This continues to be one of Sitges hidden gems over recent years. Enjoyed coffee and croissant here after a walk from Sitges along the beach. Both coffee and croissants were excellent. As are the staff. Beautiful view out to sea.

Wonderful restaurant and location. The views are gorgeous and everything is delicious and tastes home made and fresh. The staff are absolutely wonderful and very friendly but sadly the restaurants are understaffed.

Es muy bonito y por este lado de Sitges hay pocos lugares donde tomar un café. Única pega que no tienen muchas cosas, café pelado y sin nada que acompañar... Pero si estás de pasada es bonito lugar

La verdad es que los precios son caros, pero se entiende porque estas con unas vistas inmejorables a la playa. Un cortado que fue mi caso 2,40€

Lugar perfecto para hacer un café delante del mar. Paisaje impresionante! La terraza enfocada a este lugar de privilegio. También se puede hacer aperitivo e incluso comer, pero los precios no son nada baratos. Un ejemplo, café con leche y café solo, 5,40€. Se paga que sea la terraza de un hotel, que sea Sitges y las vistas/ubicación. Pero lo pago con gusto los días soleados de primavera! Renueva el ánimo! Suele ser muy tranquilo. En invierno también disponen de algunas estufas. El servicio es correcto. La carta no es muy extensa, y la comida ahora la considero correcta. Hace tiempo atrás tomé el costillar y fue impresionante! Pero no hace mucho lo volví a probar y nada que ver.

Restaurante dentro del Hotel Sunway Sitges. Terraza exterior/comedor Interior. Carta variada. Calidad/precio 👌🏻. Buen servicio/rápido y atento. Sin duda recomendable si no quieres ir al centro del pueblo.

Nice bar with views of the sea. Service is a bit hit-and-miss, and the food is nothing to write home about. Good for drinks. It's usually quiet as it's right at the end of the Paseo Maritimo.

Nice menu to choose from and a newly renovated restaurant with a beautiful terrace outside. Service was quick and friendly and food tasty. I miss local dishes like paella or calcots etc.

Great because of the view. Right next to the beach. Take a break here then walk to Villanova del geltru (next town down the coast). It takes about 1.5 hours. Then take the train back to Sitges. One last important detail: nice clean bathrooms.

La situación es privilegiada y los platos que se pueden pedir son buenos. El precio es de medio a alto, pero al pertenecer al hotel, se entiende. El único problema que tiene este local, es la saturación del personal cuando se llenan todas las mesas, ya que nunca dan abasto. Esto es un problema recurrente que se produce cada año en temprada de verano y no hay manera que lo solucionen. Sino fuera por esto tendrían 5 estrellas.

We visited recently again and the food still was just so-so. The veggie burger had a weird taste, the pulled pork was not that good, and the salad was ok. Do yourself a favor- go to the Beso chiringuito down the way, the food is 10x better.

Horrible ineffective service. We went to the bar just to order 2 beer. They told us to have a sit. We waited 10 minutes +. Why not atleast ask what we wanted and they could come to the table with the beer!? Really bad. Don't recommend. Get 2 stars just because of the location.

excellent location of the restaurant, very few professional staff, so the wait for service is very long (more than 45 minutes??). Really bad organization. avoid rump steak on a hot plate as it can be tough to cut. you'll lose more calories cutting it than you'll take in eating it. the rest of the food is not bad, especially the bbq ribs. all in all, don't eat here, just have a coffee or a drink and enjoy the view.

Service was mediocre. Waited 25 mins to pay for my bill. Also found a big @$$ chunk of veg in my mash accompanied by a hair. Forgetting not to mention that we ordered a bottle of water and she brought us a bottle that was "sealed" but we didnt see the procedure of opening it. Hmmmmm

La terraza es una pasada, pero el servicio deja mucho que desear. Dependiendo de quien esté trabajando, puedes estar media hora siendo “invisible” para los camareros, el ejemplo es hoy 31/10 a medio día, nadie te mira. Después de 36’ de espera, sin limpiar la mesa y los restos de ceniza, el camarero me pone algo tan difícil como cerveza, chips y mejillones, no recoge ni el tíquet del anterior cliente. Una empresa como esta debería tener un mejor servicio, este pasotismo no es digno de un hotel como este. Miedo me da que se acabe la cerveza y tenga que pedir otra…. Suerte

La atención al cliente continúa sin mejorar incluso en los fines de semana. El trato roza lo maleducado y entiendo que puede llegar a ser por falta de staff.

