Stopped in a couple of weeks ago for a quick lunch. WOW! This place is great.... I ordered one of their lunch specials, grilled chicken with spinach and mushrooms on a wrap... the quality was definitely there, everything was fresh and seasoned perfectly like I made it myself... I took it to go and was worried it would be all greasy and drippy by the time I got home... nope!!! It was perfect!!! The owners of the shop were busy making lunch orders but still had time to talk while they made my wrap and Christine, one of the owners, was born to run this shop!! She has a love for cooking and people that really shows... the chemistry they have cooking together is like watching your family on a Sunday getting ready for all the family to come over...They definitely have a new customer, in fact, I think it’s time for lunch!!!

I love this place! Huge portions, smiling staff, clean restroom, and the food is just delightful. I had a cheese steak sandwich and it is better than anything I've eaten in months! Wonderful Italian bread, fresh with the perfect crust. It's a very large sandwich perfect for two normal people. Of course I ate the whole thing by myself and had fries, which the cook was delighted to drench in brown gravy at my request. Just like I grew up with in Saskatchewan. Not a poutine, fries and gravy done right are better. The perfect blend for comfort food. If you are having a bad day, Ronnie's will turn it around. Such nice people in a very busy place. Enjoy there are very few places this good anywhere!

Going to Ronnie's is our unwind spot. It feels like going to a family members house. The food always tastes like a home cooked meal, and the family who owns it couldn't be a better one to support. We love Ronnie's ❤️

The best sandwiches made by people who take pride in their food. U can't go wrong with anything here. The Cuban is very. The chicken is one of the best I've had. The people are real old school New Yorkers who treat you like family when you go there. A legend in the making!!!

Very good food. Generous portions. Little pricey ,but quality and portion worth it. Ordered Thanksgiving dinner and will see how that goes. While ordering they gave me a sample of their cheesecake egg roll! It was wonderful!! Filling was chocolate cheesecake, shell was kind of almost flakey yet crunchy. Not too brittle crunchy, it was a perfect combo. Better than a cannoli. Staff very friendly and know how to prepare food so it's like homemade yet better. Definitely worth a visit

Had the most delicious Italian sandwich. The bread was so good crispy on the outside and soft inside. The sandwich was stuffed and the staff was so friendly. I even got to try their spicy pepper spread. Great local family place!

Nice. Feels like I'm back in Brooklyn eating an Italian hero. They'll make pretty much any sandwich you want. The food is good and fresh. The people are nice. The place is clean. The prices are decent. What else do you need?

Ronnie’s is ALWAYS a sure shot! Trying to find the perfect sandwich here is impossible because each sandwich is better than the next. “Christine’s Corner” on Thursday’s, Friday’s, and Saturday’s serves up some incredible entrees. Also, the catering is delicious. Prices are beyond reasonable. You walk in a stranger and walk out family ❤️ Love me some Christine, Tony, Jessie, and Gina.

Love this place. Reminds me of Bensonhurst Salumeria or Pizza shops from back in the 1980's and 1990's were you could get a great chicken Parm hero at most places. The hero bread is spot on and the Large is a monster. So good. Must go.

I really like this place. Proprietor is right there behind the counter taking orders and making your order. She takes obvious pride in her work and establishment. Not a bad kibbitzer either. Staff are friendly and helpful. There is some indoor seating available but space is limited. Portions may be considered a touch small, but YMMV. Prices are bit high but the increase in quality is there too.

Ronnie's is an awesome place where you feel like you're having a meal in a relative's home. Small but adequate dining room with friendly servers and regulars. I frequent Ronnie's for breakfast mostly and they make accommodations for dietary restrictions if possible and haven't had a bad meal here ever. Have had lunch a few times and the burgers are very good along with the roast beef sandwiches. I don't think you will be disappointed.

The chicken cutlet with vinegar peppers has both traditional roasted red peppers and these green peppers with a nice vinegary bite. Definitely add fresh mozzarella. The fried eggplant with prosciutto, fresh mozzarella, and the same pepper mixture is outstanding. Add a little balsamic glaze to play off those vinegary peppers. The fried calamari is dynamite!

Chicken cutlet hero with artichokes and mushrooms was incredible. Double rueben was excellent as well. Also recommend the escarole soup. Staff is super friendly and welcoming, one of the best lunch spots on the Island

My job just ordered from here and the food was amazing, I had a chicken cutlet with mozz and gravy and it was so good, and I ate my food cold cause I didn’t get a chance to eat it at work and it was still delicious. I will definitely be ordering again

My job just ordered from here and the food was amazing, I had a chicken cutlet with mozz and gravy and it was so good, and I ate my food cold cause I didn’t get a chance to eat it at work and it was still delicious. I will definitely be ordering again

I cannot say enough good things about Ronnie’s! I recently catered my daughter’s christening and everything was incredible, from start to finish. Not only were they so kind and a delight to deal with, the food was amazing and received rave reviews from our guests. I cannot thank or recommend them enough!! They now have a customer for life!

Good chicken cutlet parmesan hero just needs little more gravy and cheese miss those cheese pulls when breaking it apart but cutlets are thin well seasoned and bread fresh and soft hits the LUNCH SPOT potato croquettes are yummmm

Chicken parm was good. Sauce was tasty. Cutlets were thin enough. The roll was good bread. Maybe could have used a little more mozzarella.

People must like it. Good menu. The police love it, and people appreciate a good hero or sandwich. It's always busy. A good workers stop. Prices are reasonable. They expanded the place, nice touch. I'd go there for a hero.

This place kept coming up on my wife's Facebook as being a good place to eat, so we decided to give it a try. The staff were great the shepherd pie was very good my wife had a chicken sandwich with mozzarella and roasted pepper she said she enjoyed it, the bread was delicious crispy and the chicken cutlets were very good. I had the Italian hero it was ok I am fussy with cold cuts I like boars head brand and I think they can do better with this. Also when you do eat here remember to try their Italian relish/salsa it's very good on sandwiches. Would definitely recommend this place. Prices are pretty good to.

The roast beef and mozz with gravy was average at best. Roast beef was dry and overcooked. Apparently this spot is highly rated but my sandwich was not great. Will I try again? Probably.

Fried eggplant, pepper, prosciutto and mozzarella sandwich was decent but overpriced for the size and middling quality of ingredients. A $17.50 sandwich should have fresh mozzarella and prosciutto di Parma. Not ham and a thin slice of melted mozz. Bread was very good though. Overall Ronnie’s was a bit of a disappointment after seeing all the great reviews. I’m going to give them another try though and get a different sandwich, maybe it was an off day! I will update the review if/when I go back.

The sandwiches are great if they get your order right...which they get wrong alot simple orders...like BLT...mayo on side...2x I spoke with a Toni...well I'm trying to explain that I order I get 30 minutes for my lunch so waiting for you to bring mayo back when I explained to order taker that please mayo on side last time you guys forgot...and they Don't put it on side nothing..Toni was very Condescending ..I'm going give Ronnie a break the money I spend for the sandwich plus tip... Attitude they can keep...once again sandwiches are great if directions are followed
