I would never write a review for a random McDonald’s in small town Texas. But HOLY COW. I had a double cheeseburger here that was absolutely, unbelievable. I almost ordered another because it was so stinking good. I have no idea what they did, but if McDonald’s served burgers this good all of the time, they’d probably have double the business. The bathroom was clean, the rest of the dining room was messy but not dirty. Wow. I’d drive out of my way to come here again if I could have that same burger.
I only go in the morning for breakfast. I always have a mobile order so it's faster and sometimes I also state I'm already there when I'm 10 minutes away but oddly one day I did press "I'm already here" while on my way and I still had to wait a while. First window girl was cute though. Edit: they've really gotten better over just a week. Cool. Thanks guys.
I stopped for just an apple pie and used the kiosk machine to order. Within a matter of minutes they were ready. Talk about fast service!!
All of the employees there were very friendly. Everyone of them that passed by us, greeted us. The man that took our order was thorough, big smile on his face too. We spent almost all day there, in the play place. I wasn't afraid to let my kiddo play there. Clean. Customers came and went in a hurry, so that part must have been good as well. The bathroom was clean, had to teach my daughter that the hand dryer isn't automatic... You simply press the button, to turn it on. Lol. Great day. Thanks McDonald's.
Came for ice cream with the kids but the machine was down 😅 They gave us cookies instead and my little ones were happy! Super sweet staff - thank you!
We saw the bad reviews, but had no choice & needed to eat. Food was great, service was fast & friendly, bathrooms were nice, & play place was great. Daughter (6) has been demanding I give yall a good review for a week now.

My order is often wrong sadly but on most occasions they don't hesitate to remake that part of my order. I wish they would remake the whole order since then half my family has fresh food and the other half doesn't since their food got cold waiting for the remake of the other food. Again today half my order was wrong. They did make me the correct burgers. I should have asked for fresh fries but I was already so upset that I forgot to bring up the barely warm fries. I don't understand how when they are busy like that that the fries are not fresh.
The past two times that I have gone here during the lunch hour, there has been only one person taking your order. The line was back to the door. Not sure why they would allow the line to get that long without having more people taking your order. The person taking my order automatically charged me for a "Large" size meal instead of the usual "Medium". Service is not that great here.
Ordered from the app & the drive-thru was faster. The drive-thru line was around the building (lunch rush). I waited in my appropriate space and i watched them clear the entire drive-thru line & I still hadn't received my food. Won't be ordering from the app anymore. Update... The burgers are dry. Seems that they have started over-cooking them.

Ordered a lunch of of burgers and hot chocolate, barely took them five minutes to get it. However, we ordered a 13 cookie tote and it took nearly an hour for us to finally get it, had to remind the cashier there and still took nearly an hour. While the food did come out good the service was beyond lousy.
Ordered smoothie on the self serve board charges me a smoothie. No smoothie's but charged already then I was going to be ok on Soda but No CO2 FLAT 😔. SODA INSIDE AND OUT FLAT 😔.I told them at least give me something close to price , Got ice coffee instead from smoothie to soda to ice coffee lol each time I had to get attention to get 1 for 1 item
I eat lunch here occasionally, most of the time they are always short handed and backed up with extended wait time. Today the kiosks were down and no one at the register. It didn't take long to get the food, which was okay but better than nothing I suppose. Inside the store it smells kinda musty, like old mop water.
This stop at McDonald’s in Snyder ended up being a pretty mixed experience. The drive-thru line was slow, and when my order finally came out the sausage McMuffins were definitely overdone. I usually like a little extra toast on the muffins, but these were past that point and closer to burnt. It was disappointing, especially since i rarely splurge on MCD and these are my go-to breakfast items. The positive side, though, is worth mentioning. The gentleman at the window was friendly and polite, which always makes the process better even when the food isn’t perfect. And the town itself showed a lot of heart, the driver ahead of me paid for my meal. That simple act of kindness turned the morning around, and while I didn’t get a chance to thank them directly, I paid it forward later that day in another way. Small gestures like that really stand out, and it made the whole stop feel less about the food and more about the community. So while the meal itself was average and not much above expectations for a fast food chain, the people of Snyder made it memorable. It may not have been the best breakfast I’ve had at McDonald’s, but it was a reminder that even a basic stop can leave an impression when kindness is involved.
