We had dinner at Alemany and enjoyed delicious food and outstanding service. The salad was very fresh with tasty avocados and onions and very well seasoned. Fresh tuna was delicious. Wine was from Mallorca and very unique and enjoyable. Very reasonably priced for the quality. We will come back next season and very much recommend this place.

Hidden in a small hotel in town is this amazing gem. The setting is peaceful. The service is amazing but the star is obviously the food. It’s delicious. It’s fresh. It’s local. It’s dining at its best. The chef is world class. Trust us. Go for a meal.

The food and service here were excellent and the setting was gorgeous. We had a great view of the mountains and we got to watch them turn pink during sunset. The terrace can also be used as a performance space and the rehearsal dinner we attended had a flamenco show there. Perfect!

This place is knocking out some seriously fantastic food. We come to Soller for many reasons, one being the really incredible food here at places like C’an Boqueta and Nacarat. Alemany wasn’t actually on our radar but we chose to stay at C’al Bisbe this year as there is a pool here. The restaurant is part of the hotel so we decided to dine here on our first night. We’re so glad we did. Every ingredient is of a high quality. For example, even something as simple as the pan con tomate that we love to eat was a higher standard. The bread, the oil, the salt and tomato all excellent. We shared the soller prawn carpaccio last night and they tasted like the prawns I would eat as a child, (before mass production) with avocado, lemon sorbet and almonds there to enhance, not take over. I had an elegant monkfish main which was well balanced and light on my tummy. My husband said his suckling pig was very good, complemented by a touch of bitter* orange sauce. We have come back for lunch today and again, exceptional. The anchovy on toast, chicken croquettes simple but faultless. More Sunday roast chicken than the overpowering bechamel that sometimes comes. And the tuna tartare in brioche was like having an Asian lobster roll. Big chunks of tuna with the loveliest Asian sauce. If you want somewhere blingy and loud, this is not the place. But we have found the setting charming and the attentive, friendly service is the cherry on top. We would like to come back here next time we come to Soller. *I have just seen the restaurant’s reply to the review and realised I originally incorrectly wrote ‘burnt orange sauce’ not ‘bitter orange sauce’ as described on the menu. It was all delicious, we can assure you. :)

Bei einem Besuch kehrten wir hier mit einem befreundeten Ehepaar ein. In jeder Beziehung ein perfekter Besuch: ausgesprochen netter Service, ein sehr gutes, preiswertes Menü. Die Weinauswahl vielseitig, jederzeit das Angebot, die Weine zu verkosten vor der Bestellung. Nach Abschluss des Menüs besuchte uns der Koch am Tisch zu einem kleinen Austausch, absolut vorbildlich.

Wow! Our lunch recently was one of the best we have had. Gorgeous setting,First class service,super attentive and everything explained beautifully, and the Food, well........ The presentation will take your breath away but more importantly both of our 3 courses were made to perfection and tasted absolutely superb. You could tell the chef & sous chef has a lot of passion in what they create. This for sure was a 5 Star experience at an inexpensive price. Der Service ist sehr zuvorkommend und kompetent in Beratung diverser Weine. Wir teilten uns besondere Tapas und jeder genoß ein exzellentes Hauptgericht. Die Krönung war das Dessert! Alles sehr ansehnlich auf den Teller gebracht und es schmeckte hervorragend! Können wir nur weiter empfehlen!

Alemany was one of, if not THE BEST dinner experience of our entire trip in Mallorca! This place is going to blow up so try and go now before you can't get a reservation. The food was absolutely spectacular and wildly delicious. The plating was impeccable and our experience was fantastic. But what pushes this restaurant into the exceptional level was the service. We were personally taken through the menu by chef Joan. He was so kind, knowledgeable and passionate about his food and restaurant that you couldn't help but want to order everything. It's a family run business, his sister working in the kitchen with him as well and his younger brother works as the server. I am telling you (and we are from LA) you will have a wonderful night and enjoy a truly wonderful culinary experience.

