I love this Jack in the Box location! The food is always good not thrown together and or lacking any ingredients. The service is always prompt and speedy but done with the quality of a dine in restaurant. It's my "go to" spot when I'm out running errands and hungry. Thank you Jack in the Box for being consistently great!

I always visit for one thing and one thing only: cheesecake. It's individually wrapped. It's always moist and free from the taste or smell from the other food. Jack in the Box had never been my kind of place, but I'm sure glad I discover the cheesecake when my friends wanted to get Jack em la cartone. The four rather than five stars is due to the smelly paper bag in which they gave me the cheesecake.

I eat here often, mostly cause of convenience. The food is consistent and service is fast. The store is always clean and the staff do a great job. It must be hard to do such work and do it well every day. My hat's off to you who work there.

The cashier was rude & when we got home discovered that one of the boxes was wrong. So we had to make an extra trip to return the box and get the right one. In the meantime the rest of our order got cold.

Usually you guys get 5 stars for great food & great service.... But the last few times i've ordered the food was made very sloppy and with no care. I kinda pushed it aside but I can no longer do that. I just ordered Tacos & A Stacked Grilled Cheese Burger - The Tacos were amazing as always - BUT The burger came very cold not grilled, no lettuce, no mayo,, the cheese just looked like it was thrown in there... The burger patty ALONE was the only thing I ate and it was good. I'm very saddened by this.... I've also called a few times to let you guys know and get hung up on or no answer. Come on you guys I know you can do better!

seems like nobody has work ethic anymore, quite often when I get late night craving and think I'll go to jacks place is lite up but no one will take my order, sometimes as much as 45 min. before close. if job is to sell food? then where is anybody? very frustrating

My experience here had been slight better than the two start rating until recently, if i had made a review before i would have changed it now. Went thru the drive thru, the "operator" couldn't understand me which i repeated my two item order three different times, a plain spicy chicken sandwich and a monster taco. Sat in the line for a good amount of time, the customers ahead of me were given small bags (assuming their orders weren't very "special")...on arrival, the representative did not respond with a greeting but the price of the order...made payment in which the receipt was handed over and the rep walked off in to the kitchen area...short time later, the rep returned with a bag and asked "want any ketchup?" (Ketchup???)I said no thanks, the bag was handed over & the rep departed the window...very customer service...when i opened my bag after i had reached my destination, found my monster taco was one sided (all of the interior of the taco, which was very little was to one side) and my sandwich had cheese on it...it was slightly disappointing...the order was simple...as another customer has stated, find a different location for food...i believe my visits to Sonoma fast food chains has come to an end...

I was told yes, so I ordered it. Got to the window and waited for at least 15 min when nobody else was in the drive thru. When we finally got our food we asked if they had put the salsa in and we were told no, they didn't have any. Really???? We then said that we asked before we ordered and was told they did have it. We got a response of the girl who took the order was new and when told to check she did not and just said yes. That was it, nothing was offered or even attempted to make it right. Past times they have forgotten things that we have ordered. Not very good customer service on their part.

Update: I’ve returned back here during their reported business hours (on Google and on their actual drive thru window) and was told that they close at 1 am on Saturday when the reported time is 2 am. I also never heard back from their headquarters after filling out their form on the website. I’m definitely never returning here and I will discourage others from coming here as well.

Before we order anything we informed the order tacker that we dont eat beef and pork. Still he didnt assisted us with the food and the order we made had pepperoni in it which is indeed pork and beef. When we asked about it they just ignored us and when we asked them about make it without pepperoni they just refused us and said nothing.
