Slaton Pizza Hut is the best!!! They have great customer service, great attitudes, great management. The employees are so nice, they care for their customers. My favorite is the hut box and they always seem to have it ready just in time. The food is always fresh.

Ceasar was the cashier we arrived late Saturday, a stop along our trip to San Padre Island. He was very helpful in his descriptions of the menu. When the soda machine wasn't working he quickly offered our choice of soda in a bottled drink and cups for ice instead. The lobby was spotless we orded the box meal, his suggestion which comes with a melt, like a canzone or pizza and wings or fries. We purchased one with a melt and the other with a mini pizza accompanied with wings. This was the only restaurant open past 10pm east of the freeway.

Best experience I ever had. Everyone was friendly service was prompt and pizza was warm.

Traveling from San Antonio with the family this place had some great food. Pizza was hot and fresh perfectly baked. The wings were crispy and well sauced. The cinna sticks just melted in your mouth yet had a crunchy edge. Nice customer service! Would stop again.

Always Hits the Spot! The staff here are friendly and quick, making sure your order is fresh and hot. Delivery is always on time, and everything arrives just as it should. Plus, their garlic bread and wings are the perfect sides to round out the meal.

Overall a good experience. Things I didn't like was that delivery is only available after 5pm. I understand that in a small town its probably just not worth it before that but for those of us who cant just go get it that was a bummer but I did order at 5pm. (Truck driver) My pizza and cheese sticks arrived exactly as ordered however I ordered a bunch of additional sauce, and if you order at pizza hut you know their sauces are nearly a dollar each. I received 2 of the 7 ordered. The good rating is because the delivery driver was very nice and went back to the store and brought me my remaining sauces in a timely manner. Overall a good experience.

I like that you can order your food online and get special discounts. Also no more getting your order wrong when you build your own pizza just how you want it, with sauce or without or with extra cheese . So if your order is wrong it's because you entered it wrong. Also the drive thru window is great when your not dressed to go in. Very fast service no waiting in line. Employees are very nice.

Great place but went to.get pizza and wasnt the usual crust not sure if they updated crust recipe or what was decent pizza just not the crust I expected.

Teenagers run this place and don't know what they are doing I was over charged the teenager manager all she could say was ummm ummm and did not know what she was doing was not greeted when had to go up there I had to tell her what to do to make it right I HIGHLY do NOT recommend this place they do not have their crap together they don't put hardly ant toppings on pizza they don't know how to cook the food properly

So I guess the business model for the newly built Pizza Hut is get it right sometimes! Have ordered three pizzas over the past 2 weeks. Every single one has been wrong. I ordered two pizzas tonight the first one was correct the second one not so much. I ordered pepperoni beef and black olives. I received 1 topping and it was Italian sausage. Really? Did you not read the ticket. I didn’t order Italian sausage on either of my pizzas. If you try to call them to tell them about there mistake they hang up on you or the flat out do not care. The old Pizza Hut never got my order wrong. I don’t like this new rebranded Pizza Hut and the lazy people they employ. Not worth the headache for me anymore.

Placed an online order with them since and for the past three orders they have been wrong! Never complained before but this time they really did it, ordered a large supreme and got a large pepperoni, if I’m paying full price for a supreme then I expect a supreme nothing less. Called to have them remake it and the supervisor was rude and sounded like she didn’t care about fixing it and I wasn’t even offered an apology. They need to replace that supervisor immediately since her customer service skills are pathetic. Never going back to them they have lost me as a client!

