Always my favorite Dunkin to go to. Will even go out of my way for this place. The staff are beyond friendly and helpful and the food and drink are always how they should be!

I've actually given up on Dunkin donuts coffee in exchange for Mcdonald's. Dunkin donuts coffee has become way too expensive, not as good as use today, where as McDonald's offers $1 any size flavor coffee's which are very very good

Was nice...polite...social distance markers. Only one downfall...they let this lady look like in her twenties run back n forth in line visiting people she knew that were entering the store while her party was up front. One customer ended up leaving. Awful they didn't say something. Why have floor markers....

There was no line when we got there. The order was placed and ready within 5 minutes. Plenty of seating. The coffee tasted burnt but the bagel for my husband was fine.

I didn't get the beverage in ordered but I took the one she made as I didn't have time to wait. Also, gave me the wrong donut. I tried to tell her it was the wrong one but she said it wasn't.

Went in for a coffee one afternoon and the young man Vincent was very polite. He was cleaning in front of the registers and the lady Tina was rude and told him that was not was he was supposed to be doing right in front of customers. I was happy to see an employee cleaning instead of standing around.

my bagel bites had barely any cream cheese and for the little bit of cream cheese it was not enjoyable. They were also burnt.

This location very much has two different modes. In the morning, the place is well staffed, friendly, professional, and very good at getting food and drinks out quickly and accurately. The food and drinks are decent and made well, comfortably in the top 25% of Dunkin' locations around here. In the afternoon/evening, it's a different story. There's one worker in particular, a heavyset older woman who usually seems left to her own devices, and clearly struggles with the basic mechanics of her job. I've ordered food from here many dozens of times in the morning, but avoid the evening like the plague, because the 8 or so times I've ordered a coffee on the way home from work, that woman gets my order wrong. And I mean every. Single. Time. She always puts WAY too much ice in every drink, which dilutes and makes everything more creamer-heavy, but she also has managed to get some variation on the wrong size, wrong amounts or types of creamer, wrong amounts or types of sweetener, *something* extra is always wrong. And when I ask her to fix it, she loudly insists she did it right but then will remake it in a huff, remakes it while I watch, and then hands me something that's a completely different color drink that tastes completely different than the first one she made. It's astonishing what a terrible attitude she has, and I have watched her make it wrong on purpose the second time, seemingly out of spite (e.g., overloading it with ice and putting the barest drop of a flavor syrup in the remade version, after the first one had so much extra syrup it pooled in a thick layer in the bottom, unmixed). She's desperately in need of a retraining, and an attitude adjustment. I wouldn't even write about it, but I will literally avoid this place in the evening unless I'm absolutely desperate for a caffeine fix, and don't have a better option. All just so I don't have to do the math of "Is it worth confronting that woman when she inevitably messes up my order?" For the bean counters there, I don't know how much money this is losing you, but it's definitely cutting down the times I go. Sorry guys. You morning shift folks are amazing. I just wish the evening person didn't do such a terrible, terrible, terrible job.

Every time I come to this store, something is completely wrong with my order. Whether it’s completely forgetting items, or getting a 2 item sandwich wrong, it’s just hit a breaking point. I will never go to this Dunkin’ Donuts again.

Anyone who can give this chains owners info? I’ve never in my life heard people talk the way these employees did to this older gentleman! You guys need more empathy training! The poor kid at the cash register even felt uncomfortable. What a horrible atmosphere and way to treat people Especially if you have a tip jar that you want people to put tips in for!!!!

I’m so sorry to do this to my favorite Dunkin but you did me dirty today….. I went in and got my Dunkin’ energy punch like always and my bacon egg and cheese normally on a plain bagel but you where completely out of plain bagels and I was fine with that but you gave me the most dry croissant and it was the darkest shade of black on the bottom I have even seen. And then I look at the bacon because it tasted very weird and let me tell you that it was literally flapping in the wind like my hair that how under cooked it was it was literally pink.. you. Did. Me. Foul.

Have gone to this Dunkin donuts on multiple occasions. I don't advise going within 40 minutes of closing. On three different occasions I have been told by the same young lady that they're expresso machine is broken so they cannot make any type of lattes. Just seems funny it's always within the 40 minutes of closing. But the next morning when they first open it works fine or any other time of the day. It's more than obviousthey just don't want to use the machine so they have to clean it. I'm going next door to Starbucks from now on.

Workers here are so rude. 11/30/17 used order on the go for a donut which was hard and spots of blue on an old fashion donut. This has been the worst dd I've ever been to. Take my business elsewhere. Staff here is rude to people of color. U have to be White 12/13 rude ass individuals get some people of color to work there 3/14/18 manager in this establishment is such a racist. Not one employee of color.

Ovens were down, I wanted those great omelets. I want your recipe. I'm on a keto type diet, they are the only thing I can find at a drive through. They were not serving any food. So, I didn't buy there.

Have gone to this Dunkin donuts on multiple occasions. I don't advise going within 40 minutes of closing. On three different occasions I have been told by the same young lady that they're expresso machine is broken so they cannot make any type of lattes.
