Their pizza used to be better, I like the vodka pie but for the price it is not worth it. they do offer delivery too. It is convenient to just walk up the block and get a slice of pizza. They have pizza that they sell by the slice or you could get the pie.

We have been ordering here for years. Yesterday we ordered two heroes and I could not believe how small the hero's have become. The price is higher and the sandwiches shrunk. I guess I will do my ordering at Towne Deli.

My office ordered lunch for us. I got a chicken marsala hero on garlic bread w/ fresh mozzarella. It was absolutely dreadful. First off, there was so much oil all over the container and the extra cup of sauce they provided didn't even look like marsala sauce. I don't mind a bit of a messy sandwich but this thing was literally falling apart. The chicken was chewy, the sauce was extremely salty, and all I tasted was garlic bread. I would never eat this sandwich again. It was so awful. Plus, my co worker ordered a philly cheesesteak wrap that was literally swimming in oil. Very bad lunch experience if you ask me. I would not order any of this food again.

My husband called ordered two heroes and wings for him and my son. My son went to pick them up and they said they had no such order so checked with his dad. My husband said he definitely called, they looked again and found the order. No apologies, they just turned around and started silently started making the sandwiches while my son waited. The sandwiches turned out to be mediocre. We've been longtime customers, but their food and service is very inconsistent. Its getting harder and harder to choose them, don't know if we will anymore Do they know how many pizzerias there are in Tottenville?

The vodka pan pie is usually delicious and perfect. I guess I ordered and it was sitting there all day and they threw it in oven and didn't bother to see how burned it was . This was basically inedible. We had to just lift the burned cheese n sauce to eat. The bottom was too tough to eat. Very disappointing.

How hard is it follow simple directions when ordering a sandwich with just cheese and mushrooms? Specifically said 3 TIMES NO ONIONS OR PEPPERS and guess what I got..SO SECOND SANDWICH SENT 45 minutes later with just mushrooms and no cheese..unbelievable…UPDATE So when I called back to see how you can take an order for cheesesteak with mushrooms only and send a steak n mushroom sandwich back they try to explain that it was a lack of communication or miscommunication and they were sending a 3rd sandwich with a request for the other 2 back or they would have to charge for all 3 sandwiches…

Absolutely disgusting pizza on Staten Island ! The cheese is thick and chewy like GUM sauce is so gross would never go back there again ..

Pizza was burnt i had the Shrimp Parmigiana Plate, and the shrimp was raw and not cooked to sir also it was loaded with salt

Very nice looking restaurant but this place is just not the same and hasn't been for years. I have been coming here for 20+ years and today was the last time. The food was horrible yet again. The pasta was in about 1/2 cup of pasta water - not properly drained and it wasn't just mine. Four other people in our party had the same thing in their pasta. The dinner was not good, the mozzarella sticks were not even good - not sure how you mess those up. This was our go to place for mother's Day with our entire family for so many years but unfortunately no more. It's sad to spend money especially given how much things cost these days and not enjoy the food.

$20 for a absolutely horrible cheese pizza that tastes like it was made on Monday and served on Friday night!!!! One star is generous. Not only was the pizza awful, but the attitudes of the staff were no better and the restaurant looks like it wasn’t cleaned since 1994. I will NEVER step foot in any Villa Monte ever again. NO THANK YOU. My adorable Dachsund, that loves cheese, (yes the service animal) I brought in turned her head and wouldn’t touch a bite of that garbage I was served. Absolutely an awful and subpar experience on every level. You can eat a better pizza from a dumpster in NYC that tastes better than this garbage!!!!
