I love this place.... I stop by this Peet's whenever I am in the area. It's the best place to get a really good cup of coffee.

Peets is excellent as always. My only complaint is that the stores are nowhere near me.

Pleasant staff and very accommodating . The store temperature is often cold. I notice this in some of other retail outlets along that side of the complex as well.

So glad to have found a Peet's Coffee location down the street. I had moved and missed getting my fix at Peet's Coffee in Irvine. Coffee is rich and flavorful. Lattes are strong and flavorful. I always opt for a vanilla latte or perhaps their seasonal stuff like the coconut or pumpkin spice late. Their food items are ok. Parking is easy and Plaza is nice

Coffee was tasty, had a latte, the egg souffle with bacon was also delicious. The staff was very nice, handled my requests with aplomb.

I came here on a Saturday afternoon to get some studying done. This location is clean, has a decent number of tables that can seat two (and I think a few tables that can seat four, though not many), has good Wi-Fi, and has friendly workers. There is an outdoor seating area as well. I ordered the Matcha Green Tea Latte, and it was made well. Generally, the environment is quiet. However, there were times when another table was noticeably loud (but not necessarily obnoxious). There was a steady stream of customers coming in throughout the afternoon, but it was not disruptive. I would come here again to study and enjoy a drink.

Have to have my Peet's and since it's a little drive to get to this one... I had to stop... Pick up my morning java and a bag for home! Customer service was awesome and always clean on this location. Great job!

Excellent coffee. I don’t drink sweet desert drinks at coffee shops, I go for coffee! It is so nice that they always have a couple of coffees to choose from as opposed to the other place that only has one coffee and a million desert drinks!

This place always has good customer service. It's nice and clean and they have a tasty selection of sandwhiches/snacks etc. They have a great selection of drinks, of course. This is a good location and a great little neighborhood spot.

I love, love, love their coffee, especially the Vanilla Latte with Half & Half. The espresso is strong & amazing. Starbucks would need 3 to 4 shots of espresso to Peet's single shot.

Been drinking Peet's since 1968 and I will drink no other brand. I followed Alfred form his first store in Berkeley to Menlo Park. As the years have passed I have been in many Peet's stores and I find this store to be one of the best. From the great and helpful people who work there [I have my own blend which they named The Old Hippie's blend] to the laid back environment and the lovely outdoor patio area it does not get any better. Very friendly staff. I like how their brewed coffee is made fresh every 30 minutes unlike Starbucks which can have very bitter tasting coffee in the afternoon when traffic is slow.

Delicious coffee. Had the iced mocha medium size and i was surprised how much of the espresso you can taste. I love the taste of my espresso and this drink definitely has the taste I was looking for. Must say that the sizes did throw me off. The medium size does look a bit small. Also tried the croissant. Very good. Nothing to extraordinary. Price was a little much at $3.10. Customer service was very good as well. Way better than your ordinary Starbucks.

I particularly enjoy this brand of coffee, I feel it's prepared carefully and the flavors are richer and more enjoyable than brand S. There are only a few stores around, I like the one here in Los alamitos. If you're close by I recommend you stop in. They serve excellent lattes, espresso drinks.... I'm particularly fond of the Havana cappuccino.

A group of guys from my church meet here Saturday morning and the staff is always friendly, it's a little chilly in here but not freezing. I love the breakfast items they have and if you're coming here you know the coffee is good. I had a problem today- someone took my food order and the staff didn't skip a beat in remaking my item and bringing it to me. I really like this location.

One of our favorite coffee houses on Seal Beach Blvd. Their baristas are always super friendly. And it's a nice place to sit and relax.

First time going to this Peet's location, and I was not disappointed. Mobile ordered a seasonal drink (Maple Latte), and there was a perfect amount of foam. Temperature was on point. Espresso was smooth. Overall, they know how to handcraft a GREAT beverage.

I love this place. Not loud and filled with kids like Starbucks. It's like a more sophisticated coffee shop without the price! The grab and go food is good if you can get it in time. But of course, I come for the coffee. Their regular coffee of the day is always fresh brewed. By fresh, I mean every time I go there I have to wait. (which is fine by me). Even the Free refills, I have to wait for a fresh cup. It's only about 2 minutes and it's never bitter. The Baristas here are awesome here, BTW. The Free Wifi here is a little spotty at times. So I would recommend saving whatever you're doing on the computer from time to time and it only works inside, not outside. They take Android pay here which is great because that's pretty much all I carry nowadays.

Love this Peets. It's usually pretty chill since it's tucked away at the corner of the plaza. Staff is always extremely attentive and helpful! I'm snobby about my coffee and they always are willing to help me find an organic one, make a certain one for me. Nice patio with fountain, too.

The baristas are nice. They make my orders correctly. The coffee is great. The snacks are delicious, but it is mostly pastries. They have breakfast sandwiches (some vegetarian options). They have prepacked yogurt and sandwiches to go. The bathrooms are clean. The store is clean.

Really like their menu and options available. My parents love the coffee (they are picky) and I drive 30 mins to get to the closest one. I have driven an hr (in Washington state) to get to one. Very good coffee.

I've never thought their crispy cheese and ham sandwich would be this tasty. it was so delicious and I visited Peet's 2 days in a row just for that sandwich. their expresso is strong and bold. I normally get triple shots over ice and it keeps me up and running for the rest of the day.

My number one favorite coffee shop closest to my home, the best cup of fresh coffee in town, love the coffees, breakfast sandwiches, pastries and organic whole bean coffee. Especially love that they serve coffees in real cups making your time at the coffee shop very enjoyable and wanting to come back again and keep on coming back, thank you Peet’s Coffee…..

