A very charming and tastefully decorated location. The dinner atmosphere was pleasant, and the menu was appropriate for the type of venue. After dinner was a real surprise: it felt like being back in a 90s disco. I really enjoyed it. P.S.: If you're coming from far away and know you're going to party a lot, stay in the mini apartments: beautiful, well-kept, and welcoming. P.S.: This is a must-try location in the summer.

Such a beautiful place. Whilst we didn't eat there the restaurant was fully booked and we could tell it would be a lovely night. The grounds were well kept with plenty of parking and a stunning pool. A wonderful place.

I've been in Fontepino for 4 days, unfortunately, I'm leaving this wonderful place tomorrow. Fontepino is an oasis of peace, courtesy, cleanliness, and comfort. My home was impeccably furnished with incredible taste. The colors in each room are soothing to the eyes and soul, and the view from the window is wonderful. We met Alessandro and his mother, who are warm and super kind. I rarely return to a place I've already been to, but I will return here because you can't help but enjoy the relaxation the property offers. If you want to travel to visit Umbria's most characteristic cities or towns, the place is in a great location. Highly recommended!

Excellent location, QUIET and RELAXING, with the car you can visit many beautiful nearby cities.... we stayed a week in August..... the pool and lounge bar are beautiful..... they have various types of fields.... including the paddle one.... just a very small comment on the cleanliness of the facilities, I am picky but I would have preferred more thorough.... And due to holidaymakers who are not exactly polite and respectful, many marks on the walls and furnishings.... BUT I STRONGLY RECOMMEND STAYING THERE.... THE OWNERS ARE VERY KIND AND AVAILABLE to fulfill any need.... even to one of our requests they responded immediately.....

I only went on a Friday night, as they organize a disco until the morning... As for accommodations and other services, I can't leave a review, as I've never used them. I can only add that the facility is beautiful and seems like a suitable place for small celebrations such as birthdays.

I haven't tried this restaurant's food, but I feel it's my duty to warn you that the road leading to it is a DISASTER, to say the least, and doesn't encourage visitors to come in and eat. If they really cared, they could fix it. Disgusting.

I booked the weekend of November 1-3 well in advance for a family vacation (21 people). Two days before our scheduled arrival, I called the owner to make sure we would have bed linens, towels, a crib, etc., and the owner reassured me. However, upon our arrival on November 1, we didn't find sheets for all the beds, not even for the crib (I had to provide a mattress for the crib myself, as the property doesn't provide one "for hygiene reasons"). Worse still, we found an enormous amount of BED BUGS everywhere (under the sheets in the bed, on the sofas, on the curtains, under the mattresses, in the bed frame, and under the ottomans). After notifying the property, staff were sent to clean, but the situation remained unchanged (the staff themselves complained, saying it was a recurring problem). We were forced to leave and had to find accommodation for 21 people by 5:00 PM on November 1st (accommodation found more than 200 km away). We obviously asked for a refund, which was granted. Although the apartments are very beautiful and surrounded by greenery, I do not recommend this property due to the bedbug issue and the way the situation was handled.

One star because it's impossible to give less. A Dario Argento horror film. Booked well in advance for the weekend of late October/November 3, for 20 people including 2 children and 1 newborn, we arrived to take possession of the various apartments, only to find them literally infested with bedbugs. Under the sheets, on the mattresses, near the curtains, in the furniture, they were scattered everywhere. When we contacted the owner, he replied that this was a "normal" thing for the period, and that they also had them in the house(?). He then sent a woman to clean, who told us that Alessandro (the owner) was aware of the situation, as the day before, he and the mother of the gentleman in question had ... removed a ton of bedbugs. It is true that during the phone conversation, the woman encouraged him to mention this problem so that guests would be aware of it. The funny thing is that once they finished cleaning, the rooms were filled with insects again. Obviously, we asked for an immediate refund and moved 160 km away, with no small inconvenience finding accommodation. Plus, we wasted half a day talking to these people. In short, stay away from this place if you don't want to catch a disease. The photos show insects after cleaning.

Terrible experience, we arrived at Fontepino, the first thing I went to see was the pool. I arrived and there was no water. After I got a little upset and so did other people who had arrived. The water had been put in the pool. I went up to go to the room and there was no cold water for the whole structure. After a while, the catering was restored. The place may be nice, but the services are 0. Never again. If you have to book, make sure everything works.
