Ordered a $20 something special. Large pizza, 8 boneless wings and choice of cheesesticks or dessert. Order was fast. Service, attentive. Food was hot and good. Would come back.

Spending the night in a hotel and the staff here was nice and friendly even when we stayed dine in after they closed. They were slammed to the pizza was so so buts its the desert where else you finding pizza.

I drove by this small town, and their food and service were great!

I don't know why people gave them less⭐️ stars, They guys really deserve a lot of respect on that location. One of best pizza hut location and very nice n helpful staff. when Google map sent me at different location, they waited extra 15 mins to gave my online order. Even they closed 11pm . Really appreciate and thankful.

This was a great stop on our way back from the McDonald Observatory. We got good pizza and wings at a great price, and the staff was super attentive, keeping our drinks filled and bringing out our food promptly! We'll definitely be coming back on our way to and from West Texas!

The food was fresh and flavorful. We ordered pizza, veggie pasta, wings and a sandwhich. They were very busy but kept up and handled everything in a great mannor.

They stayed open during the ice storm effectively sustaining the Paramedics, Fire fighters, and National Guardsmen and women volunteers who are working away from home to keep people safe during this period of inclimate weather. Thank you!!!

The food was fresh and flavorful. We ordered pizza, veggie pasta, wings and a sandwhich. They were very busy but kept up and handled everything in a great mannor.

I usually order from here when I'm traveling from big lake back to south tx. Everytime I have placed an order here my pizza was amazing nice crispy crust and just plain good flavor! Also helps alot that their employees have always been very polite over the phone and in person one of my favs.

Stopped there to eat on a road trip. Had great, fresh pizza and cheesesticks. Bathrooms were also clean, but they had an odd smell that wasn't bad, just noticeable.

An ordinary pizza hut. There are just a few persons but just a few emplyees too. You have to wait to order but it os silent in there.

The cashier was very friendly and welcoming at this location. The wait time did exceed the time that was given to my online during my online order process and also on the monitor when you walk in the store. It says ready, but there was still a wait. Sauce was a little sweeter than normal.

Went at lunch for buffet and only 2 kinds of pizza were available. There was no salad bar, pasta or dessert. When I asked for pasta, I had to watch for it since server didn't notify me when ready. Server was very nice but was disappointed I had to wait for fresh pizza on my lunch break. Prefer to eat where food is ready or doesn't take long to make for lunch cause of short time I have. Won't return or recommend for buffet.

It's Pizza Hut so the pizza and wings were good. But this location is TERRIBLE. The staff was very unfriendly. They brought out each item in a 20 minute time span instead of together. There was five employees wandering around the dining room eating breadsticks and items from the salad bar. One finally started cleaning up the buffet (which was closed an hour before we arrived) and put away the condiments with her bare hands after eating and not washing her hands. Not only was it a bad dining experience, it was also a food safety nightmare. If you have to eat here, I suggest carryout and then go see your doctor immediately to make sure you didn't contract a disease.

We went to eat there as we were passing through. I ordered the wing and they did them just as I ordered nice and crispy. They would have tasted even better if I could have spent 60% eating and 40% killing flies. But instead it was the other way around. These flies were buzzing my ears like Tom Cruse buzzed the tower in Top Gun. When I told the employee he responded with, "I know, we had to throw out a pizza because of them". Really!?! Food is good but come with your own fly swatter other wise you will look like your having a seizure swatting away the flies from you, your food, your table and your drink.

In the past this has been our standard stop for lunch for a quick buffet as we head from West Texas to Houston. But the last 2 visits they didn't have the buffet set up by the time they opened for business. The pizzas are "in the oven", but then boxed and set aside for call-in customers while those in the dining room still have no pizza. We will fine another option on future trips.

Definitely on the the list of do NOT stop again! We ran in for a quick lunch while traveling. We arrived at about 1:30. The buffet was still out but everything was cold. While I was getting my pizza one of the workers actually turned the warming lights off! Needless to say no one went back for more because what was up there was only going to be colder than the first round. The only reason I gave it two stars because the Dr Pepper was good.

Worst pizza location I have ever been... place is obviously messy and dirty as soon as you enter, I didn't order salad (thanks God!) It was like a left over salad bar from last night its not appealing and neat, we got what we ordered and aside from pizza, i love the bone in garlic parmessan wings oh my its a must try, we didn't get served any utensils and I need to grab one in one table where they fix the papers and napkins which looks like they haven't washed any yet since its only 2 pieces of fork I saw. The condiments on our table is almost finished. I pay at the counter and I'm not surprised that the kitchen is all messed up, definitely not coming back.

Went to restroom to wash up, waitstaff cleared the table. I'd left my hat in the booth, when I asked about it the waitress/manager knew nothing of it. With a lot of the Pizza Huts closing I was doing my part to boost sales, not to have my property vanish.

Rude and no dine in, wanted to get out of the car for a little while and was disappointed with no dine in and ordered ahead or would have walked out. Lazy employees were playing on there phone's, must be nice to be payed to play on there phone's

We came in and no one said hello! We set down at the table, the girl at the front looked at us and never came over. We waiting ten minutes and still no one came to even take a drink order! We got up and left, walked right in front of them and still no one said a word. This place sucks and was dirty anyway! Don’t waste your time like we did!

The worker seemed frustrated rude and not helpful at all. Annoyed. Ugh. Pizza here ain't cheap and to top off bad customer service is horrible.

