Really happy our other reservation didn't work out. We originally had reservations @ a restaurant around the corner, but because of the hot weather and the fact that some of the older buildings in spokane don't have air conditioning, we ended up at Table 13. I'm so glad we did. The server was great. The food was delicious and the air conditioning was perfect. We tried 4 items. . . . Salmon chowder, scallops risotto, grilled salmon, and the cougar gold cheese dip.
Absolutely fantastic dining experience! The seafood was incredibly fresh, and the oysters were some of the best I’ve had. We also enjoyed a variety of appetizers, each bursting with flavor and beautifully presented. The ambiance was lively yet comfortable, and the service was top-notch. If you’re looking for a downtown spot with delicious seafood and a great atmosphere, this is the place to be! Can’t wait to come back.
Had a great meal. It was a slow night (sun) but the food was so yummy. Our youngest said " everything is so flavorful" she had a salmon. I had a filet and wife had the scallops.
I am sitting here with my partner and hanging with Ann Marie, our server, she’s amazing fun. The food has been well beyond what we were expecting. The kitchen here truly goes out of their way to make sure our meal is above the norm. Wish I would have taken pictures of our meals. I recommend their fish, pasta, shrimp cocktails and desserts. Thank you Ann Marie and kitchen. Best meal post pandemic. Our dessert arrived. Everything was edible. The shell is white chocolate, made in house.
We went on a Friday night before going to a musical. An older female server waited on us. Best service ever! So friendly and attentive. We had ordered a variety of things to try. It was all good. One of our appetizers was a cougar gold dip that was delicious! Drinks were well made, we tried two from the house menu then two traditional.
We came in to celebrate our 12 year wedding anniversary. The food and the service were amazing. It's a fine dining place. Worthy of 5 stars. We will return for more of the wonderful food.
We had a birthday to celebrate and thought this would be the perfect place to do that. Arriving about 20 min before closing we thought we might be to late .. but the manager ushered us in and set us up with an epic server. We were very well taken care of .. delicious food, fun friendly and efficient service and all for much less than we expected to pay for such fine dinning. To top it off they had a roll moose desert that was to die for. Very grateful for the experience and highly recommended going here if you are looking for a place to dine in Spokane.
Was staying at The Grand and wanted to see the restaurant attached to the hotel. The food was great, the drinks weren't bad, (our waitress said the bartender was new and you could tell from how long it took to get our drinks out) and the service was good, but at times slow. Signs posted around said to meet at the front of the restaurant and wait to be seated. This was kind of awkward because we waited almost 5-10 minutes without being greeted by a host. Finally it was a server that seated us and took our order. The restaurant was fairly empty for us to not seen or make it seem like the staff was too busy. Overall not bad but would have liked to have been a bit more attentive
Enjoyable dinner. Service was friendly and helpful. We ordered the Grilled King Salmon with huckleberry wine sauce; Pepperoni Flatbread; Prime Rib Sliders; Tuna Poke; & Carne Asada Street Tacos. Everyone enjoyed the entire meal.
My group of 10 almost didn’t go to dinner at Table 13 tonight because we read a few bad reviews on Yelp. I cannot tell you how inaccurate those reviews were. We were treated with so much hospitality (Joy was a joy!). Our table was comfortable, our food arrived in a timely manner, we were checked on constantly, and left full and happy. Every last thing we ordered, and we ordered a LOT, was delish! Highlights were the margarita sampler and the deep fried tequila bites. Wowza! We will absolutely go back!!
The hostess and host have great attitudes! My group sat in the bar area and enjoyed tacos, drinks, elote and a crab dip. The atmosphere is nice but it is very dark and hard to read the menu (be aware). They were severely understaffed and it took a long time to get food and drinks with constant reminders. We could tell our waitress was doing her best while servicing multiple tables in and out of the bar. Never got my churro with the 3 course meal option I chose, which I was looking forward to. Highly recommend better staffing for nights where there is an event in the ballroom and event across the street.
