Fantastic new restaurant! Great atmosphere with live music on a Saturday night. Noise level was very mild and pleasant. Emily gave us great service! Smokey old fashioned was wonderful to sip on throughout the night. Meatball Pomodoro appetizer was my favorite of the night, but the filet, watermelon salad, creole shrimp Mac, and Brussels sprouts were all top notch. Bursting with flavor and well prepared. Finished off the night with a monstrous carrot cake which was fantastic! Definitely would return, especially for them having only soft opened!

Tyler was great for Happy Hour today! Fast service and very attentive! Amazing food and drinks! Best happy hour in town;) Come check it out for yourself.

Another amazing new restaurant addition to this area of town! We tried a ton of things on the menu including the steak and grouper main dishes, scallops and shrimp appetizers, mac and cheese and potatoes side dishes and the spinach salad and were BLOWN AWAY by all of it. Cooked perfectly and very delicious. The cocktails were spot on (the espresso martini and florida heat margarita were 10/10) and service was outstanding. We will definitely be back for another delicious dinner soon!

The food here is honestly amazing. I went in not really knowing what to expect but pretty much everything we had was phenomenal. The cocktails were also really good, especially the smoked old fashioned and the lavender martini. The ribeye was so good especially with the 3 cheese smashed potatoes! Our server, Anthony, was also amazing and very friendly!

I was thrilled to find a this place and I know it will be a a go to favorite from now on. The atmosphere was so unique, with a bright blue baby grand piano and a circular bar. I’ve tried dinner and brunch the next day. The dishes were delicious and the service was spot on. The manager, Andy, stopped by to check on us too, which was a nice touch. There is outdoor patio seating and plenty of free parking.

I would like to take my time to highlight some excellent points about this restaurant. The restaurant location is very convenient and safe. The restaurant has a pretty blue vibe decoration, a very clean/organized stablisment. I ordered the "Lavander Martini" OMG out of this world!!!! Smooth, incredible flavor, great aroma and deliciously perfect. For appetizers: * The Ahi Tuna Poke: Super fresh, excellent ingredients, the flavor was absolutely good. * The Bikini Prawns: perfectly cooked, slightly cruncky and the dressing with the perfect spicy kicked. For Main Course: * The Harissa Salmon: Cooked in perfection temperature. Deliciously juicy and I enjoyed it a lot. * Spinach Salad: absolutely fresh and a mix of delicious flavors. * Side of Asparagus: out of this world, my PERFECT choice for a side, super delicious and the flavor blew my mind. For dessert: (Complementary from the restaurant for my birthday) * The Beignets: Absolutely warms, deliciously cooked and super great choice to share/enjoy with your loved ones. The waitres: Mary S, a super friendly, charismatic girl, super attentive, professional and made my night much better with her recommendations and subtitutions. Thank you so much !!!! Was absolutely delicious . We were pleasantly surprised. I wasn’t expecting anything this nice so close to home . Usually we have to go downtown for stuff like this . The food was amazing . My only problem was the chicken from the Nashville how Milanese was a little salty . The meatball pomodor was the absolute star of the night though . My wife had hot pastrami was good as well . Amazing decor and ambiance . Our server V was very attentive and recommended the olive oil cake . I didn’t think I was gonna like it but was an amazing end to our lunch .

I cleared my whole plate! I enjoyed a Tender, well- flavored grouper. Delicious mushroom risotto and uniquely prepared asparagus. The raspberry mousse was a great end to the meal. Not too sweet and a subtle hint of raspberry. Plus the service was great!

Went for brunch this past Sunday and had the Halo Omelet. My friends had the chicken & waffles and the lemon cheesecake waffle. Everything was delicious and the bartender was great! Bonus was the piano player who has a great sense of humor and plays music that isn't too loud or out of date. Definitely recommended.

The food was absolutely fantastic. The filet rivals the best steakhouses in Tampa. The brussels sprouts were delicious and probably the best I’ve ever had. The fried burrata, meatballs, potato mash, and beignets were fantastic as well. Definitely a hidden gem here in Carillon and will definitely be back.

My wife and I decided to have an early Valentine's meal to celebrate many years together and she selected Blue Halo. This is a place that's been around for over a year and a half and we got there for the first time and had the most spectacular meal. Everything designed with culinary delight. We had this excellent waitress named Ashley as she was there with us making sure the meal was perfect. Andrew the proprietor of the business and owner was fantastic and we felt blessed every chance we got to interact with him. This is a stellar kind of place anyone and everyone should go to. We had the sea bass and the grouper and like I said earlier a culinary delight. Thank you Andrew and Ashley

The stuffed chicken had a longer cook time, so they were kind to provide us some bread while we waited, which we didn’t expect! It was well worth the extra time for the stuffed chicken and the filet was heavenly. Great vibe as well with a piano player and loved his sense of humor. Definitely will be back for dinner and will look at the happy hour.

