Stopped in here on Saturday, we sat at the bar, our bartender was Ashley and she was great. I had the small sirloin from the 3 for me menu. It was fabulous, best I have had at any Chili’s. My husband has a crispy chicken sandwich, he enjoyed his meal too. We were in at happy hour, I had a glass of Chardonnay and our bill was under $40 before tip.

Our experience was very enjoyable. Although the restaurant was fairly crowded we we're seated quickly. Our server was polite, professional and thoughtful. We waited a while but our meals were certainly worth the wait. I enjoyed the triple Fajita meal and my daughter enjoyed the chicken and waffles. We topped them off with Strawberry lemonade. Delicious!

My bean burger was over cooked, however the manger replaced it without hesitation. This is the first time I've ever had to send anything back. I'm a regular and my experience has always been top notch.

Outstanding Service at Chili’s! I had an amazing dining experience at Chili’s, thanks to our server, Isabella Hernandez. From the moment we were seated, she was warm, attentive, and incredibly friendly. She made sure our drinks were always refilled, checked in at just the right moments, and provided excellent menu recommendations. Her positive energy and professionalism truly made our visit special. Went today and left because we couldn’t sit at a booth. There were plenty available but the man in charge said they currently only had one server so we couldn’t sit on the side of the restaurant where the booths were available. Maybe he should have jumped in and helped out with the serving since they only had one server. Managers should be able to fill any position that needs help. Too bad we had to go elsewhere because we were really hoping for Chili’s.

August2025: THINGS FIRST.......Diana has wonderful customer service 💯 🌟 's . I hope the store manager see's this. She went above and beyond meeting every single needs we ask about. also while multitasking with other customers. Checking on other customers continuously as well as checking on me and my aunt continuously she made strong personal connections with all her customers. Diana greeted us with a happy smile took us to a booth and proceeded to help me order lol because it was my very first time to Chillies. I feel silly saying this but yup been living in stockton for 34years & first time here 😌. My parents go here alot and say the food is wonderful. I will be coming back, when I don't know but will be back. We did the 3 item lunch specials. I got the classic Margarita on the rocks, man that bartender really knows how to make a drink 🍸 😉. The chicken enchilada soup was so CHEESY 🧀. I got the smash burger but I don't like thousands Island dressing so I had it with Chipotle sauce. This was my first time at a Chili’s and was really impressed. Service was good for how busy it was. Had the chips and salsa to start with, loved that the chips were warm and salsa was tasty as well. For my dinner item I got the double BBQ bacon cheeseburger. It was SO amazing and juicy!! It didn’t come with too much BBQ sauce so I asked for a side of it. I overall liked my experience there and will definitely get Chili’s again (wish I had one where I live)!!

The food is great and the drinks are tasty. However, the lighting is too low. This makes the atmosphere almost stuffy. Plus, there is almost no type of privacy and it gets too loud to order or talk. But, the food is beyond delicious, therefore your plate is always more than full. You could get good bargains from here. Lastly, the service is fast and all the waitresses are kind.

Came in and sat at the bar. I'm not sure if the bar top was cleaned with bleach, but the smell was strong. My eyes were irritated even 30 minutes after I got home. The service was also very slow. It took a long time before I was even greeted. Once I was acknowledged, the service was very good.

The bar is where I sit!! Best place in the restaurant to watch some football and eat some wings. They have new giant tv’s that give you a great sport experience for you and your friends. The food is delicious and atmosphere is better now that they have those tv’s LoL Hope you go and watch your favorite sport, have fun!

Food was hot, flavorful, good amount of portions & came out fast. However the blackberry margarita I ordered was pink instead of dark purple like the picture advertised & tasted nothing like blackberry AND our server noticeably checked on the tables/families around us more often then our table. She even avoided eye contact when walking by our table when we needed drinks refilled, plates cleared, napkins & wanted to order dessert. The only difference I seen was her skin color matched the people at the surrounding tables & not ours. I refrained from telling her something. When we go back & if that happens again I'm definitely talking to a manager.

Staff was pleasant. I enjoyed the atmosphere. My group ordered three desserts and one was made different than the others. That is my only complaint. If you put carmel and chocolate drizzle on one do it on all. All in all we had a nice time.

