I tried the new blackened chicken sandwich and it was the absolute best I’ve ever eaten. Perfect bun , huge chicken breast, perfectly seasoned with just the right amount of pickles. Only 5 dollars!!! Worth 15 !

Line is usually long but moves fast. Ordering usually doesn’t take very long. I have been here about 5-6 times and they have forgotten something from my order each time. Some good notes: THE MACARONI AND CHEESE IS 🔥🔥🔥🔥 & the food is always hot and fresh. I think with just a little improvement with checking their orders, I could bump this to 5 stars.

Quaint establishment. Staff is attentive and helpful. Food tastes great with free drink refills. Outdoor seating available and with in-door counter seating. There's only one entrance, and it's through the parking lot via a ramp.

The food is GREAT, especially the chicken tenders. The lady who took my order was very sweet and helpful. I got there just before the dinner rush though, and since I ordered a family meal, my order kept being put off until the tenders were ready which they had just run out of. At least 10 customers were given their food before me, and that was just the people inside the restaurant. The drive through had a HUGE line which kept getting their food and moving as well. When I did get my food, ALL of the sides were wrong. Maybe they won't be as busy once they have been open longer. And the food is worth the wait. Just be sure you check the bag before you leave!!!

I have not been to Popeyes in years. It was my favorite but fried. I still love it, but i forgot to order the Spicy chicken. Next time. The cole slaw as well as the dark meet chicken excellent, the biscut Was a uttle dry. If you block out the fried part (lol) is as good as fried chicken in restaurants that charge 3× as much. A winner!!!

I had a mixed experience at Popeyes. I ordered the chicken sandwich and specifically asked for no mayo or pickles but thay still put them on it. The chicken itself was kind of bland and lacked the usual flavor I expect from Popeyes. On the positive side, the bun was soft and fresh, and the fries were decent. Service was okay, nothing special. Overall, it wasn’t a terrible meal, but it didn’t live up to the hype

After waiting 10 min for Mac n cheese ,I got a half full container n it was awful, Shrimp were unclean and tiny ,chicken nuggets were awful n small also ,and the biscuits were Hockey pucks,no sauces ... NOT WORTH IT !!!

The ser ice here is VERY GOOD. Max wait in drive thru is 10 to 15 min. Staff is friendly. Only con is Popeyes limited menu nowadays....no more dirty rice or coleslaw 😢 and sides used to be WAY BIGGER. Bought a family meal that had enough mashed potatoes for 2people. I had to make more at home so everyone could eat. I spent about $50 and I only got wings and drumsticks. NOT 1 piece of breast.

I went through the drive-thru, so I don’t know what the atmosphere is like inside. This was my first time ever going to a Popeye’s. First a recording comes on and asks if we’ll be using points. Before I can answer an actual person comes on and asks to take our order. Then she wasn’t there anymore. We wait. Eventually a guy comes on and apologizes and asks us what we’d like to order. We ordered a 5 piece spicy chicken tenders with fries and signature hot sauce on the side. The fries were cold and clearly old. Not fresh at all. Zero stars for the fries. The chicken tenders were good but they weren’t the spicy breading, just plain, classic breading. They had even repeated the order back to me and said “spicy”! But then gave us plain. Finally, we asked for the signature spicy sauce. They informed us that would be an additional .75 cents. That’s weird. Shouldn’t chicken tenders come with a sauce? Whatever. We paid for the sauce, but it turned out to be sweet and spicy sauce. The only thing they got right was the sprite drink. The receipt even said “no sauce” twice. Like I said, I’ve never been here, so idk how things work, but I don’t think I’ll be going back.

$31 and they can't even count out 5 chicken tenders? We ordered two 5-piece chicken tender combos today and they managed to miscount both. I attached pics. In each case, they gave us 4. Before this occasion, last two times the problem was that my meal was missing the dipping sauce. The managers clearly provide their employees no incentives to do better. Why should the employees bother? I'm sorry, but Chick-fil-A never got my orders wrong. This is why you see Chick-fil-A filling up dual drive thru lanes, and not Popeye's. Popeye's could do a lot better if they had better management. Well, at least their chicken is really delicious, although sadly overpriced and incorrectly counted.

Online order was collected at the store. The sign should read, chicken done fast but expect slow, hostile service. We were all waiting silently to be served. No attitude from customers at all. I waited 25 minutes for an incomplete order. My fault for not checking before I got home. This franchise needs serious oversight and and employee training.

This is the worst Popeyes I've ever experienced. The workers are upset because you're entering their lobby, which wasnt locked. My apologies for getting your floors wet while it's raining outside and my order was incorrect. So my best option was to park and enter the restauran...that's clearly open. The workers mopping thought it would be funny to ask the manager aloud if the lobby was still open. 12/16/23 BEFORE CLOSING It didn't make any sense to go back into the drive thru. The wings were weirdly small, under cooked and most of all my order was wrong.

I went there expecting to get a good chicken order like I do at other Popeyes so I ordered two of the six piece. One of them was ghost pepper and the other the garlic Parmesan. They both came out dry and I got the smallest pieces ever there wasn’t even any Garlic Parmesan sauce and I don’t think the ghost pepper was ghost pepper I think it was just original chicken was very dry. I’m very disappointed.

This location is horrible first of the gentleman who took my order has an attitude, basically threw the bag in my face and got my order wrong!!!! This is the first and LAST time in my life that I will eat Popeyes! I was excited to try it today for lunch because I have always heard that Popeyes was so much better than KFC...NOT!!! The chicken was bland and tasteless, the coleslaw was inedible and the mash potatoes were gross. There was nothing good about the meal.

Well it’s official that spot is cursed and nothing will make it there including Popeyes because no one can figures things out. I spent 1 hour! You read that right 1 hour in a drive thru line that had 8 cars… fast food huh. I got off and ordered inside, got my food in 5 min…. Was my food correct? Nope. We’re things missing yup. Cashier got upset because I placed an order and said make it a combo and he literally told me “you need to say you want a combo before, I can’t got back” my guy it’s your job to sell me on the combo, you should ask do you want a combo with that and then I’ll probably say yes, but you probably weren’t trained properly so I don’t blame you. 1 hour in a drive thru!!!

Pulled up to drive through at 1pm - voice in the speaker said, “hold on one second” - then never heard anything else. I called out, “hello?” a few times after waiting for at least five minutes. After a while I just pulled around to go inside. As I was pulling around, someone else was placing their order at the drive-through with no problem. 😡😡 Once inside it felt dirty and the staff seemed really slow-moving and indifferent. I don’t want to go back to this place again. It is clearly very poorly managed. I blame management and ownership for this horrible experience. You all need to up your game and run a respectable establishment worth returning to.

Went through the drive through. Said hello to give my order, no one responded. I wasn’t in a rush so waited a minute. Still nothing. Said ‘hello?’ A couple more times, and abrupt voice responds back ‘1 second’. I wait a couple minutes longer. Still nothing. I say ‘hello, I’d like to place an order’. No response again. Wait another minute ‘hello, is anyone there?’ - I get told to ‘wait 1 second!’ a second time. I wait a minute longer. Another song has finished playing on the radio by this point. Still nothing so I reversed out of the drive through and left. There were 2 cars in front of me. Not busy at all. Maybe they’re understaffed, either way poor experience. Literally couldn’t place my order. Would not go back. I’m not from the US and was looking to trying pop eyes. I guess it wasn’t meant to be
