This location does not seem to put in the effort to make quality pizza as a Pizza Hut would denote. I ordered extra sauce and the amount of sauce was less than normally found. The young lady at the window was great, polite, speedy and appeared knowledgeable.y issue is with how the pizza was made.

Food tastes fine if you can get passed everything else.. Once you finally get. Service is SLOW at best. My orders have typically been incomplete or wrong. Tables haven't been cleaned in a while. Floors slippery & greasy. No napkins available. I'm done giving chances to this location. Absolutely disgusting.

Just moved here. First time ordering the meat pasta, lacked the sauce and was pretty bland. No flavor. Little cheese. Second time I ordered a stuffed crust pizza, they told me they messed up the order so I got 2 pizzas for the price of one, both pizzas were exactly the same, so all in all not a bad deal, except for the hair. This was 4 months ago. I may try again just one more time. Coupons don't seems to be honored here either. National Pizza Day, half off any large pizza, this location did not offer that. Missed out on my business.

Pizza was burned and this is not the first time it's happened. Thought we would try them again and still camped burned. Called and guy said he knows the pizzas and it wasn't burned. You can clearly see it's overdone. Pizza would be great if they didn't cook them as long or lower the heat on the ovens.

My wife called in our order because we are outside of del area. We ordered the LG pizza with bread sticks and order of wings because it had been a rough day for both of us and just needed a quick meal. I drove to pick it up. First thing the order was wrong. Second thing she said my card was declined even tho I had plenty of money in the bank. Maybe not their fault don't know. So I said just forget the order. Plus they still had the charge for the breadsticks on the order. She said just take the order at no charge and they would give me a 2 liter no charge but we dont drink soda and I said no I can't do that. She proceeded to push the order on me in my car so I took it. Checking my bank account they charged me 5x for order then later it showed 4 credits. Still no breadsticks but was charged for them. Not going there again to much hassle for such a simple thing. Really topped off a bad day.

I ordered large hand tossed crust, extra cheese, half pepperoni half mushroom to go. Crust was premade bar pizza crust and too thick and was worse than most bar pizza crust. Topping was ok but we only ate 3 slices was bad

Absolutely never using them again. Took over an hr to get our order delivered. Apparently they use door dash and i didnt know. And the driver was a nightmare. Absolutely never ordering from them again. Spent $50 for 3 things. Over an hr later.still no food. Driver got lost with CLEAR instructions.

Had just placed ordered 1 min before I called Jayden answer I asked if he could check my order I had just placed it online for some reason I forgot to put time on there asked if they could make it 30 min after he said sorry it’s already in oven! I said I just placed it literally a min ago and he says oh sorry I thought that was your order then proceeded to been really rude and say ticket came out I cant do anything about it , then says I just talked to my manager mumbles idk what and hangs up very rude !

Gm in Springtown said this is okay to handout and eat. Worst experience I have ever had here and a waste of money. The pepperoni just turned into a nasty dust. I guess I should have just gone to ft worth or azle cause this location is the worst and they wouldn't give me a new one. Burnt burnt burnt all of it

So I was concerned because when I open the box, one piece was not like the others. I called and spoke to Austin, said he was the manager. He told me I was wrong, I sent him pictures but he never responded. Pizza was good, the two pieces I ate on other side of the box, but customer service gets 1 Star. Glad we now have choices.
