Waiting more than 30 minutes for your order, which is NOT how you ordered it, but rather how they want it. Plus, there's no way they'll charge you for parking, and it's bad for those of us who only come for the food, because you have to pay the minimum fee of 25 pesos.

I don't know if it's just this branch, but I went last Wednesday and the quality of the products has dropped a lot. The Enchilado only has a spicy powder on top, when before it was included in the recipe. I ordered a burger with strips and they gave me the old bread that even broke, it tasted really bad, a bad experience, honestly, if you want bbq or buffalo or jalapeño for your chicken they sell them separately 🫤

Waaaay too slow service (28 min wait) because the manager in turn (Mayra) didn't bother to make sure there is a bit of everything in stock ready to come put as customers ask.

Terrible service, extremely misleading advertising, I think the price of the products doesn't match the quality. The image shows the product that was supposedly ordered, but in the photo, we can see that it's not what was expected; a very small piece for what it cost. I was very disappointed with the quality and quantity of their products.

They should have a separate parking lot, or at least make it free, because it takes forever and you have to go back to pay for your ticket. It's a real nuisance, a very unpleasant experience. That same day I ordered half crispy (very good) and half secret recipe, and the latter tasted strange. It was very dark in color, and some parts of it seemed undercooked. It was also very salty. They need to check their preparation process to avoid people getting food poisoning.

Terrible service at the drive-thru. The burgers take forever to arrive, they're cold and have no tomato, and they don't even include condiments in the combo meals; no ketchup or jalapeños. Terrible franchisee.

Terrible service. The biscuits they gave us were literally rocks! The chicken was cold and frankly didn't taste like KFC chicken at all. It was extremely coated in flour. To be honest, it gave me a stomachache. Don't waste your money on that garbage! I'll never go back there!
