The atmosphere is calm, clean, and genuinely relaxing..the kind of place you walk into and instantly feel your stress drop. The staff is friendly, patient, and knows their kava really well. My drink was perfectly prepared with a smooth taste and great potency. I loved the music and the overall chill vibe; it felt like a perfect escape after a long day. Definitely one of the best kava spots in the area!

1st time at CAVA! Johnathan and the new young hispanic lady were AWESOME! They broke down how to build a bowl made my experience personal and fun. Best customer service and top notch quality food. I have always been a health-conscious individual. And when cava was recommended to me by my sister-in-law, I was naturally a little skeptical. However, after my first bowl, it was love at first sight. - The ingredients, are SO clean! And the taste is phenomenal! - The service has consistently been top tier. Today specifically I was served by Lilly who went ABOVE & BEYOND. Such detailed care and interpersonal treatment of both me and my bowl. I plan to be a CAVA Stan for a long time now thanks to this experience.

My husband and I come here every week, sometimes a couple of times a week, and we are always more than satisfied with the food and service at this location. The staff members are so sweet and provide top-notch customer service. Ray is always smiling and makes our day when picking up our dinner. This CAVA location won’t disappoint. Highly recommend coming here for lunch or dinner. It will hit the spot!

CAVA was a nice place to have Mediterranean food. I had the greens + grains bowl. It was fulfilling. I was here the first time and the staff politely helped me with the order. A vegetarian friendly place as well. I look forward to visiting this place again. Used to be a hard-core Chipotle fan and now I've competition from CAVA. The location is easily identifiable from the main road and has ample parking space. The place is standard accessibility compliant features.

Loving the build your own bowl.. much better choices and fresh items than the 'Ch' chain. They also have some great combos to pick if building your own gives you anxiety with all the great choices. The Lemon mint drink is amazing!! I felt like I was back in the GCC! Staff is helpful and patient with my indecisiveness for my first time here. It's super clean, not a long line at lunch, and plenty of seats. Will see you again soon!

We went here for lunch with family members and we truly enjoyed our experience. I built my own bowl, everything was clearly labeled where you could see what your options were as you moved down the line. I threw a lot of extra in the bowl because I really wanted to try the falafel and spicy meatballs which does cost a little bit more. My hubby got an item off the menu and he wasn't disappointed. Everything was truly flavorful. The atmosphere inside was great, very easy to carry on a conversation with your table. I will have to keep my eyes open for other CAVA locations.

I would leave 5 but had a bad experience with the ladies up front. First of all I ordered the harissa power bowl which comes with chicken and potato. I saw them put chicken but no potatoes so I told them they forgot but she still charged me extra which is an extra $3 btw. The cashier had no clue what to do and did not believe me. I told her I did not want extra potatoes just a regular bowl. She just stared at me. I said why are u charging me extra if it comes with the bowl. Again no response. I was in a hurry so I just paid bc I didn’t want to wait for a new bowl. If a customer says they don’t want extra why are y’all still making me pay extra.

I don't come here often but I know to expect great quality food and service. I came during my lunch hour and was a bit bothered when I was charged for an extra portion of falafel when I got a half portion of falafel and a half portion of lamb balls. But I went back to the end of the line and had to wait until I got up to the register to correct it. That wasted a good chunk of my lunch break. Then when I got to the cashier to explain what happened, their manager wanted to know what all was in my bowl. The guy who put the bowl together was literally there and couldn't speak up to say that I was wrong and they charged me wrong. I was not about to waste more time arguing my point. So I told the manager to refund me or give me the extra portion. I dont have time for this. What would have been great was someone noticing that I came right back after paying and asked me if I needed anything. I tried getting someone's attention but they didn't want to look at me. Being questioned when the person who put my bowl together was there and having to waste lunch time to wait in line is what made my experience bad.

It could be a 5 star place if they cleaned up a little, especially the things that come in contact with your mouth- the fork and napkins area is always gross. The food is great, but you have to eat- in: they don't provide the same size portion if it's packed to- go, unfortunately.

UPDATE December 2025: Just stopped in after nearly a year. Much better experience. Madeline and Jonathan did a great job taking care of my wife and I for dinner. The hot honey chicken and spicy harissa were delicious. Definitely will be back! ————————————- Repeat visitor though 1st time at this location. Food was good as usual, but service here not so much. Young employee skimped on the hummus and conveyed a sense of “I don’t care to be here” attitude. When you don’t even offer a simple hello to your customers, you probably shouldn’t be interacting with them. Definitely won’t be recommending nor coming back here.

CAVA was a nice place. OK Mediterranean food. All the employees seemed very new. The Chicken shawarma pita was good, but had way too much garlic and tahini sauce. Got a side of Falafel's, but they were raw/undercooked.

I just picked up Harissa Avocado bowl for $16.72. The quantity is pitiful. The tiny half avocado was stale. The worst part, they pretend to give two servings of chicken. She picked chicken with a serving spoon and shakes it off to retain only half of it, then she repeats it for the second time to trick us into giving two servings. I asked her why she shakes it off. She says, that’s the right quantity. The quantity used to be almost to the top of the bowl just a few months ago, now it’s not even half the bowl. They fluff up the bowl at the bottom with a lot of lettuce. Either Cava has gone down the hill or this store is shutting down soon for this kind of trickery and cheating customers paying full prices for half the food.

2nd time to go to Cava. 1st time was in Alliance. It was excellent and the person behind the counter was very helpful. However...this location was not a very good experience. I asked the girl about what you get in a kids bowl. She went through it so fast I did not understand what she said. When asked to clarify she said just like I said. WOW. She then told me not to touch the glass or put my hand over the top. (was pointing to what I want) I should just left. Child's plate was so smallit would have maybe fed a 4 year old. The girls rude attitude and small portion made me realize for $31 I can go else where. Maybe it is a Southlake thing? Everyone is in such a hurry....turned into a mini Dallas.

Food was cold. Very small portions compared to other cava locations ive been to. Employees werent very welcoming and acted like their phones were more important or they didnt want to be there. Had to wait 10 to 15 mins for employees to fill the ice machine.

Decided to meet my mom here for lunch she ordered in line while I on the other hand ordered through the app for pick up. Last time I will ever do that. The portions on the pick up order I had were so skimpy compared to hers. I was just very disappointed by the looks of hers compared to mine and even tho we both dined in it was just outrageous how different they were. Edit forgot to mention but I had added avocado they put an entire half of avocado uncut on the bowl I had to go get a knife to cut it up. But if you order in front of them they will cut it up for you.
