We had delivery and the delivery man was a real nice guy. We ordered 1 lg half cheese, half pep. thin crust, and 1 lg thick beef sausage, and bread sticks. The bread sticks were large and small, the large were not completly cooked through, but the small ones did taste good. Sorry, but the pizza was cold, it took over an hour to deliver, we had to call and check on it, we had to re-cut both pizzas and I really didnt think it tasted very good. My family said it tasted ok. I really wanted to like it cuz the family always orders Dominos and I for sure don't like them. I will give them another try some day

They did get the extra sauce and well done right, so it wasn't terrible, but I still wish I'd picked up a frozen gas station pizza instead of ordering Papa Johns.

Don’t even bother ordering from this location. Your order will never get there. I ordered my order never arrived. I called the location and they said it was delivered by door dash. I told them it never arrived and they there was nothing they could do about it. The person I talked to was sarcastic and offered zero compensation for THEIR mess up!

When I bit into the thicker breadsticks it was a bit evident some of the dough at the center is still raw 😞 I bake bread sometimes and I know the smell.

On two different occasions I have had a bad experience with the Southlake location. Poor customer service...Management team needs to train on what good customer service is. I will never order anything from Papa Johns ever again. Ifratelli in Southlake has great customer service. Better quality and the overall experience is hands down 100% better than Papa John's. Any company that has a overall rating below a 4 on any social media site is not worth giving your money too.

Pizza was average at best, what really hurt my review is that I ordered and paid for two 2 liter bottles of soda and the driver only delivered one. When I asked about it the driver apologized and promised to come back with the second bottle, which was fine with me, I even gave him a good tip. However, I probably should have held off until he came back with the rest of my order, because he never came back. Given that fact and the pizza being extremely average, I probably won't be going back. I usually use i Fratelli Pizza, far superior in every regard.

My pizza had big hair. The employees have long hair and they don't wear a hat. They don't wear gloves and they have their cell phones on the prep table. that's not sanitary
