Always do a carry out the in line always screws my order up so I call it in at 4 get there T 4:20 and it’s ready to go! The new crew rocks!

I've always been a fan of Little Caesars. The staff is always nice when I go there. Sometimes you have to wait for them to make more pizzas but that's usually during or after a busy time so it's understandable.

Good place to get a quick meal when you are short on time and need to keep moving. Decent pizzas, good customer service, and quick to serve. Wish they were at an easier to access location

Understaffed but very polite about it. Straight up told the masses 20 mins. Some Left, I ordered, hard workers that need a raise and earned the tio and stars.

The pizza at this location is really good! Out of all the locations Iv been to, the bread is made really well.

Good fresh hot pizza... Had to wait a bit... Vehicle that arrived after me , got their food first... Parking lot is ridiculous.

Ordered a no mushroom and got tons of mushrooms. I had no time to return to get another one but... my tickets said no mushrooms. They seem nice but my pizza was not good. Make sure to check the pizza before you leave.

Well the pizza is fine and all and I never have a problem with the timing but the breadsticks might as well be uncooked they're so doughy. Cook em just a few seconds longer to get golden perfection is all I'm saying.

Sometimes they go above and beyond on service, other times not so much. Sometimes they mess up a basic order, other times it's the wrong order. Every time I come here, it truly is a hit or miss. Pizza came out quick no wait but when I asked for parmesan she gave me the packets. When I got in the car we opened one of the packets and it was Pepper. When I went back in she said no that’s parmesan, I showed her and, she said that’s what they were told to give to customers.

Great... a whole pizza.. I think yall forgot to cut it lol

We have went here many times to this little caesers, each time hoping for different results. Every time we walk up to the counter, order 1 or 2 pepperoni pizzas and maybe a side of crazy bread. We only order things that are on the "ready" menu. The food itself is good. It is just not worth the wait. I have not actually timed it, but its usually over 15 minutes in store time to get food. Some times the pizza is not ready like it says it is on the menu. Times where it is, no one asks what your waiting on or anything else for that matter. It will be awhile before I try ordering here again. For anyone else choosing to eat here, i would say if you want to wait for it, go for it. As for me, I will just keep doing what Ive always done and stick with dominoes.

I am writing this review to show how poorly made my pizza is, to me it seems like it was a mistake, but also shows the laziness of the workers.

We were told it would be an 8-10 minute wait and asked to pull around to the front. 30 minutes later, they brought us the wrong order. 10 minutes after that we got our food. They had made a fresh pizza, but that didn't really make up for the wait. The crazy bread wasn't cooked all the way through and after nearly an hour wait, I just don't see how that's possible.

Service here is rough… I hate leaving negative reviews but people need to know. I put in a mobile app order in at 9:08pm and showed up at 9:45pm expecting it to be ready. I walked in to 6 other people standing there waiting. No employees in sight. The other customers said they were in the back. They walk out 10 minutes later and return to work. Standing here still waiting, no one comes up to us for another 10 minutes. Then a lady comes up and starts asking what everyone ordered. I guess their system broke, which I feel bad for. This location is just ran pretty rough.. My pizzas were sitting in one of their hot boxes so I finally walked up, gave my name, then I was given my pizza. Everything tasted alright - typical Little Caesars pizza. Just a little disappointed with the service because I was in a rush, but I feel for the lady employee too, once she came back out from the back, she was working pretty hard. Just make sure you give yourself plenty of time to order your pizza from here.

Check your order before you leave! I picked up a HOT and ready on my way home (5ish min drive) and when we opened it, it was cold cold and hard. I don't mind cold pizza, but not break your teeth pizza. Service was good minus workers sitting on the counter when I walked in. Will probably just order fresh next time.

We ordered a hot and ready pizza along with crazy bread. We were told it would be an 8-10 minute wait and asked to pull around to the front. 30 minutes later, they brought us the wrong order. 10 minutes after that we got our food. They had made a fresh pizza, but that didn't really make up for the wait. The crazy bread wasn't cooked all the way through and after nearly an hour wait, I just don't see how that's possible.

Paid for my pizza, was told to pull around to the front and they would deliver to me. Three cars behind me got there food and left. I went inside and waited 10 minutes for my food. All of the employees seemed to be confused . I asked for my money back but was told no one had the authority to do that. I left with no food or money. This place needs help. I will never return.

Due to the employee's mistake, they charged my card twice. I have gone to ask for my refund and they always come up with different excuses. The employee acknowledged her mistake, but the manager made me wait a long time and they did not return my money to my card, I wasted my time driving to stephenville from dublin to ask them to reimburse me for the charges that they doubled

Worst Little Caesars ever! Walked in to an empty lobby and stood in front of the counter for 10 minutes while the girl stood there and sipped her drink… Once she finally said something it was rude and unprofessional. Once I got the pizza to the house I realized it’s cold and stale.. Please fix this store!!!

Make sure to count your change when you pay in cash... I went to get 1 cheese pizza and gave her $20.41. When she handed me back my change she said, here's 15. I took her word for it and put it in my center console. Later that night I went to get the money out of my car and there was only 2 fives. Thinking back she had folded it and handed it back to me..saying 15 and I didn't question it. So be aware and count you change....I should have! This happened on 7/7/19 around 4:35. Watch out, out there...