Food is what you can expect from McDonald's pretty hard to mess it up. But man the service sucks when this place is somewhat packed they go down hill I had 4 cars in front of me at the drive through it took me a while 30 minutes just to get my food. The only reason I waited and didn't drive off like the many cars behind be was because I was already 30 minutes in and I was committed at that point
No large cups so attendant assumed we didn't want drinks. No ice in store- attendant questioned why they were still open. Slipped and slid to playground and hated to move our feet in playground area because the floor was so greasy. All the tables in the playground area were dirty.
Cashier kinda was upset because I had ordered a meal with lg unsweet but the window person had taken it down as med. Then she proceeds to say oh it don't matter it's all 1.00. well ok why bring it up. My nuggets were cold. The only good thing was my fries were hot
Every time I visit this place I say it's going to be the last time! Customer service is slow ,non-responsive and at awkward moments,as I glance at the indignant stares of the customers, completely surprising. This is so sad that this food box qualifies as an American icon. I am truly baffled.
Ordered through the mobile app and chose curbside pick up. Big mistake. Ordering through the app DID NOT make our wait faster. In fact, we waited longer.. We sat curbside for 25 minutes until I finally had to go inside and ask about our order. Our order was just sitting in a bag on the counter but the young man who tried to help me did not realize it was ours. He handed me the Happy Meal and walked away. When he saw I was still there, he asked if I needed something else. I said yes, the rest of my order and showed him my phone. It finally took 2 more people to find my order and finish putting it together. It was apparent all their focus was on drive thru. They never offered an apology for the wait. This McDonalds really needs to look into their way of managing orders. The current "system" does not make it efficient as the mobile app should be. Also, does this McDonalds EVER have soda. Seems everytime we've been, they are out!
I wanted fries and they had none.
By far the dirtiest McDonald's I've been in in a while. Trashes were overflowing/on the floor, nobody said anything about the fountain machine not working, dirty tables/dining area. The food was good, but other than that...
I have been here several times. Each time that I’ve been here, the last couple weeks, I am ask to pull up or pull over and wait for my order. What ever happened to fast food service?
We went on Halloween and it was advertised that they will be handing out bags of candy. Did see them hand out bags of candy bit only gave my 2 grandsons one little pice of candy while all the others got bags. Went to order and they just looked me over before asking g me if I wanted to order. No respect for customers
Seems like they always have some items they are out of or the ice machine don't work sometimes the fryer goes down frequently plus the sodas have almost no flavor and then there is the ice cream machine that never works but most disturbingly your getting half a piece of cheese with a fillet o fish and onions seem optional to employee's on the steak egg and cheese bagel maybe offer customers what they expect from a mega franchise
Used to run very efficiently and the food was always good. I guess management has changed for the worst. Very unfortunate I really liked this location a lot more than my home location in Sweetwater, now this location is worse, and I mean a whole lot worse. No one wants to be at the register and will ignore you standing there.
Waited in drive through for around 45 minutes to an hour. For a cold double cheese burger. But they gave me free fries for the wait so two stars. What could have taken that long?
I had ordered 2 curbside orders. The first came out fine and quickly, no issue despite the fries being a little cold when we got it. For the second (that I used points on), my brother was given the wrong order, which we brought back in. We then waited for 40 minutes and it never showed and my brother wasn't told anything. I went inside to check on it and my brother, who warned me they only had 3 people working. The person in front of me said to an employee that they had an online order and what their code was. The guy he spoke with mentioned it to a higher up, who stated "if they dont check in on the app, we don't get paid. Don't give it to them." (As someone that works in fast food, this is a lie. I have no idea where she got that from). That person walked away to deal with their business. I waited a few minutes before finding someone to help, the same guy that helped the previous customer. I mentioned I had a curbside order, checked in, and hadn't seen it for 40 minutes and wondered what happened. I was being very kind and understanding as they were getting busy. Again, (after showing my receipt) this employee went to their higher up to confirm it and the she just told him "We don't have it." She then told him to do other things, so I was left with no solution, missing food, and missing points. Overall, the higher up had little professionalism, little empathy, and although was under understandable stress, was very rude. No one even got back to me about my missing order. The gentleman that helped me was fine, despite having not been able to help me and was quick in getting my first order out. Additionally, it was clear that more people had issues or wanted to check up on their order and unable to get that help due to being understaffed.
