management: a valet could be useful to prevent some customers from parking haphazardly, optimizing the available space. First time at this all-you-can-eat restaurant. The interior is very spacious and the atmosphere pleasant, but very noisy. The staff are friendly. Some dishes are good, others are decent. The fried food, however, is a shame, as it's a bit greasy. The selection is quite varied.