Update: Sunday, May 19, 2024 PM Favorite server: Faith! My son likes Chili’s and I usually just go along for the ride. But recently they’ve been hitting a home run . Tonight they were out of mozzarella cheese sticks which was disappointing. But because I had the app we had complementary chips and dip. The chips were OK…the dip is like tomato juice…NOT good! Of course we ordered off of the three for $10.99 menu. I’m sure that’s what 80% of the people were ordering. They were very busy. We had to wait about 10 to 15 minutes. We both ordered the Smashburger. It was very good. Cooked to order. Pink inside. Still juicy. Seem like quality meat. I added an extra patty to my burger $5. The drink comes with the deal. I had iced tea. My son had the raspberry tea. I had the cream of potato soup which was OK. Nothing special. My son had a salad which he enjoyed. I opted for broccoli with a side of mayo instead of french fries. My son had the fries which were OK. Considering how busy they were the service was OK. For all that, our bill was under $30 for two people. Compare that to McDonald’s outrageous prices. No wonder Chili’s was so busy! Everything was hot and fresh including the chicken strips except for the RIBS. The ribs were miserable! Dried out like jerky. They should’ve been thrown out and not served. It was not medium but it was still OK. Seems like quality meat. I was happy with it and I would order it again. Instead of fries I had the Mexican style corn on the cob. That was very tasty. My son ordered a steak with mashed potatoes and he was happy with that. If you check in the app every 45 days and make a minimum of five dollar purchase, you get complementary chips and salsa! We were planning on having lunch at another restaurant in the same area but it had closed so we headed over to Chili's. It was crowded but there was no wait to be seated. Wait staff was very friendly and the food was good. I had the Margarita chicken lunch special which was excellent! Perfect amount of food. Inexpensive and comfortable. A little noisy but nothing unreasonable.

The bar here is always a fun place to sit at and the booths tend to be cozy, as well. Last time we did have very poor service with the waitresses and food but hopefully it is just a one-time thing since the food here is usually delicious. The chocolate lava cake is most definitely a must to enjoy at the end of the meal!

The front entrance door windows were filled with handprints. Those windows should be kept clean and entrance area clean. I told the front desk to pick up napkins in lobby. I did request to clean my table and seats. The front desk person did it for us We would have done it ourself...We like a clean safe disinfected environment.Maybe the front counter person can be responsible for the entrance. Our server who took our order was great.

A nice place to have a meal, by yourself or with a group. The restaurant is big and can accommodate groups of all sizes. Thr food is good, but the service is better. We had Safari as our Server, and she was nothing less than spectacular. She was quick, and we never had to wait for her to come around. Very pleased with her work. We had a party of 6 and had a really great time.

Service was good and the food was great! I had the Honey Chipotle crispers and waffles. They did not disappoint, I was getting full after eating 2 of the 4. I managed to save one for breakfast and wow, just as good if you reheat in a toaster oven.

Chili’s offers a consistent dining experience typical of the chain. During a busy Monday night, the service was efficient, with orders accurately fulfilled. The staff was friendly, contributing positively to the overall atmosphere. As expected, the quality of food matched that of other Chili’s locations, reinforcing the brand’s standards.

Good food and good environment. The prices are not bad and the place is kept clean. I eat a Chili's a lot and can tell you they are not all the same so when you find a good one like this you tend to go back.

We go to Chili's probably once a month for dinner. We enjoyed their specials and rewards program. It makes eating out economical for couples. Our goto's are the steaks and burgers. Creatures of habits we may be, but it makes ordering easy. I am currently in a wheelchair so getting in and out of restaurants has been a focus and Chili's did great this last visit! They sat us close and I was able to get in and out without any issues unlike the last time. However, their restrooms are a handicap nightmare if you are in a wheelchair alone. None the less we love dining here and will be here month after month as long as we can. We love watching sports and cheering on our teams, eating chips and salsa, having soup and salad and a meal together. The staff are always nice and the people are always having a good time. Every visit is different, but every visit we leave wanting to return again.