Worst service ever. Ordered a Diet Coke and an Iced Water. They over charged the debit card and wouldn't give the change back. The "Manager?" offered two pies instead. Asked for cherry and she said they were out. Gave apple instead. Now am wondering if they retrieved them out of the trash. The sticker on the end says "USE THRU: 10:27 AM 6/8/14". They very seldom get an order right!!! Will not be going again!!!
I ordered on the app to make it as speedy as possible. Ordered 2 mcchickens, a cheeseburger,and a medium fries. We waited 25 minutes for our order. Everyone was ordering and parking because none of the orders were coming out. Only one person was running orders out while 3 others (as many as I saw) stood around the register at the 2nd drive thru window.
Order was wrong. When we ret'd they took food back through window. Cheese was missing. Took 15 minutes to return. Said they forgot us. Brought back same food. Cheese not melted. Told him it was cross contamination. He said it wasn't same food.....told him I was going to complain. He closed window and walked off. Called few days later. Spoke with person(supposedly mgr) said she'd check into it and call me back to no avail
A bad accident on I-20 made this McDonald's our closest one. It took so long to get our food, it actually would have been faster to sit in the accident and go to the Sweetwater one. There were 6 other customers at the front waiting to talk to someone because they'd been waiting 40+ minutes for their food. Seemed like they were only making your order if you were up at the counter asking about it. When we got our order, food was lukewarm, and I had to return twice to get items that had been forgotten. If you are traveling like we were, DO NOT STOP HERE. Go to the Post or Sweetwater instead, it will be worth driving past this one, I promise.
Had to get my money back after they parked me and forgot about me. It looked like they were having a manager meeting in the play place. I sat there parked for 25 min before I went in and asked what was happening and the girl looked at me and gasped and said omg they haven't gotten you yet? 2 lg fries 2 of the new chicken sandwiches and a happy meal...I just got my money back. Will not go back
This was the worst trip to McDonald's I've ever had. The line was long when I pulled up but that was too be expected at 5pm. Once I got to the pick up window i sat there for literally 10mins. I was told the drinks I ordered were out and instead of telling me options I had to go through a rolladex of choices before they had one. By the time they gave me my food the fries and nuggets were cold. I will have to only eat at McDonald's in other locations from now on.

Girl that said she is training to be manager was riding a scooter through the kitchen and lobby . My order was lost. Had to wait a long time while it was remade.
I wait for the shamrock shake every year. This McDonald’s had it the first day and for a week and half their milkshake machine has been “broken”. Why sell milkshakes? They don’t answer their phone, if they do they are either rude or don’t communicate with their team. Then they are rude when u get there and tell you they don’t know who you talked to but they aren’t going to honor it. Also 60% of the time their chicken is undercooked. If i could rate 0 i would.
Ordered online sent my daughter to get the food guess you have to have the phone you ordered off of physically there, ok fine. Called got hung up on called back they said she has to come in , ok her phone just died can I give you my code and take it to her or go ask her to come in ? I was told “ummmmmmm noooo we are like really busy sooooo no” so my kid is just sitting there waiting on food that won’t come so we had to drive up there, my kids mistake for her phone dying but the customer service was trash.
Sad how this particular store has gone downhill. Up until 2-3 months ago I enjoyed it. In recent weeks, drive thru has taken as long as 10-12 minutes. The sweet and friendly staff seems to have disappeared. Is it new management? Whatever it is, needs to be fixed.
What happened? this use to be a great place and lately on two occasions once through drive thru order was wrong and missing items and indoor well forget that I stand for 10 minutes and no service and everything gets put in a bag and you better stand there because all they do is place the bag on counter and barely say the number and then they walk away . Cause if you dont good luck realizing its just sitting up there getting cold and have to wait to call over the employee again. The staff needs to be trained.I use to manage McDonalds years ago and this is the worst attitudes I've experienced I even see them sometimes huddled near a table and on their phones and with each other Unless policy is everyone takes a break at the same time. Won't ever go to this location again.

Do not use their right-most drive-thru. They don’t use it but don’t block it with a cone or anything like Whataburger does when it isn’t in-use.
Done done done done done. We have tried way too many times here. Orders are rarely right and when you have to drive across town to get it fixed you get barely an apology. It wasn't even a special order... Big Mac normal, just regular. instead we get bread meat and cheese. Nothing else. I drove back to get it fixed and they replaced the sandwich (Unlike last time when something was missing so they just threw it on the burger with a bite out already) and they replaced my bag. Hardly an apology and nothing else offered to compensate my time/gas/money spent on their mistake. Done with this one. I want to find out if any others around here are owned by the same person so I can not go there either.