Their iced vanilla latte is my favorite drink at Peets! I also buy beans here to brew at home. This location also has the friendliest staff and it’s always clean.

Favorite place to get coffee, vegan options for food and drinks. Their coffee is premium and never tasted watered down.

Stopped by Peet’s Coffee, 12203 Seal Beach Blvd with my colleague Theresa from Keller Williams Coastal Properties, and we had a great experience. The staff was warm and welcoming, the shop was clean, and the vibe was perfect for a quick meet-up between appointments. I ordered the brown sugar cortado and it was excellent—smooth, balanced, and just the right amount of sweetness. Theresa grabbed a snack and enjoyed hers too. This Peet’s is consistent, friendly, and always delivers a quality cup. Highly recommend for anyone in the area looking for a great coffee spot.

So happy to have found a Peet's Coffee, this trip to SoCal has been extremely disappointing for coffee, there are a lot of coffee shops to choose from but not many do it well, not many at all which is kind of weird seeing how it's SoCal but every mom and pop is getting in the business and watering it down, it's all about the bean, not the Flash. Peet's Coffee does it very well!

The closest Peet's Coffee to me is the Seal Beach location. I has received a gift card from a former co-worker and decided to make the drive here to try out their coffee. This is a really nice location tucked away in a large plaza surrounded by shops. Smells amazing just walking in. The baristas are very friendly and welcoming. I tried a cold brew latte with oat milk which has a terrific flavor of dark bean and frothy too. I also had a matcha latte with almond milk because that is one of my favorites to order at any coffee shop. This one was creamy and perfect without any type of sweetener. It would be nice to live closer here. Otherwise I would definitely make the drive again in the future.

Peet’s is my go to coffee when I am out. The flavor is so much better than the other company on every corner. Also as a vegan, their syrups are dairy free and they are one of the only coffee joints to have a plant-based breakfast sandwich. This location has fast and friendly staff too!

I love Peet's coffee. This location, though in a not very kind area, is the closest to Long Beach and has some of the nicest employees. Special shout out to Monday morning crew who was so helpful and patient when I had app issues at my last visit. There are plenty of outlets and seating and the store and restrooms are always clean.

This is my go-to spot for natural, vegan coffee when I am in the area. My favorite right now is the SUPER NATURAL. Veganism is the future, and I'm happy this place cares about going natural (even if their menu isn't completely vegan yet)

Amazing service, I have been in 3 times this week and it is great to see consistency in service. I downloaded the app and I received a free welcome coffee today. And on my first visit I received a free sample just because. I love getting breakfast sandwich in the middle of the day, I was happy to see they have some available. The bacon cheddar is yummy.

I came here on April 4th, the guy at the register was super nice and helpful but the woman with dark hair and green pants who appeared to be the manager was not that nice. If you don't like working with people don't do this job. Other than her, the coffee and pastry was very good.

Super bummed that they no longer have the maple waffle & Gouda chicken even though they still advertise it. Also difficult to get no foam on my beverage even though I tell them every time.

Only got an espresso.

Not my favorite Peet's. Use to be but the new outdoor chairs are not as comfortable and the manager is not the nicest person I've ever met. If you like foam and a little coffee this is the place for you.

I went in to fill a thermas of coffee. Plain black coffee. These people tried to charge me 12 dollars. That's the cost of a pound of coffee and it tasted horrible. I will never shop at peets coffee again. I feel cheated and ripped off.

I love the Havana Cappuccino. Iced or hot is great. Always love the pumpkin loaf too. Love that this location has all-gender restrooms. Still can't believe some places don't have changing tables though. This is a big inconvenience for families.

😢Rude employee. I didn't get to order. What happened to Peets? This isn't Peet's! I've been going to Peet's other locations for years and I drove 15 minutes out of the way especially to come here because I love loose leaf tea and Peet's always delivered. I went in and there was tea nowhere... only tea bags!? So sad!

Coffee quality is okay. Not worth dealing with the rude customer service. I gave this place two chances. First time they made me wait and gave the preference to one of their regular customers, even though I was in line first. Second time I got a very rude attitude from employee. I believe I'm paying for a service and it's not worth what I'm paying for.

It would be helpful to have coffee ready and available at 7:30 am. Having to wait 10 -15 minuets for either dark or medium roast is un-acceptable, and it can adversely effect ones schedule who attempting to arrive to work on time. On another note, the employees who work at this location are very un-organized and forgetful. As I was standing around waiting for my coffee to be brewed, I was examining how the employees were performing and their interaction with customers. It seems one of the employees was trying her best to attend to all of the customers by doing everything, taking orders, and making drinks and sandwiches. Clearly she was overwhelmed.. The other two, a young girl and a guy, had no urgency to help the customers and reduce the line. The employees can definitely use training and systems need to be implemented in order for the customer experience to be better and welcoming. Finally I had to mention to one of the employees about my order because they clearly forgot about me. All I got was a NON sincere apology and my coffee. Due to experiences like this, it keeps me away and in search for other coffee cafes worthy of my money $$. We as patron should not accept this as acceptable customer service and should expect more from business.

Two times I’ve been here and they are out of the medium roast coffee, i don’t know what kind of coffee shop doesn’t keep a constant coffee brewed, they should have one as back up when one finishes. At least all the other coffee shops I go to do that. It’s an inconvenience to have to wait for coffee to be brewed plus I like it more when it’s been sitting there for a bit rather than when it’s just been made. Disappointed that’s all I can say expected more from a known coffee spot.
