The place is renovated, but the service remains the same, a disaster and the other I went to eat with a friend and they had the place too cold, when the weather outside was the same. They should improve the service and the time it takes to give the order to the costumer

I’ve been coming here for a while and i’m and food preparation quality has declined immensely. I mostly do mobile orders, and they always manage to get my order wrong. Also I’ve got the new chorizo wrap from here 3 times and 2 out of the 3 times it was cold and wasn’t warmed up properly. Very disappointed. I’m not one to write reviews and complain, but I’m only doing this in hopes of this causing improvement.

This is the fifth time I've ordered a bagel with cream cheese from this location, and each time there's barely to nothing of cream cheese on it. It's really frustrating.

I ordered the new brown sugar shakin expresso medium size but it was a complete scam because almost 3/4 of the cup was ice and I barely got any sip of the coffee . So make sure you order without ice or it’s a waste of money. The one they gave wasn’t even equal to size small.

They usually are good but today they was very rude tired to give me a cold meal I ask for a refund they tried to short me with my change started speaking Spanish thinking I didn’t understand bad mouthing me over all won’t return

I went to get a box of six donuts and they told me the box doesn’t come with the donuts, that it will be an extra cost for the box. Rude staffed I was left confused because I have never heard of this.

I'm not sure if they are understaffed or they were busy but they were messing up every single order. I ordered a box of coffee and dozens of doughnuts Wait almost 30 minutes 😳 . The only reason why I waited was that was not worth leaving after 15 minutes and going to another place and waiting. Horrible customer service they didn't care 😒 or tried to at least 🙄 to do better. Never coming back ( not to mention how messy the whole place was )

I found a foreing metal in my toddler drink, what if I never took the drink from her and have some she could have swallowed it I called you giys and you guys didn’t had no remorse nth….I wouldn’t advise y’all to buy from here…I bought two strawberry coolatta for my twins that are 2 years old…smh

My experience was great until they kicked out my boyfriend just because he had to charge his tablet. The manager embarrassed and kicked him out. Our son has autism and he was just trying to charge the tablet for him. I would get coffee there everyday and now I don’t even wanna spend my money with your company. He just discriminated him thinking he was just a lowlife having no where to go

Started out good, but the short lady is always having loooooong conversations with customers , and you’ll stand there waiting while she does this. It’s REALLY annoying at this point. I continuously have to repeat myself because they’re distracted.

Couldn’t be more dissapointed. Today was the last straw. I have had my order made completely wrong many times and I understand you have bad morning or “busy” mornings. But today as I told them it wasn’t the first time, one of the workers decided to argue with me and then as I was trying to leave she decided to keep talking behind my back. This is just unprofessional. To be more clear just don’t do online orders or in store orders in the MORNING!!
