Always very attentive and the food is very delicious, with a lot of variety.
This place is great they have a large selection of food. You really get your moneys worth and the crew that works There is very friendly and helpful. I love going there and I recommend it to everybody.
Not too bad for the price. I only eat kosher, so there weren't a lot of options. But, still had enough food to feel full. Maybe I got there a little too early. As when there was more of a crowd, a new chef brought out more kosher options. So, all in all, happy to have stopped in. Thanks.
Stopped here out of chance and was very pleased with my experience. Staff was happy to customize rolls and there was a large variety of food from the buffet. As a house cleaner myself, I will say that the toilets were impeccably clean.
Unlike most Asian buffets that serve crab only on weekends, this place offers it even on weekdays. The rotating sushi setup is fun to watch and allows you to enjoy sushi right at the bar. It’s a great spot to enjoy a variety of dishes at a relatively affordable price. The cashier, likely the owner, kept a warm smile throughout. Though the interior feels a bit outdated, it’s clean. The food quality isn't top-tier, so I wouldn't recommend frequent visits—but overall, it’s a solid choice. Long version: Most Asian buffet restaurants usually serve crab only on weekends, but this place offers it even on weekdays, which is a big plus. They also have a rotating sushi setup similar to conveyor belt sushi, adding a fun visual experience. There's even a sushi bar connected to it where you can enjoy prepared sushi on the spot. With its relatively affordable price and wide variety of dishes, it’s a great place to dine casually and enjoy the experience. The cashier, who seemed to be the owner, was smiling the entire time, which added a welcoming touch. One downside is the somewhat outdated interior, though the space is kept clean. The food quality isn't the best, so I wouldn’t recommend coming here too often. Still, aside from that, everything else about the place was quite impressive.
I haven't been to this restaurant in a long time because of a family birthday. I didn't expect that there are so many kinds of sushi now, and the taste is very good, very fresh. And we came at just the right time, a month of New Year's events and snow crab legs. The family had a good time. We'll be back again.
This restaurant has been a favorite for a long time. I recommend it to everyone who is looking for a good place to eat for either lunch or dinner. I have always appreciated how many food options they offer at the price they charge. Everyone there is really nice too. Lately I noticed they are adding to their existing menu and I love the updates! They have new sauces on their sushi, different styles of sushi including seared rolls. 🤤
This buffet was recommended to us by our uber driver. We didn't know there was a place like this in Stockton. Food is good for the price. They have a good selection of Chinese viands. The sushi boats were limited, but good. You can also order or have the sushi custom made. Servings for custom sushi are big so be mindful if you want to order full or half servings. The sashimi are not that fresh and slices are thin, but still good value for money. They also have an unlimited beverage machine and some desserts.

Seniors [60+] get 10% discount You can now dine in. Nothing different from pre- covid. The AYCE food items are the same and you have the sushi boat. If you're coming when it's just opening up for dinner, there could potentially be a long line that moves pretty quickly. Leaving the door open leads to flies coming in during the wait time, which makes it annoying to eat. The staff were very friendly and made rounds to collect the empty plates. Call ahead to order for pickup, much quicker. Usual wait time is about 20-25 minutes.
Stop here to eat cuz it said Sushi 🍣 buffet. Sushi was OK, the remainder of the Asian food was Buffet style. Dishes where hit or miss some really great and some just meh... The restaurant was very clean and the servers were very attentive.
