We order dominos A LOT and our regular delivery driver Brendan is the real MVP!! There is barely ever a problem and if there is they make it right immediately.
Im a truck driver for Dominos and have had a lot of pizzas from a lot of Dominos all over Texas, Oklahoma and Arkansas. This was one of the best pizzas I have ever had. Dough was proofed correctly so it had no bubbles, and there were no bare spots on the toppings where only sauce was present. Was made quickly and was really hot and perfect.
I love this dominos! They are easily the best pizza place in town. Delivery can take a little long - but that is to be expected as they are ALWAYS busy when I go in. The wait - whether delivery or carry out - is never excessive. The employees are always nice and do their best to create what you want and get you the best price for it. Will continue to be a returning customer!
This dominos location is slightly understaffed, people place "timed" orders, Orders which are placed well ahead of time for later in the day. When those orders finally show up on the screen for the designated time, then that order takes priority above all others because of dominos policy. If y'all are upset about wait times, we are sorry, we're going the fastest we can with resources! Have the day you deserve!
I ordered a 2 liter coke with my order one time and the delivery guy forgot it and then he said he was going to go back and get it. He got back extremely quick with a 24 oz coke and gave it to me, I think he might have just gone to the gas station trying to be fast and got the wrong size. But the extra crispy thin crust with pineapples, chicken, and bacon and roasted red peppers is really my life so I can’t stay mad forever.
One of the best Dominos I've ever ordered from, hands down. I've ordered from here many times and never had ANY issue with them. All of the employees are friendly and helpful for in-store pickups and delivery is always timely, and often times ahead of time.
My delivery driver Brendan, I do believe, has been so very professional and kind every time he delivers to my apartment. As well as the other drivers that have delivered.

I checked in online but still went inside the store due to the website not updating with the status of the order. The employee at the register with longer black hair was very welcoming and had fantastic customer service. He let me know the order was almost ready and would be a few minutes longer. All the employees working seemed to work very well together like a well oiled machine. The fact that it was a very busy night and the wait wasn’t much longer than 30 minutes was very impressive. Even though my order took longer than the time stated, the customer service and food made up for it big time. Our pizza and tots were delicious and perfectly cooked!! Will definitely be back to this location!!

We got a great deal 2 pizza’s, cinnamon twists, garlic twists and 2 liter of Coke, For $19.99. A lot of food, for a good price. Picked up in store. Inside store service was great.
I’ve only used the store pickup, but the pizza has been super delicious and made quickly. Once the cheesy bread was over cooked but I didn’t notice until I was already home. Every other time has been perfect 👌🏽

Usually good, there have been several times my order was not correct.
I drive a truck so I parked next door and ordered online. Pizza,bbq wings,bite size bread bites. All were cooked perfect and the food was hot. They greeted me when I walked in and when I left.

The pizza is SO GOOD, but prepare to wait a LONG time for it. I don't think they employ nearly enough people to handle the orders that they take. Just placed an order - it won't be ready for an hour and a half. Of course, it didn't tell me that until after I'd already placed the order. It has been the same the last couple of times. Hire more people! From now on, I'll go to Pizza Hut...
Only reason I’m not giving a 5 star to an over-loaded, under staffed home town Dominos, is I ordered online 20mins prior to my arrival, when I got there I went to get the my status of my pizza and was told it would be atleast 35-45min wait, at which point they re-took my order and I waited an additional 65mins, I was then told it was just being made. My complaint would be why have order online if is not gonna be takin online and ready upon my arrival/35-40mins as it stated online when I made my 1 medium pizza 1 order of cinnamon bread twist. So from the time I hit order on my phone to the time I actually received my pizza and bread twist, was 1hr 45mins. Which I’m very glad these folks are here serving me and the rest of the wonderful town, but let’s get the online stuff lined out..,
Took a little over an hour to get the pizza delivered. Then the driver wants to see the card. We have ordered multiple times, same card, same address. The point of saving your card information when you order online, is so you don't have to pull it out every time.
Called our order in to pick up. Process was easy. Went inside to pick up only to find the four employees working cause i can see them. Nobody came to the register for at least 10 minutes. Kinda felt weird standing there for that long. I know i was seen cause i made direct eye contact with all of them.

