My wife and I came here for our anniversary dinner. We were greeted very warmly by our server Steven and he was very helpful and knowledgeable about the menu. I had the Lamb Chops that were prepared perfectly medium rare and very delicious! My wife had the Chicken Malanese and it too was magnificent. We have lived in the area for a very long time and had never been here. I will say that we will definitely be back.

We had a nice experience here. The food was good, and the atmosphere was relaxed and enjoyable. Our server, Steven, took good care of us—he was attentive, helpful, friendly and professional.

The food and atmosphere are excellent. We were not disappointed. If I could offer any constructive criticism, it would be customer service. The host seemed very distracted. The waiter seemed a little annoyed, and the manager came to all the tables except for ours. We came for an early dinner without reservations. There were lots of tables open and only a few customers. So it wasn't like they were busy. With that said, we still would come back. It's not like they were rude, just not 100% friendly. Again, the food and atmosphere are excellent.

Thank you Stacey for an amazing experience at Brio. You’re the best bartender ever. We’re gonna come back and see you. Everyone else come see her too. We love Jamaican food.

We had Steven as our server and he was the classy fine dining yet fun personality who made the experience fantastic. I told my kids to watch how this gentleman conducted himself professionally and positively spreading joy to the people he was serving. Great food and interior was the bonus.

We always enjoy Brio and especially when Steven is working. He is very customer service oriented. He also very professional. On thing that wasn’t so good was the music. Seemed very loud. Asked to have it turned down but management said they couldn’t

We were served by Steven. Service was exceptional and the food is always served to perfection. The Lobster Bisque is a favorite and a must try. Brio never disappoints! Thanks again to Steven.

We had a great experience, the food was excellent and the service superb. Our waiter Steven was amazing, very attentive to our requests, never left us unattended and the most important very respectful and courteous. Willing to come back for the delicious food and superb service.

This place was packed when we entered, but the manager invited us in and sat us at the only table open (a 6-seater). Our server, Austin, was very attentive and the manager checked on us a few times. The food was delectable (including the fresh made sourdough bread) and the ambiance and feel of the place was cozy and energetic at the same time. It wasn’t always easy to hear each other speaking but we had a great time! We will definitely be back to try something else!

Steven did an amazing job with service. The food was also amazing. 3 coarse meal timed perfectly, drinks always full, he even put our food in the to go container vs. most places that just toss a container on the table. We will be back soon.

Our waiter Steven was AMAZING - he was so charming and took care of everything we needed, quickly and with a smile. The food was delicious and the ambiance so lovely!! We love Brio!

They over booked on reservations, we were seated about 25 minutes past our reservation time but the manager was out on the floor and helping staff keep things running. The food was exceptional as always, the pasta Al la vodka is always my go to! The spinach and artichoke dip is one of the best I’ve ever had.

J
John Rimmer

Great dinner. The spaghetti was distinctive. Not my mom's, however, she would be well pleased if she made what I enjoyed. My wife had the chicken marsala and it was excellent. However, the top kudos goes to what she said was, "The best Tiramisu she ever had.". Sorry, no photos. We were hungry!

Spent time with some of my family on Christmas Day at Brio- we never have gone out on Christmas before, and were a little concerned about how the staff would feel working during the holiday... they were incredible!! Every reservation for the day was full by the time we arrived (we scheduled our reservation when they opened for a 3:30 seating), and it was a packed house. The staff was absolutely on top of it, and many were dressed in a festive theme. Everyone was wonderfully courteous, and seemed happy and excited to be serving people that day. Our food was excellent, and arrived quite quickly. Suggestions from our server helped us navigate the menu, our minor accommodations were easily met. Our server was on top of it all, keeping my pregnant daughter’s water glass topped off at all times. The other guests around us were quite friendly, and many of them were dressed in fun Christmas outfits as well. I am glad to have learned that there are Brios in Florida, because I will certainly be happy to check them out as well. This experience really made us enjoy our first time dining on Christmas. Well done!!🏆