This evening, I took my family out-to-eat and my lady chose Chili's! We had about a 12 minute wait without a reservation and that was not bad at all!!! I ordered the Chicken Pasta, which was topped with Shrimp, and I had Garlic Bread. The Pasta was seasoned well, but the Burger that my lady had was lacking in that department, so she only ate half of it. The restaurant was pretty busy and I'm sure they try their best to keep it clean, but there was dirty napkins/paper towels on the ground. Chili's Staff were very friendly and the customer service provided was top tier!!! We loved their energy and to me that showed how much they enjoyed their job and the workplace!!! They took good care of us and we'll be back in the future!!! P.S. they had a $6 Special Margarita that my lady got and she liked it, especially for that price!!! 🫡🫡🫡 My family and I returned to Chili's on 8/18/24 to celebrate my Brother-in-Law's Birthday!!! We got seated faster than expected, enjoyed our meal, and enjoyed our evening!!!

It has been a long time since we dined in with our friends. During the Pandemic, we have picked up our Meals to go. We always enjoyed the 2 meals for $25 .. Appetizer salads or Chips n Salsa. 2 Entrees ( Margarita Chicken with Mango Salsa topping with Rice n Veg n My Hubby chose Chicken Pasta n dessert to share with my Hubby. We usually like the Strawberry Cheesecake but they were out. So opted for baked big cookie n Ice Cream. The Manager Letty was so friendly, considerate n helpful. She informed us the Meal deal 2 for $25 will be discontinued this month of June. Saddened by that news. As Seniors .. we enjoy good deals.

It was super hot inside when we got there. The heater was on full blast and made me sweat. The food took a while to come to our table, but was good and fresh. The waiter didn't bring us the dressing we asked for to put on the salad at the beginning. Also they didn't refill our drinks till we finished our food. I have become quite disenchanted with Chilies over the last few years with all the menu changes. This particular location had good service. But the seating was uncomfortable, and do they not offer complementary chips and salsa more?Unfortunately, the bathrooms were gross. I felt like I was in a random gas station bathroom. Even fast casual dining locations have cleaner restrooms. The only good thing about this location was the service.

The overall experience was fine. I chose to sit at the bar because it was just me. That turned out not to be the best choice. It took a significantly long time (>6 minutes for the bartender to acknowledge my presence. I actually had to wave at her to get her attention). That was a big turnoff. Nonetheless the food was fine after I finally received it. Just wish the bartender was more attentive.

I did a order and pickup. I order my food( 8:15) inside and waited at the bar for it. It very long for the food to be ready even though I was the only one there. I got my food, went home and when I opened up my box my so called Fajita dinner was sloppy and all over the place. The meal cost $20.00 and some change. I guess If I had ordered and ate inside my food probably would have been better looking and better tasting. This happened on Dec. 19/22

The reason for our visit today was because we received a gift card, so we decided to try chilis for the second time. I placed my order online and my husband went to pick it up. He waited outside for curbside to bring it out to him after checking in. He waited 20 minutes and no one came out. I called the store multiple times and no one answered. After waiting and additional 10 minutes he finally went inside to grab our order that had been sitting on the counter for what I am assuming was 30 minutes. When we sat down to eat, his burger had onions which I requested to be taken off, my pasta was incorrect. I ordered chicken and got shrimp instead (I'm not a fan of seafood). Our food was cold, so we had to reheat it in the microwave. Although our soups were delicious and cheesecake was good, we will not be returning.

Poor service can kill a whole date. Everything was going great until the server came by and took our plates away while my mouth was full of my last bite of burger. Didn't ask if we wanted anything else and didn't let me finish my fries. Rush you in and rush you out forget service.

Had to leave - let them know I never got the salad and why so much for the dessert that should have been charged with the lunch special? Was told I should have ordered it with my friends' specials and there is nothing that can be done. What? My daughter is a server and I know they can make things right. Had to leave, already late. Not a fun experience.

The hamburgers were good, I had better from other restaurants. It didn't look overly busy inside.