El lugar en sí es encantador, con un ambiente que invita a disfrutar de una buena taza de café, pero lamentablemente, la experiencia se vio empañada por un servicio que dista mucho de estar a la altura. Llegué a las 10:30 a.m. con la expectativa de un momento agradable, pero me encontré con una atención decepcionante. La persona que me recibió apenas mostró interés en mi presencia, y cuando le solicité amablemente la carta para poder hacer mi elección, fui ignorada por completo. Esto me obligó a levantarme e ir en busca del menú por mí misma, lo cual es inaceptable en un establecimiento que, por su apariencia, promete una experiencia placentera. Este tipo de situaciones no solo genera incomodidad en los clientes, sino que también habla de una falta de capacitación en el personal, algo que podría poner en riesgo la reputación del lugar. Un espacio tan atractivo merece un servicio que esté a la altura, pues es en los detalles donde se define la calidad de la experiencia. Espero que se tomen medidas para mejorar la atención al cliente, ya que es una lástima que un lugar con tanto potencial pueda perder clientes debido a una experiencia tan descuidada.

Terraza frente al mar muy agradable para una cerveza y poco más. La comida es peor que mala. Parece un restaurante asiático de pésima calidad. Platos con saldas de sabores poco agradables y cocidos hasta estar pastosos . El wok de verduras parecía un pisto de acompañamiento con salsa india y el pollo al curry ha sido incomestible, desecho y un curry con sabor de a saber qué.

En este caso, generalizar sería lo correcto pero considero que la atención tiene mucho para mejorar. Empezando por el saludo y la forma de atender al cliente. No dan ganas de volver. Suelo frecuentar casi semanalmente ya que las vistas son increíbles.

Food okay, prices are high, but the service is shockingly bad.... you can be waiting up to 40 minutes for staff that don't look you in the eye when you order and have the manners of spiders. Do you not train your staff in how to greet customers?

We were there around noon on 25 October and it was only moderately busy. We wanted to enjoy a bottle of red wine and asked for the wine list, which the waitress acknowledged with surprise. Well, with only two red wines to choose from, it wasn't too difficult. However, we then spent 20 minutes watching other guests arrive, place their orders and receive their drinks, while no one paid any attention to us! We then went to a proper wine bodega, which had a much larger selection, much better wines and much better service. You really don't have to walk to the end of the promenade for the Vento.

Super gross food that tastes microwaved from frozen. Rude wait staff that forget you exist. There are the most incredible restaurants in Sitges with the loveliest staff. DO NOT MAKE THE MISTAKE OF GOING HERE!!! It’s part of a really rundown dump of a hotel that has somehow got itself 4 stars. 🤯 It’s also a million miles from Sitges. Clearly the star rating system is a total scam because this old dog has seen better days.

Oh my goodness, the service is so slow. I have been here over 1 hour, and my food still has not arrived. It took 45 minutes and me asking 3 waitresses before someone would “get the computer” to place the order. And it wasn’t even a busy night, the place was half empty. The food and the view is good, but please train your staff to be more attentive.

Our server was a young guy with a shaved head and tattoos, didn’t get his name. He was actually very nice and polite but clearly very stressed out. There were only 2 floor staff on, nobody at the bar, and our food took over 30 minutes to come. When he took our order we were told the chef would arrive in 20 minutes and begin to prepare the food. Why open a restaurant for the evening with no chef? We only ordered 2 salads and patatas bravas. The food was actually nice but the restaurant is obviously very poorly managed. Again I’d like to reiterate that our server was very nice and obviously under a lot of pressure. But all in all a bad experience. Very bad management.
