Food was hot and fresh. My burger was stacked well and not muddy and all over the place. Fries were great. Friendly gentleman at the window. Pittsburgh needs retrained by Florida employees.

Love this Wendy's!! The food is always fresh , hot, and well put together. Never have to worry about making a mess of yourself!! They are consistent , at least they have been when I have visited. Highly recommend for a fast food establishment!

I had went through the drive through late tonight, and the cashier who took my Oder was very kind and I had nice welcome followed by “what’s the name for the Oder “! The cashier was very patient ! And my Oder was done right food was great

Always a polite staff drive thru and dine in. Saturday they had a wonderful lady up front named Brylynn who was patient with our huge order. I used to work at Wendy’s and had to take a deep breath when 5 4 for 4’s came on the screen but they didn’t change their tone and she even gloved up to help the chef make the order! Gotta give credit when you get good customer service and service these days. Thank you management team for getting it right on your weekend crew!

I would recommend this Wendy's to everyone. The manager (Helen) was so sweet. I went inside to order right when they were switching over from breakfast to lunch. Helen let me get half breakfast and half lunch for my order. Most places won't do that. Their breakfast is amazing. You have to try their cheesy tots. Their a limited time item made to order, so they are always fresh, hot cheesy, and delicious. Their cheap too, my son and I love them. I dont know when they are taking them off menu again but I hope the make them a year round item. They keep the inside and outside very clean. They have handicap parking with ramps. They also have larger stalls in the women's restroom for the handicap. I don't know about the mens restrooms but I'm sure their the same. They don't have a playground for the kid's to play on, but they do have a few nice tables outside with umbrellas for shade if you don't want to sit inside. They have a key tag frosty promotion going on right now where you buy the key tag for $3 and you get a jr frosty free (1 per key tag) with every visit for all of 2024. The kids will love that, I get mine every visit. :) Overall I like this Wendy's. It's got a great atmosphere, the employees are very nice and good food. I highly recommend giving it a try.

The manager is a great person because she believes in our young youths. Providing employment opportunities to the young and eager, keeps them off the streets and striving for independence. I love the chili. However, how fresh is the food if it is delivered frozen???? Nonetheless, the food is delicious!

Those poor employees, short handed, backed up and I'm sure, dealing with jerks all day because it took so long. The young lady at the window was very kind and smiling and I felt bad they were so busy and shorthanded. It may have taken time but everything was perfect and regardless of how she was with all that, she was smiling and carrying on, thank you!

I don’t care for Wendy’s food but my husband and daughter like it. When we came, I ordered through the app for drive thru pick up with a few customizations but nothing crazy (add ketchup, no onion, etc.), with a kids meal also included. When we got home to eat, an adult sandwich was in the kids meal confusing us for a couple minutes because the customizations were wrong which added to the confusion and there was no toy in the kids meal. I called after we ate (I wasn’t gonna drive back) and spoke to Tracy the manager. I just told her that we were disappointed with such a simple order gone wrong and she immediately offered a meal replacement for a different day. She was very kind and I was already satisfied, then she offered free frostys and asked how many we would need. When I went back a few days later for the replacement the other manager (i didn’t get her name) handled the order herself and was also very kind. I do not think Wendy’s is very good at all, but customer service sure helps it taste better.

My family and I went here today for the first time since moving to the Tampa area and this establishment is *EXCEPTIONAL*! The food was hot, fresh and delicious. The atmosphere was clean and inviting. Also, we came into contact with multiple employees during our visit and every single one of them was so very friendly. I spoke with the manager, Chris, to compliment his establishment and staff while we were there. This type of experience at a fast food restaurant is rare and this place deserves ALL THE PROPS! We will definitely be back.

The usual drive thru. Food was good. But asked for specific condiments and they acknowledged my order but didn't fill it correctly. The same as always. Can you just put some ketchup in the bag please... And a ranch sauce. Not honey mustard or anything else. Just one ranch.

My boyfriend and I have dined inside and it was a good experience. I’ve gone through the drive thru and my order is usually on point. I always have to say light on the mayo cause they over do it with the mayo if you don’t. It’s honestly really disgusting. I also was not happy today with the girl that handed me my food saying “here” with a rude attitude and with a face on her. I mean I also get they are all kids working in there so I’m not surprised at the same time. But if you’re going to make someone hand people their food you need to put people who are friendly and who has a smile on their face instead of people like that with an attitude. I was perfectly content with the guy who handed my drink to me and asked to make sure I’m the one with the one who got a small soda. He was very nice. I don’t know where he went but this could have been a 5 star review if the girl didn’t have an attitude! No one wants to go somewhere where there’s people like that. I had to bite my tongue.