My wife ordered the 3 for me but didn't want a fountain drink and asked for an alternative such as chocolate milk. The waiter gave her a chocolate milk in a carton which was fine but didn't advise us on the additional charge. We also ordered the molton lava cake the smaller add on one but was given the large full size one and charged full price. Word of advised just to be very thorough with your waiter so you're not charge for unwanted items or wasn't advised on additional charges. Food was great but will go to Applebee's instead.

Avoid this Chili’s if you’re looking to experience the magic of their 🩷wicked💚 margaritas. They don’t serve the cocktails with a wand or in the correct glass (I had to ask for a margarita glass) 😢

The waiter tried to order for us. I tild him no onions i was allergic. My food still came out with onions he had it re-made 20 min later still no food and my date finished his already. So they "comp'ed" my meal i never recieved

The service was not good & the food was stale and cold. It wasn't busy and it was my first time going. It was clean I'll give them that but my experience could have been better

Placed an online order (1/8/23) for carside pickup. Arrived 5 minutes early and checked in via link on app. After 5 minutes AFTER scheduled pick up, tried calling restaurant to get an update. Cycled through on hold 3 times ("press 1 to continue to hold") after which was disconnected. Finally, at 10 minutes after the long-estimate for my order being ready, got out of my vehicle, in the rain, and went inside. After expressing my frustration (politely) to the first employee to approach me, was told "I have nothing to do with that." Asked for a manager. A gentleman came up and listened to my experience, asked my name, and handed me my order that had been sitting on their shelves behind register with a very soft "sorry about that" as the only response. Left, still quite frustrated and to no surprise got home and the food was cold. WORST experience ever. Will NOT return to this Chili's and will second guess going to any other locations in the future. This used to be our favorite place, but the menu has changed, and service has gotten horrible. Lots of other places to dine at a similar price point and better food and service.

I visited this specific location in the summer of 2023. The waiter begrudgingly took our order. Food came out long after, but we conversed to pass time. The food came out & was subpar for chillis. The waiter barely acknowledged our table. We left very,very disappointed. So why right a review now? Because every time we are in the area, we always decide to go to chillis. We click for the closest one on maps, and we are excited to go. As soon as we turn onto the street of this location, we instantly recall prior visit & we all say "Nope" make a u turn and drive to the next one in Manteca, which never disappoints. Just don't bother with this location it has a theme in the reviews of bad service,bad food, & bad management. Which is what happened tonight. We drove past flip the u turn now we're in Manteca @ chillis.

Ordered pick up several times. My order keeps getting messed up. Missing items wrong drinks. Salad all brown and slimy. Food unable to eat because of the sandwiches were all Grissle. I finally complained to the manager. I was told my money would be refunded. It never was. I called again and was told it would be refunded. Never happened. So waisted 50 bucks on food we couldn’t eat. Will never order from here again

Got to the restaurant and no one greeted us. Waited for a few minutes and the Bartender came to greet us, and it was apparent that everyone was cleaning. I checked my phone and saw that they were closing at 10pm. It was 9:20pm. I said " oh my bad thought you closed at 11pm we can go across the street to BJs". Bartender assured us it was fine and there was plenty of time. Well that was a lie. Food was barely cooked, tasted awful, and got the pleasure of laughs and giggles from the staff in the kitchen... I will never eat at Chilis again. Good luck if you do. I would definitely get there early and hope the staff is having a good day!!!!

Wouldn’t be writing this review if the situation got handled but it did not. On march 15th I ate here with my children and ordered the 3 for 10 and 2 kids meals. Paid by card on the little machine at the table and requested my receipt be emailed to me. Upon getting home I checked my email and seen the receipt in which I was wayyyyy overcharged. I called the restaurant and spoke to a man and told him what happened and gave him my check number that was in the receipt and told him who my waiter was I believe her name is safari. She was nice she just didn’t ring up the order correctly. No big deal, It happens. Easy fix… He informed me that her shift was over and he could not reopen the check without her. He took down all my info and said he would be calling me back. Well here I am 3 days later no call back no refund on my bank statement. Also they didn’t have ANY wine so I tried a margarita I requested something not sweet.I got it and tried it and I didn’t drink it at all it didn’t taste good to me. That also should’ve been taken care of. So I paid more than double the amount I should’ve and am still waiting for it to be fixed.

