Phenomenal pizza and very friendly workers! First time here and this was one of the best pizzas at a reasonable price for the quality! I like they had an option to do a 1/2 & 1/2 specialty pizza!

Staff is friendly and knowledgeable of their products. Food tasted great! Ordered a medium pepperoni pizza, medium garden salad, and large size bbq chicken wing dings. So good!

This place has been here for FOREVER and it’s one of the best pizza places in San Diego. I think it’s the only location in San Diego now. They have the $6 carry out pizzas and then specialty pizzas that are so good. They do delivery. I have no staff or restaurant complaints. It’s a great little spot and I’m glad they’re up and running still.

It’s been many years since we had a Godfather’s. We ordered two large pizzas, one sausage and one pepperoni. It was great. Plenty of cheese,pepperoni,sausage and the sauce was good too. Was not chewy like bubblegum, like some place’s .sausage was very good. Now one of my favorite pizza place’s.

Great service. Great food. Great people. Ordered a meat lovers here for a friend and I over the phone for pick up. Timely response and effective communication skills observed. 10/10. Would reccomend. Very good for a first-time try. Credit where credits due. I did notice the price was a bit steep for just the large pizza but I expected as much. What r ya gonna do. The economy, California, the dollar. It's all a sht show. I digress.

From what I’ve read, this is the same as it was back in the early 80’s when I worked at the one on Baltimore in La Mesa? I’m hoping so as that truly was a great pizza - we had never had that kind of “dish” pizza before Godfather’s came to San Diego - just the right amount of crust (not too much like a deep dish from Square Pan Pizza), toppings, and cheese (always seemed like the right amount when we had to actually weigh it on a scale). Been wanting to go but didn’t want to get disappointed. Now I know I won’t! So hoping to stop in and relive some fond memories.

I’ve been going to Godfather’s pizza for a long time now, whenever I crave pizza I only think about Godfather’s because they’ve never disappointed me with anything, from the moment we walk into the door and they greet us with a good attitude and great customer service. I hadn’t gone due to COVID, and yesterday that I went, I was really glad they’ve taken their precautions by only letting one person in at a time and then at the cashier they have a transparent shield dividing the customer section from the staff and all the staff was wearing face masks. We wanted to try something different and we ordered the Buffalo chicken sauce and as always it wasn’t a disappointment, the way home was a torture because it smelled so amazing! My sister and I ate almost the whole pizza because how good it was! Quality Guaranteed!

Used to go to Godfathers all the time years ago when I lived in washington state. And when I heard they were open I ng one in Queen Creek,AZ 15 minutes from my house I was so exited. Went there opening night and waited an hour to get my pizza....so worth it though. Just as good as I remember it being. Will definitely be going back alot in the future. 🍕😋👍

Wow! Let me tell you, I've tried many different pizza shops around the city, but never one that stood out like this. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by the kind gentlemen working the front, who guided me through the menu and made the ordering process very easy. Food was out within a few minutes. By far the best service I've experienced in ages, and they make a damn good pie!

We ordered a large pepperoni pizza for 3 and finished all but two slices. Pizza was good and place was clean. This pizza is one of their many specials they offer and it costs about $7. There specials are a good deal but if you order any of their specialty pies, it can be a bit pricey. I will definitely be coming back for another large pepperoni pizza soon!

This is the only pizza joint I order from. The food is GOOD and they never mess up. I have their number programed in my contacts. Try them and see. They do several different crusts, damn near unlimited toppings, and the service is fast. I love them!

This is my second time ordering here. The first time the messed up my entire order but the veggie pizza is good so I ordered a second time to give it another try. The pizza was the same but the desert I ordered, monkey bread, was burnt. This spot is ok but definitely not consistent which I’m not gonna waste my money on a gamble again.

The taste is good but highly overpriced. Do not order online or through Uber eats, not because the service is bad but your better off picking up a carry out special. It’s literally the same pizza and you’ll save $20. This place doesn’t provide original crust on all pizzas either. These people are just using the name basically. Recipes are good but not worth it anymore. A note to the owners: At least change the crust back to the original and use that for your regular price menu items. I am looking at a $5 pizza right now and I paid $25. Not good!!

it’s crazy how one medium pizza is 26 dollars with 3 toppings, first of all they didn’t even add enough toppings the cheese over powered everything, the crust wasn’t even at least a little crispy, the sauce tasted a little funky. honestly don’t think I’d be returning here at all it wasn’t worth 26 dollars