Absolutely delicious!!! Our server, Victoria, was awesome and made sure we were happy with our food and overall experience. What an amazing, authentic, and wonderful experience to eat dinner at Table 13! Strongly recommend the carne asada and the passion fruit margarita!!!!
My husband and I made reservations for dinner before heading over to see The Book of Mormon. The staff is so friendly and welcoming! We noticed they were getting busy as the dinner crowd started to come in and our server had her hands full! Jennifer, the restaurant manager, jumped right in and kept things going smoothly! The entire experience was amazing! Highest praise to the entire kitchen. Balsamic glazed steak tips melted in our mouths. I had the salmon ravioli and he had the T -13 burger. And for dessert we spilt thier huckleberry river cake. We will definitely be going back!!
Wow, great food and great service. Beautiful decor and great vibe. We had 20 people in our group, and it was flawless. Can't wait to come back.
We were the only ones in the restaurant. And the service was so slow. We waited 7 minutes to get water . But once the server realized we had been seated, she did well.
Table 13 Bar is a Spokane secret. Upscale bar service by Ben who has an amazing knowledge of beer and spirits. You may have to search for this hidden lounge in the Grand Hotel but you won't be disappointed.
Absolutely delicious. Had the squash bisque, then pan seared scallops with risotto. Finished with crem brulee. Outstanding craft cocktails, they even switched one out that my date less than loved without any charge, they were almost insistent. There is a lengthy whiskey list ( I actually ended up ordering something unlisted and they had it still, impressive) Very prompt and attentive service. The upbeat swing/jazz music felt a touch out of place in this dark almost sexy somewhat upscale restaurant but if thats all I can complain about, I say very well done! We will gladly return.
Came to Spokane for business and so happy I stopped here. I asked my server (Jenna, super sweet, helpful and very engaging) what she would suggest. The Prime Rib Sliders and the Smoked Beef Bisket Street Tacos were perfect suggestions. The Sliders were super tender and the accompany au jue was certainly icing on the cake. The Tacos were bursting with flavor with just the right amount of heat, spectacular to say the least. You can't leave without trying the 'Rolo' Chocolate Dome Mousse with Salted Carmel. Very rich but light enough not to weight on a full stomach. Truly an amazing experience
A very quiet and relaxing bar with soothing music. The vodka fettuccine pasta dish with crab was outstanding. Highly recommend it!
This was our first visit and everything was exceptional and beyond expectations! The atmosphere and vibe are very chic and cool. Our servers were all top notch — helpful, efficient, and friendly. Food was outrageously good. Have you ever even heard of brisket cotton candy? Had to order that for desert and wow! Love this place, highly recommend it, and look forward to returning. Oh, and be sure to park in the hotel to get a voucher!
Have been to Table 13 with Cara as our server each time. Full bar with every seat taken and she gave all of us equal attention. She went above and beyond and will definitely be going back!
We are in town for Thanksgiving and had dinner and drinks here with family. The food was really good. The drinks were very well made and they had a great wine list that wasn’t over priced. The service was fantastic and it had a classy but comfortable feeling. We will definitely be back. The filets were perfectly cooked. The cougar gold dip and huckleberry river cake were especially amazing. I highly recommend.
I don't usually leave a 5 star review l, but NOTHING was disappointing and EVERYTHING was better than expected. My husband and I shared the Cougar appetizer at the waitress's recommendation. It was DELICIOUS! And when we had some left after using all the bread, the waitess brought more without being asked. We split the salad and we both had plenty and it was wonderful. We shared the scampi and pasta and couldn't finish the meal. Also a generous pour of wine! I'd come back here in a heartbeat. My only regret is we didn't remember our waitress's name. She was fabulous! Nov.16, 2025. Manager see who she was and tell her how pleased we were!!
We had a great experience here this evening. I hadn’t been here since before COVID, and myself and some friends decided to try it again since we were headed to a show after, just across the street. Our food was delicious (expensive, sure, but not anything too crazy). What really made the experience, though, was our waiter (I believe their name was Forest). Forest asked us if we were going to the show next door and when we said yes, they then made it their mission to get us there in time. They got our orders in quickly, checked in on us often, got checks out for us to sign shortly after our food was delivered, all with a smile and great service. I would go again just to have the same server. I never write reviews, but definitely wanted to shout out our incredible server!