The food from this location is good, but they mess up your order all the time! Can’t even tell you how many times I’ve had to go back inside to have them fix what I ordered! Only ketchup and cheese? Sure, have a burger with everything. Kids cheeseburger? Let’s add some bacon to that. Their errors happen all the time! Food is tasty though.

I was stopping in for a quick pickup but ran into a line. I almost drove around it but decided to give it a shot and was glad as I did. The line moved quickly and my order came out fresh and hot. everything I ordered was in the bag and the food was perfectly made and could of been an ad picture. Next time I'm in the area I will go again.

My experience at this particular Wendy's was ok... I ordered a burger but it was close to closing time so they only had chicken... but they did still make it like a burger except with chicken in place if the beef patty... I feel like they redeemed themselves... it was ok.

Well, it’s a Wendy’s fast food. Not much to expect from it. Food is average like every fast food and service was horrendous (drive in) but again, did not have any expectations! What is crazy is how much fast food cost nowadays. Over $20 for 2 meals is unreal considering it’s garbage food!

Wendy can be a hit or miss for me honestly. I don't go there with fine cuisine expectations, but sometimes they're on point and others you feel like they want the place to close down. So far for me the only safe options have been the salads, the chicken sandwiches, the baked potato and the lemonades. Everything else can be a gamble.

Hello Wesley chapel, this is Dave's favorite place. Obviously he started the business. Banter aside, this is your average Wendy's with what you expect as far as Wendy's quality goes. I did order a Dr pepper and it did not taste right but I drank it anyway. What can I tell you about? Wendy's you come here when you're fed up with the other places and you're just looking for change. I don't believe people come here because they love it. I believe people come here because they're looking for something different that day or it's out of convenience. Wendy's quality of fast food in my opinion has Waned for many years. I could be mistaken but then again I could be right.

Not the best experience but also not the worst. It must have been the late night crew, they were either short staff or working on cutting the drive through time. There were three cars waiting on their food. They got my order correct and my frosty was amazing.

Update- went back into store after no returned called and the manager replaced entire order. —- They obviously don’t know how to count here. Ordered 3 orders of 10 count nuggets and each one was missing 1-3 nuggets. And it sucks we didn’t count them until we noticed at home. Called and left a voice message, no answer yet. Update - called days ago and left a message .. still no call back. Never going back again

It's a fast food restaurant. The food was fast. The coke was flat. The loaded fries I ordered were delicious, just the right amount of cheese and bacon. I also ordered a bacon-ator, which was loaded and delicious as well. The food was great, the soda was flat, and the service was right on.

I was looking for something fast. This was fast. My order was taken and prepared quickly. The restaurant looked clean and in neat. Staff was friendly. Getting in and out of the parking lot takes a bit of patience because it is near the highway. There is a lot of traffic in the area.

The food is typical Wendy's food. I had a Dave's Double and a small Snickerdoodle Fosty. It cost $13. I was just surprised at the price. I dont eat fast food but maybe once a year so there was some sticker shock going on.

We used the drive thru which is now AI and when we left, we realized our order was completely wrong. My husbands sandwich was cold, and my salad was wilted. They fixed our order, and luckily we looked because we had a 5 hour drive home. Get rid of the AI and have a person take the orders.!!

First time trying this Wendy's location! First of all the dining was close! Which was disappointing.. The fries were tasting good! But the burger was to oily i've never tasted a burger as oily as this one! It was terrible. But the employees were nice and friendly.

We walked in the dining room and were the only customers in the whole place, including drive through. All employees, including the manager, were all standing around. We were not greeted with a hello or a smile - the guy at the registered looked like he would rather be anywhere than there. We ordered our food as a dine in order, but we’re given it in Togo bags. The soda machines were not working properly and the screens looked like they had not been wiped down in days. The dining room was filthy. Napkins were all over the floor, tables with ketchup smeared on them. Behind the counter was the same way. Spend your money somewhere else.

First of all the service was just.. idk one of the workers on the speakers were just rude and giving me an attitude while i was ordering when i repeated my order cause i thought they couldn’t hear me and they said “ok i get it” in a rude tone instead of giving me an attitude you could’ve said something like “i got that already” line took forever cause some lady was ordering the whole menu, but other than that the fries, nuggets, and the sandwich was good but i probably will not be coming back here.

