This place is the bomb!! Ever since I've come here I haven't stopped since lol I'm addicted, I love the atmosphere, love my morning bunch girlies there, they remember my order ❤️ they make my day always! They are the sweetest and they know how to make a mean coffee my favorite is the berry cobbler with blackberry instead of the flavor it comes with always an extra shot but lately I've been obsessed with the Honey Bee 🐝💜 if I could give them 10 stars I would!

I stopped by today to try a new coffee spot, being the coffee addict that I am, and I’m so glad I did! Since it was my first time, I wanted to explore the menu a bit. Kaya was amazing—she patiently walked me through all the options and made great suggestions. She was so kind and even let me know that I could adjust the sweetness of my latte if needed since I prefer my drinks not too sweet. The whole team was incredibly friendly, and the drink was honestly so delicious. I ended up getting the salted dark mocha latte instead of the white chocolate one, and it was absolutely bomb! Big thanks to Kaya and the team for such great customer service!

DeNovo coffee is great. The staff at the Spring location (Audrey, Jordan, Amanda, Josh, Marinda, and Shelby) are all amazing. They are very friendly and remember orders very well. I have friends who visit from out of town (and out of state) and they love DeNovo. Audrey and Jordan are especially good at even remembering what they usually order. Delicious coffee, terrific service, and excellent prices. Great job DeNovo!

It was the first I had ever stopped by, can’t believe I missed it after driving down the same road for a while! They were so kind and welcoming. I tried their Maui mocha, and I loved it. Reminded me of “barritas de coco” flavor. My daughter got their Cookie drink and it was super good. I’ll definitely be coming back again. 🙌🏻

I like their drinks, they tend to be on the sweeter side but once in a while it's a great treat. The Charger is my favorite. It's the basic speciality coffee, but it's so good.

First timer - amazing staff as the other reviews say! They didn’t rush me trying to read the menu to figure out what I want & we’re super helpful with suggestions. Ended up with Salted Blonde I believe + extra shot of espresso. It was exactly the coffee I was looking for! Thanks DeNovo team!

Excellent coffee, excellent service, great rewards program for free coffee! If it isn't on the menu just let them know, they'll do their best to build what you want. Extra points for the rewards card on Tuesdays. And two drive up windows, one on each side in opposite directions for speedier service and ease of access. Be sure to try a sweet treat as well. The muffin tops and bars are great.

The absolute best coffee shop in town! Not only if the coffee incredibly delicious, the staff is super friendly. They are happy to give recommendations if you aren't sure what you want. Their prices, simply cannot be beat. Val, Joe, everyone is super nice Highly recommend!

First time experience — asked for a mocha but was wondering if the full amount of sweet would be too sweet. The girl had the drink made half sweet within a minute and let me try it to see if I wanted to add more flavor. It was great the way it was, so I paid (so inexpensive!!). Then she got me a stamp card, and as a first time customer, she stamped half of the ten spots needed to redeem a free drink. Very kind and enthusiastic. I’ll be coming back. Update: I’ve been back three times since, and every time I am blown away by the customer service—kindness, efficiency, and professionalism. And their coffee is consistent and tasty!! Never been disappointed.

I'm surprised that I don't already have our view of this place. I used to come here all the time about 8 years ago, but have slowly stopped going out for coffee as much, but mostly because I'm not usually in this area. And so it was a treat for me to make sounds go back to one of my favorite places. The customer service is as great as I remember it, they still do decaf and sugar free, which is what my order usually is, and they have to order out quickly--and most importantly, it is right. I've had almost all of the drinks on the menu at this point, but my favorite is still the cookie and the caramel. I don't know the name of the girl who it served me today, but she was so great and put a smile on my face-- and reminded me that they do have decaf and sugar free options. I'm going to have to come back more often! Especially since I have a stamp card now!

Coffee is pretty good, but after I handed my card the girl asked if I wanted to leave a tip and I felt compelled to say yes. She then asked how much? It feels like a forced tip. She could have just handed me the wireless terminal and let me decide. Was very awkward. Never seen this before. Probably pass on this establishment next time.

After sitting there for two minutes, I put a timer on and recorded how long I was sitting there on my other phone. I finally said “At least close the window if you aren’t going to take my order” This is completely unacceptable. I have never been here before and will never be back.