Returning visit to the Family run Alemany Restaurant. Head Chef/Owner Joan & his sister Olga Alemany produce Mediterranean seasonal fresh dishes. Raul Alemany is Head Waiter, youngest brother, Impeccable service. We were greeted fondly, menu updated since last visit. Both Starters we enjoyed, mushroom starter delicious! Husband enjoyed the cod fillet, tasty accompaniments. The Buratta with the gnocchi and spinach very fresh and tasty. All food presented beautifully. Desserts absolutely delicious ! Great Cocktails. Would like to see a bigger selection of main dishes if possible. All the best to Alemany Family see you in September. ❤️

This is a new restaurant established by Joan Alemany who was the chef at La Residencia's Tramuntana Grill and his sister who used to be at Lluna 36 - a good pedigree. The cooking is excellent and must rank amongst the best in Soller - now is probably a great time to visit because as the season progresses and the word gets out it's sure to get very busy. I had anchovies to start served on delicious brioche toast followed by Seabass with gnocchi - the fish was cooked perfectly, it was fantastic. My wife had salmon salad followed by pork in an orange sauce both also very good. To finish we shared the orange and almond cake that was moist and a great way to end a great meal.

No puedo sino empezar esta reseña con 5 estrellas bien merecidas. Nuestra visita al Restaurant Alemany fue, sin exagerar, una de esas experiencias gastronómicas que se graban en la memoria. El restaurante se encuentra en el encantador hotel Ca'l Bisbe, a apenas 5 minutos del centro de Sóller. Su ubicación es perfecta si buscas alejarte del bullicio turístico. El entorno es precioso, tranquilo y con un encanto que invita a relajarse desde el primer momento. Pero si el lugar es bonito, la cocina es directamente excelente. Quisimos probar varios platos y cada uno fue un acierto absoluto: El Steak Tartar es una de las mejores versiones que he probado. La carne era de una calidad suprema, finamente picada y perfectamente condimentada. Pero lo que más me gustó fue la presentación, muy cuidada y original. El Carré de Cordero, simplemente espectacular. La pieza era jugosísima, con un punto de cocción buenísimo. La guarnición que lo acompañaba era el complemento perfecto, y esa mezcla de hierbas le daba un sabor increíble. De la Lubina con Vinagreta puedo decir que ha sido un plato que nos dejó literalmente locos. La carne tersa y la vinagreta aportaba un toque de frescura y acidez que elevaba el conjunto a otro nivel. No era para mí, pero le he pegado un bocado porque tenía una pintaza... El broche de oro perfecto ha sido el Bizcocho de Naranjas de Sóller, húmedo, con un sabor intenso y natural a naranja... no es de extrañar que lleve en la carta desde el primer día. Un final de lujo. Sin embargo, lo que realmente termina de redondear un día así es el trato humano. Quiero destacar de forma especial al gran equipo que forman Raúl, Guillem, Olga y Joan (creo que tienen alguién más en la cocina, pero hoy tenía descanso). Su profesionalidad, sus amables explicaciones y su trato cercano hicieron que nos sintiéramos como en casa. Transmiten una pasión por lo que hacen que se contagia. Sin duda, vamos a recordar este día con mucho cariño y estamos deseando volver. Totalmente recomendable.

El lugar es muy acogedor, un hotel tipo boutique con mucho encanto, decorado con mucho gusto en todos los detalles. El restaurante tiene una terraza con vistas a la piscina, lo que genera un ambiente aún más relajado y con mucho glamour. El personal muy amable, sobretodo el camarero, muy atento en todo momento. La comida de calidad, productos de la zona, elaborados con cariño y con una presentación impecable. El precio 90 e por dos personas, sin vino ni postre. Nosotros hemos comido muy bien y hemos estado encantados en el lugar, con vistas al paisaje de la bonita localidad de Sóller. Repetiríamos seguro.

El ambiente encantador al igual que los camareros, un servicio de 10, muy amables y con un toque cercano y de humor maravilloso. Y la comida... estaba todo perfecto, tanto de sabor como de presentación, de primero teníamos atún y de segundo algunas arroz y otras pasta, todo estaba tan bueno que rebañamos cada plato, el cocinero salió a hablar con nosotras y fue encantador. Y qué decir del postre, probamos dos el de sorbete de limón buenísimo pero el de fresas con nata increíble. ¡Sin duda un lugar para repetir!

Gemessen am Anspruch fehlt Alemany insgesamt das gewisse Etwas, um 5 Sterne zu erreichen. Essen insgesamt sehr gut, aber ohne Pfiff. Weinkarte zu eng, zu wenig mallorquin. Ambiente gut, abends jedoch - ohne Bergblick - ohne Besonderheiten. Service seitens des Chefs angenehm und inspirierend, beim Personal jedoch etwas aufgesetzt, "professionell" und zu schnell.
