Clean restruant, quality food, and a great price. Their fare always tastes fresh. It's like they just harvested their veggies and the burgers are exquisitely seasoned as are their fries and onion rings. If you are in Stephenville or are just passing through you have to give them a visit.

Good food. I didn't realize how good their chicken sandwiches are. The place is kept clean. The guy taking our order didn't seem to happy but maybe he wasn't having a good day. We will still go there again.

This was my first time going to a Jack in the box and it did not disappoint. I did have to trade my chicken sandwich with my boyfriend since I can't handle sourdough any more after my pregnancy so that was on me. I will say, it was delicious and looked exactly like what is advertised. The bread was bouncy and shiny, the chicken was lightly breaded so you actually got chicken and not the coating. The lettuce and tomatoes were clearly fresh, not weeks old and mushy. 20/10 recommended anyone to go!

So my Mom tells me that the mini tacos are always a must for any outing. I have never had an issue with any of my orders at any Jack in the Box and I have yet to order something that I didn't love!! 💕 The employees are amazingly friendly and pay attention to the order. I really don't have anything negative to say here!!

So on our way back from dallas we wanted to pick up tacos for the family like they asked and we stopped and dined in. Restaurant was clean and also accommodating for the social distancing. Bathrooms also clean but a light was out so it darkened. Staff was very friendly, does have handicap entrance and tables and also stall in restrooms. Thank you so much for your customer service

I've been ordering one of the burgers without a bun the last few times I've been there due to trying a carb free diet. They are very accommodating and take the time to make it look nice and neat in the container. The cashier is really nice. The place is clean everytime I've been there.

*** Update 04/2025. EVERYTHING WAS GREAT!! This location had a complete transformation and I was really happy with our visit. We visited on Easter Sunday in the evening and the drivethru was pretty quick. We got a variety of items including a Munchie Box which was super awesome for an amazing price and the new Nashville hot chicken bites. The flavor was really good and I would get them again. Customer service was great! I’m happy for this location and that they have had a 180 change for the better. Update 12/2023. Still not good. Thought I’d give it another try since it had been almost a year and I believe new management. Although the food was hot, it was not great. The tacos were very sad. The burger was wrong and nuggets were missing. It wasn’t even worth going back to ask for correction. The young man working the drivethru acted like he had better things to do. Went through the drive thru and even though they didn’t take long the food was horrible. There was chunks missing out of the hamburger patties and the food was not hot resulting in the cheese being cold. I was sick all night after eating the food and won’t be back.

5/5 stars! I'm a huge fan of Jack in the Box, and for good reason! Their Curly Fries are absolute perfection - crispy, flavorful, and ridiculously addictive. I could devour a bucket of them in one sitting! And then there's the Original Two Tacos. A classic for a reason! The combination of seasoned beef, lettuce, and cheese in a crunchy taco shell is pure magic. The service is always quick and friendly, and the prices can't be beat. If you're a fan of fast food that actually delivers on taste and quality, look no further than Jack in the Box. Get the Curly Fries and Two Tacos - trust me, you won't regret it!

Very friendly staff and good food but it was FREEZING in the building on a freezing day!!! The A/C, not the heater, was blowing icy air. The staff, who were also cold, said they didn't have access to control the thermostat. That ridiculous policy needs to be fixed.

Timing was quick and food was average. Only issue was the touch screen on the universal soda fountain. Elbow grease required to select a Dr Pepper from that machine!

Good food good service. Only complaint is that the drive through order board has no cover. If it's raining you are going to get wet. The second window is covered so food stayed dry.

sadly one of the worst reviews i’ve had to write. 😔 the chicken strips were really good, but those mini tacos just won’t cut it. they should have a little more spice inside and have a crispier shell. coming from a former dr pepper lover, the dr pepper tasted exceptionally horrible. that disappointed me because the dr pepper at JTB is usually the best out there. i’ve also noticed lately the curly fries haven’t been as crispy as they used to be back in your prime days. my last complaint is that you left poor Jac all alone as the only cashier.