It's fast food, so you know pretty much what you're getting. The service was slow with everyone waiting for their food. They do not post their value menu pricing any longer. They still offer it but it's the 4 for $4 items and you don't know the price until after they ring it up. The burger and fries were barely warm. The table was coming apart and the bathroom was just gross.

Nasty Wendy’s with poor management. chairs and tables sticky with the kitchen grease. Fast food? Forgot it the delay an eternity with just nuggets and a cheese burger. And the worst the place isn’t even full. 2-3 groups of persons.

I have been at this establishment for many years and this is the first time I say, "DON'T RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!". the place was fine the second I came here, but it was the service that counted to be good. When we found that the chicken nuggets were not on the tray, i told this lady at the counter, and straight up lied that it was there! She wanted evidence of the tray, and receipt. I was with my family at the time and they took the situation up to her and ended up getting those items back! She even distracted us from eating by shoving chair. This was the longest time for me to say that this place is going downhill!

Services decent food is pretty good however when you spend $45 on food here and you ask for one additional sauce so you can make sure your wife has enough they want to charge you $.50 at the window after you’ve already paid terrible management to not take care of your customers in that scenario

One burger patty was cooked and the other on the sandwich was almost completely raw after a long wait time. I ordered a lemonade and they gave me strawberry lemonade instead which isn't a big deal, but worth mentioning.

Very slow service. They only take and process one order at a time. We waited five minutes to have our order taken while we were at the counter and there was only one order in front of us. The hamburger meat was cold and they didn’t salt the fries at all. (Saw them come out of the fryer and get placed into the box.) the drink machines were out of most flavors of beverages and the staff failed to greet us at all. Disappointing since this used to be a good place to grab a quick lunch or evening meal.

There was no order, the management at this store is terrible. I waited 30 minutes for my food while sitting inside while everyone from the drive thru had to keep returning to have there orders corrected. The employees have no direction. NEEDS A MANAGEMENT UPDATE!

Stopped by this Friday evening. It was not even busy. I had 10 of us in out group. They tood us we couldn’t eat there because there wasn’t enough help. Are we not past that yet? Went to McDonald’s down the road and they had plenty of help.

We went to this location because we had placed our mobile order in a different location and it was canceled due to shortage of staff. When we pulled up into the drive thru no one answered so we pulled up to the window and there was two employees there. When she saw us we told her we had mobile orders . Not only was she really rude when she asked for our names but she told us next time go to the drive through and let her know in which she should of answered when we were sitting there for ten minutes ! Not only she decided to say something again but she decided she’s going to talk to someone else in the background. He was also rude by cursing towards us. Will never go to that locations on again !!! Get better staff or manager !!!

Worst experience I've even had at a wendys and will not be going back! Asked for fresh food and everything they gave me was cold and tasted like it had been sitting for atleast an hour. Got a burger with bacon and recieved 0 bacon on it! And of course I didn't get my receipt so I can't complain and receive a partial refund or something for my troubles. Will be going somewhere thats not wendys for now on.

Went through the drive-thru was told to pull up and wait for my food. Waited 15-20 min's. I had to go in to get my food and still had to wait even longer my food was cold! It smelled love like dirty mop or dish water inside. Still didn't give me all of my sauces or receipt I ask for.🤷‍♀️

Just went here for breakfast and they had a $3 deal. I also added an orange juice. It was almost $8. When I confronted her she told me I didn’t specify that I wanted the deal and STILL ran my card anyways for the larger amount even tho I confronted her and specified the $3 deal. What a joke. Ripping people off around the holidays is especially messed up. She needs to be fired. Larger lady with no teeth (no offense, just describing her).

12:00 noon. All doors locked. Only drive through open. Called and spoke with manager who said they are short staffed and can’t open the door. Then hung up the phone on me. Horrible horrible person and reason. It seems this is an ongoing problem here. Also saw people have bugs in their food. Calling corporate. This place needs a new manager.

The staff hasn't a clue of what they are doing. Even after ordering everything myself on the self checkout, the task of combining the items deemed too tedious for the attendant at the register. Now I find myself having to drive back to get the missing items. Never again

I used the self order system, they called me and had the wrong order, then, a customer returned the order, which it was opened by the customer, they re-wraped it and tried to give it to me, I told them that they can't give open returns to someone else, she discarded but no apology, instead, she seem to have an attitude. They can learn so much customer service from Chick-fil-A.

