Since I was a little kid, I've always enjoyed the one and only taste of Kentucky Fried Chicken. The taste and quality have remained the same and the menu has expanded greatly since the old days. KFC is always a great treat for those who are chicken lovers. The service at this South El Monte location is excellent and fast. Outdoor dining is now offered at this location. I highly recommend this location for some classic "finger licking good" delicious chicken.

I like coming here. Workers are always polite. The guy with name tag on his hat Jose D. Came around to all the tables to ask if we were doing okay. The guy has not stop moving around and cleaning up since we got here. Food, well it's KFC good and they also have the grill chicken here.

Friendly Employees, Cashier Esau was great he helped us out in selecting the right special for us. He went above and beyond for us when the special we wanted was already over. The food was Great, restaurant was clean.

Tuesday's special 8 pieces of fried chicken 🍗 for 10.00 dollars 💸.

Awesome customer service. I accidentally spilled my drink on one of the tables. When I asked one of the employees for a towel to clean up the mess I created they replied with "don't worry about it we'll take care of it" 👍😎

The shop is very polite friendly big smiles on their faces had a sense of urgency even though the store was pretty busy they did not lose their cool at all coming from customer service I appreciated the friendly demeanors while providing great customer service

I have to say Wow! It's rare to give a 5 star on everything but this KFC was amazing! What i didn't expect was my food brought to my table, I wanted honey and they brought it. And one of the employees came by all the tables with customers to hand out hand wipes! The place was very clean. Thank you KFC. Keep up the customer great experience!

The employees at the Durfee location are extremely patient and friendly. Fast service with incredible vibes. I’ve been eating at this location for years. Today they went above and beyond when I found some old KFC coupons I had from years ago. They accepted them even though the company no longer takes them. I am forever grateful and will never eat at another location again! Lies, I will but yea the Durfee location is my go too!!

This has to be the best KFC I have ever visited. I had the option to go to a KFC closer to my location but decided to try this one due to it's rating. I am so glad I decided to order from here. I placed my order, paid online, arrived to pick up my order, and was immediately greeted and given nothing but excellent service from the staff on hand. Jeanette was awesome. She packed up my order and even helped me to my car with my food (I am disabled). Very hospitable and nothing but good food and great service. I live in East L.A. but next time my family's craving the Colonel, this location is worth the drive. If your ever in the South El Monte area and your craving the colonel I strongly advise you to stop by this KFC location. You won't regret it! All the KFC's are basically the same never had any problem with their food and I would say it's the best fried chicken by far way above the rest.

It didn't seem like the chicken breast had much flavor but everything else tasted great chicken nuggets were a close to burnt

mostly juicy chicken pieces, decent mashed potatoes, ample seating i just get their 2pc fill in meal, the chicken is definitely on the salty side

I had the 14 piece meal all's good, but the Mac and cheese really tastes powdery 🙁

Food was great, service was too and it was a clean restaurant. Only problem I had was there was a rude manager who yelled at his employees.

Great for a quick bite. Usually get the $5 fill up boxes. Just be prepared for a lot carbs with that meal. But they're well priced, quick to be put together and rather filling. The restaurant is usually clean though can be quite crowded. Parking is not plentiful near the restaurant but there is more with a little walk

Cashier was super friendly and provided suggestions, food was served quick and hot. Tables could use a wipe down.

Family meal probably best deal but it's still $20 for 6pc chickens, 4 Sides, and 4 Biscuits. No drive thru here. Share parking lot with a Gas station.

The cookies aren't fresh baked any longer. The butter is buttery sauce which is Palm oil and the honey around real either...

Pros: somewhat friendly staff and very clean Cons: the food was disgusting. More gravy than mashed potatoes in the bowl, sugar-crusted waffle, Mrs. Butterworth's is nasty, and the chicken fingers tasted like chemicals. Never, ever again. From now on I stick with Chick Fil A

I placed a mobile order not too long ago only to find out they closed at 9:00 for some sort of reason instead of 10:00. What a waste of time and convenience. I hope they refund my money.

Was eating at 930pm in lobby dude was moping next to me nasty smelling mop water. He was shuffling lobby chairs around. Couldn't talk on the phone just loud dude. Food to dam greasy. Ordered a 5 piece and only ate 2 stripes and the rest went into the garbage. Other than that everything else was great.

Bad service I went repeated my order 4 times even showed a picture and still got my order wrong I even went back to get my right order and they still got it wrong plus I even showed the picture I order of the food plus they saw my receipt because the lady didn’t give it to me

Service= Bad service one of the cashiers doesn't even know how to count and she try to make me see stupid. Cashier aren't friendly at all. Food= cold chicken and Mac and cheese it tasted old and nasty ... I personally won't go there ever again..👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

Not one container was full, even the Famous Bowl. There was NOTHING tender about the tenders as they were hard, chewy, thin, and half the size of any other KFC. The fries were half empty and soggy. The coleslaw was also half empty and WARM! (I took it out of the bag as soon as the girl put it in with all the hot food, drove home with it in front of the air conditioner, and it was still warm and nasty!) I got 2 root beers, and both taste dirty, and I think no one cares to clean or change the syrup or carbonation. Not one employee smiled, or seemed to like their job. They looked unkempt, and ready to drink the Kool-Aid. What I ordered was not what I received, and then they UP charged me (didn’t just charge me the $1) for what I should’ve had in the bag, and didn’t even give me a receipt for the lie. I gave up on trying to eat the $35+ of food that I bought there, and ate a cup of noodles because the food was vile! Go to ANY other KFC. This one is trash! They don’t care how much you spend, or what you ordered. They’ll give you what they want. These pictures are right after I walked out the door, and got into my truck. I didn’t want to open the lids and have my truck smell like that forever.

I asked the lady if she have anything spicy and she said no we can put sauce on it so I said no thank you.. so I waited for my food and the guy after me asked another worker if they have something spicy and she told him we have this and that and I was like I was told you have nothing spicy 🤨 not cool

When I opened the box I was grossed out my biscuits were cold n hard next my chicken well thats a whole different story it was hard tasteless n unedible. It looked n tasted like it was up there all day Then my chicken popper chicken all 6 ONLY 6 were garbage I will never eat there again.

During lunch hour nothing was ready had to wait 25min. For my food, Sweeping in the back while food was being cooked , no gloves on, even the manager on site , no help at all ,, all employees could've cared less about having people wait even the ones that had ordered there food ,, really bad service!!!! Hopefully they will hire new people !!