2022, It wasnt bad but their quality just isnt very good. Inconsistent. Sometimes mcmuffin is burnt and sometimes the bread isnt toasted at all. Update Jan 2023, Customer service is horrendous. I ordered curbside 40 piece nugget and asked for 4bbq, 1 ranch and 1 sweet n sour. They put 4 sweet and sour in the bag. I went back in and could not get anyone’s attention in the back. The fry girl looked at me several times. Finally 5 min later a girl brought a to go order and threw it on the counter. I had to raise my voice and say excuse me. She asked what I wanted I told her 4 bbq and 1 ranch. She grabbed 2 of each and threw it on the counter and ran off. The fry girl finally came to check on me 2 min later. After telling her I needed 2 more bbq sauces she said I could only get so many with my meal. I told her I needed what I ordered just 2 more bbq. She grabbed 4 and threw them on the counter and ran off. It’s always like this. Other McDonalds have someone working up front checking orders and fixing wrong ones. There wasn’t even a cashier or a long line in drive thru.
Placed my order online. Waited for someone to answer the drive thru. Had to go in only for the manager to say that since it's so close to closing they didn't have a lot of things. Had to get items I didn't order to avoid a refund. A bit of a shitshow.
Customer service needs alot of work. We waited for our food. When food was brought out we didn't even get a thank you have a nice day. Just did you order this... Will not return to this location! Poor customer service poor.
As you’d expect from a small town McDonald’s, the customer service and food quality here is 🗑️. You’ll wait for your food for forever and then when you try to correct an order or ask about status, none of the employees will actually bother trying to talk to you. You nearly have to go across the counter to get their attention because they’re just trying to ignore you the whole time.

We went through drive through we were told to park in mobile order waited 40 min for. Food the poor little lady didn't know who's order was or what car 5 different cars were parked all over the parking lot waiting on food from drive through I think something needs to fixed here

Manager told me and my daughter we had to leave play area even though there had just been another two ladies and their children playing in there. Manager said I know they were just in here but oh well you have to go . ( as soon as we got there, two minutes after they left) She said it was closed until they finished cleaning. I’ve been here once a week for two months now and child play area is always dirty. Not ever a clean table anywhere. I told her there was no sign saying play area closed She said did I not see the trash can in the door way , it was to signal play area closed. It seems like play area is just a bother to them. Or maybe it was just me I bothered them because the other ladies and their children were able to be there not me or my child. That just doesn’t seem fair, doesn’t seem like wise management.
Employees and manager were extremely unprofessional, no knowledge of menu and/or products. Manager was very rude, employee and manager arguing as to who was going to get a smoke break first and who was going to pick up an order of chicken that they had placed for them to eat. All of this arguing was taking place in the lobby with customers present. Very disturbing atmosphere. Thank goodness I was only passing through. However, franchise owner needs to get his/her employees together and trained.
I came to snyder for a funeral service and stopped to eat at this mcdonald’s. I ordered from the mobile app so i would be able to customize my order. I was given the completely wrong burger for both orders. I then took it to the front to see if they could fix it, where an employee told me it must’ve been my fault. I spent $40+ on this order and was not accommodated to have the burgers fixed!
Decided to stop here on our way to a jobsite. Not only was there a ridiculously long wait time, when we did finally receive our food, it was the complete wrong order. Went back inside to try to get it fixed and the manager purposefully refused to make eye contact with me so she didn't have to help me. I wish I could say this was a one time thing, but the same thing happened last time we came here as well. Except that time, instead of taking the order back and fixing it, the manager threw some egg in a cup and practically threw it at us and then slammed the window shut. A different employee came to the window and apologized, but I've never received such terrible service in my life. Mcdonalds needs to find new managers. This is ridiculous.
I WOULD GIVE 0 STAR'S IF IT WOULD LET ME!!!! MCDONALD'S!!!! WTH!!!! Absolutely no acknowledgement that we were standing there. A simple "Hi, we will be right with you", or "Hi, we are short staffed and will be right with you." So we left and went to a different restaurant that appreciates our money and business, if you don't care or need money why be open
We all know that most McDonalds have horrible service but never have I been where the manager purposely refuses to look at customers so she won’t have to help them. I simply wanted some sweet tea because they were out in the front and she would not give me the time of day. I asked for a hamburger with no bun and they gave me a burger with mayo and no veggies. So I asked if they could just take the mayo off and add the mustard, ketchup and veggies. She proceeded to YELL at the employee and said just throw it away” she stood at the area where the burgers are dropped and just did whatever on her phone. The wall that separates the cashier and the kitchen was thankfully there in her favor. She seriously needs to be fired. Most of the employees were very friendly and helpful.