This is mainly about the sushi. The nigiri is okay. The raw fish isn’t very fresh and they add too much rice. For the small plates of rolls on the sushi boats, they are decent. The fried rolls are good but only when made fresh. They give you the option to order custom rolls which is nice. Don’t use the bathrooms because they are NOT clean. Their salt and pepper chicken wings are really good. The batter is delicious. Edit: 1/14/23 - went to go get dinner and the dinner price went up to 21.95 from 19.95. I asked about the “chef’s specials” on the sushi menu and they said they didn’t offer any. At least cross it out if it’s not an option. Anyway, the oysters were fine. On the sushi boats they offered a squid or octopus salad and the salmon nigiri had much more fat than what’s usually served at lunch. They also had more sushi on the boats that had more raw fish on top. Other than that, I don’t think it’s worth the dinner price and would just go for lunch here. Edit: 1/31/26 - came with my sibling for lunch. I saw eel nigiri on the sushi bar and it was actually pretty decent. The salmon nigiri was fatty but didn’t have much flavor without adding soy sauce. Some new items I noticed included wakame salad and seasoned edamame on the conveyor belt. Not sure if those items were on the dinner menu before. Got to try the fried crab and it was decent. The honey walnut shrimp, baked fish, general chicken were also good. The steamed scallop was mostly vermicelli noodles with some sauce and couldn’t really taste the scallops. The beef chow function could’ve used more seasoning or sauce for flavor. Total for 2 people eating lunch was $36-37 after tax. Overall, a decent choice for a buffet with some variety.
Didn't have high expectations when I went here. The food is mediocre. I was there to try the sushi. Most of them were california rolls or rolls that had imitation crab inside. A majority had a strange red sauce on top. I don't know if the chef was swamped or just chilling, but he didn't make any nigiri, except for a half baked salmon one. It was ok - had mayo on top. There was salmon sashimi, which one good. You just have to be very careful because there are bones. 😨 You have to sit & wait for new items. That's when you know they're fresh, like the tempura shrimp for example. I did try some of the Chinese food. It was meh. I like the "banh bo" though. Lol Anyways, you can't expect much when you're only paying $40 for two at a buffet these days. The service, however, was great! The employees are very nice. 3 out of 5 stars.
Very limited choices. As you can see, I didn't even bother taking photos of the sushi boat. If you're here for sushi, go somewhere else. If you're here for Chinese food and you're OK with "fast food" quality, then fine. Otherwise, food here is 3/5 at best. Better than some, but there's also tons better than this. Sushi on the boat isn't fresh, already dried out. No sashimi. Ginger, seaweed, and other stuff in the buffet section, away from the sushi boat, which did not make sense at all. Ok to have eaten there as we were hungry from camping and just wanted to eat A LOT. We just won't come back here again.
So they have cool boats with sushi on it however, it was old sushi. The rice texture, made me noticed that it had been there for a while. So then I tried 3 other ones believing that it was just that one, but nope they were all done with old rice. Now the Chinese buffet eating area is real small but they do have shrimp and small crabs. Beef with broccoli and chow mein is what I hot. And it tasted like any other fast food Chinese restaurant. Now theres a menu on the table which is part of the Buffet and was told at the end. Which is a menu of Sushi which can be freshly made to order. So that right there deserves a 5 star. So if you go just for sushi, its worth it if you order it from the menu for them to prepare. The Boat looks cute, but I wouldn’t eat off of it next time I go. I would go back just for the sushi.
It has been 2 1/2 yrs since we came to eat here Bec of Covid The Sushi were good .. wished there were more varieties on the serving little boats . The Buffet with diff dishes were really disappointing .. not as tasty n lesser varieties. We just got used to taste of Yum Yum Chinese Buffet in Elk Grove ..much more varieties n great taste. Sorry
Food is great and the price is great the service is just rude. I didn’t finish one slice of eaten melon and I was charged 5 dollars for not finishing it and they were insanely rude about it. I come here a lot because they are thrifty for all you can eat sushi. Their salmon is certainly not fresh but their imitation crab sushi is alright. When you request a sushi to be made how you want it all depends on who’s working. Some refuse to (put cream cheese on top of a sushi) and some will do it. The front desk lady in the glasses is sweet but everyone else will ignore your request for anything like a refill.
I was drinking my water when i noticed a bug in my cup i was so disgusted. Even mentioned it to a lady that works there and got completely ignored. Do not go here. Also their place is very dirty. Went to check out their icecream spot the water with their ice cream scoop was brown. So disappointed.
If I could give 0 stars I would. The sushi comes around on crusty moldy and in some places rotten boats. The water is also looking pretty nasty. I think this place is a health hazard. Absolutely disgusting! Though to be fair, I did manage to eat some sushi before I noticed all the nasty stuff and the sushi tasted pretty good, however it does not save the situation.