After working 19 hours in the heat today... all I wanted was a shower and PIZZA and a nap! I chose your pizza because you deliver... even though Little Ceasars would have been half the price and twice the amount of food... I CHOSE YOU! I can forgive the nasty pizza that made it's way to my door tonight... which caused me to have to call the store and ask for new pizza... But I will not forgive you for treating me like I'm some kind of trash and requiring me to let a delivery driver verify that my pizza was disgusting! See... after working in the heat and taking my shower... The LAST thing I wanted to do is put a bra back on and open my door.... and go back outside... but here we are... I'm wearing the bra and the shoes. And I'm just now heading back home after racing through the supermarket throwing whatever I could find in the basket before they closed... You dont know me... or anything about me... so its not your fault that you dont know that I have the worst kidney infection that so far has resisted three types of antibiotics and is making my feet swell like sausages... and you dont know that I bought a small business and I'm working my whole butt off to get it off the ground... and so there is no sick days. The only thing you need to know about me is how I like my pizza.... So tonight when I got home after a hard day and was dreaming about my pizza... it was the worst bummer ever for it to be nasty. And I tried to eat it... but it was so nasty I couldn't and now because you can't be decent human beings and just leave a good pizza outside my door.... now I'm outside my house ... wearing clothes and thinking how I wish I was home in pajamas, eating pizza... and I'm not... I'm gonna go home and heat up this frozen burrito and it will still taste better than the garbage you sent to my house... And all I want you to know... is NOBODY OUT HERE PAYING FOR PIZZA IS TRYING TO SCAM YOU... WE JUST WANT OUR TASTY PIZZA THE RIGHT WAY... WITH SAUCE... BRO... I forgive you... but we aren't friends any more... Because friends don't make friends wear clothes and go to the supermarket in the middle of the night instead of just making the pizza right the first time... or even the second. No need to do anything to fix it now... I don't want free pizza... just good pizza...

Staff does not greet you unless you have a suite and tie! I've come to buy just simple foods, staff walks by keep this in mind been waiting for five minutes and still nothing! Where's the customer service!

We have been to this location 3 times for dine in. Everytime we have come there are out of so much stuff. 1st time I ordered a sandwich that comes with chips, they bring the food out in ask were the chips are they were out asked if I wanted something else I said sure fries, oh out of those and everything else as far as sides aside from a salad. We asked for cheese sticks with the order out of those. 2nd time we come about a month later a for cheese sticks pay get our drinks come and sit down waiting on food they come out and tell us they were actually out again after we were charged did everything to avoid refunding I finally got a refund even though the MOD that day was upset about it. Fast forward about 6 weeks later today June 19th, we order 2 pizzas and 2 side salads and fit got cheese sticks. They informed us after we paid they had run out of salad mix and only had shredded lettuce for the pizzas left and asked if that was okay for our salads, sure. Then one of the pizzas we got had lettuce. They bring us our salads and 2 minutes after they bring them they come and tell us they ran out of lettuce for the pizza can we make your pizza without this. And everytime we come in at least 2 tables are dirty. For today we got here at 7 and at 8 when we left they still had those 2 dirty tables. Not one employee bothered to come clean up. This location really needs some help and stepping up.

Food was excellent. Service was good. Then there came the mishap of the wrong food. Employee (female) came to the table to correct the error she was kind, minutes later the manager came to the table to take back the wrong food which was offered back to him and he said, “ you already touched it?” My response “yes” he stated “just keep it” I again offered the food back to him and he stated “ you already touched it”. Once he made it around the counter back where they were serving I heard him say you will have to make another one. I am pretty sure he was trying to take the food that was served to me to give to another person. Mind you the food had been sitting on my table for over 10 minutes. I find the manager rude and what he did uncalled for. I by no means did not care if he took the food back it was the way he approached me and the way he talked.9/3/25 7:08 pm it was at this time the incident occurred

My brother-in-law and I ordered pizza and wings for carryout for our families during the Tech men's basketball game. Never again from here. Upon arrival we hit the drive thru. After sitting at the window for several minutes, a young man finally came to the window. He handed both orders out the window, we said hey we are missing an order of wings. He said yes will be about 7 minutes or so they are not done. I said why so long he said we just put them down. I told him our food he handed to us was going to get cold, he seemed to not be concerned. After he had us drive around several times the wings were finally ready. We get home right around the corner and not only was our pizza cold, cheese dried up, the large 3 topping was very light on pepperoni, beef and onions. Then instead on boneless sweet chili wings we received some bonein wing not sure what the flavor was. Between the both of us we spent over $80 what a waste of money. Will not return to this location. I support Greg's locations both taco villas in Lubbock and pizza hut in surrounding communities, but I think slaton will not be on that list anymore.

Well I went to pick up my order, to be told that they gave it to someone else. So they offer to remake and add in a dessert and it would be 15 minutes. Well 25 minutes pass and still no food so I go to ask for our order and the cashier says hold they need to check if I paid for it already. We’ll dig because yall charge for it first at the window before checking if it’s ready. So we finally get our food and behold no dessert for waiting an extra 30 minutes due to their mistake and having to remake our food.

i am a door dasher and i went in there and i was 5 minutes away when the order went through by the time i got there i had to wait 20 minutes just for two pizzas and wings to come out! To me this is ridiculous.