According the managers (Heather), the owner operator is cheap and does not care about customer service - only making money. Stated that he has five stores and is working on getting his sixth. I drive 30 minutes to get here for their playground, fries and ice cream. Yesterday, the issue was NO ICE. Heather told me the entire town was out of ice, which was a blatant lie. I suggested that she get ice delivered from the grocery store located in same parking lot. She told me that the owner could not AFFORD to purchase $100 for his products and customers. Unbelievable that the owner expects 100% payment with 90% product. I asked Heather the reason for the ice cream machine often being broken. She took offense to this and started ranting that I made a false statement. She asked her employees and they told her that in the past two weeks he machine was DOWN at least 12 times. Heather made a scene and implied that I was arguing with her, but I was simply asking her questions. She told me her manager was Pamela Brown - I do not remember exactly. I asked for the owners name but she refused to give it to me. My small order took 25 minutes to complete. I asked about a discount - it was denied. I asked the reason it took 25 minutes to complete my order. HEATHER stated it was my fault because she controls the employees on when to complete the order - so since she was talking to me, all production stopped. Customers started coming into the restaurant because being in drive through line had taken 25 minutes. One customer ordered an ice coffee; they NEVER informed her that they had NO ICE. She walked out without order. I take the kids here for the playground, fries and ice cream. I certainly did not anticipate a debate with freaking Heather Manager who literally shoved her work schedule in my face to prove she works there full time for 5 years. Every time I visit, everyone looks at me but does not ACKNOWLEDGE me. I usually need to ask for help. The employees are unhappy because of the way they are treated by management/Heather, but they need the money. I do not understand how a multi-millionaire McDonald owner operator can be so cheap and disrespectful with his customers. Why does he allow such rude and dishonest people manage his store? Sweetwater location does not have a playground, just a display and a computer. Big Springs is 15 miles further and no playground.

Waited 35 min for for food and the order was simple ?? They forgot my moms coffee and a sausage we waited by the trash can and never saw anyone come out so we left it always happens you order is always short because they are too busy talking and laughing and horsing around McDonald's is not what Ray Croc thought would be a playground for employees it's supposed to be a fast food inviroment for people to enjoy Now it's to much play time by the employees!! So sad !!
This McDonald's is a waste of real-estate. They never get the order right. My husband ordered 2 egg mcmuffins, one with no cheese..Both received had no eggs. Just sausage and cheese on an English muffin. Don't know if all the employees are untrained or just don't care. I guess it's a toss up. The management is no better. Completely disorganized and no one seems to know what's going on. Where is the franchisee? He/she should be there making sure customers get at least decent service. I am editing my review to add more..3 months later and they still are awful..ordered on app..still can't read a freaking order ticket. Ordered 1 mcgriddle and 2 egg mcmuffins..got 2 mcgriddles only. Just how hard is it really to read a freaking order? I don't understand. If there is more than 1 or 2 items on an order they can't do it right. Really sad.
Probably one of the absolute worst McDonald's I've ever been to. We waited 25 minutes outside for our curbside order and another 10 minutes inside. People seem completely confused and unorganized and the restaurant doesn't even appear busy, except for all the disgruntled customers in line. The manager asked if we wanted a refund then we wouldn't get any food, even after waiting for 30 minutes plus with hungry kids in the car. It's absurd that McDonald's can't figure this out. Horrible, awful, would not recommend even if you're starving

Would give 0 stars if I could. This is the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to in my life. I waited 40 minutes to get a breakfast meal. All while watching them hand everyone else there order. My order number was sitting on the screen. Looked like the half the workers were standing around talking while they had a million orders on the screen. The workers who were working were slowly walking around as if it wasn’t busy. The people who were working this morning shift need to be fired. This place should be shut down because of all the bad reviews I’m seeing or a change needs to happen… something. There was a lady in all black in glasses with her hair in a bun who wasn’t even helping the poor guy packing the drive through AND dine in orders. After 30 min of waiting, the guy packing orders asks me, “you need something?” I point to my order number and then he doesn’t even know what’s on it. I had to ask him to grab the hashbrowns and orange juice. Oh and he put ice in our orange juice??? Never had that happen. This is a joke of a McDonald’s place. I used to work there and know there are time quotas to fill. Horrible experience.