I have been to Table 13 a number of times and think this last time was pretty amazing. The service was dialed in, the food was delicious and the space was upscale. The seafood was fresh, and cooked perfectly. Everyone at our table of 10 enjoyed our experience.
This was on our list of downtown restaurants to try for a while. We made reservations ahead of time and got seated immediately. We had few appetizers and main dishes and a dessert to finish our experience. The appetizers were pretty decent especially the cheese dip was our favorite. We ordered the special salmon with angel hair pasta, king salmon and scallops. The food was ok and portions were right size. Whenever in WA, I expect more from salmon dishes as they tend to be much better. These were just ok. However the ambiance and overall experience was good.
It is quite a good place to eat elevated meals, like the roasted half chicken, the sea scallop risotto and the backed penne. The staff is talkative and Polite. I enjoyed the time spent there and I really want ti thank them for their hospitality. You should absolutely try it once if you are planning to have a sight seeing of spokane. It is really near the riverfront park.
Return visit to Table 13. First visit was 5 stars, however, today’s Seasonal (Salmon) Ravioli contained only 5 small raviolis - more like an appetizer than an entrée. Table 13 burger was ordered medium-well and was much closer to pink-rare. Whiskey drink (Angels Envy) had some detritus in it and was sent back. Service is welcoming and professional. I’m usually very complimentary but The Davenport’s Table 13 charges a premium and I expect them to match food quality with prices. Pictures posted are from first visit.
Ordered some tacos and tried all the desserts on the menu. Tacos were decent, mixed opinions about the dessert. The chocolate tacos were quite hard to eat but overall, appreciate the chef’s creative take on it. Food 3.5 & service 5 for an overall 4 star experience.
Wife got the filet mignon & it was fantastic. I got the goat cheese risotto with scallops & that brought the star count down one. I love risotto. And mushrooms. And goat cheese. And prosciutto. And scallops. The dish was overpowered by the goat cheese. It took away from the other ingredients, which was disappointing. Plating was excellent, the atmosphere great. Prices were surprisingly not too bad. It isn't cheap but there are more expensive restaurants in town. We took a dessert back to the room, the huckleberry with lemon sponge cake & cream cheese dressing. It was fabulous & light. Will we return? Only if we stay in the Grand again, which we were there for a work thing for my wife.
Bartender was fantastic, attentive, and on point. The ambiance was low lit, cozy, and had swanky background music. It is a great upscale place to visit for a craft cocktail, good food, and great service.
The atmosphere is nice. Drinks are well done. Pretty good selection of Whiskey. The food was decent.
We had reservations for 5pm. They were 7 minutes late opening and it took another 10+ minutes to seat people. The patrons were on time & so should have the restaurant. Apart from the delayed start, the service was good and the food delicious. The food was pretty quick to come out & our server checked in often. Good air conditioning so a nice place for a hot day.
Anne Marie our server was phenomenal, very attentive and personable. Did everything she could to make our dining experience very enjoyable. My husband ordered the prime rib med-rare, it came out cold and very rare, I ordered the filet and it was great. Our sides were also very cold. They tried to remedy it which was appreciated but unfortunately they were still cold. I will say the time before this our dinner was perfection. All in all, we did enjoy our time there. Guess what I’m trying to say is everyone has an off day. Great thanks to all the staff for working so hard and a very special thanks to ANNE MARIE. You are a fantastic server!!
While the atmosphere is upscale and the service was great. Our food came out subpar. We had high hopes when the appetizer of calamari came out. The sauces are fantastic. However, due to the saltiness I couldn't finish the calamari. One of us got the fish of the day, Mahi-Mahi, expecting a delightful dish. Instead the rice was bland and the fish was so so. We also got Chicken carbonara. My noodles weren't very saucy, I've been obviously sitting under a heat lamp for a while and the chicken was really tough and under flavored. We would recommend the Huck sour cocktail. That was delicious!
