Hannah was our server today and she was new and you could tell she was nervous. Just wanted to give her a shout out because she did an amazing job! We eat here quite a bit and she was working harder than most of the regulars that we see every week!

Was greeted this morning by a delightful young lady Emma C. She was helpful in submitting or breakfast order. My husband forgot to order drinks and she quickly stepped in to make sure we had drinks. Was just so pleasant to see such a servant heart in a job that many just stand there and have not a care. Food was delicious and service was splendid. That sweet young lady deserves a raise!

Absolutely phenomenal! The #5 Bacon & Cheese Whataburger is Texas perfection on a bun. Every time I crave that classic Whataburger magic, the #5 hits the spot like nothing else. That juicy 100% beef patty paired with crispy hardwood-smoked bacon and perfectly melted American cheese is pure bliss. The fresh lettuce, tomato, and pickles add the ideal crunch, and the toasted five-inch bun holds it all together without falling apart. Made fresh to order, hot, and customizable (not a fan of onions)—it's consistently delicious. Paired with their fries and a Dr Pepper? Unbeatable Texas fast food. Whataburger never misses, but the Bacon & Cheese is next-level comfort food. Worth every bite—I'll be back for this one again and again!

We came here after the Tarleton football game and figured we’d wait forever for our food because everyone else had the same idea-“let’s go eat at Whataburger”. There was a line in the drive through and a TON of people inside. Every table was pretty much occupied. We hopped in line and it moved very quickly. We were able to get a table and sat down and waited for our food MAYBE 10 mins. We were shocked! And all our orders were correct! Well done Stephenville Whataburger! I’ve never seen ANY Whataburger move this fast. Y’all were like Chick-fil-a fast! Keep up the good work!

Wonderful service and good! I had a small wait but was greeted and assured I’d be helped promptly. Eric was friendly, helpful, and made sure I was taken care of. Best I’ve seen in awhile. Maddie was very friendly when she brought out my order. It’s great to see people enjoying their job and serving guests. Food was hot and l delicious! Restaurant tables were clean, but the floor was fairly dirty. My fault for eating after 1. Still one of the best Whataburger locations I’ve eaten at. Great job Stephenville team!

Very slow waiting for Sandwich inside. I think the outside window customers got their food much faster. Took too long. Staffordshire cutting up.

Food is always great when they have people working that like what they are doing. If the cook on the grill is on his best game it's the best. But the service here is normally not so great! No exception on this visit. Four employees on duty at 3 a. m.. Should have been fast with only three customers inside and just us in drive-thru. Took 45 minutes. Enough said.

Staff was friendly but asked for no onions, both recipes said no onions, what came on the burger, Onions. By the time I found it I was back at home preparing to eat said burger, which had good flavor after I pulled off all the onions. Every one has there moments but when it cost customers it's a problem. Good thing I just really don't like onions and wasn't allergic to them.

The meal wasn't too bad, but the food took way longer than expected. If you're going to charge extra for a little tub of sauce you should probably give people what they payed for. My onion rings were so overcooked and tasted like oil and mush. I understand that they got busy shortly after we ordered but this is just sad. How can you look at that and think it's okay to serve someone? I'm just really sad cause whataburger is usually pretty good and reliable.

Waited I. Drive thru for 20 mi a never moved on outside line at 11:15am people in inside lane were only being serviced - us, jeep I. Front of us and black truck behind us backed out of drive thru and left Utter ridiculous customer service and unacceptable speed of service - there were 4 cars In front and they never moved

I went in and gave my name for the online order, as usual. They ran back to check on it, then brought out my drink (which I had to remake, since the app does not let you say that you don't want them to make it). While making my drink, my food apparently came out, but no one ever called my name or anything. I finished my drink, and was standing in the lobby area waiting for my food to come out. A few minutes later the worker who gave me my drink said to the worker at the register "he's right there." They then went to a customer facing shelf and grabbed an order and brought it to me. I asked why they never called my name, and was told they don't do that. This part is super dangerous. Any customer could come up and mess with food on that shelf, or even just take someone else order. I took my food and drove away. A few miles away, my passenger pulled out my chicken sandwich and handed it to me to eat. It was horrible. Obviously not a spicy chicken sandwich. It was extremely bland, and just tasted like breading. I tried to eat it anyway, but could only eat about half of it. As I was wrapping it back up to throw out, I noticed that the back side of it was covered in congealed grease. This makes me think that it was not even cooked recently (possibly why I got one that was not apicy). All in all, this has to be the worst experience at a whataburger that I have ever had.

literally used to go to whataburger every month on our anniversary but the last 4-6 times it has been absolute shit. the burgers are dry and old and the chicken (if there is even all the tenders) are hard/ stale. not to mention the fact that you dont get your sauces. havnt always been a hater, but $30 for 2 people and disappointment is not it.

Since the prices have increased for this place, Whataburger's food has gone downhill. First off, the drinks never taste right. Dr. Pepper tastes like Flavored carbonated water, and the root beer tastes like what the Dr. Pepper is supposed to be. If I want a drink, it should taste like the drink I ordered. Next, for my burger, I asked for the number one no pickles no tomatoes, I'm allergic to tomatoes and I just don't like pickles in general. They literally hit the tomatoes on my sandwich, and I had an allergic reaction because of it. They also had the pickles on my sandwich. My husband tried to get the attention of the people in the window, and they just completely ignored us. Will not be going back to this whataburger until they start doing better.
