Bad quality and breadsticks were like fingers ticks so thin and small l, pizza wasn't cooked all the way

They skimmed on the Crazy Sauce. I politely asked if I could get more or another since the sauce was half empty and she replied saying, “That’s just how much we give for the sauce.” Yet the next guy who was handed sauce literally had his cup completely full. So I know that isn’t the case. Genuinely the cashier gave a vibe like she just didn’t want to go back and get more or fill mine up more. Disappointing since I paid for this sauce. Was my first time ordering from here and will not be ordering from this location again. Will just continue ordering from the Hammer Lane location. I do not recommend this location if this is how I will be treated and that is how the employees will be acting.

I went in for a Hot & Ready pepperoni & Hot & ready Cheese pizza, no cars outside, not busy. There were only 2 pepperoni pizzas in the Hot Box's & zero cheese pizzas... they didn't even offer to put a cheese pizza thru the oven for me, they just said they didn't have any cheese pizzas... so I got the only 2 Hot & ready pepperonis they had, & an order of bread sticks... 2 garlic butter sauces & a marinara sauce & it cost me $32.00 out the door!! UNREAL!! I worked at a lil carsars in Eagle Mountain, Utah as store manager... this type of service here is worth corporates attention! Because not only will I never go back to this location, I will make sure everyone I know don't go to this location either. Sorry guys!! Sorry to my Sizzling Platter family!! You may need a better GM ... ?? Give Me call if you need a new manager. 🤗

i, i order the 5 meat pizza, when i received my pizza iI went into the car,, i open thr boz and was very disappointed with what i got the meat was not melted into the cheese, and it was very geasy as if the pizza wasnt freshly made,..I went back to talk to a manage explain ..how disappointed Im with my pizza, he didnt say a word to me.... All I have to say, Need to stop making short cut, do your job right, its not fair for the customer,

This is how they service their customers, this is the third time. I look as he boxing other orders they are all burnt. Also I asked him if he would eat it he said no. I then asked why would you service it to your customers, he just said oh i can remake it. Refund no thank you because he said thats their oven. This is horrible, I gave the the benefit of the doubt 2x but no this is unacceptable.

The worst pizza I have ever had. Let's start with it was drowning in grease. Crust was so thin why bother. And it wasn't even cut. Only marks where slices should be. Ordered 2 Pepsi's. Out of Pepsi. Out of the dessert I ordered. All paid for in advance. They tried to give me the wrong pizza while mine sat getting cold cuz I was told it wasn't ready. And an oh well attitude. That dark cardboard in then pic is solid grease. I'd give zero stars if I could

I ordered bestest cheese pizza from this store first time and they gave me old one may be prepared for someone else it was hard as a brick , congratulations you ruined little ceasars for me forever 🤬😖this was my favorite pizza until now

So for me who just recently moved out here to Stockton and was wanting little Caesars bread sticks this is how they make them ? All dried and crusty. My kids wouldn't even eat them. Will not be getting pizza or bread sticks from here again. 👎

Not to throw this little ceasars under the bus but literally they just dont offer hot and ready or any type of drop in ready pizzas you have to order atleast half an hour to 1 hour before ypu want your pizza ... and some days, they just shut their oven off but don't close their doors... They just tell you were not making pizza at the moment.... Empty pizza ovens.

This is supposed to be an extra most bestest looks more like a classic with extra cheese I waited 30mins for this!!! I would rather drive a distance than to ever go back to this location!

This isn’t the first time I come to this location and they have “given my order away” if I order in store it takes hours and if I order “hot and ready” they give it away. If I could give 0 stars I would. So disappointed.

I don't really don't understand why is so hard for some people to do their job righr. Anyways check your boxes before walking out of this store this is the second time they don't give me waht i order. Unfortunately I checked too late.

Try to be more helpful with your customers! 1st, if there people in line waiting, turn just turn your back with your customers, be professional and say, one moment I’ll be right back! 2nd, your portal is unreliable, if customer will pick up and order and you guys put the order in separate container, leave a note to make sure customer will get there orders complete!! Very unprofessional and lazy!

If I could give 0 stars I would. Ordered for a pickup at 9pm, this location is open until 11pm. They were already out of ranch so I had to choose other dips when I came in to grab my online order. I would have overlooked this but the thin crust pepperoni pizza I got was so undercooked it was NOT edible at all. Also, it had looked like someone flipped the box on its side or dropped it because it was all folded over itself and looked horrendous, stuck to the box and falling apart because the basically raw dough. Literally just a waste of time and money. Also looking into the kitchen in the BOH it looked like a mess with crusty cheese and meat all over the prep area.

Stood around for ten minutes waiting to order. Two people ahead of me. Took nine minutes for the two people while I'm watching a girl empty the cash register and I'm next and a lady walks in and the guy helps the lady like I haven't been standing there. I said this is the worst service and will not go to this Little Ceasars again

This location NEVER has hot n readys! If you are looking for something fast DO NOT COME HERE! I ordered just 1 hot n ready at 7:30pm and just barely received it at 8:03pm! And this is not the first time I have to wait this long at this location that’s why I had to come on here and write this review. It should not take this long to make pizza and even if it did what happened to hot n ready? Idk what those workers do all day but they ain’t making no pizza’s. Please get it together because I will take it higher up with district manager if this happens again!! I am sick and have been waiting more than 30 minutes for a so called “ hot & ready “ !