Whoever manages this office deserves to be fired - I’ve never walked into a workplace and heard someone be so disrespectful to their employees. Literally SCREAMING at them as if they are beneath her. Zero stars for that god awful woman. The reason for the rest of my review is because they were out of BEEF AND CHICKEN NUGGETS! And forks! I had to bring my meal home to eat because I wasn’t going to eat my potato with my bare hands. Clearly whoever handles the ordering (probably the same woman screaming at everybody) needs to get it together. They didn’t even tell me about the beef by the way - when I got home I noticed it went from a baconator to a sad chicken patty Clearly there needs to be more training and organization at this location. 5 stars to the employee who showed up and took the yelling from their boss and still helped us with a smile on her face.

Don’t order on Uber eats! They will push your order back by 30-60 minutes if they don’t have baked potatoes or whatever your order anymore, instead of just canceling your order and refunding you. They won’t answer the phone when you call to ask what the hold up is. If you go in person they will charge you for the baked potatoes then give your fries. Total waste of money.

There was an employee who gave our order to someone else, then proceeded to give us all of the wrong drinks & frosties, and fully wrong sauces. Made us wait for about 20 minutes just for sauce when we went back around to get them, let alone the time we waiting for our food to be remade.

Stood inside to order, but they would never come to the front counter and acknowledge. I'm not sure what the problem was because they spent 10 minutes putting together an order for another family (mom and two small kids) but never even said it would be a minute or something. Finally left because I was not going to start questioning what was happening. Will not go back to this location.

Waited probably 10 minutes to order ( had 3 cars in front. Another 5 at window to get food . Which if it was fresh I wouldn’t have complained !!. But It was nasty cold and old !!! So why such a long wait !! 4-5 people around window area standing around so not short handed . There wasn’t some long line ( little line cause u had to wait forever to order food ! Definitely won’t waste my time there again !! Yuk !!!

When I say customer appreciation is a must, don’t argue with a customer that an item is no longer available, when that items was just ordered 6days before at your location! But the best part, you’re still bashing your customer when they pull up to pay! Not professional, nice or even considerate! Wendy’s, you need to do better in training your staff! Teach them how to talk to customers but most importantly to lead by example! What example did you teach your team acting that way!

I have been here several times and each time I have requested no salt on my fries. This is not just a slick way to get a fresh batch of fries. I really needed an order of unsalted fries for my mom who suffers high blood pressure. Every now and then she would ask me to get her some fries. Each time, I went here and waited for the order I would still get fries which to me seemed to have been extra salted as if it was purposely done because I requested no salt. It can not just be a careless mistake each and every time. I will never order from here again.

I don’t remember how exactly to spell her name but we were treated very poorly by an employee Zhania. She messed up our order and we did not receive everything that we had paid for. The order total came to $18. When we left we found out we were missing our sandwich and we went back in line to kindly explain this to her. She told us that everything was correct and that we had never ordered the sandwich. She told us that we were first charged 15 and then hands us “our receipt” with a total of $10. This was not our receipt and when we told her this she told us that it was in a very nasty tone. She then told us that she didn’t care and yelled in our faces. This is by far the worst customer experience service I have ever seen. I will never be returning again. Ridiculous. If i could leave zero stars I would.

They have the fancy AI menu but the frosty machine is probably from 1995 and still doesn’t work, the kids working there were ok but they’re at the mercy of the crap ass owner and management. Wendy’s used to be good but this one definitely isn’t, just shut it down.

The slowest fast food I’ve ever seen in my life. I don’t even eat fast food but I’ve had to come here as a last resort twice and I want my $ back. Hot mess! Cold food, slow service. I won’t be back but you could definitely send me a check. SMH!

My husband and I literally put in our order was told to pull to the window. We were literally Waiting in the drive through line for 25 minutes. Only to get to the window and get attitude from the staff there! I absolutely do NOT recommend comming here.

I was taking my time to pick out what I wanted and there was nobody else in the drive through. I was talking to the AI and getting 1 extra on the salad. The employee comes on the line and yells "ALL OF OUR SALADS HAVE CHICKEN WHAT KIND OF SALAD DO YOU WANT!". In a disgusted tone. Like at that point just tell me hey get out the drive through we are too busy at 7:00pm you being the only customer in our whole building. Like damn I just needed more time.