The employees are so rude when you walk in not a hello or nothing when we placed the I order on the machine which was ok but the gentleman on the counter was very rude when we went to ask for the cups and there was just a few tables clean for us to set at mind you it was 3 in the afternoon

Your guys customer service is HORRIBLE. I got hung up on in the middle of a question. The food is not horrible. But the people who work here are very rude and could care less about the good quality of food. I get working just to get paid but jeez have some respect for others.

My burger took forever to come out, came raw three times in a row, and the same soda spill has been sitting in the play place tubes for a week. Very disgusting and unsanitary.
Had an online order and sat in line for over 20 minutes and it still didn't move. Finally decided to see if going inside would work faster. Upon going inside I notice the guy that was in front of me in the drive thru was in there too. He was raging at them since they had not started his online order either. Finally got my daughters food and of course no sauce for the nuggets. Didnt have the want-to to go back and mess with it. If i didn't have a preteen who was hooked on their nuggets I'd gladly not go back. Snyder McDonald's is broken
The coke machine was broken therefore, we were offered water only. We paid for sodas and didn't get reimbursed for them? Service was awful. We waited thru the drive thru for 10 plus minutes, and no one took our order. Drove to the window to have our order finally taken. We will not be stopping there again.
It literally took over 30 minutes for 4 hash browns that we didn't even get and the guy that told us they were out of mcgriddles went to the back and started sweeping instead of getting the manager like we asked. We ended up just asking for a refund after seeing 7 other orders get made and taken out when we ordered way beforehand.
They Never Have Ice or Sweet Tea Here! Multiple Times I’ve been And they Say they Are Out of Ice or that No one Made Sweet Tea.
Never have ice cream or coffee and it's been months. I don't know if they're just that lazy or the company just don't care to fix it either way something needs to be done.
I have ordered at the drive thru 3 consecutive days. Each day the orders have been drastically wrong. When I took in my order to get fixed, the person reacted like I changed my mind when the receipt stated what was ordered correctly. At this point it is shame on me. This store needs a major restructuring. Pathetic!
2 quarter pound cheeseburgers,fries,2 small drinks.....20 bucks
I have never been treated so horribly by a manager! They lost my order, found it, refused to serve me inside because i had ordered on the app and picked drive through (didn't know i had). She actually told me i didn't even know what i ordered when she gave me the wrong items! I showed her my phone screen several times. When they found my order, i heard her tell another employee not to give me it until ALL the customers at the counter have been served!!! 50 minutes to get a quarter pound combo.
I was in the Drive-Thru it literally took me 29 minutes to even get to the window to pay when I got there they had the order wrong and then they told me they didn't have what I had requested on my order
This is the single worst McDonalds that I have ever been to. I have never once placed an order where they weren't out of something. Yesterday I went inside and placed an order using the kiosk. The first kiosk took my mobile code for my free fries but wouldn't let me select the fries. Then it crashed. I lost my mobile code and was unable to use a new one due to the 15 minute wait limit. Instead I went to the second kiosk and started a new order. I decided that if I was going to have to pay for the fries then I would rather just get ice cream (I had been trying to do a cheap snack). So I ordered a drink, a cone, and a plain sundae. Well, they were out of ALL drinks except tea and water. I would say that this location is out of everything except tea and water 50-60 percent of the time. Then they call my order number and tell me that they're out of ice cream. They've been out of ice cream for over two months. I figured that they finally got their machines fixed (or whatever the problem was) since ice cream was back on the menu and the kiosk let me order it. So they ask what I want instead. No refund. So I ended up getting a large fry. I went there to pay 2 dollars and get a coke and a fry and ended up paying 8 dollars for a tea and a fry. They are constantly out of something. Soda, milk, ice cream, buns, lids, ketchup, etc. The franchisees think they can get away with it because they are the only McDonalds within 30 miles but I am just not going to McDonalds in my town anymore. I would rather go to Diary Queen where the food is honestly better for the same price and I know that I can always get a coke and an ice cream cone. The app and the extra bubbly soda is what makes me want to visit McDonalds but since this McDonalds eats my codes and they never have soda, I will not be visiting any longer. The staff are great and doing the best with what the crappy owners give them. I especially love the guy that has the neck tattoo that says loyalty. He is super super nice!
