Brought a coupon that said ANY BREAKFAST COMBO for $4 but lady Alejandra said “I knowww” HER MANAGER told her only regular breakfast. Whats the point of a coupon. :/

I rarely eat out. On my way home from church a quick stop before preparing dinner. I should have followed my first mind. I will continue to eat at home. Nasty always look at your food if eating out. *****MOLD***** if you don’t see if they may have removed it don’t trust it.

June 28th 2025 the night manager needs to be replaced by corporate IMMEDIATELY . Sold me two jr bacon cheese burgers and egg rolls NO BEEF ON MY BURGERS …. NO BEEF THE AUDACITY THEN I CANT GET A RIDE TO GET MY REFUND I PAID IN CASH and they didn’t give a receipt.

The food is great—let’s start there. However, the service? My goodness, it’s the worst I’ve ever experienced, especially for a fast food place. The managers are all rude, especially in the mornings. Do they even understand what customer service is? I’m genuinely baffled every time I come in. At this point, I don’t even think customer service is enforced at this place. Very disappointing because the food is really good.

My friends and I always spend a lot of money at Jack in the box. But never again at this location. Or at least until the lady with the shaved head works there. Terrible customer service. Which makes it bad for business. The lady with a shaved head is extremely rude, along with the other co-worker, a young guy who was scheduled with her. They looked like they were arguing when we pulled up to the window. Maybe that threw off the order? About 1:45 a.m. on January 25, 2025. My order was correct on the screen but came out wrong. I had to drive around the line after getting the wrong items again just to get denied and made the rest of my order cold. The young guy gave me no receipt and no refund, yet I gave the incorrect order back without a refund. They said to come in the morning. Im like, you think im not hungry right now? All I asked was for my food to be correct. That's simple. Besides, how many negative reviews does your company need on the same employee that's potentially hurting your business and customers go elsewhere. Honestly, I would not give them a star at all.

This is my second time coming to this location and I’m furious because I come on my lunch break. I am talking about the butcher looking woman at the speaker. she could have made my food fresh and she was getting smart talking about she don’t hold food. That wasn’t my question and I told her I didn’t mind waiting I ordered 3 chickens sandwich combos which are all hard so I know for a fact they wasn’t made fresh because the time didn’t add up from where I was and the time I ordered. There was no way my order was made fresh. I want a refund plus I ordered a smash burger combo. My friend order was completely wrong she wanted curly fries and a milk shake but they changed her order to a soda and regular fry. I’m upset they need a customer service friendly crew who don’t mind working. I have called twice no answer so I will be there first thing tomorrow morning. If I have to call corporate someone will fix it. The drink machine filter needs to be rolled the dos taste horrible omg. This is so unprofessional food is not cheap. I’ll tell all of my coworkers at the usps not to shop here period. I spent almost 45.00 on food for it to be horrible and disgusting the lettuce old on the sandwiches. I can’t make this up. Update: I got off this morning and went by to speak to the manager about my order and Sylvia was the morning manger and I can see that her employees is a reflection of her because she was also rude and had no remorse of our food being made like that. She told me I had the option to check my food while I was in the drive thru and I’m like you want me to check everybody’s order with my dirty hands picking through their food to see if y’all made it fresh? She said yes. Enough said I will not ever come to this location again and I work with over 200 employees every night and I will spread the word not to come here.

Worker tried to rush me at the drive-through at 8:20 pm even though I was the only car there. She said there was a timer if I don’t hurry and order. Then she removed the full price from the screen and had me move forward. Then when I get to the window, a new girl is there and tells me the price. I start counting the cash and the girl rolls her eyes at me. I chose to ignore it. Then I hand her the cash and she rolls her eyes again and makes a face. I then told her to hand me my money back. Then I took my 7-year-old cousin to chic-fil-a next door instead. I like trying new things on the jack in the box menu, but to have rude service like this is ridiculous. I don’t eat out often, but my cousin always asks for curly fries, however, I will not take him to this location ever again. I might give other locations a try in the future, but my experience with most jack in the box restaurants is slow service.

Pick up food on Monday late night(11:40pm) 5/15/23 on the way home from the Airport. The tacos had hardly anything inside. It was mostly tortillas. I did not see it until we got home. I was extremely disappointed and upset. We Did not eat the tacos. I would like my money back. Worst tacos ever!!

This is the second time I've been there with the exact problem twice. I ordered a sweet tea and mini churros with extra cinnamon and sugar and both time I get a large sweet tea mixed with coke and barely any cinnamon and sugar on my mini churros. This happened almost a month a part from each visit.