Our family orders dominoes regularly and unfortunately, the delivery service here is always sub par. The food is great but if you want delivery, anticipate an hour to two hour turnaround time, no matter what day/time you order. Additionally, we routinely have missing items from our order and have to call several times to get them delivered. As I write this my husband is having to drive to the store after we paid for delivery, tipped etc. because it’s been 30mins since the manager was made aware of missing items in our order. When we called a second time they were cavalier and said “do you want us to tell the driver when he gets back to the store?” I just said my husband would be there to get it instead. We ordered at 4pm on Thursday and it was delivered over an hour later with missing items. Going on 2hrs without my daughter’s food. We understand things happen but when you call to report it and the staff is completely indifferent about the issue, it’s clear the issue may lie with management.
Rude Individual running this place. His attitude was yet to be desired. Ordered online as I always do every Friday night. Yet couldn't get it right. The Price for the Food is well within Range. Yet when confronted about the issue the Manager gets a attitude. What happened to Customer Service. There's more than one Pizza Place in this Town.
The pizza was good. But I waited almost 40 minutes for the pizza. I walked in to order it, and was sitting right next to the register. I dont know if they called my name or not as I couldn't hear anything with the noise. I finally walked up to the register and was like weres my pizza? And then they were then like whoops here you go! I'll order delivery next time, itll be faster and I'll actually know when my pizza is ready.
Why do they have an app if they are going to have it turned off all the time? This works out well for the deals you can only get online. Used Pizza Huts app instead.
This store does not honor vegan order requests. I called to politely inform the manager that my meatless/cheeseless pies had been delivered with meat and cheese, and I was fairly compensated with store credit. However, when I called by phone to redeem my credit and explain the situation, my replacement came covered in cheese.

I placed an order for cinnamon sticks on the app. It told me it would be over an hour wait. I called the store to confirm if this time was correct and they said yes. My estimated time for pick up was 7:57-8:07. I arrived at 8:07 and the employee told me it would be another 25 minutes. I get they’re busy but I should of been told that when I called. Ridiculously bad service.
I placed my order online. I arrived 40 minutes after ordering. I was informed that “since people place orders the same time” I had, that my order hadn’t been started, and it would be another 20-25 minutes before they could get it ready. I opted not to wait and asked for a refund. I’m not sure if that was the truth, but if a pizza restaurant can’t handle fulfilling orders at lunch time, probably best I avoid that location. They’ve messed up my orders in the past, so this was finally enough for me to decide not to return. On a side note, if you drive a truck or van, avoid the drive-thru window. It’s too narrow, and they have poles and large rocks that you’ll likely rub trying to maneuver through there.

Very disappointed. I ordered at 6:49 PM and at 7:50 I called the store because there had been no delivery. The young man I spoke to said they were "incredibly busy" and it would be another 10 minutes before my order was put in the oven and approximately another 25 minutes before it would be ready to leave the store. With delivery time included it would have been close to two hours from the time I placed my order. Totally unacceptable and I cancelled my order. Normally I receive better service but tonight was a total disaster in my opinion. They had my cell phone number and could have called when they received the order and explained the situation.
My wife placed on online order at almost 6 pm. We live 20 min from town. We waited a few minutes before leaving and drove slow. By the time we got to dominos it was 6:30. We had not gotten a notification so we pulled in the parking lot and parked. One of the delivery drivers in black Z-71 came flying in the parking lot and almost hit us. we had our 2 month old and 3 year old in the car so we moved. We noticed the delivery drivers pull in get another order and leave. All of the drivers pulled in and parked then pulled out in a safe manner except for the guy in the black cat eye Z-71. He pulled in and out almost hitting any car parked in the middle where he parks everytime he came andleft. We pulled around to the window at at 7:03 we were told our order had not been put in yet that "Delivery" orders are priority . We were told it would be about 25 minutes. So we pulled around and waited. The black Z71 came in and out several times while we waited and waited until 8:40 when we finally got our order.
I am done with this Dominos. I have been a customer for 15 years, but lately the service has disappeared. Since the new move, I have been unable to order online. I called the store and they say my card was declined. 8 called the bank and they said the store declined my card. After dealing with this issue for months now, I give up on trying to reach the Store Manager. I have placed orders over phone in order to get both carry out and delivery. The last several times I have done carryout over the phone, which also required me to get my card information over the phone, when I went to the store the employees were rude. I would stand there, on multiple different occasions, waiting as the employees talked amongst each other with other employees who were clearly off-the-clock or their friends, before talking to me about my order that I had placed. The last time that I placed a delivery order over the phone, the girl who took the order failed to correctly apply a coupon which should have made my order cheaper as well as called me back afterwards to charge me for delivery fee which she failed to apply to the order the first time she charged my card. All in all, the professionalism and customer service at this location is completely non-existence. I would sooner go to McDonald's than ever eat at this Domino's ever again.
Ordered online for curbside at 7:30pm estimated time for pickup was 8:30-8:40. I get there and wait in the parkinglot for an hour, finally decided to call them. They bring my order out, I get home (I live like 3 minutes away if that). I open up my order and the pizza is COLD like it had been sitting on the counter waiting for someone to take it to me. TERRIBLE SERVICE. DO NOT GET CURBSIDE.
I truly wish that i could give this place a lower score than this. Everyday, the general manager and owner force the employees to dig dropped toppings out of the food catching bins. Which causes cross contamination, I have a friend with a severe pineapple allergy and he loves beef and sausage pizzas (those toppings are close together). Gluten-free people!! The store rarely ever trades out utensils to make the gluten free pizzas. There have been copious times where employees have been heard cursing out their superiors, as well as the other employees. The way that the general manager and owner decide to handle disputes within the workplace is agregious. Demoting a manager who needs the money because you like to show nepotism towards specfic employees is deplorable. Please use this review to better your store because the behaviors and actions within this store make it easier to trust my disabled, blind bird with making a pizza.
This place is horrible! Today we gave them another chance from prior screw ups. 30 minutes after the order, the pizza is not in the oven yet. Last order, there was no sauce on the pizzas. Done with Dominos! Deleting the app!
Ordered my pizza for carry out at 8:26pm said it would be ready by 9:45pm got there at 9:50 pm and was told they hadnt even started preparing it and it would be another 45 minutes. Didn’t care about us having to wait at all. HORRIBLE customer service.
So I ordered the chicken Alfredo and cinnamon bread online and they never started the order. When I arrived the guy said that it would be 10 minutes because they still haven’t started it. I was a little upset because I’m a trucker and I had limited time to wait. I have no complaints about the cinnamon bread. But The chicken Alfredo was less than half of the container about 15 pieces of pasta with about 5 small pieces of chicken. And I paid almost $18 dollars for it. And they asked for a tip???? And on top of everything else I also paid for Parmesan cheese and didn’t get that either. I’m guessing it was his way of punishing me for getting upset about my order. I don’t recommend that truckers order from here because they will overcharge you and then expect a tip.
Placed an order, it did not arrive. For the second time. At least this time they didn't take three hours to figure it out, unfortunately, this time I was not offered a replacement or a refund. Apparently their customer service leaves much to be desired, as I read down the list of reviews. Doordash some Little Caesar's it is cheaper, they can find your address and won't cover for their drivers' incompetence. **Update** The General Manager was polite, but dismissive, there are definitely other games in town.