Annie Marie was our amazing and fun server. Could use a few touches for their dishes but they're off to a good start. As someone from Hawaii, their Tostada Atun w their poke is rock solid. The deep fried tequila shots (dessert) was also very delicious.
There was a bone in our salmon ravioli. But the scallops were cooked perfectly. I made reservations 3 weeks in advance. And waited for our table. Then they said it was busy and tried to seat us at the bar.. i reminded him we made reservations and they got us a booth. The service was very friendly though.
Meh, pic is our truffle fries with basil. Can you see any basil, and the 1 piece of shaved parmesan. Truffle was in a dipping sauce. Smoked sea salt? Sure... if fries were meh, you can imagine what the rest of the food was like. Its hotel food, it is what it is. Service was good, ambience lacking, liked the decor. Food just didn't deliver. We got full enough lol
Service was great reason not 2 stars. The mash potatoes were cold, steak was thin and grisly. Over priced for the quality
Had an opportunity to check out the latest version of Table 13. Menu is pretty basic and not unique in anyway. Steak. Chicken. Pasta. I had the roasted chicken with rice and asparagus. I think it has a lemon caper sauce or something similar. Really good. No complaints. My friend had a salad and some shrimp appetizer that she seemed to enjoy. Cocktails were also good. The thing that bothered me was all the glassware on the tables were filthy with water spots and smudges. The light from the warm day was really highlighting this and I don't understand how you could work there and take any pride in your job and ignore those filthy glasses. Really pathetic.
Really slow on getting drinks and food. Appetizers came out cold. My steak was not cooked to rare, it was medium. Other steak friend ordered was rare. Two of the drinking glasses on the table were not clean. Spent over $500.00 for three people, and was not impressed.
I made a reservation for 7 people for my birthday. Arrived and the host was very pleasant and welcoming. Sadly I can’t say the same for our server. She came over with water and when the rest of my party arrived she took our drink orders which consisted of sodas and 1 cocktail. We then ordered appetizers and our meals. I ordered oysters assuming they were raw since the menu online and at the restaurant didn’t say they were breaded and baked. The main dishes arrived and the steak was way under, bleeding on the plate even though my sister requested medium well. My smashed fingerling potatoes, and salmon was extremely salty. My two friends that ordered pasta were extremely salty as well. Did I mention I still haven’t received the oyster, right, well the 1/2 dozen I ordered came after our main dishes arrived and we started eating. The server didn’t bring out the food, or come ask if everything was good. We were already a few bites in when she came back around to check on our empty drinks, and I mentioned the oysters still haven’t come out. She blamed the kitchen and went and grabbed 5 of the 6 and later as we were about finished eating came by again and stated “sorry, I was talking to another table for a while” as I literally saw her at a 2 top for a very long time ignoring our table. She had 3 2 tops as well as our table so I’m not sure why you’d focus on a smaller table when you could have made $100+ in tips from ours. Either way we tipped accordingly and let her know I’d be paying cash. She took the ticket book and didn’t come back with my brothers card. So, after about 10 more minutes I went and said can we get the card back, which she said were a cashless restaurant, which no where online nor in the restaurant said that, so I said just keep the cash as a tip. She again said sorry I was talking to the other table for so long, “they’re old and like to talk”. Uhm, ookay, so rude first off, second, perhaps learn how to manage your time better. Sadly we won't be going back based on the food quality but mainly the service from this girl.
HAHAHA I got the "large plate" seared duck breast ($39) to go (please see photo!). When I asked the server where the rest was??... He told me, "Well, we usually present it comes on a bigger plate." Food was good, but I was hungry 45 minutes later.