I ordered the turkey sandwich 🥪 with fries 🍟. The Sandwich was sloppy and nasty. Look nothing like the picture. Was not cut onto pieces. The fries were cold. Also ordered a cheese burger 🍔 with fries. It was cold and nasty. I will not ever in life eat at chilies again. They don't deserve the 1 star.

Sincerely, I would recommend to start to buy your own food and make your own food at home. All of these restaurants don't care about anyone or anything. All they care about is making more money and using more and more cheaper stuff that is synthetic instead of worrying about People's health and their well-being

Sunday June 18 2023 on Father’s Day. I walk in and got seated right away with my 2 boys After a long fun day at six flag. We place our order and got our appetizer and drinks pretty fast. As we waited for nearly 1hr and half and was never check up on by the waiter who took our order. She never bother on updating us or asking how we were doing. Air Conditioning was cold too so my boys were cold and tired of waiting. But she sure check up on other people around her. We saw about 5 other tables get severed before us when we arrive before them. Our order wasn’t even hard to make. We never got our food so we left. I was pretty mad at this experience. I’ve been to multiple chilis and the waiter always check up on us to see how we we’re doing. I had a pocket full of cash waiting to tip the pretty young lady too. But we got look at a different way. Step up your customer service. Show some integrity and own up to it. Didn’t even get a apology or sorry.

very poor service. We went there on Oct. 31 night.. it was so busy. finally, we get a table for 8 & sit down. We order appetizers.. It takes long to receive all of our orders. She forgets to bring basic things to our table like silverware, napkins, saucers, cups.. When much time passed by, & it was time to order the entrees, she tells us that the oven does not work so we can't order beef, they don't have this that sauce.. I wish she had told me earlier. So, I would have gone to another restaurant. on top of that, portion sizes were so small.. & they serve us a burnt piece of chicken. She replaces that piece of meat with another small one. We had to request for everything a few times like cups, saucers, silverware, plastic bag.. With such poor service & we had to wait so long to receive the food.. we decided not to go back to this restaurant. Too bad because I went there after several years. The food is just average.. dry, not much flavor. . & very small portion sizes for high prices per order. After the poor service given, a discount +senior discount would have helped on the full bill. There were 2 seniors in our group.

I arrived at the restaurant at 7 pm they explained the would seat us in an 1hour as I waited 2 groups of a party of 6 were seated after hearing the hostes inform them it will be a 35 minute wait. I was not pleased with the service , after the wait the table was not ready and still had to wait. I will not return to this Chillis. Our waiter J was the amazing!

Worst place ever. DO NOT EAT HERE. MANAGES VERY RUDE. HAIR IN OUR FOOD. Tolits are always full never cleaned or flushed. This place should be SHUT DOWN ASAP

I asked for a medium rare steakand got this. Yes it was that thin. I wasn’t going to send it back because then I’d have to wait longer. The cooks just don’t know how to cook steak.

Totally unacceptable. Ordered a meal for two thats supposed to come with a cheesecake dessert. I decided to get it to go. Thinking they would get the order right but no cheesecake. I received broccoli instead! So disappointed

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Absolute disaster with the new staff. Completely unprepared and clearly overwhelmed the moment things got busy. I waited over half an hour just to see someone stroll in and get seated instantly. It turns out they knew the workers. Martin did his best to justify it, but honestly, he just rambled nonsense and made everything sound even worse. Poor guy didn’t even seem to know what his actual job was. If that’s the kind of example being set, don’t hold your breath for anything resembling good service here

I ordered the triple dipper with sliders plain tenders and mango habanero wings. The packaging was poor. The mango sauce is on all my other foods. And the chicken tenders are so thin and over cooked it tasted like chicken jerky. My cheese fries are cold and old. The cheese is literally hard. I ordered to go with door dash. I work directly across from them in the shopping center. The dasher walked my order to me in less than one minute from pickup. This food was absolutely disgusting.

The food was terrible!! We ordered chicken nachos and they gave 8 chips with beans and chicken on top of each chip. Idk who calls that a nacho. The chicken wings with Nashville hot sauce was sooo oily. The chicken was floating in oil.
