Very disappointed the young man making my sub wasn't required to wear a hair net. He had no regard for his long black hair dangling over the sub he was preparing and all the ingredients. Very unsanitary, will not return.

Drastically overpriced. My ft long Spicy Italian cost $14?! This is one of the most basic subs, and costs <$9 at every other Subway I've ever been to. I got ripped off. Won't be back

Felt like the cashier was rushing my order. Even though my bread was toasted, I it was stale. It wasn't cut properly, so the ingredients fell out. Overall, just poorly made sandwich. There should've been two people instead of one.

Your workers be tripping on preparing these sandwiches. Telling customers what THEY want on their sandwiches. They need to be more attentive to what the customer is trying to tell them. ESPECIALLY when they telling you from a list. Not what you think THEY need on their sanwich. Think about QUALITY of the product instead of trying to hurry up to push us out the door. NOT A GOOD LOOK!

I don’t know when subway increased there prices but I stopped in today for a 6 inch sub and was beyond disappointed. My 6 inch wheat was the smallest 6 inches I have seen measured to probably more of a 4 inch. The bread was smooshed and almost completely flat. They were out of red onions and it was 12:15. My 6 inch sub was $7.99 not worth it at all there are much better sandwiches places with better prices for a quick lunch. Very disappointing for a chain restaurant.

Order online for picked Multiple options with extra veggies , what got is nothing called of extra veggies. The sub was almost empty. Disappointed will go somewhere else next time.

Normally a pretty good place but the main girl that works cuts the top bread way too thin and when I said something the other girl says “if it’s not a big deal why even say something.” Well because your job is to make sandwiches and your not very good at it. All of the men working are respectful and build a “subway fresh sandwich”. The females have a bad Attitude and need to work on there skills. As you can see in the picture my sad witch is falling apart.

I came here Sunday 6-15 at 11 to get 2 meals. Sign in door says open 9am. Nobody in lot and location closed and dark. Employee pulls up and proceeds to sit in car for 10 additional minutes. I left and went elsewhere. This is not the first time they were closed when they should be open. I hope the owner does something as the staff here has been horrible the past two months. They also run a daycare w kids inner restaurant during working hours. Not cool.

I won't be back there. They who prepared my order was in sweatpants and a grimy t shirt. His helper who was just coming on shift looked liked he just rolled out of bed. His long dirty hair in his face, grabs a cookie, talking with his mouth open. Neither one wearing gloves. The bread was as hard as a brick. Never again.

I was there two days before and they were also out of toppings as well. She deserves a bonus for having to work by herself and to have to explain to customers that they're out of toppings.

11 mile rd Royal Oak Subway is a pathetic joke, one of the workers was slamming things repeatedly, and seemed very unhappy to serve me because I asked for a steak and cheese and he had to go back and get more steak, I thought maybe it was just a mistake, as he first sighed and huffed and puffed as he walked away, but after it happened again and again and when he came to the front to serve me, another slamming of the container onto its holding spot, I had had enough and told him if "he was unhappy then he needs to find a different place to work" then I was told by the other worker, " to chill out that he's just a kid ". So let me get this right your coworker is slamming things left and right and I'm the one that's asked to chill out? Lol, it was absolutely ridiculous I'll never go back there again

This was the worst Subway meal I've ever had. My Flatbread with chicken was cold (despite requesting toasted), same with my wife's. I didn't have time to take it back but the 20 dollars I spent on this meal was an absolute ripoff