Love the Shrimps and Scallops Risotto! As I was alone, I didn’t have a chance to order various dishes. Portion wise was quite big, and I also tried their special alcohol drink too, it tasted very refreshing. The waiter served me very well. He was very kind and ket checking on me just in case I needed something. He smiled and talked in a friendly manner. But unfortunately, other staff who stood by near the main door (maybe cashier), she wasn’t friendly at all. Which made me uncomfortable a little bit when I entered the restaurant. Would be better to train them well for the sake of the restaurant. I spent $55 including tips for my dinner here

A wonderful place with amazing service that embodies the “fancy restaurant” vibe. Our waiter, Steven, was very attentive and helpful throughout the whole meal, would highly recommend him!! The food was timely and delicious. The calamari was amazing!

This was our first time here. When we walked in we was seated at our table with no wait. The waitress was nice and brought us some bread and butter. The bread was delicious once you got passed how crunchy it was and the butter was so hard you could not spread it on the bread. I got the lasagna and wedge salad. The salad was the star of the whole lunch. Freaking delicious. My wife got a grilled chicken and strawberry salad. We got a strawberry mixed drink and it was a bit sour but good. If you go, get the salad l, it was delicious!! I only wish my drink didn't stay empty for so long and I feel the portion size was a bit bigger for the price but it all did taste fresh and delicious. With tip for 2 of us was about $55

We started with 2 appetizers - artichoke dip and meatballs. The meatballs were good but not as much flavor when compared to the other dishes. The dip was amazing and satisfyingly delicious. I took my son and I ordered him the grilled chicken with broccoli and fruit. Perfectly made chicken. My son can be picky about this and he ate it all up. Love the draw on the table option too! I ordered the Chicken Marsala - best dish ever! It was savory and mouthwatering. I have ordered this in other restaurants and their take on it just perfect. Smokey flavor - yum! Dad ordered the lasagna and wow it was amazing too! Just a delicate and flavorful dish - had a sweet wine flavor. It surprised me how good it was. Overall, good family vibe and welcoming.

Just had a birthday dinner here. The staff treated us so well. Probably one of the best experiences I have had since the pandemic. Drinks were great (you have to try the old fashion), food was great (had the salmon). Great environment. Hands down a great, great experience. Will make this a place to frequent and highly recommend.

The food is just phenomenal! We ordered crab cakes which just melted in mouth, both chicken parmigiana and shrimp pasta was amazing. The decor of this place is very elegant and perfect for date nights! The star of the visit was the creme brûlée, creamy and perfect texture, the sweetness was just right and amazing blend of all favors. Highly highly recommend this place, it’s a bit pricey but food is worth the money

Family was visiting in town and we drove 30 minutes from Denton to enjoy a birthday dinner. Steven gave out so great recs and we stared with the raspberry sangria and the entrees and apps are top knotch. The shrimp and eggplant is to die for and I was scraping the sauce with the bread to enjoy every last bit.

I had the salmon fresca here for the first time today at my servers recommendation... It was phenomenal, certainly one of the best salmon entrees I've had in DFW. I really appreciated the servers personal attention and help guiding me through the menu. The music was a bit loud for my taste, so I docked points for atmosphere.

We don't usually find ourselves in Southlake much due to the distance but we wanted to try a new place for Thanksgiving dinner. I found this restaurant on Open Table and saw it had advertised a reasonably priced traditional Thanksgiving dinner (unlike many other restaurants). The restaurant is very attractive, has good lighting, has an awesome looking dining patio for the spring or fall, and was very upbeat. The server was excellent, and so was the food. They have a large menu with a variety of Italian favorites. As per it's location, it is a little pricier, but definitely worth it.

Steven was our waiter and did a great job of being attentive to a large party and our table of four. He apologized when he felt he fell short of good service, but there was no instance of such a thing. Our food was delicious and prompt, even with it being a Friday night with a heavy crowd.

Bailey with amazing professionalism and expert shared knowledge of the menu. She worked with each one of us to get the perfect plate of food. Very respectful and was easy to talk with. Good job Bailey. Keep up the amazing customer service. Monica - P.S. limenocello lemonade was really good too!