This place used to be so good. But now idk. They don’t wear gloves because it’s against the new health protocol? Say what now. I manager a truck stop with a kitchen and a Wendy’s. That’s so not true. Their excuse was that “they wash their hands” okay, so what? They wash their hands for every different food the cook touches? Or would they cross contaminate the food? Then my sandwich was hard as a freaking rock!!!! I was looking forward into eating a sandwich since I hadn’t in months. But now. Such a disappointment…

food is alright but bad service. we called in a big order cause the service takes forever , and they said we weren’t allowed to sit down and eat it inside (because we called it in) ?? that makes no sense. why won’t they let customers eat inside? 💀 there was no one in the restaurant besides us too . bathrooms smell terrible

We wanted a place to sit and eat after a long drive. This spot was open until 10:30 pm, we stopped 1 hour before and dining area was closed. Please don't post that dine-in is available if it isn't. Travelers sometimes want to stop and enjoy a warm meal while not having to sit in their car.

This dump says they're open, appears to be a fully functional Pizza Hut, but they only have carry out and don't even tell you until you order. Double checked online, everything said they were open. Called ahead, said they were open, neglected to say they were taken out only. We'd been driving all day, didn't even want anyone to wait on us. Just wanted to order a pizza and not have to eat it in the car. Kid working at the front said he was the only person there, blatant lie. There was someone else in a pizza hut uniform sitting in the dining area messing around in their phone. Kid said we couldn't sit down because "other people might see and want to dine in", like the entire cosmopolitan town of Sonora would come storming in demanding sub par pizza.

WARNING!!If you are black don't go here worst service I have ever had the server Wendy had a attitude soon as I walked in. I wanted the big box when I asked if they still sell it she asked another employee if they had rectangular pizza he said yes and I ordered I paid and asked if I could get it for dine in she said dinning room was closed but 2 people were eating so I didn't think much about it but I kept noticing that Wendy and the other female working were acting strange she said something to the other female then both looked at me . Then a family came in and ordered and sat down to dine in after they told me I couldn't. After that I noticed that they kept looking at me and whispering as if to see if I noticed that the family who came after me was dinning in . Yes I noticed then as my pizza came out of the oven Wendy kept peeking to see if I was watching she said something to the other 2 employees and they all 3 gathered around the box as to block my view then she brought my pizza to me and didn't say anything I knew something was up I took the pizza to the counter and said I wasn't comfortable eating it after there funny behavior the male worker then said he made it yes but all 3 of you boxed 1 pizza and I wanted a refund he tried to tell me that since I paid I can't get a refund that's what a refund is at this point I'm furious I eventually get my refund.

This is the worst Pizza Hut I have been to. Doors open at 11 am. I go in at 11:05. The waitress was prompt and attentive. I decided on the buffet, comes with the salad bar. Bar was not fully stocked until 11:15. Pizza was not available until 11:33, only 2 pizzas. Gone in 2 minutes. Next Pizza came out about 11:45. I won't be back.

What's the point in having your hours posted on the door, if you're closed at 7:37pm? I'll just stop coming here.

I will never stop by in this place again! An employee, a woman behind the counter with blue hair, just accused me of trying to leave this particular Pizza Hut without paying in a very loud voice, and telling the person she was speaking with on the phone. We met family members here to eat. The individual that was actually paying for dinner was over by the restroom. I asked her her name. Which was not given. And, no apology came from her after she accused me of stealing. I guess there is a Karen in a small towns as well.

Anyway the total didn’t add up right to me then an older rude blonde lady came up to me and said what do you want !!! I live in Houston so I don’t know how much is the tax so I asked her the total seems to be wrong can you tell me how much is the tax and guess what she said literally her reply was “ I Don’t know but you can ask Donald trump “ why did she even have to go that far to answer simple question and I know you not him because he doesn’t bake pizza !!! If you don’t like your job just get a better job I don’t need to hear your stupid sarcasm. Then I asked for itemized receipt she insisted that credit card payment receipt is receipt lol I need an itemized receipt because that credit card receipt doesn’t show what I paid for . Then she print it a receipt guess what ? it turns out she charge me for wrong item instead of she apologizes she start making excuses that how the system do it and blame it on computer . Lady now you making it worse by trying to deny you made a mistake by lie it’s okay just say sorry then she start getting mad and ask me do you need free pizza another insult and disrespect like I’m coming to get free food . That blond lady needs to be under extra supervision I don’t think she handle the job very well and the rating tells a lot about the restaurant

Eventually ordered a starter and a pan pizza. 20mins later the garlic bread came. I asked for crushed chillies, salt and pepper,she never brought it. I then had to go and get it myself. My pizza then came and it was the wrong one,I said its fine I'll just take it then went to pick a slice up and it was stuck to the pan. Took it back and said I didn't want it and they looked at me as if I was the problem. Avoid at all costs.

Horrible in house service. Restrooms dirty so house keeping isn’t at all what it should be. Half the stuff we ordered didn’t come out with the order we had to go back and ask for the rest of our order and we were the only customers in the dine in.

SERVICE SUCKED. Ordered on the app 20 minutes before arriving. 6:39PM. Driving 16 hour trip. Get there and order was ready on the app 10 minutes later. No one comes out. Called and guy immediately puts the phone down on the counter. Waited 10 minutes on phone and finally hung up. Guy comes out and say pizza not ready. I said the app says it is. He says 6 more minutes. Its now been an hour and the guy hasn’t come out or told us anything. Pretty sure he gave OUR pizza away. NEVER AGAIN WILL I COME HERE. RIDICULOUS. Don’t waste your time at this trashy place Husband went in finally and they had the pizza in the oven. Lazy guy couldn’t even have the decency to bring our CURBSIDE order out after an HOUR of waiting outside. Pathetic. DONT GO HERE!!! I want to also mention when my husband went in the Guy and Women were just sitting there. Pretty pathetic when the guy knew we were waiting. Sad people there have such terrible work ethic and terrible customer service!

I got a pizza from them and honestly it looked messy and the dough tasted like it was more than a few days old!!! Service was good just wish product was better
