Currently writing as I finished up my meal and struggling with the itis haha. The food is AMAZING. Not salty and very flavorful! I had the pork soup dumplings and the owner was kind enough to show us how to eat them properly and gave us their last shrimp tempura 😋 My mom devoured the lo mein combo with beef dumplings and we both got bubble tea. Ginger and papaya and you can taste the richness of it! Sweet people and clean atmosphere. Definitely coming back!

Best brown sugar milk tea I have ever had in my entire life and the staff couldn’t be any nicer. I dream of this milk tea!!! Also, we have dined here a few times and the food is delicious! Always a great experience.

I had no idea this place was around in Staten Island! This is a solid place for traditional Cantonese dishes - the dumplings and wontons are all made in house and there is so much filling in both. A lot of variety with both drink and food options. The owner is also super nice and friendly. Check this place out if you are in the area!!

I am really happy I ordered from here as this has been one of the best food delivery experiences I’ve had in a while and now I will certainly order again and/or go in person! Everything we ordered was excellent and hit the spot for my cravings. Their menu items were all great choices as well, I decided to try a few things. My partner ordered rose bubble tea and lunch special lo mein with dumplings. I ordered pork Xiao Long Bao, steamed vegetables, chili oil shrimp/pork dumplings, broth, and sticky rice. I also was really glad they offered just the broth as an option as sometimes I just want broth and not a big bowl of noodle soup. Every item was a 10/10- flavorful, delicious, and made me craving more. I also loved how they included sauces and fried garlic which was a great topping. My partner also said she really enjoyed the lo mein. Excellent food, excellent quality.

My boyfriend and I come here all the time! I love their bubble teas and their food is delicious! Definitely my new favorite boba spot in the city. We have not had one bad flavor yet, every one has tasted so good!

This food was outstanding! A great value and very prompt service. My favorite was the Grandma Lo Mein. The noodles and broccoli were delicious. We tried the BBQ pork Buns and let me tell you, they are worth ordering 2! Thank you for yummy lunch!!

Lion Dance Fusion Cantonese Dim Sum is a fantastic spot for dim sum lovers! The shrimp mushroom dumplings are absolutely incredible — the shrimp is super fresh and crunchy, and the flavors are perfectly balanced. The Cha Siu Bao is also a standout, with a delicious, savory filling wrapped in soft, fluffy dough. I also highly recommend the hot oil wontons — they’re packed with flavor and have just the right amount of heat. Everything tasted fresh and was served piping hot. Definitely a place I’ll be coming back to!

I decided to stop by to try their red guava tea and I definitely don’t regret it. The lady at the front was so welcoming and kind too! I also stopped by that same day to try their steamed chicken dumplings and they were definitely the best I’ve had. They were hot and so delicious. Me and my boyfriend had no idea what to expect, but we will for sure come back here again!! 💗💗

New bubble tea spot alert! Such a huge selection of bubble teas and milk teas and other beverages! I tried the Black Sesame Milk tea with Bobo for the first time and it was yummy! Would definitely want to try their food sometime, as well! **UPDATE: tried the signature shrimp dumplings and loved it! Next time, I would definitely try having a meal there! The staff is super friendly and nice and the place is small but cozy.

My husband's coworkers talk about this place a lot, and recommended it to him to try. For his birthday, he wanted to go here, and we went as a family. We got rose and taro milk boba tea, as well as xiao long bao (soup dumplings), spicy dumplings, popcorn chicken, and lotus leaf with steamed rice beef with broccoli. Everything was very well portioned for the price which is such a rarity in this economy. The soup dumplings were big and delicious! The 24oz milk teas are very big and you get a lot for what you pay for, which honestly puts Kung Fu Tea, Vivi's and other chain boba shops to shame. The shop, although small in size, gets very busy, and all the customers that come really enjoy everything on their very elaborate menu. I highly recommend this business. Everything has heart and soul poured into it. The woman at the counter is very passionate about her job, and she really works hard to defend the small business against those who try underhanded tricks to get free drinks. My family and I are definitely coming back again in the near future, you guys made my husband's birthday a blast! Thank you for all your hard work 💖

Great place! The food is absolutely amazing. We ordered the both types of noodle combo, along with the soup dumplings, Cantonese Har cow, and rose milk tea and hibiscus lychee tea. Both of the teas were also delicious.

The owner is super nice and friendly. We come here weekly now, the drinks are made barista style not just some powder shaken up in a machine. I like how much tailoring I can have with my drink, no sugar almond milk or oat milk etc. The dumplings are amazing! The soup dumplings and shrimp pork are great! The only thing is she is going to need more staff very soon. Whe. More people find out she is going to get very busy. Update 4-18-25 Just as I expected this place has gotten very popular but the owner has not changed. Sweet as ever and know her customers by name. Love it. The new beef and broccoli dish is delicious.

Holy moly was this place delicious. Had a nice day date with my mom and we ordered a few items off the menu and sat there and ate. Service was great and staff was so kind and welcoming. Please come out here and give this dim sum place a try. Bubble tea is great!

Incredible food. Great prices and I don’t feel like garbage after I eat it ! Owner is so so so nice, she’s the best. I always get the lotus chicken and broccoli with fried garlic and chili sauce. All the dumplings are phenomenal. Never got something I didn’t love.

Absolutely amazing dining experience. Nina was accommodating, friendly, and an absolutely delight to visit with while I waited for my food to be prepared. She knew every menu item and made great recommendations. Food was hot, fresh, and has phenomenal flavor! I traveled across the country to Staten Island for work but would come back just for another meal here at Lion Dance!

This place is a hidden gem. The food is unique for any part of the city, best soup dumplings I’ve had outside of Chinatown. Overall quality of their dishes is excellent!

Nina was very kind, friendly, open, and receptive in our pleasant conversation where we talked about her journey to opening this restaurant. The atmosphere is very comfortable with the seating being spread out enough so diners can eat comfortably should they choose to. Currently they are running a combo special where for 18 dollars you get a noodle soup plus one of their bubble teas. I opted for the pork and shrimp dumpling spicy noodle soup. Although my initial thought was that it felt a bit expensive, it soon became evident why. The soup base is incredibly delicious and takes a lot of time and good quality ingredients to construct! The noodle had a very pleasant bouncy texture to it and paired perfectly with the meaty dumplings, where they use actual plump shrimp instead of the miniature ones that some places use. I believe if the combo was 14-16 dollars instead, it would've been more ideal, but it's hard to put a price tag on high quality! I also got a bunch of dim sum to go, and perhaps because it was to go, they weren't bad, but they also weren't the best. The chive dumplings were good, but the price once again felt a bit steep for 6 dumplings. I'm looking forward to trying their soup dumplings and pan stickers next time, for the other diner there raved about how good it was! The drinks were quite delicious too and Nina told me they use actual milk products to construct them instead of using milk powder like many other bubble tea places, which makes their drink extra creamy and you can definitely tell the difference! Overall it was a great experience and I would definitely recommend eating at the restaurant, for taking out can detract from its freshness and crispiness depending on what you order!