We had a great date time! The food is delicious and the place is nice with a great atmosphere! Food is served very fast and staff is very nice and friendly! They have several dinning areas including an outside one! The prices are very reasonable and the portions are middle to large size. I just wish they had more options in the menu, especially for the appetizers and main courses!

The Prawn Butter Pasta is AMAZING. Creamy, and made to order with the freshest ingredients. This dish was perfect. Al dente spaghetti with a beautiful cream sauce. This was better than I anticipated. Ava provided excellent service and was very knowledgeable when it came to the menu options. When in Southlake please visit Brio. Well worth it!

Steven was my server and he did an excellent job. He was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything came out right. We had a really good dinner here at Brio. Our waiter, Cash, had great energy and was very prompt with service and provided a really good experience. The big dish you said is the Carpaccio. It was really good. The plate is as big as it looks. Really cool presentation with the beef lining the plate. The little salad and crackers in the middle were really good as well and the perfect compliment to the shaved beef. For the entrees, I got a pasta dish, Sausage Carbonara. It was really good and creamy. My wife got the Grilled Salmon Fresco. It had good flavor as well. You can go wrong with either of these dishes.

We stopped by here for lunch on Sunday while shopping in town square. Turned out to be a great choice with reasonable prices and great food. Loved the bruschetta sampler and the dishes we ate, milanesa, chicken caprese and pasta a la vodka in the smaller lunch portion which was more than enough. Or waffles was super sweet and attentive. Oh and the limoncella lemonade was really good too. And Amarea the host was so genuinely polite. Just a pleasant experience overall.

Brio Italian Grille delivered a great dining experience with both food and atmosphere. The Spaghetti Pomodoro was simple yet flavorful, with perfectly cooked pasta and a rich, fresh tomato sauce that tasted homemade. The Spinach & Artichoke Dip was creamy, warm, and packed with cheesy goodness, making it a perfect starter to share. Overall, a solid spot for comforting Italian food and a relaxed, upscale vibe.

Steven was absolutely wonderful! We had a large party, with several children. He was extremely kind, and patient with everyone. And the food was absolutely wonderful. This is a fancy restaurant that seats many and has a nice outdoor patio area. We were warmly greeted by the host and our waitress was very nice. We ordered the Chicken & Spinach Fettuccine, Risotto w/Shrimp, Lobster Bisque, and Kids Mac & Cheese. Food was really good. My preteen son was asked how the food was by the host on his way to the restroom. He thought it was cool that he considered a child's opinion. Great experience all around.

C

Servers are incredibly attentive and kind! The food is what you would expect from Southlake, reasonably priced for a sit-down meal. However, a little lacking in flavor, if you're expecting a more robust Italian flavor, perhaps search outside of Southlake. I enjoyed the front patio and a glass of wine as well during the early lunch hours. I would return to try more. Maybe it was just the meal I happened to choose that was lacking.

M
MARIO

Steven our server was great and on point in service. The bread was extremely hard Butter was frozen. Sangria was bitter and there were flies/Nats over the food that was on the table. Calamari came out with the sauce at the bottom on each side not in separate dishes which made soggy calamari. The food came out it was good better than expected. Steven made the experience pleasant.

R

Carpaccio is a must! Minestrone was excellent. The salmon was over cooked even after mentioning to make it medium. It was hard and dry. Tiramisu was delicious as well. Our waitress was super genuinely sweet

Waiter William S was not friendly ! Did not smile nor introduce himself by using his first name. While we were still having our soup and salad he brought our main entree which we had to put aside waiting to finish our first course. Food was delicious and atmosphere great but very disappointed with the service delivered by Williams S. If he was having a bad day he needs to be reminded that customers pay his salary. My friend and I shall return to your restaurant but if Williams Happens to be our server either we get someone else to serve us or we will walk out. Happy Holidays and Merry Christmas ! Brio in Southlake is a solid choice if you’re in the mood for Italian cuisine. The restaurant offers a full menu, relaxed ambiance, and a well-curated wine selection. Don’t miss the bruschetta sampler, which showcases different takes on this classic Italian starter. My personal favorite is the Chicken Limone—tender chicken in a light, creamy sauce paired with fresh broccoli and a delicate purée. For dessert, both the crème brûlée and the tiramisu are worth every calorie.