I hate doing this bc you can see I give a lot of good reviews. We ordered a pizza that was with Marinara when we put on the order Alfredo. That's bc my wife is allergic to Tomato's. We tried to give them the pizza back and they said they would make another. After over an hour(at this time it's 8pm). I called back up and canceled the order bc we just made somthing out of the fridge. Remind you we have a 2 yr old(Hangry wife and child are not fun). When we called back to cancel bc how long it took, they mentioned they would credit us a Pizza. Granted it took me 2 months before ordering another pizza but all the sudden they couldn't find the credit. I'm firm on your word & morals but bc it was 2 months later they "couldn't remember it". I love Domino's but until they make it right moraly, I won't buy from them.

Called right when they opened at 10:30 & placed a fairly big order for my daughters birthday party. I prepaid for them & set the pick up time for 12:15. We arrived at 12:15 & was told they were fixing to get started. When I asked if they saw my scheduled pick up time, the guy said "uh yeah but we've been busy"..."do you still want them". 30 minutes later we got the pizzas. None of which were normal Domino's quality & we arrived at our party we were hosting 15 minutes late. Thanks Domino's.
Wow, id give no stars, but i had too, so i gave 1. Pizza hut was basically right across the street from dominos. And dominos would not deliver to the address that was literally 4 seconds longer than the drive from the hut! Talk about losing business. Guess they are doing really well. Keep up the good work DOM!!
I did the thing where you pull up and they bring it out to you so I said I was here on the app and I turned on my hazard which they told me to do 10 minutes later I still don't have my pizza and it said it was ready on the app 5 minutes before I got there. I called and they send somebody right out okay no problem. The pizza was cut wrong it was square cut I could live with that but it looked old. I'm pretty sure somebody got my fresh pizza and I got the old one.
HORRIBLE experience and food. It didn't arrive until 30 minutes after it said it would be. The pizza was cold and not even the ones we ordered. The thin crust was undercooked and we had to recook both pizzas. I would give it 0 stars if I could.
They said our pizza would be delivered at 9:30 and it did not get to our house until almost 10:00. One of our pizzas was cold and the other one wasn’t even what we ordered. They didn’t even cut through the crust on one of them. Very bad service all around.
This is the worst Dominoes I’ve ever been too. Yesterday, we ordered 5 pizzas for our large family, picked them up and drove home (10) minutes and the pizzas were ICE COLD. Called then and talked to the store manager Jennifer she said she would not refund it but she would replace the order, so disappointed to having ice cold pizza we decided to order it again tonight the ( replacement ) they told me I didn’t have a credit at first then put (JENNIFER ) on the phone who she said she is the store manager and the general manager and has no boss ! But is not the owner. She told me she is not replacing the order that it was out on time yesterday and that we were late picking it up. I was very kind and I said mam that pizza was ice cold and you said you would replace the order. She refused to give me corporate info and owner info and then hung on me. The worst experience we have ever had. Needless to say we’re done with Dominoes. We order twice a week and have always enjoyed it and now Jennifer has ruined pizza night, how disgusting she was towards us and our family, calling us liars, being rude and hanging up on me, so much for what the box says about replacing it and satisfaction guaranteed. What a joke. I want to speak with this owner of that location because she needs delt with about her attitude and the way she has treated customers. Very disappointed. I’d leave 0 Stars if I could.

At least 2 employees seen and looked at us walk back to our car and drive off. It was 10 at night and I figured I'd help y'all out by placeimg said carry out order but I guess y'all didn't want my business enough!

This was for my daughter's birthday party and they really let us down. No apology just excuses.
