Friendly staff, delish coffee and fraps. Topped with a delicious cinnabun waffle. There is a lot of sugar on the waffle so if that's not your style, ask for less syrup bc it's sweet. It was a nice pit stop between church and home. Will be back ☺️

Yummmmy!!!! The oatmeal was sooooooo delicious. Let me start by saying that first. It doesn’t stop there. I wanted to try everything so I guess that means I’m definitely going to come back. Such a cute environment with friendly staff and great service.

The fluffiest and best waffle I’ve EVER had. My big thing against waffles is that they’re too crispy and tough a lot of the time, but not this one 😋 Thanks to B&L I now know that a good waffle exists. My latte was really good too.

Amazing place for waffles and really good coffee too!!! I tried this apple waffle and I was happy with the results. The coffee was just as good. I’m definitely going back for another waffle soon. When I say I appreciate a good waffle on a weekend morning I really mean it.

I would say, the best coffee place in New York city. I work in Manhattan but because of their wonderful coffee and waffles, some Saturdays I just drive there and enjoy their waffles. So yummy. I tried their S’mores Waffle with Nutella, I am not a waffle person, but their waffle is different and so delicious, melts in the mouth. I also like their Frittatas. Both dishes are highly recommended.

It has a nice atmosphere but honestly. Waffles taste like really fresh and flavorful. They just add a bunch of toppings that add so much flare. It is very good.

This place has a really cool vibe with great seating. The place is a little small and it's very crowded sometimes but that just speaks to how good it is. The waffles are incredible, especially when ice cream is put in between them! It's a great place to hangout and grab something interesting to have. The service is professional and quick despite having a lot of people sometimes. You won't be disappointed.

I’m originally from Staten Island and used to rave about Beans & Leaves. I went back for a visit and was disappointed. There were no longer a lot of vegan options. I wound up having almond butter toast, which was just okay and something I could easily have made at home. My husband liked his muffin and iced coffee. But my coffee was awful. I got the biscoff latte, which was on their hot coffee specials menu. The barista gave me an iced drink and I told her I had wanted it hot. When I got the hot one, there was NO flavor at all and the espresso tasted burnt and like the shot didn’t pull correctly. It was undrinkable - I even made my husband try it and he agreed. Not wanting to send a second drink back, I just threw it out. I would give Beans & Leaves another try next time, but definitely won’t go out of my way like I did this time to make the trip there.

Only recommend ordering waffles (5 stars). They offer gluten free it was good. Drinks also fun and cutesy. Eggs- no good.

I don’t mind coming here, but every single time i’m greeted with sass and so much attitude from anyone who takes my order. Don’t get me wrong the breakfast is good and the coffee is sometimesss good but it’s not good enough to deal w the attitude. The one on Arthur kill has much nicer staff.

Unfortunately, today’s experience has ruined my impression of beans and leaves. I had been there several times when it was on the initial location. Now having moved across the street, it seems the owners do not care, and it also seems it is run by kids who are more focused on hanging out and being social with one another as opposed to providing decent service. There were three counter workers and none of them were competent/knowledgeable in the facilities own menu. There was a severe lack of main ingredients to be able to make menu items. After having figured out what to order due to the lack of ingredients for the following items I tried ordering “hungry man waffle, hungry man grand slam, egg salad sandwhich” when the final order was brought to me I was unable to eat the food as intended due to poor construction of the dish. I always try to look at the positive in every situation but there was none here.