A
Audrie W.

Wow wow wow! The shrimp and eggplant appetizer was one of the best dishes I’ve ever tasted! I also loved the Pasta Alla Vodka and creme brûlée I ordered. The only dish I wasn’t impressed with was the over cooked calamari. Besides that, my experience at this restaurant was great. I’ll definitely be going back.

I came to this restaurant with my family, although we had booked reservations it ended up taking an extra 20 mins to get our table which is okay since we could tell it was really busy. The staff was super friendly, the place is set up beautifully. We ordered quite a few different items and it was a bit of a hit/miss with some of them. The bruschetta was great, I got the salmon which was also really good. We ordered the lamb chops appetiser and most of it was very undercooked, my dad got this one dish which beef and mashed potatoes, the beef was very over cooked and looked quite burnt. We didn’t wanna bother the server too much so we just left it but overall the food was good. I’d likely come by for a couple of apps versus full meals.

Azul's service was excellent!!!!! You are lucky to have her! The steak salad was great. The steak portion has decreased over time.

A
Arianna Taggart

I think this is a pretty good upscale Italian spot. The service was impeccable! The food seemed very good from the variety ordered at our table. The salads are generous in size and excellently constructed. The flatbreads aren't to my particular style of liking but crispy and well flavored. Didn't care too much for the spaghetti. I had the salmon dish and it was excellent. Everything was fresh and cooked well, and it was aesthetically plated. The only downside is that there isn't a required dress code so don't expect too high class in the atmosphere. Also, it was quite loud with all the commotion from tables. A tad bit pricey but not incomparable to other upscale Italian spots. I would dine here again! Great location

A
Aniruddha Roy Choudhury

This is a pretty decent upscale Italian restaurant in the Southlake region. Atmosphere is beautiful and special mention to its patio seating which compliments the place. Service is impeccable. However, we only had couple of items at this place as we were just stopping by but even then it was a positive experience. Kellymaar is as our attendant who did her job outstandingly. The food we ordered came in fresh and definitely can be rated very highly. We ordered the following and they were really very delicious: Bruschetta Sampler - $19.99 Sausage Pepperoni FlatBread - $16.99 The prices at this place are pretty reasonable and is not that of an upscale restaurant, which is again a very positive aspect. I however unfortunately rate this place 4/5 because I faced a considerable amount of delay in getting my food served. Not pointing out anyone’s mistake but the delay was quite noticeable. But I definitely will come back to this place and can surely rate them 5 the next time.

The prices are a bit high in relation to the amount of protein that came with my pasta dish. Definitely disappointed there. The spinach dip was good. Beautiful atmosphere. Long wait times though. Chicken marsala was decent. The service was wonderful, out waiter did a fantastic job.

Hostess greeted us and seated us right away. Waitress came to take our order. I asked a lot of questions about the menu. I ordered the kids’s meal right away but it took a while and so did my meal afterwards. Being busy our refills were taking a while but otherwise we ate our meals and had nothing to complain about. My salad was delicious, truly!

3.3 stars. 1st time to eat here. We checked this place out b/c of an InKind app promo. Restaurant makes a good impression as it’s clean, smells fresh upon entry. My sons and I were seated in a large plush booth for our late lunch. Server MacKenzie greeted us and took our drink and appetizer order. Ordered the Fried Calamari which was (as others have commented before) swimming in sauce. Calamari was tad oily and would’ve benefitted from some more depth of flavor. For entrees, my sons had the lunch portion lasagna and lunch portion chicken alfredo. I went with the lunch portion Pasta Brio with a wedge side salad. Portions were on the lighter side while pricing was “Southlake” level. All-in lunch pre-promo was right at $85. We had hoped for a more memorable meal, but this was just not anything impressive. Maybe you will have better luck than we did.