Food is always good... when they have it. It seems like everytime I stop in they are out of something. But ti be fair, most places are waiting on deliveries and with the driver shortage it is making things crazy out there.

I've eaten here many times with several friends, who ADORE this place. I don't mind it myself. THE GOOD - The food tastes good and usually comes out in a relatively timely manner, and is usually hot. - The workers respond very quickly and often seem relatively enthusiastic about performing their jobs. THE BAD - This particular store seems to have an issue with under staffing the establishment. Show up during a lunch rush and you may notice the staff giving 120% and still getting behind due to their sheer lack of manpower. - While they do clean the tables and try to do the job in a timely manner, often they don't get to clean the table but about once every 3 customers, again simply due to lack of manpower. - During even small rushes the food takes longer to get out. As far as I can tell, this is once again due to their constantly being under staffed. FINALE The establishment gives you what you pay for. Sure, they could improve if they kept a few more people working at the same time, but it could be far worse. Their biggest problem is they only ever keep 3-4 people on the clock at an establishment that gets more than enough business to justify keeping 5-7 on the clock.

I am not a big fan of fast food. That said, at the lunch hour it became quite busy. Staff handled it well. My food was ok. My grandson had to show me how to use the soda and ice machine. Fascinating! Empowering. Very handicapped accessible.

Food could have been better, grilled chicken sandwiches were dry and bread very hard, curly fries cold and old. The first time I got this it was really good, guess it depends on who is cooking. I will stick with the other places for the grilled chicken sandwich, Peacocks and Wendy's and Sonic.

Breakfast burrito was made with old eggs, and a whole beef patty. Went back up there and got my money back. Don't recommend breakfast after breakfast hours.

The customer service is horrible. Employees were screaming at each other in front of the customers. They argue but who does what and when an order is wrong, whose fault it was. It's sad because customer service today has gone to hell.

Went through drive thru, ordered large curly fries and 2 “sweet” iced teas. At the window the boy had a very bad attitude from the beginning and was very busy joking around with the other guy. Handed us our curly fries and 1 tea. Told him we had ordered 2 “sweet” teas and he was still busy giggling with other guy. He said “What”! We again explained we ordered two “sweet” teas, he rolled his eyes and said no you didn’t you just ordered one. Then instead of making it right he wouldn’t give us our “sweet tea” until we paid. So we told him to just forget! The two boys died laughing and made fun of us as we were driving away. Upon opening the sack we had a small order of curly fries and 1 “unsweet tea!” We all make mistakes but he was rude and arrogant.

Just got food poisoning from Jack in the Box in Stephenville tx. I Do not go there. got a burger and fries a while back, door dash. I only ate half my double meat cheeseburger 🍔 and my fries 🍟 and woke up around 3 am sick, upchuckin! Definitely was sick after eating that🤮

Every employee for the past 5 years has an extreme attitude problem. Bottom of the barrel. The owner needs to clean shop and hire a whole new crew from the managers to the crew. As well as this place is out dated. Very trashy people who make you question the quality of the food. I stopped eating there cause it’s just not worth it. There drama going on when you come inside to place your order. Very hostile vibe going on in there. They care so little about their job how do I know they wash their hands.

Drive thru took 10 minutes to take our order . Sat at window for another 25 minutes and had to tell them 4 times what condiments we wanted . One order of fries was wrong and 4 different people waited on us and had to tell them 3 times we hadn't got our drink . I use to work there and be a single car in line no excuse why it takes that long . One employee was walking around with trash on both shoes . Won't be going back. First time in 5 years to go tonight NEVER AGAIN .

I ordered through the app yesterday. My mother went to pick up the order. Waited in line for about 30 minutes. Then was asked to pull up so they could bring it out. She waited another 15 to 20 minutes. This is usually no big deal but once she got home not only was food missing but was not prepared as ordered. I tried to call multiple times no answer. Then no receipt. The thing that stinks the most is unfortunately I've been dealing with RA flare up so couldn't drive and she is taking cancer treatments so neither of us were able to return to the store.