Waited 30 min in drive threw for our food that was sitting at the window . Fries cold and hot and spicy cold. Ridiculous!
I have been at the drive through for 45 minutes and I’m still waiting for my food it’s ridiculous what’s the point of a drive through
This is the worst mc Donald's I ever been to manger fighting with the cooks about who can run the restaurant apparently the manger can't run it by herself that for sure with the way she treats guest I will never go back to this place was given cold Fry's when my husband ask for fresh ones the manger got mad she went and got the fresh Fry's (soaked in salt) for sure she put a liner in the bottom of a bag and tossed in the frys that no where was the amount that was two lrg Fry's and when I asked about that she said do you want a refund I says yes she said give me all your food back I took my food and left I called corporate and I won't stop till something is done no way do you act or run a place like that and oh let me not leave out that we checked our sandwich no lettuce that we asked for I mean to busy fighting with other staff for guest to hear and taking it out on guests something needs to be done with this place for sure
I ordered the buy 1 get 1 free 10 piece nuggets for my husband and we only received 1 10 piece nuggets. Also, my husband loves the BBQ with the nuggets and he recieved 1 of every sauce except the BBQ, very irritating.
Traveling thru we decided to stop. The lady in front of us took forever. We get to the intercom NO ONE EVER ANSWERS IT. 6 cars roll thru the 2nd lane still nothing. The guy next to us they ask him a 2ND TIME would he like to order yet here we were still sitting at the intercom for 10 minutes and cant get out to even get in line because of the 6 orders now ahead of us. Mind you none of these ppl were even on the property when we pulled up to order. So after 15 minutes of trying to get someone's attention, or just get in line to the window a gentleman kindly let us pull out. Service was extremely slow. IF YOUR TRAVELING THRU I RECOMMEND SOMEWHERE ELSE. Definitely not going to he quick. And good luck if they even acknowledge you.
When your front counter person, you know that person that's supposed to greet with "hi how are you today" but needs a translator cause she doesn't understand English and all I just said was good morning it's time to rethink
This place is terrible! Took 40 minutes to get a quarter ponder meal. Bottom of the burger, soggy, and the meat is raw. Coke is flat and the employees ignore you Of this
Took my kid to the playplace and got food, food was decent but it took 20 minutes and me asking a cook for just my drink cups. Manager kept walking by and had about 7 or 8 people waiting in line for different things. Goodish food and terrible service!
If you want frappes or smoothie don't come here they never have it and never will seen too, call corporate about them not having it it seems like the communication doesn't reach them or it goes on deaf ears, corporate would give me a coupon and I can't even redeem it at the store cuz I get mad that I'm getting free food cuz they didn't give what they're supposed to have, just sad what happened to the smile service, I wish there were better options in this town
This girl is so rude and needs to be FIRED. she has no concept of what professional is. made me wait 10 minutes at the speaker then too the person that drove up in the other lane immediately took their order and when I finally said something she answered I was frustrated so I had a bit of a tone with her but nothing too rude. She told me I could “chill out”. When I drove off and pulled up to the window after this, the manager was already there and first thing she said was “were you the one being rude to my employee”
The food is always cold and old, went last weekend and they had signs posted up saying they could not make food. Will not be going back.
So night shift struggles due to lack of personnel, if and idk this is really thinking hard. The franchisee should pull their head out and hire more. The night shift staff was great, even though they were swamped with low personnel
Super RUDE crew. I paid on my phone and waited at the drive thru microphone for five minutes nobody answered me. So I followed the line for 10 minutes to the window and talked about my situation. This lady acted indifferent and told me to go back in line. I said no real nicely and expo no bossy was talking and I waited in line for 15 minutes. Then she slammed the window really hard on me. Super rude.
Drove 15 minutes each way around 1am because it's listed as open 24hours. It was CLOSED, drive thru screen were off. GET YOUR HOURS LISTED RIGHT!!! Wasted 30 minutes of my life and plenty of gas! INEXCUSABLE.
I went to this McDonalds for lunch during work because I have not been here in like a year or so. I stopped eating here because they ALWAYS messed up my order. Well today I got to my office to work while I eat and I felt sick after the first bite, turns out my food was NOT COOKED ALL THE WAY THOUGH! The phone number dose not work and it goes straight to Voice Mail every time. THIS IS A REMINDER NOT TO EAT HERE.