Headed there on a crowded Sat night and the place was slammed. Our waiter tried to get us our food as quick as he could but this large party was basically holding up the kitchen. Manager was apologetic and comped us a couple of desserts which was nice of them. Overall the food was very good, decent portions for the price. Everyone felt their dish was tasty and quite appetizing. The tiramisu is to die for. Its a little on the expensive side but its an upscale sitdown dinner place in the middle of Southlake.

F
Fuhhnem.R

Food was great and all the servers were very kind and professional. However, one manager whose name I believe was Kelsey was openly yelling at the staff in front of customers and rolling her eyes whenever they responded. The servers were working hard, staying polite, and making sure guests had a good experience, but the manager’s rude behavior created an uncomfortable atmosphere. It’s unfortunate that her attitude overshadowed an otherwise excellent visit.

This is an upscale Italian American restaurant with nice ambience and great outdoor patio dining area. Great for casual gathering and child friendly. However, if you’re looking for an authentic Italian place, this is going to disappoint you. The pastas are watery and bland. The best among these were shrimp and lobster Alfredo. The sauce was flavorful and the seafood quantity was solid. The creamy feeling was overwhelming though. Chicken masala was bland as well. The bolognese pasta was too watery. When you see too much sauce/watery on the bottom of the plate, it says mega big no no. Definitely not authentic Italian food. We were disappointed with the three pastas so we ordered the lasagna kid’s size. It turned out to be worse, which made me even want to give a two star review. The lasagna was mushy and soggy. The white Alfredo sauce on top was really disgusting which made me spit out immediately. The noddle layer was soggy and the Meat was bland as well. I was thinking if Gordon Ramsay were here, he would have said “total disaster”!

P
Pedro Dominguez

Great service but quality was below average for me. Started with their bread quality, cesar salad with little to no dressing, finishing with a pomodoro sauce lacking flavor other than sweet. An affordable priced lunch menu could still backfire, otherwise I suggest you stay on your regular menu.

C
Charles Bukowski

Very mediocre experience. The service was okay, interacted more with the person who sat us than the waitress. Didn’t even get a drink refill. The place was pretty dead for being 2:00 on a Saturday. The food was disturbingly ordinary and bland. For the price I expected something great, not something heated up from a bag.

So I was hopeful... we ordered the calamari to start... a lot of breading and. It calamari. The sauces needed to be in small bowls. Some swam in aioli, which I didn't want. The marinara sauce had some spice and it was good. A wedge of lemon on the side would be nice. We spilt a Marsala chicken dish. The wince sauce was dark and more like gravy than a wine sauce. It was the worst I've had. Even The Cheesecake Factory makes a better one. The bread that comes when you sit down was sourdough.. not super Italian, and the butter was hard as a rock. Service was fine. The wine was the best part of my meal. The booths need to be re stuffed.. you sink way down and that is weird. I'm disappointed. I was hungry and hopeful. We split the meal and I didn't eat all of mine because I don't want to waste calories on very mediocre foods.. I would NOT eat here again.

Easy parking when not busy. I found the restaurant quickly. The food was good and had plenty of flavor. The service was great. However, the atmosphere was brought down by the attire of the guests. I had to enjoy Italian food around people with flip flops on. The dress code should make the food quality. A beautiful eatery that allows casual attire. Black approved

Terrible service, our server didn't take any plates or clear our table unless we handed it to him. We had dirty plates on the dividers between us and another area. Empty glasses, empty bread holders, we had to stack to make room for our food. Our dirty, empty appetizer plate was still on the table at dessert. $450 dollars with tip for 10 people, I really expected a lot better, we went there to celebrate 2 family birthdays.

It has been years since I have been to a brio. I was extremely disappointed in the food quality. It tasted similar to Olive Garden where everything tastes microwaved. The steak was tender, but tasted low quality beef and lacked a good sear crust. On a positive the drinks were delicious and the service was phenomenal. Every employee was kind , smiling, and helpful. Unfortunately the food has left me with no desire to return.