Our server, Anthony, was amazing and very attentive throughout our meal. He and the staff were great with our toddler! The chef also visited and gave our toddler fresh fruit. We are definitely coming back and recommend this restaurant to those with kiddos

NOV 2025 I came with my neighbor and good friend Bobby — a St. Petersburg native known for his stunning collection of decorative and high-performance cars, beautiful properties, and a personality as wild as it is brilliant. As outrageous as he may seem, he’s an investor and far smarter than he lets on. Back to The Blu Halo. From the first step inside: pure luxury. The piano music was mesmerizing, the atmosphere excellent, and the service impecable. We had the rock shrimp with Greenbrier — absolutely exquisite. I had an incredible dining experience at The BluHalo! I ordered the Hanger Steak cooked medium rare, topped with a vibrant salsa verde, and it was absolutely to die for. The steak was perfectly cooked — tender, juicy, and full of flavor — while the salsa verde added the perfect bright, zesty touch. And those truffle fries? Simply heavenly. Crispy on the outside, soft inside, and bursting with that irresistible truffle aroma — I couldn’t stop eating them! From the warm ambiance to the attentive service, everything about this meal was top-notch. The BluHalo has definitely earned a spot on my list of favorite places to eat. I can’t wait to come back and try more from their menu!

We had such a wonderful experience at Blue Halo in St. Pete! From the moment we walked in, we were impressed by the warm welcome and attentive service. The staff was incredibly friendly and professional, making us feel comfortable throughout the evening. Every dish was beautifully presented and full of flavor. You can tell a lot of thought and care goes into their menu and preparation. We all liked the food, starting with the meatballs. Luckily there were 3, one for each of us to share. They were flavorful and tender. My harissa salmon, farm raised in Scotland, was the best dish, tasty and with a little heat that paired well with the salmon's fat. Her pork chop was very good, if a degree more done than I would like it, covered with goat cheese and blueberries. My son's hanger steak looked fantastic, perfectly medium rare, and he said was delicious. In addition to very good service by Addy I was pleasantly surprised when the chef came to answer my question about the origin of the salmon. The bar looked inviting and there was a live piano player this evening, though we ate by the open kitchen and only heard him as we were leaving. The prices are high. Too high, really. Thankfully they are part of the Resy family and American Express helps a bit with the bill.

Lots of convenient parking. We were able to park right out front both visits. So far I've tried the chicken and waffle (the menu has it pluralized but it's indeed a single large waffle), as well as the country benedict. The chicken and waffle is my favorite so far. The maple bacon bourbon glaze as well as the gravy are the perfect accompanyment to a perfectly cooked chicken and waffle. So much flavor in one dish! As for the country benedict, it was OK but the potatoes were just so underwhelming. So much efforts goes into the country benedict and the potatoes to me just take it down a few notches. It's like from freezer to deep fryer potatoes. Home-made potatoes would really up the game of this dish and others. Coctails are great. Gotta love $4 Mimosas (on special). Now let's talk about the incredible desserts they offer. Specifically, the carrot cake. This quadruple layered piece of heaven will leave you breathless. This is one of the best slices of carrot cake I've ever had. It's also the largest slice of carrot cake I've ever had, and at a very reasonable price! WOW. Just WOW. Even if you're not a fan of carrot cake, this one slice of heaven will make you a fan. I had to ask our server where this thing of beauty was crafted. I couldn't believe it when she told me that it's all made in house. I would've bet money this was crafted at a very high end bakery somewhere. Kudos to the dessert chef(s). This is truly a work of art! Definitely a place worth checking out. You won't be disappointed.

Located In Carillon parkway, easy access to walk to from the apartments, But if you drive plenty of parking spots reserved for customers only. Check it out.

Though a very limited menu, we overall had a good meal, good time in a private room. Appetizers are really good, just as we've had them before. The only exception was the Hot Milanese chicken. Unfortunately, this was a big miss. Extremely salty, way over fried, barely edible. Not one to complain so got through it. Lesson learned.

I’ve been coming to this restaurant weekly for the past four weeks since discovering it, and unfortunately, my most recent experience completely changed my perspective. We ordered wine, appetizers, and stone crab. The stone crab came out extremely hard and unlike anything I’ve had before and I’m very big on food and quality dining. After tasting it, I politely asked if I could switch to a steak, as the texture and quality simply weren’t what I expected. Joey, the manager, approached the situation in a very aggressive and defensive manner. Instead of prioritizing the guest experience, it felt like he was protecting the stone crab and the profit over the client. There was no attempt to understand or resolve the concern in a customer first way. As someone who believes strongly in principle and business standards, this was disappointing. How ownership hires, trains, and empowers management says everything about a company. Unfortunately, this experience showed me that this may not be a place that values long-term relationships with loyal guests.