Service sucks and the only person that could speak English is the manager by default I'm sure. I ordered a meal that was $3.99, I asked for cheese and my total was $5.29. I then asked how much cheese cost and she told me 40 cents, I'm not a math major but can do simple math in my head and knew that didn't add up. So I asked again how much cheese cost and again I got the answer of 40 cents, I then pulled out my phone and clicked on the handy calculator app and did the math $3.99 + $.40 + tax (8.25%) and I came up with $4.75. So I somehow was being charged an additional 54 cents for some reason. I asked why that my total didn't match what I had figured, her response was because the computer tells me that... I ordered this same meal a week ago at another JIB and my total was $4.75 just the same as I had figured on my own. I ordered the meal without cheese and paid for it, after that transaction was done I asked if I could buy a slice of cheese she told me... get ready for this.... sure your total is 42 cents. I couldn't believe what I heard and she was completely clueless to what had just happened, I explained that I had just paid $4.33 with tax for the meal and the 42 cent slice of cheese would have totaled $4.75, when I tried to explain it she told me the computer told her that the total she gave me for the meal was the price and if I didn't like it to call corporate, so that's exactly what I'm going to do!!! I would be embarrassed to walk through life with the mentality of this lady, and these are the same people asking to get a minimum of $15 dollars an hour to perform this kind of work. SMH.

Order on the app. Sat there for over 15 mins. In line at the drive thru with only 4 cars in front of us. Pulled up at drive thru; told them we had a mobile order. They stated ok pull up to the second window. After sitting in drive thru for another 10 mins, get to the window to be told they don't have our order. They said they can't even make the food until it comes through but we can pull up to the front and wait even longer. Keeping in mind, they won't make it until they get the mobile order. Even showed them the phone that we ordered and already paid. They were more worried about getting us out of line so they won't get in trouble than making their customers food. They need to learn customers come first. I don't recommend anyone going here.

For starters the person taking orders should at least act like they want to be there. 10/3/20 at 2230. Ever who that is at that time should find a new job. After multiple times telling him how we wanted our order and him reassuring us he had it right. Well guess what, it still wasn't right. Dissatisfaction. 30 dollars and can not get it right.

Probably the worst Jack in the Box I’ve been too… they didn’t used to be so I don’t know what happened. The lady that takes orders at the window every time I’m there is really unpleasant and rude. Not to mention she forgot part of my order, my two year olds nuggets, and since I’m 30 miles away there’s no turning back to get what she forgot to put in my bag.

This was the nastiest fast food restaurant I’ve ever seen. The floors, the tables, the restrooms. The staff got there food and left the counter unattended. The fountain drink machine Had no ice, and everyone of the sodas we tried were flat and hot. Finally got some ice from an employee and had tea. We were the only customers inside, I can see why!! The food was not good. We will not be back. Disappointed!!!!!!

Waited in the drive thru for 30 minutes with two cars in front of me. Finally got to the window for the lady at the window to stick her bare hand in my churros because there was a fry in them from the fryer and to get home to cold stale curly fries. I literally spent almost $50 and waited 30 minutes at Jack in the box when I would have been better off going to an actual restaurant for the same price and time with better service.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I tried this Jack-in-the-Box when I first moved here three years ago. It was absolutely horrible all the way around. Today, we heard there was new management so we decided to give it a try. After waiting 35 minutes in the drive-through, our order was wrong. I took back the sandwich and they made it again. As I was leaving, I checked on it, and it was still wrong. When I brought brought it back, the kid who was making it started laughing thinking it was super funny I had to return twice. Three of the other workers were standing around on their phones. The food was not edible. My children couldn’t even eat their chicken tenders because they were burnt. $50 in the trash! I now know never to go back.

Upon entering we noticed a strong, horrible smell. We were eventually addressed by one of the 2 employees and told they’d help us in a bit. We waited a while at the counter noticing how dirty the food prep area looked. The odor dismissed our appetite and lack of service convinced us to leave before ordering. On a previous visit a couple of months ago, I was charged more than the price on the menu board. The manager, Christian, stated this was due to a corporate delay in a new sign. However, the register’s prices were current! He had zero customer service skills. I attempted to contact the corporate office with no success. We will not be returning to this Jack in the Box.