Don't go here before a show. The restaurant is not prepared to serve guests during rushes and you'll be waiting too long for food that is too expensive. We had a reservation (requiring a non-refundable deposit) for 6pm. We had a show across the street at 7:30. We didn't get a chance to order anything until 6:27. We didn't receive anything - food or drinks - until 6:57 - nearly an hour. We were stressing out that whole time, wondering if we'd get dinner in time to get into the theater or if we would have to leave without eating. The staff was rushed, unclear where to deliver food multiple times, apologizing to nearby tables for delays and botched courses, and clearly having a miserable time. The food was perfectly good. But far too expensive for something that is adequate. $22 is too much for a cheeseburger that's not incredibly special. Although I did appreciate the crisply grilled bun, gooey regional cheese, and juicy high quality beef. The cocktail was also nicely made, but again, too expensive. The kitchen and bar are clearly doing a quality job here, but they are understaffed and without a plan for rushes. If Table 13 is going to offer service during known rush times while not staffing at appropriate levels, I would recommend limiting the available seating, or prepping a small menu of pre-show options which they can quickly finish and serve with a barebones staff. Just don't provide a service if it's going to suck this badly.
Horrible service. Took 30+ minutes to even get our drinks after we ordered them (including water). Appetizers/salads came out before drinks were even served. No one checked back on us to refill/take drink orders after all of us were sitting with empty glasses. Waited another 30 min for the waiter to bring us our checks, he never did and needed to be flagged down for them. We spent over an hour and a half at this restaurant, majority of the time spent waiting to even be acknowledged by staff. Food was good and the atmosphere was great, but the service really ruined this experience. Won’t be back. In addition when trying to make reservations for our group of 10, Resy and the restaurant website says to call - unfortunately no one answers the phone. After trying several times over several days, I resorted to calling the hotel front desk and they reluctantly connected me to the room service line.
Sad to leave this review. I am sure you might have a better experience if you dine in, but as a hotel guest I did a grab and go for my room. #1 totally got my order wrong, and didn’t realize it until I got to my room, so down to the restaurant to get that fixed bcuz RS was almost 45 min to fix it. Then, #2 got back to my room with the right order, only to find bland, Alfredo with overcooked chicken and some sort of bug that flew out of the container that held my Cesar salad. Certainly not worth the 50$ I paid ( I went down to get my food in the first place to avoid the 10$ service charge for room service!).
Place is closed for renovations but still taking reservations good thing they had another restaurant with space. But I did not want that food. I was set on the menu from table 13.
Stayed at the Grand and thought we would try this restaurant. We went for dinner at 5 pm. Got seated right away. We sat at our table and looked around. The floors looked like they have not been sweeped or mopped for months. Food under the tables the booth we sat at had leather and material at the top. Totally covered in dust. It was all quit gross to start. Makes you wonder what the kitchen looks like. The cheese dip was good as was the salad. But our dinner was so gross. My husband asked for his steak medium. When it came to the table it was so rare. I ordered Carbonara. The dish was hot and I took a bit of my noodles and they were so cold. I let the waitress know. They took it back and 15 minutes later got it back. The plate was really hot and the noodles were just warm. I asked for my check and let. And at the prices they were asking I was expecting nothing but the best. Very very disappointed. I was so mad I didn't even leave a tip. This is by far the worst place to eat. And such a very dirty restaurant I have been to. I will never eat here again. Might have to try another Davenport hotel.
I was really looking forward to dining at Table 13, but unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. We waited over an hour for our food, which was barely warm when it finally arrived. While we were patient, understanding that it was restaurant week, it was frustrating to watch surrounding tables receive their meals — some even after we had been seated — before our server eventually apologized and said our food would be out soon. This left me feeling like our order had been forgotten altogether. To be clear, this wasn’t the server’s fault; they were kind, and the host was wonderful. However, for the price point, this experience was incredibly frustrating, and I won’t be returning. Very disappointing overall.
We dined here for Christmas Dinner today. $79 fixed menu for turkey or prime rib. Soup and salad was delicious. Service was not in a great sync, but fine. Food was AWFUL!! And yes, we pointed it out, and no manager came out to talk to us. Turkey and prime rib was "fine". The sides were a complete loss. Dressing had zero seasoning, potatoes au gratin were so raw, they were inedible, and brussel sprouts were also raw. At that price point, it should be perfection. We will never return.