On my last visit at Stephenville location I stood there literally about ten minutes listening to cashier and another employee arguing with out acknowledging any customers, I left without ordering and went to Pizzahut. Today I walked into same situation but it was a manager arguing with employee in front of customers. The employee broke it off and said hello to me and took my order, I feel he was more professional than the management, I did order, but it was the last time I’ll use Stephenville location and I suggested to the young man that he might want to look for a job that shows a little more respect for the employees and customers. ..

STAY AWAY from this place literally the workers are on something waited almost 30mins for to be “acknowledged” at the window i get being busy and being let known that they are swamped but this wasn’t the case no one was at the counter or any customer coming in and those who did came in for their food waited along time to be acknowledged the guy at the counter kept looking at us in drive through and ignored us i had enough when i realized there where 4+ cars behind us and knocked on the door to asked about our order and he looked so out of it and said “oh yeah i have that ready for you” and left to go get it we didn’t eat our food because he looked like he was on something and was genuinely tweaking

Sitting here at litt Caesars right now ,writing this review. Walked In to order some pizza I ordered 36 dollars worth of food the tall guy behind the counter shook his head at me like he didn't want to make it and told me it would be about 35 minutes I said that's fine he got an attitude with me charged my card then walked over to the open sign and turned it off. Very rude

Is there any rating in the negative range? I was excited when they came to town.....what a joke! I've always had to make subbistutions because they are out of most things. Was in there 30 mins ago no body in the parking lot no body in the drive thru and the manager is playing in the change drawer. I walk in and there's no salads so I say what no salad? She don't look up and says sold the last one earlier. I said that doesn't help right now. So she looks up and says" we'll have some later tonight" it was 3:30 pm. I'll never go back there.

Staff are always rude and dont czars pizza sucks most days I love the pizza cuz of the sauce there's the only one in town if there was another I would go there

They charged me 25 dollars 2 times, I have gone to speak 3 times with the manager there, and nothing is solved for me. I have driven from Dublin TX and they have not refunded my money, they are always excuses

Just called in an order for pickup and the chick that answered the phone gave nothing but attitude and sass and refused to let me have an order scheduled for a pickup when requested "there's already an order scheduled for pickup at that time" because its we'll obvious that they can't have two orders ready for the same time an hour away for pickup when they regularly have way more than two orders scheduled for pickups at one time on any given busy night. The worker was just downright lazy, disrespectful, and shouldn't even have a job there seeing as how it's still too much responsibility too just take an order or answer a phone in a friendly and responsibly with the right intent for the situation. Its almost if they didn't actually want me to order food. Lousy service and an even more lousy management crew for leaving this behavior unchecked seeing as how this is a common occurrence from this location.

DONT EAT HERE!!! I went up there with my 2 year old son. I told them i wanted a classic. I said it twice because they always get it wrong. The girl says okay. The guy then sticks a extra most through the bottom rack like its a classic. So now i have a doughy greasy extra most classic or whatever they want to call it. Called a dozen times before someone could pick up. The lady was dismissive of my claim and hung up. Employees dont care about you or your money. THERE IS A DOMINOES DOWN THE STREET!!!

I got a deep dish and it was burnt. Plus I got a pizza with no sauce and it was hard as a rock. Paid 5 bucks for a brownie and it’s so small definitely not worth it. Spent 70 bucks. Don’t eat here

I order a stuffed crust pineapple pizza with jalapeños on one side and I get this there isn’t even cheese on half of it and most of the toppings on one side one side this is unacceptable I payed for a pizza and get this abomination do better at your jobs and actually make a pizza right it’s not that hard

Our hand tossed pizza were thinner than their thin pizzas. Toppings were just tossed on and in about 1/3 of the pizza. I’m a fairly regular LC pizza person but rarely in Stephenville so ⭐️ only for them!

I was totally blown away that they even had them. Throw that crap away. Don't reuse pizza boxes.... Really Little Caesars???? And in front of people in the lobby??? Like wow

They pulled one out from under the ready pizzas with my name on it. My pizza was ready long before, and they didn’t bother to check but say that it was still in the oven cooking🤦🏻‍♀️just a waste of my time, same for the drive through, they keep u waiting outside the window for 10 min or more before they decide to finally show up. Pizza is great not gonna lie but the employees themselves do not go above and beyond to help a customer leave with a smile.

We went last Friday night to get a few of whatever hot and ready pizzas they may have had, but after waiting several minutes in the drive through line we were told they had no pizzas ready and that it would be around 20 minutes. Note: the car in front of us also left the store. It's confusing to me how, on a Friday night, they are not popping pizzas out left and right to keep up with the demand. They were definitely not understaffed. In addition to how many ever people may have been inside the store supposedly making pizzas, there were around 6 kids outside the back, just hanging out. I guess it is possible they all left the one girl inside, since it took 5 minutes to talk to the car in front of us, just for them to leave. I'm not sure what this can be other than a management issue. There was clearly no direction given to these kids working and no one seemed to be in a rush to make pizzas for anyone. We left, immediately called CiCis, placed an order, and picked it up upon arrival, because CiCis can be packed and still have pizzas coming out of the oven every other minute.

I try very hard to be patient but unfortunately this isn’t the first negative experience I’ve had at this location. Very disappointing :/