We went to this restaurant on a weekend, wait time is less and the food is good but I feel service is not good, the waitress who served us is not friendly when keeping the plates she was in a hurry and it was like throwing plates at us which is not even professional. For the bread they served butter which was hard right from refrigerator, if it’s a soft butter it would be good to spread in butter otherwise olive oil is much better option.

Visited with friends on Thursday evening. Terrible service. Server never came over. After 15 minutes we alerted the hostess who alerted the manager for service. Pork chop meal was extremely dry, and the mashed potatoes were thick and tasteless. No gravy or sauce served with meal.

Its right in the middle of southlake town square and the ambience is great. I wish i could say this for the service and quality of food today. We went for a birthday dinner but all the four dishes we ordered were underwhelming. The chopped salad looked like a bag of soggy lettuce tossed in a small plate and this was an entree!! We ordered 2 sides and got something else instead. The pasta was tasteless and the salmon dish was unevenly salted. Too bad this experience costed us $150! Will not be going there again ☹️

Decided to come here for dinner because of the in kind app. The food is very very mediocre. I spent more than what it was worth for sure. The lobster bisque is definitely out of a bag, the blue wedge was decent, the shrimp risotto side was just ok, nothing memorable at all. I had the Gorgonzola land chops as well and the chops itself were tasty, but the Gorgonzola, along with the spinach and sauce was not exciting at all. Service was ok. I won’t be back but good luck dining!

Went during lunch time and service was not the best, waiter would walk away as he was talking to us, which was confusing, and seemed disinterested the whole time. Calamari was overcooked and had to send it back but did receive another one. I would definitely recommend the lobster bisque and the lamb chops. Would have gone elsewhere for lunch if it wasn’t last minute plans.

Our Family Christmas Dinner experience at 6:00pm was very disappointing. We didn’t receive our entree till 7:45 due to ? The waiter was excellent and the food was very good as usual.

We stopped by today to enjoy a nice day in the patio, we were seated by a host. The server ignored us for at least 10 min. I finally went inside to confirm there was patio service. He snappily asked if we had sat ourselves, I confirmed we had not. The fact that we had menus should of confirmed that. He asked again when he finally came to the table who had sat us, asking for a description… He was unfriendly the entirety of our visit, disappeared for long stretches of time in an empty restaurant. Additionally there was a pile of broken glass under our table. Considering the tab was $70 for drinks and an appetizer I would expect better service.

Bread is sourdough and to me was tough on the outside. Butter is cold/hard, not my favorite. Not terrible but I've definitely had better. We love bruschetta so we ordered it the only way you can order it is to get the sampler which was 20 bucks for 6 pieces of bread with tomato and chesse🫤. Way over priced in my opinion. The 2 entrées we got we very mediocre. The lemone chicken was weird, had a lot of tendon in it. The server we had was so slow and had super strong perfume on. Overall would not return.

truly one of the worst places I've eaten at in Southlake. service was amazingly slow, and the atmosphere so loud you could hardly hear the person across the table from you. All four of our party's food came out cool, likely due to the lack of service. Had to wait 20 minutes for our waiter to come back to get the bill so we could clear out. I'd not suggest this place to my worst enemy.

The host seemed mundaned to his post, but not a big deal. Sat down for a bit before drinks - the place was practically empty so I suppose that's why the wait staff was focused on watching the game. I tried for the attention of my waiter several times before I finally managed to tab out with the 1st waiter's attention I could grab. I did not get to order anything beyond my drink so I walked over to Trulucks - best decision!

