This location has, by far, the freshest and hottest food in the MANY area CFA's I go to. Fries are hot. Sandwich is hot, bun is fresh. THANK YOU! Service was what you expect from CFA as well. Thank you for keeping the CFA standards Truett Cathy established and not allow busyness diminish that.

12:12 pm Aug 1, 2025 .. going thru the drive thru (white explorer ) , This location is my local Chick-fil-A , I pull up and the woman says “Glo? Right ?”They really do remember their customers .This staff is very kind , professional, and they always have associates who give great customer service .. The few times I’ve had errors in my orders , they’ve always fixed it and made it right . The location is always clean and a very busy location , they do a great job managing this location . If I could give them 5 more stars I would ! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Even though Theo spoke to a manager about it and it’s being taking car of here is proof. I ordered a scramble bowl let me tell you I was disappointed it looked like scraps not an actual egg scramble. My fries were the worst CFA fries ive had. They were cold, saugy, and like chewy. Just gross. Couldnt even eat them, especially bc they forgot my sauce. And my nuggets were good, but totally cold aswell. I ordered for pickup, and my order wasn’t ready when it got there. I waited, then when it was finished, I grabbed it immediately, so the food shouldn’t have been as cold as it was.

I've been craving the pretzel bacon sandwich. I finally stopped. Over 13$ for a sandwich and a yogurt parfait! What a rip-off! The parfait was decent but the chicken tasted like it was cooked in old burnt oil! I'll never go to Chic-fil-a again!

Assistant director was a jerk. Complained about me using $100 bill, then they gave my food to wrong person and said it was my fault.

They do their delivery through doordash and when there’s something wrong it falls on doordash. My items came reeking of smoke. My drink was covered in little tobacco leaves. I noticed when I went to take a sip of my drink the little black ring on the napkin and pieces of dried tobacco. I was trying so hard not to throw up. Threw everything in the trash right then and there. Was directed to call doordash and of course doordash won’t give a refund. They need to go back to using their own people for delivery or just not do it at all if they don’t want to help their customers when there are issues like this. It makes the quality of food and customer service go from 100 to 0 very quickly.

I went there for breakfast , noticed my meal was some what high for what I get. The cashier outside had add a classic bear on my order. I went to take it back an was told I could not return it without the card. It's crazy for a mistake they made. I have to come back a third time. My last time eating there.
