Is this authentic chinese food? Absolutely not. Is it good? Oh yeah. Is it good for its price? OH YEAH.
Look, it's a Panda Express. If you want fast food Chinese, this is the place to go.
Very disappointed me cookie had no fortune
They usually serve big portions. Very satisfied :)
Even though it is not authentic Chinese food and is a combination of American and Chinese, it is still tasty and worth the price.
Awesome food, loved fried rice and chicken mushroom
My comfort food. Orange chicken, Beijing beef and fried rice. Vegetable roll was superb. The chicken roll was too strongly flavoured with Shao Xing wine. Would have preferred lighter taste. Service was good as staff was patient with me downloading app to get 15% discount. Portion generous.

I love Panda Express! There are lots of options, the quality is always pretty good, and the price low. The service here is pretty quick and you are always offered a sample.

It doesnt have as many options as other panda expresses, but it's a panda express. Dont come here for real Chinese food, but the food is good still.
My son suggested I try and it was good. Good at LSU and Stanford. Portion was medium sized.
Hey it's Panda Express. Fast and food's filling. Staff's been great.
the food is good, nice place to have a meal with friends
Some of the best Chinese fast food around
Delicious Chinese food served within Stanford tressider union. Located near other excellent restaurants as well such as Starbucks and coho

Nice place to get asian food. They're more expensive than other Panda Express locations though.
Usually to oily and salty. But the five flavor shrimp is my new favorite.
Not bad. i dont know whether panda is junkfood or not..
I go here because it's close to work with a decent price
None friendly staff, less than average food quality, noodles was a bit dry. Beef teriyaki was ok but grilled chicken wasn't.
Food is ok, cashier is rude 😅 This one's inside a dining hall so it's easy to pick from the options

It feels like the portions have gotten smaller over the past couple of months. Disappointing, because they used to be generous and that was a major draw for me when choosing from the various options on campus.
You know the Panda Express. Good thing here, is that the cycle of the foods are short because of many visitors. Relatively fresh than other vendors.
The food at this Panda Express location is generally pretty good, although the quality can vary significantly from day to day. The food can be very wet one day and extremely dry another, although it is generally well prepared. The orange chicken, honey walnut shrimp, and teriyaki chicken (w/ teriyaki sauce packets) are all good options, with the orange chicken being the most consistent in both quality and taste. However, the service is lacking, and I have had numerous experiences where my pickup order isn’t right (i.e. missing food, sauce packets, and utensils on delivery and pickup). The staff is also often unfriendly with their customers, and the wait can be quite long (even for pick up orders, where the food is already prepared). Overall, the atmosphere is quite nice. The space is very clean and has plenty of seating both indoors and outdoors. It is usually pretty easy to find a seat indoors, although during lunch hours it may be easier to find a seat outdoors. It is also not too loud inside, even during peak hours (lunch). Overall, the food and atmosphere at this Panda Express are pretty good, although I would make sure to check my order before paying/leaving, as they have often gotten my order wrong.

Prices are marked up on everything compared to other pandas, and the selection is not nearly as good. You're better off going to the panda on el Camino.
food was good but guy gave me unreasonably small portions compared to other panda expresses
Just go if you’re hungry. They were out of a lot of basic things and the food was cold. Service didn’t bother.
Fried rice tasted like burnt grease. Skimpy with the mains.
Poor customer service from the employee serving the food. The menu shows they offer the cub meal, so I tried to order it for my daughter. The server bluntly said we don't offer that. I asked "why is it on the menu if it's not offered?" He raised his voice and aggressively said "Sir, I already told you we don't have that here. This is the Stanford University Panda Express...." blah blah blah I let it go and ordered because my daughter was hungry. There is NO REASON to be that rude about it. For being the "Stanford University Panda Express" you think they would be smart enough to remove items NOT offered on their digital menu screen or cover it with a piece of paper! Side note: I did ask the manager as I was paying why it showed on the menu, he was more professional with his response.
This place is terrible. It is nothing near Chinese food. They got the spices, sauces, and oils all wrong. I won't recommend.
I ordered chicken teriyaki and white rice for dinner. The white rice was fine. The chicken was horrible-the chicken was rubbery and didn't have a lot of flavor. There was also a ton of fat on each bite. Very disappointed.

Never has food available. I've waited every time I come here for them to make food.
Exceptionally rude service, asked for a side and was shouted at that I was required to wait 20 minutes. Almost nothing was available despite it being only 1.30PM.
Horrible customer service, they don’t care. Rude and disrespectful to customers. Croads at Berkeley is better.
Terrible Panda Express, long lines and below average food. Also it is not actually open for the hours listed.
They never have anything. Orange chicken is always out, chow mein is always out. It’s such a waste of money
Worst place I've ever gone to do your job right missing up orders
Employees really bad attitude especially Melissa
No utensils; wouldn’t provide a cup for water
The server's face is like I owe him several million dollars.
Food looked old employees looked ready to go
Terrible service. Expect smaller potion if you are an Asian! Outright race based discrimination in Stanford tressider! Fifth time seeing the same problem. Pic in the hand was for the guy in front of me. And the potion I got is MUCH LESS. I hope any Asian who is treated like this POST the pic and speak up for EQUALITY!
Worst customer service ever! The male employee gave me fried rice that I didn't ask.I wasn't done with my order yet, then he printed the receipt out and wanted me to pay.

Ordered delivery from here on my birthday, the receipt printed has all the things that I ordered, but the order itself isn't what I ordered, it's not even food I can eat sadly 😭
At 18-45 there are no any staff, and all the utensils are already washed and clean. Obviously don't value and don't wait visitors.
Phone is useless!!! Had a problem with my order. Tried calling them multiple times (more than 10) . At first, someone would pick up and just hang, to end the call. They got tired after a while and then they would just let the voice mail go with no option to leave a message!!!! I gave this place 1 Star only to be able to put a review. They don't deserve any stars at all!!! One day , I would like to pay them a visit and talk to the manager to see what is said about this!!!
TL;DR: The perfect place to come if you want to leave more miserable than you came in. Terrible portion size- like just enough to feed an ant and even then I’d give the ant a 50:50 chance of survival. Person serving stared me down with a mean look…Pretty terrifying experience. I’m sure would be a fun time on Halloween though.
I love panda express. But this was one of the worst Panda Express in my whole life. It's not even closing hour. 12pm lunch time and this is it??? Fried rice is so dry and old. Rice are dry and stuck together. I don't get it. Who's running this???
Staff is very unsatisfied working there because the service really sucks. I asked in how long one of the chicken dishes will be ready so I can wait for it and this lady came up with a "I don't know" and then I was expecting she would go and ask but she was so unfriendly and look stressed, I can understand them a little but attitude is the key for a business even though is not yours but you work there.