Completely Unprofessional Management & Rude Host Staff – Unacceptable Experience I walked into Brio today at 7:50 a.m. and had one of the most unprofessional and frustrating experiences I’ve ever had at a restaurant. From the moment we arrived, the host stand was chaotic and unhelpful. Three hostesses were standing there, but not one seemed to understand basic customer service. I asked if there were openings for two people, and they told me there was a two-hour wait. That was fine no issue at all. What was an issue was everything that followed. I noticed a four-top in the bar area and asked if the bar was open seating. The hostess said yes, that it was full-service you ca go find something if it’s open. As we walked toward the table, it became clear that: • One woman was sitting with no drinks or food. • Another had her purse in a chair and was standing there talking. • A whole group was lined up just chatting, not dining at all. To be respectful, I asked them directly if they were planning to eat there. They said no they were waiting on a reservation. So I returned to the host stand to clarify the policy. That’s when the attitude started. One hostess literally said to me, “That’s not my problem go ask them.” Completely unprofessional. When I clarified again, another hostess snapped that they weren’t going to “make them move,” even though I had never asked for that. I was just trying to understand why a group waiting on a reservation was allowed to occupy bar tables that are supposed to be for open seating and full service. Then the General Manager got involved but not because I asked for him he was coming up to address the hires for another matter and honestly, he was the worst part of the entire interaction. Instead of listening or offering a solution, he immediately responded with: • “It’s first come first serve.” • “I’m not going to police it.” • “Take it or leave it.” That is EXACT language rude, dismissive, and completely unacceptable from someone in a leadership position. I never asked anyone to “police” anything. I never asked them to move guests. I asked for clarity because your hostesses gave conflicting information, and the people at the bar weren’t eating, drinking, or ordering anything. They were just hanging out at a table meant for full-service walk-ins. Here’s the bottom line: ✔️ The hostesses were rude, dismissive, and acted clueless. ✔️ The GM was unprofessional, condescending, and aggressive toward a paying customer. ✔️ Allowing people who are not dining to occupy full-service seating while turning away actual customers is a poor business decision and shows lack of leadership and basic operational standards. ✔️ The “take it or leave it” attitude from management is absolutely unacceptable. This location clearly needs: • Serious customer service training • Clear protocols for bar seating • A GM who actually knows how to speak to customers respectfully • Hostesses who understand their job instead of giving attitude I walked out without eating not because of the wait, but because of the unprofessional, dismissive, and borderline hostile behavior from both the hosts and the manager. Brio lost business today because of their behavior, not mine. I hope corporate sees this, because this staff needs immediate attention and retraining.

A few minutes after we were seated our waiter took our order without writing it down. A few minutes later he came back and we had to repeat our order to him. We waited just under 15 minutes with no water, bread or silverware. My wife mentioned it to another waitress and she said the manager would come talk to us. We sat there another few minutes and I then decided to leave and go to the restaurant across the street. We’ve been to Brio several times before and have never had horrible service like this.

We have been here many times but our meal and service today was terrible. The sourdough bread tasted old and was cold, the ceasar salad had more brown pieces of romaine than green, and the pasta Brio chicken was extremely tough in addition to the spinach and pepers! Service was absolutely horrible at 11:15 am and only 3 other tables occupied. Will not be back!!!

After 6 p.m. on Christmas, we took our friends from Tennessee to the restaurant for dinner. We sat at the bar, and the waiter received us. We ordered dinner and waited. We waited for more than an hour. No one asked us. Everyone who came later than us had dinner, and We were still waiting. Finally, I asked them why our dinner hadn't been prepared yet. They said sorry. Christmas was too busy and forgot us to order. We can understand. But we were given 2 servings of shrimp rice for a cold dinner. We waited for more than an hour to have a cold dinner. We can only ask for a refund. We won't bring our friends here for dinner in the future. One lesson is enough.

We did order delivery so can't speak for the atmosphere or service. So this review will be food only. We ordered the chicken and spinach Alfredo. Me and my wife got the same dish as they had a special going for delivery. Now the food arrived and looked delicious, the half loaf of bread was a great touch. Bread wasn't anything special but nice to get. But the listed price of $20+ is crazy for what we received. I do not recommend delivery, maybe in person is a bit different but the food was so bad half of both mine and my wife's meal ended up in the trash. The chicken Alfredo and spinach tasted like a frozen microwave dinner. Very blah and we couldn't finish it. Even after we stopped eating it we we're left with the unpleasant aftertaste in our mouths that my wife and I started making something else to eat to not only finish having dinner but to get the taste out of our mouths. I've had better chicken Alfredo from Pizza Hut and dominos.