Beware there is AI technology taking your order. I give my order of one Dave's single with cheese and ketchup only and a regular Dave's single. Med order of fries and a frosty. The employee cuts in and says the machine for frosties is broken. I was unable to confirm my order due to this interruption. I pull up to the drive thru, pay for my order and was given my bag of food. I then requested salt and ketchup. The employee hands me pepper, I had to re request the ketchup. After I drive away, I find two burger cheese and ketchup only. I was given pepper not salt. I called the manager and advised of issues and told him to have the employee in the drive thru to take the damn earbud out of his ear so he can hear his customers requests. I have had issues with this location before. Never again!

We have never been able to order food at this location. It doesn't matter what day of the week it is the kids that work at night don't want to actually do their jobs. Tonight was the last straw for us. There was only one person in line and they were just sitting at the call box waiting to order. We sat there for 5 minutes and still nothing so we went to McDonald's which was crowded but they got the order and it was correct. The wrong Wendy's was shut down.

Drive-through was horribly slow. 4 car line and it still took us over 40 minutes to get our order for 2 people. There was almost no dining room traffic either.

Went by at 7 PM on 22DEC24, the doors were locked and there was what appeared to be a homeless man inside. The drive through was open so not sure if they were locked due to inadequate manning but that still doesn't explain the man inside. Decided not to eat there due to the situation.

We spent 30 minutes getting 3 drinks. Waited without moving in the drive thru line over 10 min. Went inside to find some employees standing around chatting. Drinks were fine, but absolutely no sense of urgency in serving customers.

This place has the worst employees. I only ordered a sandwich and potato wedges. Yes, 2 items and had to repeat myself 4 times because she kept getting it wrong. When I got to the drive through window, she didn't say one word to me. No hello or anything. Handed my bag to me and didn't even say Thank You. How do you stay in business with zero customer service. If this was my employee, she would be gone. And they want $15/hour. What a joke!

The drive thru has a new AI system that takes your order. Once I was finished, the AI messed something up. When I pulled up to the window to pay, I asked this around 40-50 year old woman who sounded like she chain smokes cigarettes if she could fix my order. She proceeded to throw a fit and give me an attitude. She then was surprised when I had an attitude after she initially gave me one.

Crossed a very busy street from Wesley Chapel Toyota where my truck is being serviced to Have breakfast here and what I learned is that I walked up to the door at 1015 am following A fella in Wendy's uniform Who had walked back in from a black Mazda, as he walks in a head and me and locks the door 10 feet before I get there. I call in and I ask Chris why that was the case. And he said that there's only 2 people on staff. And that they don't want people in the store. How am.i to get my app ordered food??? WALK THRU THE DRIVE THRU??

The absolute worst drive thru and staff I've ever encountered. They use an ai voice to text to take your order which doesn't get it right. The staff is rude and apparently move in slow motion as I sat in the drive thru line for over 30 minutes for barely warm fries and nuggets. Avoid this place.

10:13pm on a Thursday(it says they are open until 1am) ….sat at the window saying hello for a while. No answer. Just a bunch of workers in there hanging out ignoring the cars like the plague. Guess no work ethic exists anymore.

I ordered food here and was served raw chicken. I almost fed it to my toddler before noticing it was uncooked in the middle. This is a serious food safety issue and could’ve made my child very sick. I contacted Wendy’s about the incident and included details and photos, but I still haven’t received any response or follow-up. This makes me question the location’s food handling practices and customer service. Very disappointed and concerned.

Stopped for lunch today and ordered a single Wendy's burger,already had drove off or would have taken it back . Burger wa s almost cold and looked like it had been made a few hours prior. I will not go back .

My wife just came through and ordered two meals that were wrong. She ordered two meals on the app and the app was giving her issues, she wanted regular nuggets instead of spicey BECAUSE IM HIGHLY ALLERGIC TO SPICES and she brought it to there attention and they said “that won’t be an issue and I will fix that for you now”. (I was on FaceTime) If my wife wouldn’t have taken the first bite I would be sophisticating on the floor right now. We live in Zephyrhills and will not make a half an hour detour. I already notified corporate from your website and want to be refunded for the entire meals. We couldn’t even eat are food because the main part was wrong. If one of us arnt reached out to soon I will be reaching out the next day. I may be blowing this up but this food could have closed up my airway and killed me, I used to work for this company and regardless if this is franchise or JAE, you cut corners tonight.

I came to the this location and the person at the window was nodding off and looked like he was off drugs or something , I was then given this chicken sandwich the one on the top is how it is supposed to be and the one at the bottom is what i was given. I ate almost half of it before realizing so i called up the store to tell them how they might have given me food poisoning and the person on the phone which sounded like the person at the window because be was slurring his words just sat there and mocked me. im overall very disappointed and would like to hear from management about this.
